Abstract

La présente invention concerne un lit-fauteuil pour patient, qui peut se convertir en lit et en fauteuil roulant équipé d'un siège-toilette. Le lit-fauteuil peut être utilisé comme un lit mobile en temps normal par un patient alité qui ne peut pas s'asseoir seul, et peut part ailleurs se transformer en fauteuil roulant avec siège-toilette pendant la miction/la défécation, ce qui permet de réduire les mouvements du patient pour un plus grand confort et pour des soins plus faciles. Le lit-fauteuil pour patient, qui peut se convertir en lit et en fauteuil roulant équipé d'un siège-toilette, selon la présente invention, comprend : une structure principale quadrangulaire formant au centre un espace d'installation, qui comporte un premier arbre moteur installé par rotation à l'arrière de la structure, et qui comporte un second arbre moteur installé à l'avant de la structure; une première structure mobile couplée à l'arrière de la structure principale permettant d'effectuer un mouvement coulissant; un premier mécanisme de mouvement coulissant interposé entre le premier arbre moteur de la structure principale et la première structure mobile; une seconde structure mobile, qui est couplée à l'avant de la structure principale permettant d'effectuer un mouvement coulissant, et qui fonctionne en concordance et effectue un mouvement coulissant dans le sens opposé à la première structure mobile; un second mécanisme de mouvement coulissant interposé entre le premier arbre moteur de la structure principale et la seconde structure mobile; une structure de soutien du dos, qui est couplée par rotation à l'arrière de la structure principale, qui repose sur la première structure mobile, et dont l'angle est ajusté à la structure principale selon le déplacement ou non de la première structure mobile; une plaque pliable de soutien des jambes, qui est couplée par rotation à l'avant de la structure principale, qui est reliée à la seconde structure mobile pour être pliée, qui est pliée sur la seconde structure mobile ou dépliée selon le déplacement ou non de la seconde structure mobile, et qui est installée pour fonctionner en concordance avec la structure de soutien du dos; une structure de base, qui est couplée à la partie inférieure de la structure principale de telle sorte que la longueur vers le haut/le bas puisse être réglée, et qui comporte une roue mobile installée par rotation sur celle-ci; et un mécanisme de réglage de la hauteur interposé entre le second arbre moteur de la structure principale et l'extrémité supérieure latérale avant de la structure de base de telle sorte que, en réglant la position de l'extrémité supérieure latérale avant de la structure de base, la hauteur de la structure de base puisse être réglée.
