可选地,参照图2,基于第一实施例提出本发明第二实施例联系人信息处理方法,在本实施例中,若移动终端的图库中存在多张图片对应同一个人,则所述联系人信息处理方法的步骤S10包括:
步骤S11,将图库中对应同一个人的多张图片归类在一个文件夹中;
在本实施例中,当移动终端的图库中存在多张图片对应同一个人时,采用人脸识别技术将图库中的人像图片进行分类,对应同一个人的所有图片归并为一类,分配到同一个文件夹中。然后用户只需设置该文件夹的名称,不需对文件夹中的每张图片进行名称设置。例如,若图库中存在多张图片均为张三的图片时,采用人脸识别技术将图库中所有的张三的图片归并到一个文件夹中,然后将该文件夹的名称命名为张三。

本发明实施例进一步提供一种联系人信息处理方法,参照图3,图3为本发明第三实施例的联系人信息处理方法流程示意图。
在本实施例中,该联系人信息处理方法包括步骤:
步骤S30,移动终端将联系人的头像与图库中的图片进行比对;

当用户设置联系人的头像信息时,匹配单元12分别将联系人的名称与图库中每个文件夹的名称进行比对,判断在图库中是否存在文件夹的名称与联系人的名称一致。若在图库中存在文件夹的名称与联系人的名称一致时,则第一设置模块20按照预置规则从文件夹中选择一张图片设置为联系人的头像。例如,按照图片存储的时间顺序选择时间最近的一张图片设置为联系人的头像。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,当在图库中存在文件夹的名称与联系人的名称一致时,还可以通过其他方式设置联系人的头像,例如,当在图库中存在文件夹的名称与联系人的名称一致时,在移动终端的当前显示界面显示该文件夹中的每张图片,以供用户从显示的每张图片中选择一张图片设置为联系人的头像。
可选地,存在一种情况,用户可能认识多个联系人是同名称的,例如,当用户认识两位同名称的联系人,在设置这两个同名称的联系人头像时,若匹配单元12判断图库中存在某一个文件夹的名称与这两个联系人的名称一致,则在用户选择了其中的一个联系人后,第一设置模块20按照所述预置规则从文件夹中选择一张图片设置为用户选中的联系人的头像。可选地,当判断图库中存在某一个文件夹的名称与两个联系人的名称一致时,则弹出一个悬浮窗口,提示用户存在两位联系人的名称与该文件夹的名称一致,以供用户从两位联系人中选择一位联系人。当用户选择了其中的一位联系人后,第一设置模块20按照所述预置规则从名称对应一致的文件夹中选择一张图片设置为用户选中的联系人的头像。
本实施例提出的联系人信息处理装置,当图库中存在多张图片对应同一个人时,分类单元11将图库中每个人对应的多张图片分类在一个文件夹中, 匹配单元12将联系人的名称与图库中文件夹的名称进行比对,若存在文件夹的名称与联系人的名称一致,则第一设置模块20从该文件夹中选择一张图片设置为该联系人的头像,实现联系人信息与图库中图片信息的自动匹配,避免了用户通过拍照,或查找图库中的图片为联系人设置头像的操作步骤,简化了设置联系人头像的操作。同时,也避免了将联系人的名称与图库中图片的名称进行比对时,联系人的名称可能与多张图片的名称一致,导致无法自动设置联系人头像的异常情况。
本发明实施例进一步提供一种联系人信息处理装置,参照图7,图7为本发明第三实施例的联系人信息处理装置功能模块示意图。
在本实施例中,该联系人信息处理装置包括:
第二匹配模块30,设置为将联系人的头像与图库中的图片进行比对;
在第一实施例中,通过用户手动设置图库中每张图片的名称的操作很繁琐。为了简化用户设置每张图片名称的操作,在本实施例中,当用户设置图库中每张图片的名称时,第二匹配模块30将图库中的每张图片分别与联系人的头像进行比对。可选地,第二匹配模块30将图库中的每张未重命名图片分别与联系人的头像进行比对,所述未重命名图片为未经用户设置名称的图片,例如是图库中由系统自动设置系统名称的图片。可选地,在图库的设置界面,预先设置有图片名称设置图标。当用户点击该图片名称设置图标时,视为移动终端接收到图片名称设置指令。当接收到该图片名称设置指令时,第二匹配模块30将图库中的每张未重命名图片分别与联系人的头像进行比对,判断每张未重命名图片是否与联系人的头像一致。可选地,在本实施例中,所述第二匹配模块30是设置为:获取所述联系人的头像与图库中图片的人脸特征;判断所述联系人的头像与图库中图片的人脸特征是否匹配;若匹配,则判断所述联系人的头像与所述图片一致。
在本实施例中,当用户设置图库中每张图片的名称时,第二匹配模块30将图库中的每张未重命名图片分别与联系人的头像进行比对。例如,当将图库中某一张未重命名图片与某一个联系人的头像进行比对时,首先通过人脸识别技术获取该未重命名图片与该联系人头像的人脸特征。该人脸特征可以 是人脸的数据信息,本领域技术人员可以理解的是,该人脸特征也可以是人脸的图像信息等。当获取到该未重命名图片与该联系人的头像的人脸特征后,将该未重命名图片的人脸特征与该联系人的头像的人脸特征进行比对,判断该未重命名图片的人脸特征与该联系人的头像的人脸特征是否匹配。若该未重命名图片的人脸特征与该联系人的头像的人脸特征匹配,则判断该联系人的头像与该未重命名图片一致。若该未重命名图片的人脸特征与该联系人的头像的人脸特征不匹配,判断该联系人的头像与该未重命名图片不一致。
第二设置模块40,设置为若联系人的头像与图片一致时,则将所述联系人的名称设置为所述图片的名称。
当通过第二匹配模块30将图库中某个未重命名图片与联系人的头像进行比对后,判断存在某一个联系人的头像与该未重命名图片一致时,则第二设置模块40将该联系人的名称设置为该未重命名图片的名称。例如,当判断存在联系人李四的头像与图库中某一未重命名图片一致时,则第二设置模块40将该未重命名图片的名称设置为李四。当判断不存在联系人的头像与未重命名图片一致时,则第二设置模块40为该未重命名图片设置一个代码名称,例如,第二设置模块40设置该未重命名图片的名称为01。之后,用户可以手动自己重新设置该01图片的名称。当下一次设置联系人的头像信息时,若用户重新手动设置的该图片的名称与某一个联系人的名称一致,则第一设置模块20将该图片设置为该联系人的头像。
本实施例提出的联系人信息处理装置,当用户设置图库中图片的名称时,第二匹配模块30将联系人的头像与图库中未重命名图片进行比对,若存在联系人的头像与未重命名图片一致时,则第二设置模块40将所述联系人的名称设置为所述未重命名图片的名称,实现联系人信息与图库中图片信息的自动匹配,避免了用户手动一个个设置图库中未重命名图片的名称,简化了用户设置图片的名称的操作,提高了设置图库中未重命名图片名称的操作效率。
可选地,参照图8,基于上述实施例提出本发明第四实施例联系人信息处理装置,在本实施例中,所述联系人信息处理装置还包括:
第三匹配模块50,设置为将联系人的头像与图库文件夹中的图片进行比 对;
在第二实施例中,虽然分类单元11通过采用人脸识别技术可以将图库中的人像图片进行分类,将同一个人对应的多张图片归并为一类,分配到同一个文件夹中,但通过用户手动一个一个设置图库中文件夹的名称的操作很繁琐。为了简化用户设置每个文件夹名称的操作,在本实施例中,当用户设置图库中每个文件夹的名称时,第三匹配模块50将图库中的每个文件夹中的图片分别与联系人的头像进行比对,可选地,第三匹配模块50将图库中的每个未重命名文件夹中的图片分别与联系人的头像进行比对,所述未重命名文件夹为未经用户设置名称的文件夹,例如是图库中由系统自动设置系统名称的文件夹。可选地,在图库的设置界面,预先设置有图库文件夹名称设置图标。当用户点击该文件夹名称设置图标时,视为移动终端接收到文件夹名称设置指令。当接收到该文件夹名称设置指令时,第三匹配模块50分别将图库中的每个未重命名文件夹中的图片与联系人的头像进行比对,例如,按照所述预置的规则从未重命名文件夹中选择一张图片与联系人的头像进行比对,判断选择的该图片是否与联系人的头像一致。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,还可以通过其他方式将图库中的每个未重命名文件夹中的图片与联系人的头像进行比对,例如从未重命名文件夹中选取预置张数的图片,将选取的预置张数的图片分别与联系人的头像进行比对,判断选择的该预置张数的图片是否与联系人的头像一致。
第三设置模块60,设置为若联系人的头像与文件夹中的图片一致,则将所述联系人的名称设置为所述文件夹的名称。
当通过第三匹配模块50将某个未重命名文件夹中选择的图片与联系人的头像进行比对后,判断存在某一个联系人的头像与该选择的图片一致时,则第三设置模块60将该联系人的名称设置为该未重命名文件夹的名称。例如,当判断存在联系人李四的头像与图库中某一未重命名文件夹中选择的图片一致时,则第三设置模块60将该未重命名文件夹的名称设置为李四。当判断不存在联系人的头像与未重命名文件夹中的图片一致时,则第三设置模块60为该未重命名文件夹设置一个文件夹代码名称,例如,第三设置模块60设置该未重命名文件夹的名称为001。之后,用户可以手动自己重新设置该 001文件夹的名称。当下一次设置联系人的头像信息时,若用户重新手动设置的该文件夹的名称与某一个联系人的名称一致,则第一设置模块20按照预置规则从该文件夹中选择一张图片设置为该联系人的头像。
本实施例提出的联系人信息处理装置,当用户设置图库中文件夹的名称时,第三匹配模块50将联系人的头像与图库中未重命名文件夹中的图片进行比对,若联系人的头像与未重命名文件夹中的图片一致,则第三设置模块60将所述联系人的名称设置为所述未重命名文件夹的名称,实现联系人信息与图库中图片信息的自动匹配,避免了用户手动一个个设置图库中未重命名文件夹的名称,简化了用户设置文件夹名称的操作,提高了设置图库中未重命名文件夹名称的操作效率。
本发明实施例进一步提供一种移动终端,该移动终端包括上述实施例所述的联系人信息处理装置。当用户设置联系人的头像信息时,首先将联系人的名称与图库中图片的名称进行比对,若存在图片的名称与联系人的名称一致,则将名称一致的图片设置为联系人的头像,从而避免了用户通过拍照,或查找图库中的图片一个一个为联系人设置头像的操作步骤,简化了设置联系人头像的操作,提高了设置联系人头像的操作效率。当用户设置图库中图片的名称时,首先将联系人的头像与图库中未重命名图片进行比对,若存在联系人的头像与未重命名图片一致时,则将所述联系人的名称设置为所述未重命名图片的名称,避免了用户手动一个个设置图库中未重命名图片的名称,简化了用户设置图片的名称的操作,提高了设置图库中未重命名图片名称的操作效率。本发明实施例的移动终端实现了联系人信息与图库中图片信息的自动匹配。

上述实施例中的各装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的各装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
上述技术方案实现了联系人信息与图库中图片信息的自动匹配。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种联系人信息处理方法,所述联系人信息处理方法包括步骤:
    在接收到联系人头像信息设置指令时,将联系人的名称与图库中图片的名称进行比对;
    若联系人的名称与图片的名称一致时,则将所述图片设置为所述联系人的头像。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的联系人信息处理方法,其中,所述将联系人的名称与图库中图片的名称进行比对的步骤包括:
    若所述图库中存在多张图片对应同一个人时,将图库中对应同一个人的多张图片归类在一个文件夹中;
    将联系人的名称与图库中文件夹的名称进行比对。
  3. 一种联系人信息处理方法,所述联系人信息处理方法包括步骤:
    将联系人的头像与图库中的图片进行比对;
    若联系人的头像与图片一致时,则将所述联系人的名称设置为所述图片的名称。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的联系人信息处理方法,所述联系人信息处理方法还包括步骤:
    将联系人的头像与图库文件夹中的图片进行比对,每个图库文件夹存储同一个人的多张图片;
    若联系人的头像与文件夹中的图片一致,则将所述联系人的名称设置为所述文件夹的名称。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的联系人信息处理方法,其中,所述将联系人的头 像与图库中的图片进行比对的步骤包括:
    获取所述联系人的头像与图库中图片的人脸特征;
    判断所述联系人的头像与图库中图片的人脸特征是否匹配;
    若匹配,则判断所述联系人的头像与所述图片一致。
  6. 一种联系人信息处理装置,所述联系人信息处理装置包括:
    第一匹配模块,设置为在接收到联系人头像信息设置指令时,将联系人的名称与图库中图片的名称进行比对;
    第一设置模块,设置为若联系人的名称与图片的名称一致时,则将所述图片设置为所述联系人的头像。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的联系人信息处理装置,其中,所述第一匹配模块包括:
    分类单元,设置为将图库中对应同一个人的多张图片归类在一个文件夹中;
    匹配单元,设置为将联系人的名称与图库中文件夹的名称进行比对。
  8. 一种联系人信息处理装置,所述联系人信息处理装置包括:
    第二匹配模块,设置为将联系人的头像与图库中的图片进行比对;
    第二设置模块,设置为若联系人的头像与图片一致时,则将所述联系人的名称设置为所述图片的名称。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的联系人信息处理装置,所述联系人信息处理装置还包括:
    第三匹配模块,设置为将联系人的头像与图库文件夹中的图片进行比对,每个图库文件夹存储同一个人的多张图片;
    第三设置模块,设置为若联系人的头像与文件夹中的图片一致,则将所述联系人的名称设置为所述文件夹的名称。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的联系人信息处理装置,其中,所述第二匹配模块是设置为:
    获取所述联系人的头像与图库中图片的人脸特征;
    判断所述联系人的头像与图库中图片的人脸特征是否匹配;
    若匹配,则判断所述联系人的头像与所述图片一致。
  11. 一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括如权利要求6-10中任一项所述的联系人信息处理装置。
  12. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1~2中任一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求3~5中任一项所述的方法。
