보다 전문적인 수준으로 작품을 전시하고 객관적으로 평가받기 위해서는 미술관과 같은 3차원 공간을 대여하고 대여 공간에 작품을 전시하여야 한다.

본 발명의 상기 및 기타 목적들은, 본 발명에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템 및 방법에 의해 모두 달성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템은, 사용자들의 작품이 저장된 작품 저장부; 가상 공간에 대한 정보가 저장된 가상 공간 정보 저장부; 상기 작품이 상기 가상 공간에 배치되도록 구성하는 전시 구성 모듈; 및 상기 전시 구성 모듈이 구성한 대로 상기 가상 공간 내에 상기 작품을 디스플레이하는 디스플레이 모듈을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 가상 공간에 대한 정보는 상기 작품을 전시하기 위한 가상 공간인 1차 레이아웃과 1차 레이아웃의 일부 영역을 선택하였을 때 1차 레이아웃에 전시된 작품에 대한 정보를 제공하기 위한 가상 공간인 2차 레이아웃을 포함한다.
상기 제1 레이아웃은 실존하는 전시관을 모사한 가상 공간이며, 상기 디스플레이 모듈은 사용자에게 디스플레이하는 현재 시각에 대응하는 상기 실존하는 전시관의 현지 시각에 따라 가상 공간의 조도를 조절하여 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템은, 상기 작품 저장부에 저장된 사용자들의 작품 중 주제에 따라 예비 작품을 선정하고 공개하는 예비 작품 선정 모듈; 상기 예비 작품에 대한 사용자들의 평가를 수렴하고 평가 결과에 따라 그룹 전시될 작품을 선정하는 작품 평가 모듈; 및 선정된 작품을 이용하여 상기 가상 공간에서의 그룹전시를 구성하는 코디네이션 모듈을 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 예비 작품 선정 모듈은, 상기 주제가 색상인 경우 상기 작품 저장부에 저장된 작품들을 분석하여 작품의 메인컬러가 주제 색상과 동일한 작품을 예비 작품으로 선정하고, 상기 주제가 색상이 아닌 경우 상기 작품 저장부에 저장된 작품들의 메타데이터 중 주제에 대응하는 키워드를 갖는 작품을 예비 작품으로 선정할 수 있다.
상기 예비 작품 선정 모듈은, 미리 정해진 기준 이상의 분포율을 갖는 색상을 메인컬러로 선정하거나, 작품을 흑백으로 변경한 후 명암이 가장 어두운 색을 메인컬러로 선정하거나, 또는 작품의 중심에서 상하단으로 미리 설정된 기준 이상의 분포율을 갖는 오브젝트의 색상을 메인컬러로 선정할 수 있다.
상기 작품 평가 모듈은, 상기 사용자들의 등급에 따라 각 사용자들의 평가에 가산점을 부여한 후 그 합산으로 각 예비 작품에 대한 평가총점을 도출하고, 상기 평가총점을 기준으로 그룹 전시될 작품을 선정할 수 있다.
상기 코디네이션 모듈은, 상기 선정된 작품들의 시간 정보, 구도 정보, 색상 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기준으로 상기 가상 공간에 선정된 작품들을 전시할 수 있다.
상기 코디네이션 모듈은, 선정된 작품들의 사용자들을 위한 가상 대화공간을 제공하고, 상기 가상 대화공간에서 결정된 사항을 기준으로 상기 가상 공간에서의 작품 전시를 구성할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템은, 사용자가 그룹 전시의 주제, 그룹 전시를 위한 가상 공간, 상기 선정된 작품들의 전시 기준 중 하나 이상을 설정할 수 있도록 하는 그룹 전시 설정 모듈을 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 방법은, 전시 제공 시스템에 의한 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 방법으로서, 주제에 따라 예비 작품을 공개하는 예비 작품 공개 단계; 상기 예비 작품에 대한 사용자들의 평가를 수렴하는 예비 작품 평가 단계; 상기 평가를 기준으로 상기 예비 작품 중 일정 개수의 작품을 선정하는 작품 선정 단계; 및 선정된 작품을 이용하여 가상 공간에서의 그룹전시를 구성하는 그룹전시 구성 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 예비 작품 공개 단계 이전에 주제에 따라 예비 작품을 검색하여 선정하는 예비 작품 선정 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 작품 선정 단계에서 상기 사용자들의 등급에 따라 각 사용자들의 평가에 가산점을 부여한 후 그 합산으로 각 예비 작품에 대한 평가총점을 도출하고, 상기 평가총점을 기준으로 일정 개수의 작품을 선정할 수 있다.
상기 작품 선정 단계에서 상기 평가총점을 기준으로 2개 이상의 등급으로 작품을 분리하여 선정하고, 상기 그룹전시 구성 단계에서 상기 등급별로 분리하여 선정된 작품끼리 그룹전시를 구성할 수 있다.
그룹전시 구성 단계에서 상기 선정된 작품의 사용자들을 위한 가상 대화공간을 제공하는 대화공간 제공하고 상기 대화공간에서 결정된 사항을 가상 공간에서의 그룹전시 구성에 반영할 수 있다.
상기 그룹전시 구성 단계에서, 상기 선정된 작품들을 작품의 시간 순서대로 전시하거나, 작품의 구도를 인식하고 인식된 작품의 구도를 기준으로 상기 선정된 작품들을 전시할 수 있다.
상기 주제가 색상인 경우, 작품들을 분석하여 작품의 메인컬러가 주제 색상과 동일한 작품을 예비 작품으로 선정할 수 있다.
상기 메인컬러는, 미리 정해진 기준 이상의 분포율을 갖는 색상을 메인컬러로 선정하거나, 상기 작품을 흑백으로 변경 후 명암이 가장 어두운 색을 메인컬러로 선정하거나, 또는 작품의 중심에서 상하단으로 미리 설정된 기준 이상의 분포율을 갖는 오브젝트의 색상을 메인컬러로 선정할 수 있다.
상기 그룹전시 구성 단계에서, 상기 선정된 작품을 상기 메인컬러의 분포도 순서대로 전시하거나 또는 메인컬러의 분포 구도를 기준으로 전시할 수 있다.
본 발명은 실제 전시 공간에서 전시를 관람하는 것과 같은 효과를 제공할 수 있음과 동시에 가상 공간을 활용한 다양한 형태의 작품 전시 및 작품 공유가 가능하도록 하는 효과를 제공한다.
또한 본 발명은 실존하는 3차원 전시 공간과 동일한 가상 공간을 제공함으로써 사용자에게 대여 시간, 전시 공간의 제약, 전시물 제작비용, 전시물 이동 비용 등의 어려움 없이 실존하는 3차원 전시 공간에서 전시를 개최하는 것과 같은 효과를 제공한다.
또한 본 발명은 작품에 대한 객관적 평가를 받을 수 있도록 하며, 객관적 평가의 결과에 따라 비슷한 수준의 작품들의 그룹전시를 생성하여 주고, 또한 작품의 주제, 색상, 구도, 수준 등을 기준으로 자동으로 그룹전시를 생성하여 줌으로써 개인이 어려움 없이 그룹 전시를 할 수 있도록 하는 효과를 제공한다.

이하, 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템 및 방법에 대해 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
하기의 설명에서는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템 및 방법을 이해하는데 필요한 부분만이 설명되며 그 이외 부분의 설명은 본 발명의 요지를 흩뜨리지 않도록 생략될 수 있다.
명세서 전체에서, 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 의미한다. 또한, 명세서에 기재된 "…부", "…기", "모듈" 등의 용어는 적어도 하나의 기능이나 동작을 처리하는 단위를 의미하며, 이는 하드웨어나 소프트웨어 또는 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어의 결합으로 구현될 수 있다.
여러 실시예에 있어서, 동일한 구성을 가지는 구성요소에 대해서는 동일한 부호를 사용하여 대표적으로 제1 실시예에서 설명하고, 그 외의 실시예에서는 제1 실시예와 다른 구성에 대해서 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템 및 방법은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 가상 공간에서 사용자들에게 전시(Exhibition), 콘테스트(contest), 스토어(store) 등 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.
사용자는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같은 화면에서 스토어(store) 모드를 선택하여 자신의 작품을 팔거나 전시된 작품을 구매할 수 있고, 옥션을 진행할 수 있는 등 본 발명에 따른 시스템은 판매 및 유통 기능을 실행할 수 있다.
또한 사용자는 전시(Exhibition) 모드를 선택하여 자신이 원하는 전시를 구성하거나 타인이 구성해 놓은 전시를 관람할 수 있다. 이를 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템(100) 및 방법은 사용자들로부터의 작품을 가상 공간에 전시하고 이를 타인과 공유할 수 있도록 한다.
이를 위해 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템(100-1)은 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 작품 저장부(11), 가상 공간 저장부(12), 사용자 전시 구성 모듈(20) 및 디스플레이 모듈(30)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
작품 저장부(11)는 사용자들로부터의 작품을 저장하는 저장부이다. 여기서의 작품은 인간의 사상 또는 감정을 표현한 창작물로서 전기적 신호로 데이터화하여 사용자의 단말기(1)로부터 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 시스템(100)에 전송될 수 있는 것을 의미한다. 예를 들어, 본 발명의 일 실시예에서의 작품은 시와 같은 텍스트, 사진, 회화, 서예, 동영상 등을 포함할 수 있다.
가상 공간 저장부(12)는 사용자들의 작품을 전시할 수 있는 가상의 공간에 대한 레이아웃 정보를 저장하는 저장부이다.
가상 공간 저장부에 저장된 레이아웃은 3차원 레이아웃일 수 있으며, 예를 들어 New York Modern Museum of Art, LACMA(Los Angeles County Museum of Art) 등과 같이 실존하는 유명 전시 공간을 그대로 모사한 가상의 3차원 레이아웃일 수 있다. 따라서 실존하는 3차원 공간의 구획된 내부 공간의 구조, 각 분리된 공간 내의 인테리어, 실존하는 3차원 공간의 외관을 모사하도록 형성될 수 있다.
또한 가상의 3차원 공간이라는 이점을 살려 다양한 형태로 작품을 전시할 수 있는 3차원 레이아웃, 각 작품에 대한 사용자들의 커뮤니케이션, 작품의 경매 등을 위한 다양한 3차원 레이아웃이 저장되어 있을 수 있다.
또한 가상의 공간에 대한 레이아웃 정보는 동일한 계층에 대한 레이아웃뿐만 아니라 다른 계층에 대한 레이아웃을 포함할 수 있다. 즉, 하나의 레이아웃에 따른 공간의 특정 영역을 클릭하였을 때 다른 레이아웃에 따른 공간이 도시될 수 있다.
사용자 전시 구성 모듈(20)은 사용자가 자신이 선택한 가상의 공간에 작품을 전시할 수 있도록 구성하는 모듈이다.
보다 상세히 설명하면, 사용자 전시 구성 모듈(20)은 사용자에게 가상 공간 저장부(12)에 저장된 가상의 공간에 대한 레이아웃(1차 레이아웃) 정보를 제공하고 사용자의 선택을 입력받아 선택된 가상의 공간을 사용자의 작품 전시를 위한 공간(이하 "사용자 전시 공간")으로 형성한다. 즉, 사용자가 A 갤러리를 선택한 경우 A 갤러리를 그대로 모사한 3차원 공간을 사용자 전시 공간으로 형성한다.
그리고 사용자가 사용자 전시 공간 내 각 작품 전시 영역에 작품을 업로드하면, 업로드된 작품을 각 작품 전시 영역과 연계하여 작품 저장부(11)에 저장함으로써 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 방문자가 사용자 전시 공간을 방문하였을 때 업로드된 해당 작품이 해당 전시 영역에 디스플레이될 수 있도록 한다.
사용자는 작품의 업로드시 작품의 제목, 작품의 대상정보, 시간정보 등 다양한 정보를 입력할 수 있으며, 입력된 정보는 해당 작품과 함께 작품의 메타데이터로서 저장된 후 작품에 대한 방문자의 이해를 돕기 위해 작품과 함께 디스플레이되거나 추후 설명될 그룹전시에서의 예비 작품 선정을 위해 사용될 수 있다.
또한 사용자 전시 구성 모듈(20)은 디스플레이된 작품이 클릭되었을 때 새로이 나타날 3차원 공간에 대한 레이아웃(2차 레이아웃) 정보를 제공하고 사용자의 선택을 입력받아 방문자가 디스플레이된 작품을 클릭하였을 때 디스플레이될 가상 공간을 설정할 수 있다.
이러한 2차 레이아웃에 따른 공간은 1차 레이아웃에 전시된 작품에 대한 정보를 제공하기 위한 레이아웃으로서 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 3차원 가상 공간의 이점을 살려 작품이 다양한 형태로 표시될 수 있도록 하는 가상 공간이거나, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 작품과 관련하여 방문자들이 남긴 메세지를 볼 수 있거나 현재 해당 작품을 관람하고 있는 사용자들끼리 채팅할 수 있도록 하는 가상 공간이거나, 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 작품에 대한 경매 현황 등을 볼 수 있는 가상 공간일 수 있다.
디스플레이 모듈(30)은 전시 공간에 전시된 작품을 디스플레이하는 모듈이다. 디스플레이 모듈은 작품이 디스플레이된 가상의 공간을 자동 또는 수동으로 이동시켜 방문자가 사용자 전시 공간을 방문하였을 때 가상 공간의 입구부터 출구까지 정해진 경로를 따라 이동하면서 작품을 감상하는 것과 같은 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
사용자는 이러한 디스플레이 모듈이 제공하는 화면을 Facebook 오큘러스(VR)와 같은 입체 안경 등을 착용하고 봄으로써 언제 어디서나 마치 실제 전시관에서 작품을 감상하는 것과 같은 느낌으로 작품을 즐길 수 있다.
특히 디스플레이 모듈은 사용자가 접속한 시간과 가상 공간이 나타내고 있는 실존 전시장의 장소를 고려하여 가상 공간의 조도를 조절할 수 있다. 즉, 사용자가 한국에서 새벽 1시에 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 시스템에 접속하여 작품을 감상할 경우 가상 공간이 뉴욕에 있는 미술관인 경우 뉴욕 현지 시각인 오전 11시에 맞춰 도 8에 도시된 바와 같은 밝은 조도로 가상 공간을 디스플레이하고 사용자가 한국에서 오전 10시에 시스템에 접속한 경우 뉴욕 현지 시각인 오후 8시에 맞춰 도 9에 도시된 바와 같은 어두운 조도로 가상 공간을 디스플레이한다.
이러한 디스플레이 모듈의 조도 조절 기능에 의해 사용자가 실존 전시장에서 작품을 감상하고 있는 것과 같은 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.
또한 디스플레이 모듈은 도 4에 도시된 바와 같은 1차 레이아웃에 따른 공간에 디스플레이된 작품을 클릭하였을 때 도 5 내지 도 7에 도시된 바와 같은 2차 레이아웃에 따른 공간이 디스플레이되도록 제어한다.
사용자는 이러한 디스플레이 모듈의 기능을 통해 실존 미술관에서 관람하고 있는 것과 같은 느낌은 물론 가상 공간에서 누릴 수 있는 다양한 효과를 누릴 수 있다.
도 10에 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템(100-2)의 시스템 구성도가 도시되어 있다. 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 시스템(100-2)은 작품 저장부(11), 가상 공간 저장부(12), 디스플레이 모듈(30), 그룹 전시 구성 모듈(40)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 선택적으로 사용자 전시 구성 모듈(20)을 더 포함할 수도 있다.
본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 시스템(100-2)은 제1 실시예에 따른 시스템(100-1)과 달리 그룹 전시 구성 모듈(40)을 포함함으로써 그룹 전시를 제공할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
작품 저장부(11), 가상 공간 저장부(12) 및 디스플레이 모듈(30)에 대한 설명은 제1 실시예에서의 설명으로 갈음하고 이하에서는 그룹 전시 구성 모듈(40)에 대한 설명을 중심으로 그룹 전시를 제공하는 방법에 대해 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 그룹 전시 구성 모듈(40)은 예비 작품 선정 모듈(41), 작품 평가 모듈(42), 코디네이션 모듈(43)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
예비 작품 선정 모듈(41)은 주제에 따라 예비 작품을 선정하여 공개하는 모듈이다. 주제는 그룹전시를 마케팅 목적으로 사용하고자 하는 회사에 의해 선정될 수 있고 본 발명에 따른 시스템에서 자체적으로 선정될 수도 있다. 예비 작품 선정 모듈은 작품 저장부(11)에 저장된 사용자들의 작품 중에서 주제에 해당하는 작품을 예비 작품으로 선정하며, 선정된 예비 작품은 모든 사용자에게 공개될 수 있다.
작품 평가 모듈(42)은 공개된 예비 작품에 대한 평가를 수렴하고 평가 결과에 따라 그룹 전시될 작품을 선정하는 모듈이다.
코디네이션 모듈(43)은 그룹 전시될 작품으로 선정된 작품들을 가상 공간에 배치하여 그룹전시를 구성하는 모듈이다.
이러한 예비 작품 선정 모듈(41), 작품 평가 모듈(42), 코디네이션 모듈(43)을 포함하는 그룹 전시 구성 모듈(40)에 의해 자동으로 그룹 전시가 제공되는 방법에 대해 도 11을 참고로 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
예비 작품 선정 모듈(41)은 작품 저장부(11)에 저장된 사용자들의 작품 중 그룹 전시의 주제에 따라 예비 작품을 선정한다(S100).
예비 작품 선정 모듈은 예를 들어 키워드 검색 또는 작품 분석을 통해 주제에 맞는 예비 작품을 선정할 수 있다.
보다 상세히 설명하면, 그룹전시의 주제가 “Monument Valley”인 경우 “Monument Valley”로 키워드 검색을 하여 작품 저장부(11)에 저장된 작품들의 메타데이터 중 키워드인 “Monument Valley”를 포함하고 있는 도 12에 도시된 바와 같은 작품들을 예비 작품으로 선정할 수 있다. 또한 그룹전시의 주제 “Magenta”인 경우 작품을 분석하여 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이 작품의 메인컬러가 “Magenta”인 작품들을 예비 작품으로 선정할 수 있다.
작품의 메인컬러를 분석하는 방법은 예를 들어 (1) 작품의 픽셀 색상을 분석하여 미리 정해진 기준(예를 들어 50%) 이상의 분포율을 갖는 색상을 메인컬러로 선정하거나, (2) 작품을 흑백으로 변경한 후 명암이 가장 어두운 색을 메인컬러로 선정하거나, 또는 (3) 작품의 중심에서 상하단으로 미리 설정된 기준(예를 들어 상하 25%) 이상의 분포율을 갖는 오브젝트의 색상을 메인컬러로 선정하는 방법들을 사용할 수 있다.
이와 같이 선정된 예비 작품들은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 시스템을 이용하는 모든 사용자들에게 공개될 수 있다(S200). 만약 주제를 공고하고 사용자들에게 주제에 맞는 작품을 출품하도록 하는 경우 예비 작품 선정 단계(S100) 없이 출품된 작품들을 예비 작품들로서 공개할 수도 있다.
도 12 및 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이 공개된 예비 작품들에 대해 사용자들은 자신이 선호하는 작품에 대해 “좋아요” 버튼을 누르거나 높은 평점을 부여할 수 있다(S300).
작품 평가 모듈(42)은 예비 작품들에 대한 사용자들의 평가 결과에 따라 그룹 전시될 작품을 선정할 수 있다(S400).
이때 작품 평가 모듈(42)은 평가 결과를 수렴함에 있어서 평가자의 정보를 이용하여 가산점을 부여함으로써 예비 작품들이 보다 객관적으로 평가되도록 할 수 있다.
즉, 평가총점을 도출함에 있어서 평가자가 전문가 그룹의 사용자인 경우 해당 평가자의 평점에 곱하기 2를 하여 일반 그룹의 사용자들보다 전문가의 의견이 더 높게 반영되도록 할 수 있다. 전문가 그룹의 사용자는 화가, 사진작가, 평론가 등일 수 있고 각종 그룹 전시의 예비 작품 평가 단계에서 높은 평점을 받은 사용자일 수도 있다.
또한 평가자가 작품의 사용자 자신이거나 지인인 경우 해당 평가자의 평점에 곱하기 0을 하여 해당 평가자의 평점이 반영되지 않도록 할 수 있다.
이때 높은 점수를 받은 미리 정해진 개수의 작품이 전시 작품으로 선정될 수 있으며, 기업의 프로모션용 그룹전시인 경우 선정된 작품의 사용자에게 선정에 따른 보상이 이루어질 수도 있다.
또한 예를 들어 상위 1위~30위까지의 제1 그룹, 상위 31위~60위까지의 제2 그룹 등과 같이 2개 이상의 등급으로 작품을 분리하여 선정함으로써 분리된 그룹의 작품들끼리 그룹 전시가 이루어지도록 할 수도 있다. 이러한 방법에 의해 반드시 우수한 작품이 아니더라도 수준이 유사한 작품들끼리 그룹전시가 이루어질 수 있는 효과가 있다.
선정된 작품들은 코디네이션 모듈(43)에 의해 가상 공간에 자동으로 배치되어 그룹전시가 구성되며, 디스플레이 모듈(30)에 의해 사용자들에게 공개된다.
그룹전시 구성 단계(S500)에서 코디네이션 모듈을 미리 설정된 여러가지 자동 배치 방법 중 그룹전시의 주제에 맞는 하나의 배치 방법으로 선정된 작품들을 배치할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 도 14에 도시된 바와 같이 작품들이 촬영된 시점 또는 작품들이 나타내고 시점을 기준으로 시간 순서대로 배치할 수 있다.
또한 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이 작품에 나타난 객체나 라인을 인식하는 방법으로 작품의 구도를 분석하고, 분석된 구도를 기준으로 유사한 구도를 갖는 작품끼리 또는 유사하지 않은 구도를 갖는 작품끼리 다이나믹하게 배치할 수 있다.
또한 도 16에 도시된 바와 같이 메인칼라의 분포도, 도 17에 도시된 바와 같이 메인칼라의 배치 구도나 채도 등을 기준으로 작품을 배치할 수도 있다.
이와 같이 선정된 작품이 코디네이션 모듈(43)에 의해 가상의 공간에 자동 배치됨으로써 선정된 작품의 사용자들 사이에 작품 배치에 대한 어려운 합의 과정 없이 전문적인 배치 기법으로 신속히 그룹 전시를 구성할 수 있다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 제2 실시예에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템 및 방법은 실제 공간에서 그룹전시를 기획함에 따르는 어려움 없이 다양한 주제의 그룹전시를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 18에 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템(100-3)의 시스템 구성도가 도시되어 있다. 도 18에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 시스템(100-3)은 작품 저장부(11), 가상 공간 저장부(12), 사용자 전시 구성 모듈(20), 디스플레이 모듈(30), 그룹 전시 구성 모듈(40)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 시스템(100-3)은 제2 실시예에 따른 시스템(100-2)과 달리 그룹 전시 구성 모듈(40)에 그룹 전시 설정 모듈(44)을 더 포함함으로써 사용자가 원하는 그룹 전시를 제공할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
그룹 전시 설정 모듈(44) 이외의 구성에 대한 설명은 제1 실시예 및 제2 실시예에서의 설명으로 갈음하고 이하에서는 그룹 전시 설정 모듈(44)에 대한 설명을 중심으로 사용자가 원하는 그룹 전시를 제공하는 방법에 대해 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
그룹 전시 설정 모듈(44)은 사용자가 그룹 전시에 필요한 각종 사항을 설정할 수 있도록 하는 모듈이다.
예를 들어 제주도의 풍경을 그린 자신의 작품 P를 제주도를 주제로 한 각종 작품들과 함께 제주현대미술관에서 그룹전시를 하고 싶은 사용자 S는 그룹 전시 설정 모듈을 이용하여 그룹전시의 주제를 “제주도”, 가상 공간을 “제주현대미술관”으로 설정할 수 있다.
이와 같이 사용자가 그룹 전시 설정 모듈(44)을 통해 그룹전시를 위한 조건들을 입력하면 예비 작품 선정 모듈(41)은 키워드 “제주도”를 이용하여 작품들을 검색하고 검색된 작품들을 예비 작품으로 선정하여 공개한다.
작품 평가 모듈(42)은 공개된 예비 작품에 대한 사용자들의 평가를 수렴하여 작품 P와 함께 그룹 전시될 작품들을 선정한다.
이때 작품 평가 모듈은 작품 P와 유사한 수준의 작품들이 그룹 전시될 수 있도록 작품 P와 평가점수가 유사한 작품들을 그룹 전시될 작품들로서 선정할 수 있다.
또한 가상 공간인 “제주현대미술관”에 전시될 수 있는 개수의 작품들을 선정한다.
코디네이션 모듈(43)은 그룹전시 주제인 “제주도”에 맞게 사용자 S의 작품 P와 선정된 작품들을 가상의 “제주현대미술관”에 자동으로 배치하고 디스플레이 모듈이 구성된 그룹 전시를 공개함으로써 모든 사용자들이 사용자 S가 주최한 그룹전시를 관람할 수 있게 된다.
또한 코디네이션 모듈(43)은 사용자 S와 선정된 작품들의 사용자들을 위한 가상 대화공간(예를 들어 단체 채팅방)을 자동으로 구성하여 제공할 수 있다.
가상 대화공간에서 사용자들 사이에 다수결로 합의가 가능한 사항(가상 공간에서의 배치 기법 등)을 투표하도록 함으로써 그룹 전시 구성에 있어서 선정된 작품의 사용자들의 의견을 반영할 수도 있다.
또한 그룹 전시 설정 모듈(44)을 통해 사용자 S가 수동 코디네이션을 선택하거나 가상 대화공간에서의 합의로 수동 코디네이션이 결정된 경우 사용자 S 또는 사용자들이 합의 또는 사용자 S의 지정에 따라 결정된 전문가 그룹의 회원이 사용자 전시 구성 모듈(20)을 이용하여 수동으로 작품들을 가상 공간 내에 배치할 수도 있다.
이러한 본 발명의 제3 실시예에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템 및 방법은 전문적 지식이나 인맥이 없는 사용자라도 용이하게 그룹전시를 기획하고 자신이 기획한 그룹전시를 여러 사용자들에게 제공할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
지금까지 본 발명에 따른 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템 및 방법을 구체적인 실시예를 참고로 한정되게 설명되었으나 본 발명은 이러한 구체적인 실시예에 한정되지 않으며, 특허청구범위에서 청구된 발명의 사상 및 그 영역을 이탈하지 않으면서 다양한 변화 및 변경이 있을 수 있음을 이해하여야 할 것이다.

Claims (18)

  1. 사용자들의 작품이 저장된 작품 저장부;
    가상 공간에 대한 정보가 저장된 가상 공간 정보 저장부;
    상기 작품이 상기 가상 공간에 배치되도록 구성하는 전시 구성 모듈; 및
    상기 전시 구성 모듈이 구성한 대로 상기 가상 공간 내에 상기 작품을 디스플레이하는 디스플레이 모듈;
    을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 가상 공간에 대한 정보는 상기 작품을 전시하기 위한 가상 공간인 1차 레이아웃과 1차 레이아웃의 일부 영역을 선택하였을 때 1차 레이아웃에 전시된 작품에 대한 정보를 제공하기 위한 가상 공간인 2차 레이아웃을 포함하는 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 레이아웃은 실존하는 전시관을 모사한 가상 공간이며, 상기 디스플레이 모듈은 사용자에게 디스플레이하는 현재 시각에 대응하는 상기 실존하는 전시관의 현지 시각에 따라 가상 공간의 조도를 조절하여 제공하는 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 작품 저장부에 저장된 사용자들의 작품 중 주제에 따라 예비 작품을 선정하고 공개하는 예비 작품 선정 모듈;
    상기 예비 작품에 대한 사용자들의 평가를 수렴하고 평가 결과에 따라 그룹 전시될 작품을 선정하는 작품 평가 모듈; 및
    선정된 작품을 이용하여 상기 가상 공간에서의 그룹전시를 구성하는 코디네이션 모듈;을 더 포함하는 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 예비 작품 선정 모듈은
    상기 주제가 색상인 경우 상기 작품 저장부에 저장된 작품들을 분석하여 작품의 메인컬러가 주제 색상과 동일한 작품을 예비 작품으로 선정하고,
    상기 주제가 색상이 아닌 경우 상기 작품 저장부에 저장된 작품들의 메타데이터 중 주제에 대응하는 키워드를 갖는 작품을 예비 작품으로 선정하는 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 예비 작품 선정 모듈은
    미리 정해진 기준 이상의 분포율을 갖는 색상을 메인컬러로 선정하거나,
    작품을 흑백으로 변경한 후 명암이 가장 어두운 색을 메인컬러로 선정하거나, 또는
    작품의 중심에서 상하단으로 미리 설정된 기준 이상의 분포율을 갖는 오브젝트의 색상을 메인컬러로 선정하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 작품 평가 모듈은, 상기 사용자들의 등급에 따라 각 사용자들의 평가에 가산점을 부여한 후 그 합산으로 각 예비 작품에 대한 평가총점을 도출하고, 상기 평가총점을 기준으로 그룹 전시될 작품을 선정하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 코디네이션 모듈은, 상기 선정된 작품들의 시간 정보, 구도 정보, 색상 정보 중 적어도 하나를 기준으로 상기 가상 공간에 선정된 작품들을 전시하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 코디네이션 모듈은, 선정된 작품들의 사용자들을 위한 가상 대화공간을 제공하고, 상기 가상 대화공간에서 결정된 사항을 기준으로 상기 가상 공간에서의 작품 전시를 구성하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 사용자가 그룹 전시의 주제, 그룹 전시를 위한 가상 공간, 상기 선정된 작품들의 전시 기준 중 하나 이상을 설정할 수 있도록 하는 그룹 전시 설정 모듈을 더 포함하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 시스템.
  10. 전시 제공 시스템에 의한 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 방법으로서,
    주제에 따라 예비 작품을 공개하는 예비 작품 공개 단계;
    상기 예비 작품에 대한 사용자들의 평가를 수렴하는 예비 작품 평가 단계;
    상기 평가를 기준으로 상기 예비 작품 중 일정 개수의 작품을 선정하는 작품 선정 단계; 및
    선정된 작품을 이용하여 가상 공간에서의 그룹전시를 구성하는 그룹전시 구성 단계;를 포함하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 예비 작품 공개 단계 이전에 주제에 따라 예비 작품을 검색하여 선정하는 예비 작품 선정 단계를 포함하는 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 작품 선정 단계에서 상기 사용자들의 등급에 따라 각 사용자들의 평가에 가산점을 부여한 후 그 합산으로 각 예비 작품에 대한 평가총점을 도출하고, 상기 평가총점을 기준으로 일정 개수의 작품을 선정하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 작품 선정 단계에서 상기 평가총점을 기준으로 2개 이상의 등급으로 작품을 분리하여 선정하고,
    상기 그룹전시 구성 단계에서 상기 등급별로 분리하여 선정된 작품끼리 그룹전시를 구성하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 그룹전시 구성 단계에서 상기 선정된 작품의 사용자들을 위한 가상 대화공간을 제공하는 대화공간 제공하고 상기 대화공간에서 결정된 사항을 가상 공간에서의 그룹전시 구성에 반영하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 그룹전시 구성 단계에서, 상기 선정된 작품들을 작품의 시간 순서대로 전시하거나, 작품의 구도를 인식하고 인식된 작품의 구도를 기준으로 상기 선정된 작품들을 전시하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 방법.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 주제가 색상인 경우, 작품들을 분석하여 작품의 메인컬러가 주제 색상과 동일한 작품을 예비 작품으로 선정하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 메인컬러는
    미리 정해진 기준 이상의 분포율을 갖는 색상을 메인컬러로 선정하거나,
    상기 작품을 흑백으로 변경 후 명암이 가장 어두운 색을 메인컬러로 선정하거나, 또는
    작품의 중심에서 상하단으로 미리 설정된 기준 이상의 분포율을 갖는 오브젝트의 색상을 메인컬러로 선정하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 그룹전시 구성 단계에서, 상기 선정된 작품을 상기 메인컬러의 분포도 순서대로 전시하거나 또는 메인컬러의 분포 구도를 기준으로 전시하는, 가상 공간에서의 전시 제공 방법.
