Abstract
La présente invention concerne une zéolite de type pentasil ayant une acidité catalytique supérieure à celle de l'art antérieur dans une réaction de synthèse d'hydrocarbure, un procédé de fabrication de la zéolite en utilisant un SDA bon marché, et un catalyseur de synthèse d'hydrocarbure qui comprend la zéolite. Une zéolite de type pentasil dans laquelle la longueur moyenne du diamètre court des particules primaires est de 7 nm à 20 nm, l'écart-type de la longueur du diamètre court est de 3 ou moins, et la surface spécifique BET est de 430 m2/g ou plus. La zéolite comprend une source de silicium, une source d'aluminium, et un cation tétrabutylammonium, et peut être obtenue grâce à un procédé de fabrication comportant une étape de cristallisation pour la cristallisation d'un mélange présentant un rapport en mole de SiO2/Al2O3 inférieur à 80 à une température de 150°C ou moins.
