前記軸受ハウジングに収容されるスナップリングであって、前記軸受ハウジングの内周壁面に形成される第1周方向溝に挿入されることで、前記インサート部材を前記スラストプレートに押し付けた状態で固定するように構成されたスナップリングと、
前記軸受ハウジングに収容されるディフューザ部材であって、前記軸受ハウジングの一方側端部における内周壁面と前記コンプレッサインペラの外周縁との間を前記回転軸の軸直交方向に沿って延在する、前記ディフューザ流路の一部を画定するディフューザ面を有するディフューザ部材と、を備える。
例えば、「ある方向に」、「ある方向に沿って」、「平行」、「直交」、「中心」、「同心」或いは「同軸」等の相対的或いは絶対的な配置を表す表現は、厳密にそのような配置を表すのみならず、公差、若しくは、同じ機能が得られる程度の角度や距離をもって相対的に変位している状態も表すものとする。
例えば、「同一」、「等しい」及び「均質」等の物事が等しい状態であることを表す表現は、厳密に等しい状態を表すのみならず、公差、若しくは、同じ機能が得られる程度の差が存在している状態も表すものとする。
例えば、四角形状や円筒形状等の形状を表す表現は、幾何学的に厳密な意味での四角形状や円筒形状等の形状を表すのみならず、同じ効果が得られる範囲で、凹凸部や面取り部等を含む形状も表すものとする。
一方、一の構成要素を「備える」、「具える」、「具備する」、「含む」、又は、「有する」という表現は、他の構成要素の存在を除外する排他的な表現ではない。
また、以下の説明において、同じ構成には同じ符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略する場合がある。
本発明の一実施形態にかかる過給機は、特に限定されないが、例えば自動車用エンジン等に搭載されるターボチャージャである。
本実施形態の過吸機100は、図1に示したように、回転軸2の一端側に設けられたタービンインペラ103を収容するタービンハウジング102、回転軸2の他端側に設けられたコンプレッサインペラ105を収容するコンプレッサハウジング104、及び回転軸2を回転可能に支持するラジアル軸受110と、回転軸2のスラスト力(軸方向力)を支持するスラストプレート4とを収容する軸受ハウジング106、の3つのハウジングからなる。
また、軸受ハウジング106の内部には、軸受ハウジング106の内周壁面106aから突出する突出壁部106Aが形成されている。そして、突出壁部106Aには、上述したラジアル軸受110、及びスラストプレート4に供給する潤滑油を導入するための潤滑油導入路118が形成されている。潤滑油導入路118から軸受ハウジング106の内部に導入された潤滑油は、ラジアル軸受110、及びスラストプレート4を潤滑した後、軸受ハウジング106の下部に形成されている潤滑油出口119から軸受ハウジング106の外部に排出される。
図示した実施形態では、スラストプレート4は、回転軸2が挿通される挿通孔4Aを有する環状のプレート状部材である。そして、スラストプレート4は、その一方面4aが、軸受ハウジング106の突出壁部106Aの側面と当接した状態で、軸受ハウジング106の内部に収容されている。
幾つかの実施形態では、図2A、図3A、図4A、図5A、図6A、図7A、図8A、図9A、及び図10に拡大して示すように、インサート部材6は、回転軸2の軸直交方向に沿って延在する内周側壁部61を有する内周部6Aと、内周側壁部61よりも軸受ハウジング106の一方側端部から遠い位置において回転軸2の軸直交方向に沿って延在する外周側壁部62、及び外周側壁部62からスラストプレート4に向かって突出する突出部63、を有する外周部6Bとを含んでいる。スナップリング8は、インサート部材6の内周部6Aよりも外周側に位置し、第1周方向溝81に挿入された状態でインサート部材6の外周側壁部62と当接するように構成される。そして、ディフューザ部材9は、インサート部材6の内周部6Aよりも外周側に位置するように構成される

Claims (15)
- 回転軸と、
前記回転軸の一端側に設けられるコンプレッサインペラと、
前記コンプレッサインペラを収容するためのコンプレッサハウジングと、
前記コンプレッサハウジングと軸受ハウジングの一方側端部において連結される軸受ハウジングであって、前記回転軸の軸直交方向に沿って延伸し、前記コンプレッサインペラによって圧縮された吸気が流れるディフューザ流路を前記コンプレッサハウジングとの間で画定するように構成されるとともに、前記軸受ハウジングの内周壁面から突出する突出壁部を内部に有する軸受ハウジングと、
前記軸受ハウジングに収容され、前記回転軸を軸方向に支持するためのスラストプレートと、
前記回転軸の軸方向において、前記スラストプレートよりも前記軸受ハウジングの一方側端部に近い位置において前記軸受ハウジングに収容されるインサート部材であって、前記突出壁部との間で前記スラストプレートを保持するように構成されたインサート部材と、
前記軸受ハウジングに収容されるスナップリングであって、前記軸受ハウジングの内周壁面に形成される第1周方向溝に挿入されることで、前記インサート部材を前記スラストプレートに押し付けた状態で固定するように構成されたスナップリングと、
前記軸受ハウジングに収容されるディフューザ部材であって、前記軸受ハウジングの一方側端部における内周壁面と前記コンプレッサインペラの外周縁との間を前記回転軸の軸直交方向に沿って延在する、前記ディフューザ流路の一部を画定するディフューザ面を有するディフューザ部材と、を備える過給機。 - 前記インサート部材は、
前記回転軸の軸直交方向に沿って延在する内周側壁部を有する内周部と、
前記内周側壁部よりも前記軸受ハウジングの一方側端部から遠い位置において前記回転軸の軸直交方向に沿って延在する外周側壁部、及び前記外周側壁部から前記スラストプレートに向かって突出する突出部、を有する外周部と、を含み、
前記スナップリングは、前記インサート部材の前記内周部よりも外周側に位置し、前記第1周方向溝に挿入された状態で前記インサート部材の前記外周側壁部と当接するように構成されるとともに、
前記ディフューザ部材は、前記インサート部材の前記内周部よりも外周側に位置するように構成される
請求項1に記載の過給機。 - 前記ディフューザ部材は、
前記ディフューザ面を有する板状のディフューザ部と、
前記ディフューザ部の外周端部から前記回転軸の軸方向に沿って延在する板状の外周側板部と、を含み、
前記外周側板部は、前記軸受ハウジングの内周壁面と前記回転軸の軸方向に沿って当接するように構成される
請求項2に記載の過給機。 - 前記インサート部材は、前記内周部の外周端部から外周側に向かって突出する凸部を有し、
前記ディフューザ部材は、前記ディフューザ部の内周端部から前記インサート部材の前記内周部に向かって延在する板状の内周側板部を含み、
前記インサート部材および前記ディフューザ部材が前記軸受ハウジングの内部に収容された状態において、前記内周側板部の内周端は、前記回転軸の軸方向において、前記凸部よりも前記軸受ハウジングの一方側端部から遠くに位置し、且つ、前記回転軸の軸直交方向において、前記凸部の外周端よりも前記回転軸の近くに位置するように構成される
請求項3に記載の過給機。 - 前記ディフューザ部材の外径は、前記軸受ハウジングの一方側端部における内径よりも大きく形成されており、
前記ディフューザ部材は、前記軸受ハウジングの内部に圧入されることで、前記軸受ハウジングの内部に固定される
請求項3又は4に記載の過給機。 - 前記ディフューザ部材の内径は、前記インサート部材の前記内周部の外周端面における外径よりも小さく形成されており、
前記ディフューザ部材は、前記インサート部材の前記内周部の外周端面と嵌合することで、前記軸受ハウジングの内部に固定される
請求項3から5の何れか一項に記載の過給機。 - 前記軸受ハウジングの内周壁面には、前記回転軸の軸方向において前記第1周方向溝よりも前記軸受ハウジングの一方側端部に近い位置に第2周方向溝が形成され、
前記ディフューザ部材は、前記外周側板部から外周側に向かって延在する板状の挿入板部を含み、
前記挿入板部は、前記第2周方向溝に挿入されるように構成される
請求項3又は4に記載の過給機。 - 前記第2周方向溝は、前記軸受ハウジングの内周壁面の全周に亘って形成されており、
前記挿入板部は、前記軸受ハウジングの内周壁面の全周に亘って前記第2周方向溝に挿入されるように構成される
請求項7に記載の過給機。 - 前記第1周方向溝は、前記軸受ハウジングの内周壁面の全周に亘って形成されており、
前記スナップリングは、円弧状の両端部が互いに離間してなる離間部を有し、
前記ディフューザ部材の前記外周側板部は、第1外周側板部と、前記第1外周側板部と周方向の異なる位置に形成される第2外周側板部であって、前記第1外周側板部よりも延在距離が短い第2外周側板部と、を含み、
前記ディフューザ部材の挿入板部は、前記第1外周側板部から外周側に向かって延在する第1挿入板部と、前記第2外周側板部から外周側に向かって延在する第2挿入板部と、を含み、
前記第2挿入板部は、前記第2周方向溝に挿入されるように構成され、
前記第1挿入板部は、前記第1周方向溝に挿入されている前記スナップリングの前記離間部において、前記第1周方向溝に挿入されるように構成される
請求項7に記載の過給機。 - 前記ディフューザ部材を前記回転軸の軸方向から視た場合に、前記第2挿入板部は、前記第1挿入板部に対して周方向において対向する位置に形成される
請求項9に記載の過給機。 - 前記ディフューザ部材は、前記ディフューザ部の内周端部から前記回転軸の軸方向に沿って前記インサート部材に向かって延在する板状の筒状板部を含み、
前記インサート部材は、前記内周部の外周端面から外周側に向かって突出する凸部を有するとともに、前記凸部は、周方向に少なくとも一つ、又は間隔を置いて複数形成され、
前記筒状板部の内周面には、前記筒状板部が前記インサート部材の前記内周部の外周端部に嵌合される際に、前記凸部が挿入される凹部又はスリットが前記回転軸の軸方向に沿って形成されている
請求項9又は10に記載の過給機。 - 前記ディフューザ部材は、前記ディフューザ部の内周端部から前記回転軸の軸方向に沿って前記インサート部材に向かって延在する板状の水平板部を含むとともに、前記水平板部の先端部には、水平板部の他の部分よりも膨らんだ膨出部が形成され、
前記インサート部材の前記外周側壁部には、前記水平板部の先端部が嵌合可能に構成された嵌合溝が形成されている
請求項2又は3に記載の過給機。 - 前記ディフューザ部材は、板金が折り曲げ加工されてなるプレート状部材から構成される
請求項3から12の何れか一項に記載の過給機。 - 前記ディフューザ部材のディフューザ部には、ネジ部材が螺合可能なネジ穴が形成されており、
前記インサート部材の前記外周側壁部には、前記ネジ部材が螺合可能なネジ穴が形成されており、
前記ディフューザ部材の前記ディフューザ面から、前記ディフューザ部材の前記ネジ穴、及び前記インサート部材の前記ネジ穴に前記ネジ部材を螺合することで、前記ディフューザ部材が前記インサート部材に締結されるように構成されている
請求項2に記載の過給機。 - 前記軸受ハウジングの内周壁面には、前記軸受ハウジングの一方側端部から前記回転軸の軸方向に沿って所定長さのネジ溝が形成されており、
前記ディフューザ部材は円環状に形成され、前記ディフューザ部材の外周面には、前記ネジ溝と螺合可能なネジ山が形成されている
請求項2に記載の過給機。
