综上所述,根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,其箱体上安装有气路系统和电路 系统,气路系统包括燃气管路、燃烧器、控制开关和电控阀,其中,燃气管路安装在箱体上,燃烧器安装在箱体内,并与燃气管路的出口相连通,控制开关和电控阀安装在燃气管路上,控制燃气管路的导通和断开;电路系统包括控制器和定时器,控制器安装在箱体上并与电控阀相连接,与控制开关配合使用,当控制开关开启时,控制器导通电控阀,当控制开关关闭时,控制器关闭电控阀;定时器安装在箱体上,与控制器相连接,当其定时时间截止时,控制器关闭电控阀,使电控阀断开燃气管路。该方案的实现方式简单可靠,控制器与控制开关同时打开或关闭,用户在使用烤箱时只需要打开一个开关,而且燃气管路上安装有由控制器控制的电控阀,使烤箱只能在控制器工作状态下才能接通燃气,提高了烤箱的安全性,同时,控制器可根据定时器的状态来对电控阀的开闭进行控制,使用户在预先设定定时时间后可以远离烤箱进行其他的动作,定时时间截止后,控制器使烤箱燃气通道关闭,不需要用户亲自关闭烤箱,提高了用户在使用烤箱时的自由度,同时也避免了漏气的风险,提高了烤箱的安全性。

根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,电控阀串联在燃气管路上,只需控制燃气管路的通断,所以采用最简单的二位二通电控阀;控制开关为手动开关,只能由用户打开或关闭,所以为了控制燃气管路,电控阀必须接在控制开关和燃气管路的入口端之间,当电控阀关闭时,即使用户没有关闭控制开关,燃气管路也不会有燃气进入烤箱,提高了烤箱的安全性。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述电路系统还包括:联动开关,安装在所述定时器和所述控制器之间、并与所述控制开关配合使用;其中:所述控制开关开启、同时所述联动开关开启,所述控制开关关闭、同时所述联动开关关闭。
根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,电路系统还包括联动开关,联动开关安装在定时器和控制器之间,控制定时器与控制器之间的信号的通断。联动开关与控 制开关联动,当控制开关打开时,联动开关打开,控制开关关闭时,联动开关关闭。这样,用户使用烤箱时不需要打开两个开关,减少了烤箱的操作难度。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述定时器并联在所述电路系统的主路上,所述联动开关和所述控制器串联在所述电路系统的主路上。
根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,控制器与联动开关串联在电路系统的主路上,而且,联动开关与控制开关为联动关系,用户可通过控制开关来打开或关闭控制器,使烤箱开始工作或停止工作;定时器并联在电路系统的主路上,使用户可以设置定时器让控制器接收定时信号以便控制电控阀,也可以不设置定时器,让定时器在归零状态,由控制器持续控制电控阀,其控制方便灵活,提高了烤箱的可操作性和产品品质。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述定时器包括第一IC芯片。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述控制器为第二IC芯片。
根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,其中,第一IC芯片为定时芯片,控制器为第二IC芯片,第二IC芯片的信号输入端与第一IC芯片的输出端相连接,电控阀与控制器的输出端电连接;第一IC芯片向控制器发送信号,控制器根据第一IC芯片的信号来控制电控阀的开闭,从而控制燃气管路的通断。控制器可以选用单片机,单片机内预先写入程序,单片机接收第一IC芯片的信号,信号经过程序判断后,再通过单片机的输出端控制电控阀的开闭,这种实施方式可设定多个定时器,单片机根据多个定时器的不同信号来做出多种连续动作,其功能性强,智能化高,并且可以使烤箱功能升级。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述控制器包括相连接的第一电阻、三极管和二极管,其中,所述二极管和所述电控阀相并联。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述控制器还包括第二电阻;其中:所述第一电阻的第一端与所述第一IC芯片的输出端相连接、第二端与所述三极管的基极相连接;所述三极管的集电极与二极管的阳极和所述电控阀的第一端相连接、发射极接地,所述第二电阻连接于所述三极管的基极与发射极之间;所述二极管的阴极和所述电控阀的第二端相连接后、与直流电源相连。
根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,第一IC芯片为定时器,第一IC芯片的输出端连接第一电阻的第一端,第一电阻的第二端连接三极管的基极,形成定时器 的信号线路;三极管的集电极与二极管的阳极和电控阀的第一端相连接、发射极接地,二极管的阴极和电控阀的第二端相连接后、与直流电源相连,形成电控阀的控制线路;第一IC芯片的定时截止后,输出端给三极管的基极发送高电平信号,使三极管导通,电控阀的随之通电并响应,做出相应动作,以此来控制燃气管路的断开。这种实施方式简单可靠,成本低,有助于降低烤箱的生产成本和提高烤箱的生产率。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述控制器还包括第二电阻;其中:所述第一电阻的第一端与所述第一IC芯片的输出端相连接、第二端与所述三极管的基极相连接;所述三极管的发射极与所述二极管的阴极和所述电控阀的第一端相连接、集电极接地,所述第二电阻连接于所述三极管的基极与发射极之间;所述二极管的阳极和所述电控阀的第二端相连接后、与直流电源相连接。
根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,第一电阻的第一端与第一IC芯片的输出端相连接、第二端与三极管的基极相连接,形成定时器的信号线路;三极管的发射极与二极管的阴极和电控阀的第一端相连接、集电极接地,二极管的阳极和电控阀的第二端相连接后、与直流电源相连接,形成电控阀的控制线路;其中,第二电阻连接与三极管的基极与发射极之间;使第一IC芯片的输出端处于低电平时三极管的基极才能接收到信号。三极管的基极接收到电压信号后,电控阀的控制线路导通,电控阀随之响应并做出相应动作,以此来控制燃气管路的断开。这种实施方式简单可靠,成本低,有助于降低烤箱的生产成本和提高烤箱的生产率。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
如图1所示,根据本发明一些实施例提供的一种烤箱,包括:箱体1;气路系统和电路系统,均安装在所述箱体1上;所述气路系统包括:燃气管路6,安装在所述箱体1上;燃烧器2,安装在所述箱体1内、并与所述燃气管路6的出口相连通;控制开关3,安装在所述燃气管路6上;和电控阀5,安装在所述燃气管路6上、并与所述控制开关3一起控制所述燃气管路6的导通和断开(二者起双重保护的作用);所述电路系统包括:控制器,安装在所述箱体1上、并与所述电控阀5相连接,且与所述控制开关3配合使用,其中,所述控制开关3开启、同时所述控制器导通所述电控阀5,所述控制开关3关闭、同时所述控制器关闭所述电控阀5;和定时器4,安装在所述箱体1上、并与所述控制器相连接,且在其定时时间截止时,可控制所述控制器关闭所述电控阀5,以使所述电控阀5断开所述燃气管路6。
综上所述,根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,其箱体1上安装有气路系统和电路系统,气路系统包括燃气管路6、燃烧器2、控制开关3和电控阀5,其中,燃气管路6安装在箱体1上,燃烧器2安装在箱体1内,并与燃气管路6的出口相连通,控制开关3和电控阀5安装在燃气管路6上,控制燃气管路6的导通和断开;电路系统包括控制器和定时器4,控制器安装在箱体1上并与电控阀5相连接,与控制开关3配合使用,当控制开关3开启时,控制器导通电控 阀5,当控制开关3关闭时,控制器关闭电控阀5;定时器4安装在箱体1上,与控制器相连接,当其定时时间截止时,控制器关闭电控阀5,使电控阀5断开燃气管路6。该方案的实现方式简单可靠,控制器与控制开关3同时打开或关闭,用户在使用烤箱时只需要打开一个开关,而且燃气管路6上安装有由控制器控制的电控阀5,使烤箱只能在控制器工作状态下才能接通燃气,提高了烤箱的安全性,同时,控制器可根据定时器4的状态来对电控阀5的开闭进行控制,使用户在预先设定定时时间后可以远离烤箱进行其他的动作,定时时间截止后,控制器使烤箱燃气通道关闭,不需要用户亲自关闭烤箱,提高了用户在使用烤箱时的自由度,同时也避免了漏气的风险,提高了烤箱的安全性。

如图2所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,所述电控阀5位于所述控制开关3和所述燃气管路6的入口端之间。

根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,电路系统还包括联动开关,联动开关安装在定时器4和控制器之间,控制定时器4与控制器之间的信号的通断。联动开关与控制开关3联动,当控制开关3打开时,联动开关打开,控制开关3关闭时,联动开关关闭。这样,用户使用烤箱时不需要打开两个开关,减少了烤箱的操作难度。
如图2所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,所述定时器4并联在所述电路 系统的主路上,所述联动开关和所述控制器串联在所述电路系统的主路上。
根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,控制器与联动开关串联在电路系统的主路上,而且,联动开关与控制开关3为联动关系,用户可通过控制开关3来打开或关闭控制器,使烤箱开始工作或停止工作;定时器4并联在电路系统的主路上,使用户可以设置定时器4,让控制器接收定时信号以便控制电控阀5,也可以不设置定时器4,让定时器4在归零状态,由控制器持续控制电控阀5,其控制方便灵活,提高了烤箱的可操作性和产品品质。
如图3所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,所述定时器包括第一IC芯片。
根据本发明的一个实施例,所述控制器为第二IC芯片。
根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,其中,第一IC芯片为定时芯片,控制器为第二IC芯片,第二IC芯片的信号输入端口1与第一IC芯片的输出端口2相连接,电控阀PLY1的线圈端口3与第二IC的输出端口16连接,电控阀PLY1的线圈端口4连接电压源VDD;第一IC芯片的输出端口2向第二IC芯片的输入端口1发送信号,第二IC芯片的输出端口16输出低电平,使电控阀PLY1的线圈导通,控制电控阀PLY1的开闭,从而控制燃气管路的断开。其中,第二IC芯片为单片机,单片机内必须预先写入程序,单片机接收第一IC芯片的信号,信号经过程序判断后,单片机通过输出端控制电控阀PLY1的开闭,这种实施方式可设置多个定时器,单片机根据多个定时器的不同信号来做出多种连续动作,其功能性强,智能化高,并且可以使烤箱进行功能扩展和升级。
如图4和图5所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,所述控制器包括相连接的第一电阻R4、三极管Q2和二极管D1,其中,所述二极管D1和所述电控阀PLY1相并联。
如图4所示,根据本发明的另一个实施例,也可以是所述控制器还包括第二电阻R5;其中:所述第一电阻R4的第一端与所述第一IC芯片的输出端相连接、第二端与所述三极管Q2的基极相连接;所述三极管Q2的集电极与二极管D1的阳极和所述电控阀PLY1的第一端相连接、发射极接地,所述第二电阻R5连接于所述三极管Q2的基极与发射极之间;所述二极管D1的阴极和所述电控阀PLY1的第二端相连接后、与直流电源VDD相连。
根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,第一IC芯片为定时器,第一IC芯片的输出 端连接第一电阻R4的第一端,第一电阻R4的第二端连接三极管Q2的基极,形成定时器的信号线路;三极管Q2的集电极与二极管D1的阳极和电控阀PLY1的第一端相连接、发射极接地,二极管D1的阴极和电控阀PLY1的第二端相连接后、与直流电源相连,形成电控阀PLY1的控制线路。
在具体工作时,通过设置第一IC芯片,使得第一IC芯片通过端口2输出高电平给到R4,三极管Q2导通,则电控阀PLY1的线圈的两端有VDD的电压,电控阀PLY1打开。通过设置第一IC芯片定时T0时间,当第一IC芯片计时到达,第一IC芯片通过端口2输出低电平给到R4,三极管Q2截止,则电控阀PLY1的线圈两端有0V电压,电控阀PLY1关闭,实现电控阀PLY1定时切断燃气管路。这种实施方式简单可靠,成本低,有助于降低烤箱的生产成本和提高烤箱的生产率。
如图5所示,根据本发明的再一个实施例,所述控制器还包括第二电阻R5;其中:所述第一电阻R4的第一端与所述第一IC芯片的输出端相连接、第二端与所述三极管Q2的基极相连接;所述三极管Q2的发射极与所述二极管D1的阴极和所述电控阀PLY1的第一端相连接、集电极接地,所述第二电阻R5连接于所述三极管Q2的基极与发射极之间;所述二极管D1的阳极和所述电控阀PLY1的第二端相连接后、与直流电源VDD相连接。
根据本发明的实施例的烤箱,第一电阻的第一端与第一IC芯片的输出端相连接、第二端与三极管的基极相连接,形成定时器的信号线路;三极管的发射极与二极管的阴极和电控阀的第一端相连接、集电极接地,二极管的阳极和电控阀的第二端相连接后、与直流电源相连接,形成电控阀的控制线路;其中,第二电阻连接与三极管的基极与发射极之间;使第一IC芯片的输出端处于低电平时三极管的基极才能接收到信号。
在具体工作时,通过设置第一IC芯片,使得第一IC芯片通过端口2输出低电平给到R4,三极管Q2导通,则电控阀PLY1的线圈两端有VDD的电压,电控阀PLY1打开。通过设置第一IC芯片定时T0时间,当第一IC芯片计时到达,第一IC芯片通过端口2输出高电平给到R4,三极管Q2截止,则电控阀PLY1的线圈两端有0V的电压,电控阀PLY1关闭,实现电控阀PLY1定时切断气路。三极管Q2的基极接收到电压信号后电控阀PLY1的控制线路导通,电控阀PLY1随之 响应并做出相应动作,以此来控制燃气管路的通断。这种实施方式简单可靠,成本低,有助于降低烤箱的生产成本和提高烤箱的生产率。
图3至图5中,IC1表示第一IC芯片,IC2表示第二IC芯片。
在本发明的描述中,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种烤箱,包括:
    箱体;
    气路系统和电路系统,均安装在所述箱体上;其特征在于,所述气路系统包括:
    燃气管路,安装在所述箱体上;
    燃烧器,安装在所述箱体内、并与所述燃气管路的出口相连通;
    控制开关,安装在所述燃气管路上;和
    电控阀,安装在所述燃气管路上、并与所述控制开关一起控制所述燃气管路的导通和断开;所述电路系统包括:
    控制器,安装在所述箱体上、并与所述电控阀相连接,且与所述控制开关配合使用,其中,所述控制开关开启、同时所述控制器导通所述电控阀,所述控制开关关闭、同时所述控制器关闭所述电控阀;和
    定时器,安装在所述箱体上、并与所述控制器相连接,且在其定时时间截止时,可控制所述控制器关闭所述电控阀,以使所述电控阀断开所述燃气管路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烤箱,其特征在于,
    所述电控阀位于所述控制开关和所述燃气管路的入口端之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烤箱,其特征在于,
    所述定时器为机械定时器或电子定时器,所述电控阀为二位二通电控阀。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述电路系统还包括:
    联动开关,安装在所述定时器和所述控制器之间、并与所述控制开关配合使用;其中:
    所述控制开关开启、同时所述联动开关开启,所述控制开关关闭、同时所述联动开关关闭。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烤箱,其特征在于,
    所述定时器并联在所述电路系统的主路上,所述联动开关和所述控制器串联在所述电路系统的主路上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烤箱,其特征在于,所述定时器包括第一IC芯片。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的烤箱,其特征在于,
    所述控制器为第二IC芯片。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的烤箱,其特征在于,
    所述控制器包括相连接的第一电阻、三极管和二极管,其中,所述二极管和所述电控阀相并联。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烤箱,其特征在于,
    所述控制器还包括第二电阻;其中:
    所述第一电阻的第一端与所述第一IC芯片的输出端相连接、第二端与所述三极管的基极相连接;
    所述三极管的集电极与二极管的阳极和所述电控阀的第一端相连接、发射极接地,所述第二电阻连接于所述三极管的基极与发射极之间;
    所述二极管的阴极和所述电控阀的第二端相连接后、与直流电源相连。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的烤箱,其特征在于,
    所述控制器还包括第二电阻;其中:
    所述第一电阻的第一端与所述第一IC芯片的输出端相连接、第二端与所述三极管的基极相连接;
    所述三极管的发射极与所述二极管的阴极和所述电控阀的第一端相连接、集电极接地,所述第二电阻连接于所述三极管的基极与发射极之间;
    所述二极管的阳极和所述电控阀的第二端相连接后、与直流电源相连接。
