一种万向调节咬合架,包括上牙模安装座(1)和下牙模安装座(2);上牙模安装座(1)背面连接有供上牙模安装座(1)前后移动调节的上部前后滑轨(3),下牙模安装座(2)背面连接有供下牙模安装座(2)前后移动调节的下部前后滑轨(4);上部前后滑轨(3)的后端设有转接块(5),上部前后滑轨(3)与转接块(5)间通过一个供上牙模安装座(1)随上部前后滑轨(3)左右摆动调节的左右摆动调节机构相连接;转接块(5)与下部前后滑轨(4)后端间设有用于调节上牙模安装座(1)与下牙模安装座(2)上下间距的上下升降调节机构(6)。上牙模安装座(1)和下牙模安装座(2)可相对前后移动、左右摆动、左右偏移、上下移动等调整,适应于不同规定的牙模的咬合,以利于修整过程中的参考。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到假牙模具技术领域,具体涉及到用于上牙模与下牙模咬合调节装置技术领域。
背景技术
在假牙制作过程中,需要对上牙模与下牙模进行修整,为了更好修整上牙模和下牙模,需要在二者咬合状态进行参考修整,而上牙模和下牙模为独立的个体,目前还没有专用实现上牙模与下牙模咬合的装置,只能依靠手执使其咬合,不利于上牙模和下牙模修整操作。
发明内容
综上所述,本实用新型的目的在于解决上牙模与下牙模在修整时,使二者咬合操作不便的技术不足,而提出一种万向调节咬合架。
为解决本实用新型所提出的技术问题采用的技术方案为:万向调节咬合架,其特征在于所述咬合架包括有上牙模安装座和下牙模安装座;上牙模安装座背面连接有供上牙模安装座前后移动调节的上部前后滑轨,下牙模安装座背面连接有供下牙模安装座前后移动调节的下部前后滑轨;上部前后滑轨的后端设有转接块,上部前后滑轨与转接块间通过一个供上牙模安装座随上部前后滑轨左右摆动调节的左右摆动调节机构相连接;所述的转接块与下部前后滑轨后端间设有用于调节上牙模安装座与下牙模安装座上下间距的上下升降调节机构,其中转接块与上下升降调节机构间通过铰轴活动连接。
所述的上牙模安装座和下牙模安装座的安装面上设有定位槽和\或定位块;上牙模安装座和下牙模安装座的安装面上还设有磁铁。
所述的上牙模安装座包括有上基板,上基板背面设有上滑套,上滑套套接于所述上部前后滑轨上,在上滑套上还设有用于将上滑套与上部前后滑轨锁紧固定的上前后锁紧螺丝;所述的下牙模安装座包括有下基板,下基板背面设有下滑套,下滑套套接于所述下部前后滑轨上,在下滑套上还设有用于将下滑套与下部前后滑轨锁紧固定的下前后锁紧螺丝。
所述的转接块上设有摆动平台,上部前后滑轨上设有摆动限位槽,上部前后滑轨后端置于摆动平台上,在摆动限位槽中设有与摆动平台连接的摆动锁紧螺丝。
所述的上下升降调节机构的左右两侧各设一枚铰轴,转接块的左右两侧分别设有一个与相应铰轴配合的U型滑槽,U型滑槽的开口朝向前下方,在上下升降调节机构与转接块之间设有对转接块施加向U型滑槽的开口方向弹力的弹簧机构。
所述的铰轴上活动套接有滚珠,在U型滑槽的槽壁上设有与滚珠吻合的弧形凹槽。
所述的转接块上设有用于拧入U型滑槽中锁紧滚珠的滚珠锁紧螺丝。
所述的上下升降调节机构包括有与下部前后滑轨后端垂直固定连接的固定块和与转接块活动连接的升降块,升降块上设有升降限位槽,在升降限位槽中设有与固定块连接的升降锁紧螺丝。
所述的升降块上设有调节上部前后滑轨下落高度的高低定位调节机构。
所述的转接块上设有与上部前后滑轨的后端配后的摆动凹槽,在转接块上设有用于拧入至摆动凹槽中紧固上部前后滑轨的紧固螺丝。
本实用新型的有益效果为:需要修整的上牙模和下牙模分别安装于上牙模安装座和下牙模安装座上,上牙模安装座和下牙模安装座可以实现相对前后移动、左右摆动、左右偏移、上下移动等调整,适应于不同规定的牙模的咬合,方便修整时能快速准确咬合及分离,以利于修整过程中的参考。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和本实用新型优选的具体实施例对本实用新型的结构作进一步地说明。
参照图1至图9中所示,本实用新型包括有上牙模安装座1、下牙模安装座2、上部前后滑轨3、下部前后滑轨4、转接块5及上下升降调节机构6。
所述的上牙模安装座1包括有上基板11,上基板11背面设有上滑套12,上滑套12套接于所述上部前后滑轨3上,也即是上牙模安装座1可沿上部前后滑轨3前后滑动;在上滑套12上还设有用于将上滑套12与上部前后滑轨3锁紧固定的上前后锁紧螺丝13;所述的下牙模安装座2包括有下基板21,下基板21背面设有下滑套22,下滑套22套接于所述下部前后滑轨4上,在下滑套22上还设有用于将下滑套22与下部前后滑轨4锁紧固定的下前后锁紧螺丝23。
为了实现需要修整的上牙模和下牙模能快速安装于上牙模安装座1和下牙模安装座2上,所述的上牙模安装座1和下牙模安装座2的安装面上设有定位槽211和\或定位块212;上牙模安装座1和下牙模安装座2的安装面上还设有磁铁213,上牙模和下牙模通过磁铁213吸附于上牙模安装座1和下牙模安装座2上。
上部前后滑轨3的后端与转接块5连接,为了实现上牙模安装座1的左右摆动,上部前后滑轨3与转接块5间通过一个供上牙模安装座1随上部前后滑轨3左右摆动调节的左右摆动调节机构相连接;所述左右摆动调节机构的具体结构可以是:所述的转接块5上设有摆动平台51,上部前后滑轨3上设有摆动限位槽31,上部前后滑轨3后端置于摆动平台51上,在摆动限位槽31中设有与摆动平台51连接的摆动锁紧螺丝32,当左右摆动上部前后滑轨3调节到上牙模与下牙模能咬合后,拧紧摆动锁紧螺丝32即可锁紧上部前后滑轨3,防止再摆动。为了增强上部前后滑轨3与转接块5锁紧时的稳定性,所述的转接块5上设有与上部前后滑轨3的后端配后的摆动凹槽52,在转接块5上设有拧入至摆动凹槽52中用于紧固上部前后滑轨3的紧固螺丝53。
为了实现开始修整上牙模和下牙模时能快速翻转移开上牙模,转接块5与上下升降调节机构6间通过铰轴621活动连接;也即上部前后滑轨3能以铰轴621为支点翻转。
为了更好地使上牙模和下牙模精确咬合,达到咬合过程中的弹性微效果,所述的上下升降调节机构6的左右两侧各设一枚铰轴621,转接块5的左右两侧分别设有一个与相应铰轴配合的U型滑槽54,U型滑槽54的开口朝向前下方,优选是U型滑槽54开口方向水平夹角为45度;为了防止铰轴621与U型滑槽54脱落分离,在上下升降调节机构6与转接块5之间设有对转接块5施加向U型滑槽54的开口方向弹力的弹簧机构622。弹簧机构622包括有一根与上下升降调节机构6铰接的导向杆6221,导向杆6221上套接有弹簧6222,在摆动平台51的后侧面设有定位槽511,弹簧6222的前端置于定位槽511中。
为了实现转接块5更好地沿铰轴621轴向平移,也即上牙模安装座1能够左右平移微调,所述的铰轴621上活动套接有滚珠6211,在U型滑槽54的槽壁上设有与滚珠6211吻合的弧形凹槽541;滚珠6211可向U型滑槽54开口方向往返滚动,也可随同转接块5沿铰轴621轴向移动。所述的转接块5上设有用于拧入U型滑槽54中锁紧滚珠的滚珠锁紧螺丝542。
所述的上下升降调节机构6包括有与下部前后滑轨4后端垂直固定连接的固定块61和与转接块5活动连接的升降块62,升降块62上设有升降限位槽620,在升降限位槽620中设有与固定块61连接的升降锁紧螺丝611。
所述的升降块62上设有调节上部前后滑轨3下落高度的高低定位调节机构63,当上牙模和下牙模精确咬合,避免施加的咬合力过大,造成上牙模和下牙模损坏,高低定位调节机构63通过螺丝的向上顶升,顶住摆动平台51的底面,防止施加咬合力度过度。

  1. 万向调节咬合架,其特征在于所述咬合架包括有上牙模安装座和下牙模安装座;上牙模安装座背面连接有供上牙模安装座前后移动调节的上部前后滑轨,下牙模安装座背面连接有供下牙模安装座前后移动调节的下部前后滑轨;上部前后滑轨的后端设有转接块,上部前后滑轨与转接块间通过一个供上牙模安装座随上部前后滑轨左右摆动调节的左右摆动调节机构相连接;所述的转接块与下部前后滑轨后端间设有用于调节上牙模安装座与下牙模安装座上下间距的上下升降调节机构,其中转接块与上下升降调节机构间通过铰轴活动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的万向调节咬合架,其特征在于:所述的上牙模安装座和下牙模安装座的安装面上设有定位槽和\或定位块;上牙模安装座和下牙模安装座的安装面上还设有磁铁。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的万向调节咬合架,其特征在于:所述的上牙模安装座包括有上基板,上基板背面设有上滑套,上滑套套接于所述上部前后滑轨上,在上滑套上还设有用于将上滑套与上部前后滑轨锁紧固定的上前后锁紧螺丝;所述的下牙模安装座包括有下基板,下基板背面设有下滑套,下滑套套接于所述下部前后滑轨上,在下滑套上还设有用于将下滑套与下部前后滑轨锁紧固定的下前后锁紧螺丝。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的万向调节咬合架,其特征在于:所述的转接块上设有摆动平台,上部前后滑轨上设有摆动限位槽,上部前后滑轨后端置于摆动平台上,在摆动限位槽中设有与摆动平台连接的摆动锁紧螺丝。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的万向调节咬合架,其特征在于:所述的上下升降调节机构的左右两侧各设一枚铰轴,转接块的左右两侧分别设有一个与相应铰轴配合的U型滑槽,U型滑槽的开口朝向前下方,在上下升降调节机构与转接块之间设有对转接块施加向U型滑槽的开口方向弹力的弹簧机构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的万向调节咬合架,其特征在于:所述的铰轴上活动套接有滚珠,在U型滑槽的槽壁上设有与滚珠吻合的弧形凹槽。
