Description

一种陶瓷发热烘烤器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及烟具用品技术领域,尤其是一种陶瓷发热烘烤器。
背景技术
周知,电子烟是以烟油或烟液作为烟雾的雾化介质,其制作成本较高,且所产生的烟雾的味道也不够纯正;而传统的烟斗等烟具虽然以烟丝作为烟雾的雾化介质,但以无法满足现代人们的使用需求;因此,一种介于电子烟和传统烟具之间的烟草烘烤器应运而生,其通过集成两者各自的优点被越来越普遍的应用。
然而,现有的烟草烘烤器却普遍存在如下问题:1、结构复杂、拆装繁琐,使用寿命短;2、发热效果差、雾化介质燃烧不充分且不均匀,严重影响了烟雾的口感;3、燃烧物不易清理,容易产生积碳或其它异味,给使用者造成了使用上的不便;4、功能单一、调节性差,无法满足人们实际的使用需求。因此,有必要对现有的烘烤器提出改进方案,以解决其存在现有的问题,提高其使用效果。
实用新型内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、部件清洗及更换方便、发热均匀、烟雾口味纯正的陶瓷发热烘烤器。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种陶瓷发热烘烤器,它包括用于存储烟雾介质的烘烤部、设置于烘烤部顶端的烟嘴部和设置于烘烤部底端且用于向烘烤部供电的电源部;
所述烘烤部包括固定座、外罩以及与固定座一体成型的隔离套,所述隔离套通过固定座装设于外罩内,所述隔离套内、由外至内依次套接有陶瓷发 热套和陶瓷胆套,所述陶瓷发热套的底部开设有第一进气区,所述陶瓷胆套的底部开设有与第一进气区相通的第二进气区,所述陶瓷发热套与隔离套之间形成有进气流道;
所述电源部装设于固定座的底部并与陶瓷发热套电性连接,所述电源部上开设有与进气流道相通的第一进气孔,所述烟嘴部装设于外罩的顶部并与陶瓷胆套相通。
优选地,所述陶瓷发热套包括第一套缸和印制于第一套缸上的发热丝,所述第一进气区开设于第一套缸的底面上。
优选地,所述第一套缸与隔离套之间还套接有隔热套。
优选地,所述陶瓷胆套包括第二套缸,所述第二进气区开设于第二套缸的底面上。
优选地,所述陶瓷胆套包括第二套缸,所述第二进气区开设于第二套缸的底面上,所述第二套缸内、环绕第二进气区的轮廓线形成有导热腔,所述导热腔的侧壁上开设有第二进气孔。
优选地,所述电源部包括与固定座相连的外套管以及装设于外套管内的主控板和电芯,所述第一进气孔开设于外套管的顶部侧壁上,所述电芯通过主控板与陶瓷发热套电性连接,所述外套管的侧壁上镶嵌有与主控板相连的功能控制键、显示屏和第一指示灯,所述外套管的底面设置有与主控板电性连接的供电插座。
优选地,所述第一指示灯和显示屏上均罩设有透镜。

以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行详细说明,但是本实用新型可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1至图12所示,本实施例提供的一种陶瓷发热烘烤器,它包括用于存储烟雾介质的烘烤部A、设置于烘烤部A顶端的烟嘴部B和设置于烘烤部A 底端且用于向烘烤部A供电的电源部C;其中,烘烤部A包括固定座1、外罩2以及与固定座1一体成型的隔离套3,隔离套3通过固定座1装设于外罩2内,在隔离套3内、由外至内依次套接有陶瓷发热套4和陶瓷胆套5,在陶瓷发热套4的底部开设有第一进气区4-1,在陶瓷胆套5的底部开设有与第一进气区4-1相通的第二进气区5-1,利用各个套接部件之间的结构缝隙可在陶瓷发热套4与隔离套3之间形成进气流道(图中未示出);电源部C则装设于固定座1的底部并与陶瓷发热套4电性连接,在电源部C上开设有与进气流道相通的第一进气孔6,烟嘴部A则装设于外罩3的顶部并与陶瓷胆套5相通。如此,使用者可将烟丝或者烟膏等烟雾介质装设于陶瓷胆套5内,通过电源部C的控制使得陶瓷发热套4对烟雾介质进行充分均匀的烘烤,使其产生烟雾,而当使用者吸食烟雾时,可可利用进气孔、进气流道、进气区以及烟嘴部B形成良好的空气和烟雾流道,保证烟雾的流通效果;由于可采用烟丝或者烟膏等烟雾介质则可有效的保证烟雾具有纯正的口味,满足使用者的需求;另外,在一定时间后,可对陶瓷胆套5进行拆卸清洗,避免积碳或残留物的产生。
进一步地,为提高陶瓷发热套4的发热效果,本实施例的陶瓷发热套4包括第一套缸4-2和印制于第一套缸4-2上的发热丝(图中未示出),而第一进气区4-1则开设于第一套缸4-2的底面上;本实施例的陶瓷发热套4可直接在氧化铝生坯上印制高温发热丝并在1600摄氏度左右的高温下共烧成型,如此可保证陶瓷发热套4具有升温快速、无噪音、不含有害物质及安全等特点,从而保证烟雾介质的雾化效果。
为避免因陶瓷发热套4的工作而对烘烤器的外壁造成温度变化,或者防止灼伤,在第一套缸4-2与隔离套3之间还套接有由硅胶材料制成的隔热套7。
为使本实施例的烘烤器能够适用于不同的烟雾介质,本实施例的陶瓷胆套5可根据烟雾介质的不同采用不同的结构形式,作为一个优选方案,如图10所示,本实施例的陶瓷胆套5包括第二套缸5-2,第二进气区5-2开设于 第二套缸5-2的底面上,以此,可在陶瓷胆套5内放置烟膏;而作为另一个优选方案,如图11和图12所示,陶瓷胆套5则包括第二套缸5-2,第二进气区5-1开设于第二套缸5-2的底面上,同时,在第二套缸5-2内、环绕第二进气区5-1的轮廓线形成有导热腔5-3,而在导热腔5-3的侧壁上则开设有第二进气孔5-4,如此,可将烟丝放置于陶瓷胆套5内。
为增加整个烘烤器的功能调节性,实现对烟雾量的智能控制,本实施例的电源部C包括与固定座1相连的外套管8以及装设于外套管8内的主控板9和电芯10;其中,第一进气孔6(其通过固定座1与进气流道相通)开设于外套管8的顶部侧壁上,电芯10通过主控板9与陶瓷发热套4电性连接,同时在外套管8的侧壁上镶嵌有与主控板9相连的功能控制键11、显示屏12和第一指示灯13,在外套管8的底面设置有与主控板9电性连接的USB形式的供电插座14。如此,通过上述结构可利用功能控制键11可实现对陶瓷发热套4的功率大小调节以及开关控制,利用显示屏12则可显示发热的温度等信息,利用第一指示灯13可实现电源部C或整个烘烤器工作状态的显示,而通过供电插座14则可利用外部电源对烘烤器进行充电。
进一步地,为提高显示信息的清晰度,可在第一指示灯13和显示屏12上均罩设有透镜15。
同时,为便于放置烘烤器,同时丰富烘烤器的功能,本实施例的烘烤器还包括底座部D,本实施例的底座部D可由中空结构的座体16和封盖与座体16底部的底盖17构成,在底座部D的顶面上(具体为座体16的顶面上)开设有用于容置外套管8的容置槽18,在容置槽18的底面上设置有与供电插座14对位插接的供电插头19,同时,在底座部D内还设置有开关控制板20,在底座部D上还设置有通过开关控制板20与供电插头19电性连接的供电接口21和供电开关22。以此可使底座部D形成一个类似于电源适配器的结构,既便于烘烤器整体的放置,又便于对烘烤器进行充电;当然也可在底座部D上 设置第二指示灯23(如将其设置有容置槽18的边缘处)以显示充电状态等信息。
另外,为优化整个烘烤器的结构,保证烟雾吸食的效果,本实施例的烟嘴部B包括吸嘴24和过滤网25,吸嘴24与外罩2相连并将过滤网25固定于陶瓷胆套4的顶部;本实施例的吸嘴24可采用玻璃材质,并且可在吸嘴24外套接吸嘴套26,以增强烘烤器的使用效果和美观性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种陶瓷发热烘烤器,其特征在于:它包括用于存储烟雾介质的烘烤部、设置于烘烤部顶端的烟嘴部和设置于烘烤部底端且用于向烘烤部供电的电源部;
    所述烘烤部包括固定座、外罩以及与固定座一体成型的隔离套,所述隔离套通过固定座装设于外罩内,所述隔离套内、由外至内依次套接有陶瓷发热套和陶瓷胆套,所述陶瓷发热套的底部开设有第一进气区,所述陶瓷胆套的底部开设有与第一进气区相通的第二进气区,所述陶瓷发热套与隔离套之间形成有进气流道;
    所述电源部装设于固定座的底部并与陶瓷发热套电性连接,所述电源部上开设有与进气流道相通的第一进气孔,所述烟嘴部装设于外罩的顶部并与陶瓷胆套相通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷发热烘烤器,其特征在于:所述陶瓷发热套包括第一套缸和印制于第一套缸上的发热丝,所述第一进气区开设于第一套缸的底面上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种陶瓷发热烘烤器,其特征在于:所述第一套缸与隔离套之间还套接有隔热套。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种陶瓷发热烘烤器,其特征在于:所述陶瓷胆套包括第二套缸,所述第二进气区开设于第二套缸的底面上。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种陶瓷发热烘烤器,其特征在于:所述陶瓷胆套包括第二套缸,所述第二进气区开设于第二套缸的底面上,所述第二套缸内、环绕第二进气区的轮廓线形成有导热腔,所述导热腔的侧壁上开设有第二进气孔。
  6. 如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的一种陶瓷发热烘烤器,其特征在于:所述电源部包括与固定座相连的外套管以及装设于外套管内的主控板和电芯,所述第一进气孔开设于外套管的顶部侧壁上,所述电芯通过主控板与陶 瓷发热套电性连接,所述外套管的侧壁上镶嵌有与主控板相连的功能控制键、显示屏和第一指示灯,所述外套管的底面设置有与主控板电性连接的供电插座。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种陶瓷发热烘烤器,其特征在于:所述第一指示灯和显示屏上均罩设有透镜。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的一种陶瓷发热烘烤器,其特征在于:它还包括底座部,所述底座部的顶面上开设有用于容置外套管的容置槽,所述容置槽的底面上设置有与供电插座对位插接的供电插头,所述底座部内设置有开关控制板,所述底座部上还设置有通过开关控制板与供电插头电性连接的供电接口和供电开关。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的一种陶瓷发热烘烤器,其特征在于:所述烟嘴部包括吸嘴和过滤网,所述吸嘴与外罩相连并将过滤网固定于陶瓷胆套的顶部。
