Description

一种新型多用型组合式模板 技术领域
本发明涉及建筑技术领域,特别是涉及一种新型多用型组合式模板。
背景技术
组合式钢模板,是现代模板技术中,具有通用性强、装拆方便、周转次数多等优点的一种“以钢代木”的新型模板,用它进行现浇钢筋混凝土结构施工,可事先按设计要求组拼成梁、柱、墙、楼板的大型模板,整体吊装就位,也可采用散装散拆方法。
随着我国房地产行业的火热以及各项工程建设的连连上马,模板行业得以快速发展。2009年全年建筑模板使用量达5.85亿平方米,同比增速为7.3%。业内人士预计,2010年在国内投资力度不降的利好政策的支撑以及国际经济环境逐渐向好的环境下,我国建筑模板行业生产规模将保持10%左右的增速;2011年~2012年我国建筑模板行业年均生产规模增速将在15%左右;到2013年底,我国建筑模板行业产量已经达2.2亿平方米左右。
上世纪70年代初,我国建筑结构以砖混结构为主,建筑施工用模板以木模板为主。上世纪80年代初,各种新结构体系不断出现,现浇混凝土结构猛增。由于我国木材资源十分贫乏,在“以钢代木”方针的推动下,我国研制成功了组合钢模板先进施工技术,改革了模板施工工艺,节省了大量木材,钢模板推广应用面曾达到75%以上,钢模板生产厂曾达到1000多家,钢模板租赁企业曾达到1.3万多家,年节约代用木材约1500万立方米,取得了重大经济效果和社会效果。上世纪90年代以来,我国建筑结构体系又有了很大发展,高层建筑、超高层建筑和大型公共建筑大量兴建,大规模的基础设施建设,城市交通和高速公路、铁路等飞速发展,对模板、脚手架施工技术提出了新的要求。我国不断引进国外先进模架体系,同时也研制开发了多种新型模板和脚手架。当前,我国以组合式钢模板为主的格局已经打破,已逐步转变为多种模板并存的格局,组合式钢模板的应用量正在下降,新型模板的发展速度很快。
2005年之前,我国建筑施工以钢模板为主,这种模板缺点是笨重,规格型号繁杂,易变形,操作不方便,费工费时,2005年之后,钢模板被木质胶合模板、方木代替,木模板在施工时,一般先对现浇混凝土构件的外形尺寸进行切 割配模,然后搬运至施工现场按尺寸进行组装,用钉子、铁丝、对拉螺杆进行初步定型,用铁钉把方木钉在木模上,最后用钢管支撑系统加固,木模板系统在拆除时,容易损坏,理论使用周转率3-6次,操作时在个别构件部位只能达到1-3次(据中国统计2013显示),2012年的施工面积达到了116.5亿平方米,消耗木材约为1.2亿立方米。这样的建筑模板周转率低、损耗大、造价高、施工繁琐、浪费时间且不环保。
在专利号为201420349526.6的专利中,提到一种建筑多用型组合式模板,此专利是本公司所研究开发的第一代模板,之后我公司在此基础上研发了第二代模板,此模板相对于传统的模板提高了使用周转率,节约了大量劳动力和时间,而经过再次的会谈研究探讨后,本公司对第一代模板、第二代模板有了新的改进,相对于新的产品,第一代产品质量较重,不是很耐用,强度和刚度还是有所缺陷,不容易施工,会产生较多的废角废料。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明之目的就是提供一种新型多用型组合式模板,有效的解决了本公司所研究开发的第一代模板、第二代模板中遗留的质量较重,不是很耐用,强度和刚度有所缺陷,难于施工,产生废角废料等问题。
其解决的技术方案是,包括多个一体的第一矩形模块,第一矩形模块下端的中间位置弧形连接有一体结构且相同材质的第二矩形模块,第一矩形模块和第二矩形模块之间形成弧形区域,第一矩形模块的中间设有横向的多个左右对称的圆孔,弧形区域的下端中间设有镶嵌在其内部的第一竹片,第一竹片的下方设有与其对齐且镶嵌在第二矩形模块内的第二竹片,第二竹片的下方中间设有多个横向排列且镶嵌在第二矩形模块内的玻璃丝。
本发明结构巧妙,投入成本低,结构更简单,减轻了组合式模板的质量,整体结构更结实耐用,强度和刚度有了更好的提升,能够更容易更好的施工,保证工程质量,易操作,安全,携带方便,节约了大量时间和劳动力。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
由图1至图8给出,本发明包括多个一体的第一矩形模块1,第一矩形模块1下端的中间位置弧形连接有一体结构且相同材质的第二矩形模块2,第一矩形模块1和第二矩形模块2之间形成弧形区域3,第一矩形模块1的中间设有横向的多个左右对称的圆孔4,弧形区域3的下端中间设有镶嵌在其内部的第一竹片5,第一竹片5的下方设有与其对齐且镶嵌在第二矩形模块2内的第二竹片6,第二竹片6的下方中间设有多个横向排列且镶嵌在第二矩形模块2内的玻璃丝7。
所述的第一矩形模块1、第二矩形模块2、弧形区域3的材质均为PE材质。
所述玻璃丝7呈圆形且有3个。
所述的第一矩形模块1、第二矩形模块2均设有倒角,倒角为1mm。
所述的弧形连接所形成的半径为25mm。
所述的圆孔4的直径为9mm,每两个圆孔4的间距为2.5mm。

本发明使用时,本发明模板由PE材料制成,此模板在加工时不是由多个单个的模块拼在一起,而是跟第一代模板生产方式一样由机器直接生产出来的多个模块组合在一起,当需要一定尺寸的模板时,只需要用锯条在此尺寸切断即可。
本发明可有多种组合方式,第一矩形模块1的长度跨度区间在300-900mm之间。
对于长度为300mm的第一矩形模块1,由两个本发明组合,端头与第二矩形模块2的间距为75mm,两个第二矩形模块2的间距为150mm。
对于长度为400mm的第一矩形模块1,由三个本发明组合,端头与第二矩形模块2的间距为60mm,每两个第二矩形模块2的间距为140mm。
对于长度为500mm的第一矩形模块1,由四个本发明组合,端头与第二矩形模块2的间距为55mm,每两个第二矩形模块2的间距为130mm。
对于长度为600mm的第一矩形模块1,由五个本发明组合,端头与第二矩形模块2的间距为50mm,每两个第二矩形模块2的间距为125mm。
对于长度为700mm的第一矩形模块1,由六个本发明组合,端头与第二矩形模块2的间距为50mm,每两个第二矩形模块2的间距为120mm。
对于长度为800mm的第一矩形模块1,由七个本发明组合,端头与第二矩形模块2的间距为55mm,每两个第二矩形模块2的间距为115mm。
对于长度为875mm的第一矩形模块1,由七个本发明组合,端头与第二矩形模块2的间距为62.5mm,每两个第二矩形模块2的间距为125mm。
对于长度为900mm的第一矩形模块1,由七个本发明组合,端头与第二矩形模块2的间距为60mm,每两个第二矩形模块2的间距为130mm。
其中第一竹片5和第二竹片6竹片的加入进一步提高安全性,避免了接口处不够牢固的缺陷。玻璃丝7的嵌入,起到模板龙骨的作用,大大提升施工过程中的安全系数。
图2-8中只是简单的结构示意图,其结构和图1中是相同的,都包括第一竹片5、第二竹片6、玻璃丝7和圆孔4。模板厚度、弧度均保持一致,高度可根据实际需要分为35mm、40mm、45mm。
在制作安装现浇混凝土构件模板过程中,不再使用木制、竹制模板、木方,而是直接用加固件固定,为满足建筑模数需要,通过2个或多个模块进行组合成模板,满足不同尺寸的建筑构件模板施工需要,在原来的木制模板立体工艺中,需要现浇构件部位支撑木胶合模板,用铁钉固定构件形状,然后把方木钉在木模板上加密防变形,最后再用钢管支撑加固,在原来的木模板平面工艺中, 需要先用钢管支撑架,紧接着铺满方木,然后铺满胶合板,最后用铁钉把板和方木钉为一体进行下道工序。
而用本发明,可以减少以上繁琐工序,把本发明放在需要施工的地方,直接放在浇筑构件部位进行加固就可实行下道工序,省时省力,方便快捷,圆孔4的设计可以节约材料,操作方便,减轻模板的重量,材质由原来的塑料或者PVC改为现在的PE材料更加耐用,第一竹片5、第二竹片6和玻璃丝7的镶嵌设计相当于钢筋的骨架,可以增强强度和刚度,使得建筑模板更加结实,变得更加牢固,更加安全,不容易与板材脱轨,工人操作起来更方便。
本发明在模板制作、安装、拆除时可以减少一半的时间,本发明的强度比原来模板系统强度更高,节约模板成本和支撑加固件成本,基本不再使用铁钉固定,比木模板系统成本节省了60%-80%,而且在对任意的现浇混凝土构件进行外壳塑造时,具有防水、耐碱、抗酸的功能,本发明的材料PE材质,且使用后的产品周转率高,旧产品和废角旧料均可回收再利用形成新的产品,实现了真正的变废为宝,循环利用,低碳生活,为国家节省了大量木材,保护了环境,其长远的社会效益非常显著。
本发明的第一矩形模块1和第二矩形模块2经弧形区域3连接,使连接更加稳固,不易断裂,且弧形区域内设有第一竹片5,进一步增加了刚度和强度。
本发明结构巧妙,投入成本低,结构更简单,减轻了组合式模板的质量,整体结构更结实耐用,强度和刚度有了更好的提升,能够更容易更好的施工,使操作工人更愿意使用,企业更愿意购买,携带方便,节约了大量时间和劳动力。
