打火机是小型取火装置。主要用于吸烟取火,也用于炊事及其他取火, 传统的 打火机主要部件是发火机构和贮气箱,发火机构动作时,迸发出火花射向燃气区,将燃气引燃。发火机构是打火机演变中最活跃的部分,也是结构较复杂的部分。
市场上还有一种打火装置是利用电池给电阻丝供电产生高温点火的,但这种打火装置如通电时间控制不好,电阻丝极易烧断,同时电阻丝发热的发热效率也较低。
发明内容

本发明通过以下技术措施实现的,一种电子点火器,包括壳体,所述壳体内容纳有电池,所述壳体的一端设置有开口,所述开口内设置有一金属加热体,所述加热体外包围有电磁加热线圈,所述壳体内还设置有电性连接电池的控制板,所述控制板上设有电性连接电磁加热线圈的电磁感应加热电路,所述壳体上还设置有电性连接控制板的开关按键。
作为一种优选方式, 所述加热体为一顶端为锥形的金属棒或金属管,所述金属棒或金属管的锥形顶低于壳体开口。
作为一种优选方式, 所述加热体为一面延伸出一金属棒或金属管的加热片,所述电磁加热线圈包围在金属棒或金属管外,所述加热片覆盖在开口上。
作为一种优选方式, 所述电池为充电电池,所述容纳电池的壳体上还设置有充电接口。
作为一种优选方式, 所述壳体内还设置有电性连接控制板的显示屏。
作为一种优选方式, 所述电磁加热线圈外还包围有一保温层。

下面结合实施例并对照附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本实施例的一种电子点火器,请参考图1至图4, 包括壳体6,所述壳体6内容纳有电池5,所述壳体6的一端设置有开口,所述开口内设置有一金属加热体,所述加热体外包围有电磁加热线圈2,所述壳体6内还设置有电性连接电池5的控制板4,所述控制板4上设有电性连接电磁加热线圈2的电磁感应加热电路,所述壳体6上还设置有电性连接控制板4的开关按键3。
本电子点火器利用 电磁加热线圈 产生的交变磁场, 电磁加热线圈2包围有一金属加热体,金属加热体 切割交变磁力线而在 金属加热体中 产生交变的电流(即涡流),涡流使 金属加热体 的金属原子高速无规则运动,原子互相碰撞、摩擦而产生高温,从而利用 金属加热体表面的 高温来点燃香烟等易燃物。本电子点火器由于是使用 金属加热体来进行热,因此温度均匀、 使用寿命长;同时由于利用涡流发热,因此 能快速、节能地点火 。
在一实施例的电子点火器,请参考图1至图2,在前面技术方案的基础上具体可以是, 加热体为一顶端为锥形的金属棒1或金属管,所述金属棒1或金属管的锥形顶低于壳体开口。使用时可将香烟等从开口伸入插在锥形顶表面进行加热,从而避免小孩触碰到加热的金属棒1而烫伤或因故障发生加热而引起的火灾。
在另一实施例的电子点火器,请参考图3至图4,在前面技术方案的基础上具体可以是, 加热体为一面延伸出一金属棒或金属管的加热片10,所述电磁加热线圈包围在金属棒或金属管外,所述加热片10覆盖在开口上。使用金属棒或金属管产生的 涡流发热,并将高温传导给 加热片另一面的表面,从而缩短高温产生的时间,使用时可将香烟等物质放在加热片10表面与其接触而点燃。
本实施例的电子点火器,请参考图1至图4在前面技术方案的基础上具体可以是, 电池5为充电电池,所述容纳电池5的壳体6上还设置有充电接口(图中未示出)。当然,在其它实施例中,也可不设置充电接口,将充电电池取出后现进行充电。
本实施例的电子点火器,在前面技术方案的基础上具体可以是, 壳体内还可设置有电性连接控制板的显示屏,周时在壳体相应位置设置有对应显示屏的透明窗。用于显示点火器的信息,如发热片的温度、电池的电量等。
本实施例的电子点火器,请参考图1至图4在前面技术方案的基础上具体可以是, 电磁加热线圈2外还包围有一保温层7。从而增大其发热效率。

  1. 一种电子点火器,其特征在于:包括壳体,所述壳体内容纳有电池,所述壳体的一端设置有开口,所述开口内设置有一金属加热体,所述加热体外包围有电磁加热线圈,所述壳体内还设置有电性连接电池的控制板,所述控制板上设有电性连接电磁加热线圈的电磁感应加热电路,所述壳体上还设置有电性连接控制板的开关按键。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子点火器,其特征在于:所述加热体为一顶端为锥形的金属棒或金属管,所述金属棒或金属管的锥形顶低于壳体开口。
