背景技术

然而由于电加热型卷烟热量是由电加热元件直接提供,加热元件加热至设定温度所需时间较长,对电池容量需求较高,导致烟具体积庞大;燃料加热型卷烟使用燃料燃烧时产生的热量加热卷烟,在此过程中燃料的燃烧会在烟气中引入其他气体,影响卷烟抽吸感受;理化反应加热型卷烟采用化学反应提供热量,而化学反应产生热量的过程往往难以控制,其加热的稳定性不够。以上原因导致加热不燃烧型卷烟制品尚未被广泛接受。

在本发明的第一方面的优选实施方案中,在所述储热材料容器与所述烟草制品接触之处,还可以根据需要设置导热层6,以强化从储热材料到烟草制品的传热,导热层6可以由一种导热系数大于30W/mK的材料制成,诸如银、铜、金、铝等金属材料,最优地,导热层6为铝材制成,厚度为0.1—1mm,优选0.2-0.5mm,在散热过程中,能保证储热材料存储的热量能充分、快速地传导至烟草制品。
在本发明的第一方面中,所述外围部件做广义理解,任何能够构成所述烟草制品容纳腔10的腔壁或腔底的至少一部分的部件,都可以被称为外围部件。例如,外围部件包括本发明中已经明确提到的部件,还包括可本发明的基础上另外加入的其它辅助部件,只要它们的表面能够构成所述烟草制品容纳腔10的腔壁或腔底的至少一部分即可。例如,在一种优选的实施方案中,所述隔热层8可以作为该外围部件,或者,所述壳体1也可以作为该外围部件。
本发明的第二方面涉及一种组合式吸烟系统,其包括:
A.外部供热装置11,所述外部供热装置11内包括靠外部电源12供电的外部加热件9;和
B.本方面的第一方面所涉及的带储热装置的吸烟装置,其能与所述外部供热装置11可插拔式连接,包括以下部件:
壳体1;
储热装置2,其置于所述壳体1内部,所述储热装置2包括:
储热材料容器5,其自身单独界定或与其外围部件共同界定出一个或多个烟草制品容纳腔10,所述储热材料容器5内放置储热材料;和
导热元件7,其包括容纳在所述储热材料容器5内的第一导热段7a和伸出到所述储热材料容器5之外的第二导热段7b;
其中所述第二导热段7b的至少一部分与所述外部加热件9贴合接触,以能将热量从外部加热件9传递给所述储热材料。
在第二方面的更优选实施方案中,所述组合式吸烟系统还包括以下部件:
电源系统4,其置于所述壳体1内部;
控制系统3,其置于所述壳体1内部;
其中所述电源系统4仅用于给所述控制系统3供电,或者,所述电源系统4和控制系统3与所述导热元件7电连接,用于在所述储热材料的放热过程中以可控方式给所述导热元件7供电,以使该导热元件7也能作为电加热件使用;或者,所述电源系统4和控制系统3与任选的电保温件13电连接,该电保温件13与所述烟草制品容纳腔10热接触,以在所述储热材料的放热过程中以可控方式给所述电保温件供电,以使其发热以维持所述烟草制品容纳腔内的温度;
其中所述控制系统3还可以与所述外部电源12和所述外部加热件9电连接,以控制外部加热件9的开启或关闭并调节其加热电流的强度,进 而调节从外部加热单元流入所述储热装置中的热量。
在第二方面的更优选实施方案中,所述外部供热装置11可以兼作烟盒使用。例如,其形状和大小可以与传统点燃式香烟的烟盒相似。
本发明的优点如下:
1.最大程度地减小加热非燃烧型吸烟装置中的电源系统的容量要求,进而减少电源系统占用的体积,甚至完全可以不设置电源系统。这是因为本发明通过利用导热元件和所述储热装置,可以从所述带有储热部件的吸烟装置之外,例如从外部供热装置中,直接引入热量并存储于所述储热部件中,同时用于把烟草制品从环境温度加热到发烟温度。待到达发烟温度后,则可以仅靠储热部件中储存的热量来维持该发烟温度,仅在确实必要时才略微动用一点电能去给所述导热元件或所述电加热保温元件供电以实现保温。因此,本发明中,对电能的消耗极少,电能仅限于保温和/或给控制系统供电,故本发明的带有储热部件的吸烟装置,能够使用很小体积的电池,就足以将合意的加热温度保持足够长的抽吸时间。而电池通常是传统电加热型卷烟中最占用体积的部分,减少电池容量或避免了电池的使用,使得本发明的带有储热部件的吸烟装置能够做的非常紧凑而体积小巧,例如可以做到与传统点燃型卷烟尺寸相似的尺寸,这使得其更容易被传统吸烟者所接受。
2.可逆相变储能材料因在储热过程中由固相转为液相,在完全转为液相之前,其温度是恒定的,可避免对烟草制品的过度加热,免得烧焦烧糊;而在放热过程中,在其完全转为固体之前,其温度也是恒定的,故可以实现加热温度在相对长时间内保持恒定。因此,本发明比传统的电加热元件更容易保持加热温度的稳定性,避免加热温度的大幅度波动。
3.物质的固液相变往往伴随着很大的潜热,故仅需要少量的可逆相 变材料,就足以实现足够大的储热量,这也有利于减少本发明的待储热部件的吸烟装置的体积。此外,储热材料能够耐受多达上万次的固液相变过程,可以长期反复使用。
4.本发明的带有储热部件的吸烟装置,可以与外部供热装置可插拔式连接,构成组合式吸烟系统,因此,该带有储热部件的吸烟装置可以在储热后脱离外部供热装置以及脱离外部电源而独立工作,即吸烟者可以在其达到发烟温度后,将其从外部供热装置中拔出,并象传统点燃型香烟一样夹持在手指间进行抽吸,更符合吸烟者的吸烟习惯。此外,其形状也可以便于做成与传统点燃型香烟相同或相似的形状。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以使得本领域技术人员参照附图和说明书文字能够据实施本发明。但是,实施例仅仅为说明性的,不以任何方式限制本发明。
如图1所示,本发明的带有储热部件的吸烟装置被插接到外部供热装 置11上,二者合起来可被称为组合式吸烟系统。其中所述带有储热部件的吸烟装置包括壳体1、位于壳体1内的储热部件2、电源系统4和控制系统3,储热部件2中有一个杯状的储热材料容器5,故其自身就界定出一个与传统卷烟烟支尺寸接近的烟草制品容纳腔10,与之相对应使用的烟草制品可以是传统点燃型烟草制品或柱状或锭状烟草制品,也可以是烟草丝或烟草末,只要能放入该烟草制品容纳腔10内即可。储热材料容器内部充有储热材料,其可以为锡合金、铋合金、铅合金等一种或多种不同熔点的金属材料的组合,可吸收并存储导热元件7导入的热量,热量能使烟草制品的温度保持在200—300℃,保持时间长度为1-5分钟。导热元件7从所述储热材料容器外部插入储热材料容器5内部,将其在所述储热材料容器5之内那一段称为第一导热段7a,将其伸出到所述储热材料容器5之外的那一段称为第二导热段7b,第一导热段7a与所述储热材料接触,第二导热段7b的至少一部分与从外部供热装置11中延伸出来的外加热件9接触,外加热件9通电发热时,热量经由导热元件7传递给所述储热材料,使其达到固液相变温度而发生固液相变,同时进行储热,该储热过程中,也通过任选的导热层6同时对烟草制品容纳腔10中的烟草制品进行加热。待控制系统3检测到储热材料的温度刚好要超过预设的固液相变温度值时,认为所有固体已经转变为液体,将向用户发出提示,提醒用户可以将所述带有储热部件的吸烟装置从外部供热装置上拔出,并夹持在手指间进行抽吸。当然,控制系统3也可以控制外加热件9的电流通断或电流强度,以实现更灵活的调节方式。
尽管电源系统并非必需的,但该图1所示实施方案中是具有电源系统4的,其至少给所述控制系统3供电,当然,也可以根据情况给所述导热元件7或者任选存在的电保温件13来供电。电源系统可采用电池供电或 者通过接口连接至诸如USB、移动电源等外围供电设备,在吸烟装置使用过程中为储热部件2的导热元件7及控制系统3供电,其中导热元件7也兼作电保温件。在优选的实施方案中,电源系统采用3.7—4.2V聚合物锂电池供电,便于吸烟装置多次充电和重复使用。
控制系统3用于控制吸烟装置的启停,该控制可通过机械式开关、电磁开关、气流开关等器件实现;可通过调压电路、充电电路实现对吸烟装置电源系统的控制;可通过短路保护电路、超限报警电路为吸烟装置提供保护;可通过信息采集及显示系统为用户提供诸如抽吸口数、剩余抽吸口数、电池电量等信息显示。优选地,控制系统3设计为可针对用户个性化需求提供不同加热温度调节等控制功能,控制系统3通过调节导热元件7的供电电压或通电时间控制其发热温度或发出热量的多少,控制储热材料吸收存储的热量大小,调整所加热烟草制品的加热温度。
该图1中还示出了隔热层8,其位于所述储热材料容器5和壳体1之间,并与二者均不接触,用于减少储热材料存储的热量向壳体侧的传热损失。隔热材料可至少包含一层硅酸盐隔热纸/棉、聚氨酯/聚苯/聚氯乙烯发泡棉、气凝胶毡、陶瓷纤维复合绝热毡等材料,优选地,隔热层厚度为0.5—2.5mm,能使壳体外侧温度维持在40℃以下。
图1中尽管示出了电保温件,但其是可有可无的。例如,当导热元件7的材料本身也适合作为电阻加热材料时,可以将导热元件7本身就作为电保温件,而无需设置单独的电保温件。当然,也可以设置单独的电保温件,以在储热材料放热模式下提供辅助性的维持发烟制品温度的作用。当所述导热元件7也兼作电保温件时,其材质可以是一种合金电阻材料,例如可以是镍铬合金、铁铬铝合金、康铜合金、铜锰合金,优选镍铬合金,以一定的形状安装在储热材料5中,其形状可以是直线、折线、螺旋形, 等等。
图2示出了另一种形式的本发明的带有储热部件的吸烟装置,其在图中是被插接在外部供热装置上,二者共同构成组合式吸烟系统。其中,仅仅是储热材料容器被设置成闭合圆筒形式,其内充有储热材料,其外壁和所述隔热层8之间,限定出一个烟草制品容纳腔10,与之相对应使用的烟草制品是中空型柱状或锭状烟草制品,也可以是烟草丝或烟草末,只要能放入该烟草制品容纳腔10内即可。其余与图1所示相同,不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带有储热部件的吸烟装置,其特征在于包括以下部件:
    壳体(1);
    储热部件(2),其置于所述壳体(1)内部,所述储热部件(2)包括:
    储热材料容器(5),其自身单独界定或与其外围部件共同界定出一个或多个烟草制品容纳腔(10),所述储热材料容器(5)内放置储热材料;
    导热元件(7),其包括容纳在所述储热材料容器(5)内的第一导热段(7a)和伸出到所述储热材料容器(5)之外的第二导热段(7b)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有储热部件的吸烟装置,其特征在于其还包括以下部件:
    电源系统(4),其置于所述壳体(1)内部;
    控制系统(3),其置于所述壳体(1)内部;
    其中所述电源系统(4)仅用于给所述控制系统(3)供电,或者,所述电源系统(4)和控制系统(3)与所述导热元件(7)电连接,用于在所述储热材料的放热过程中以可控方式给所述导热元件(7)供电,以使该导热元件(7)也能作为电加热件使用;或者,所述电源系统(4)和控制系统(3)与任选的电保温件(13)电连接,该电保温件(13)与所述烟草制品容纳腔(10)热接触,以在所述储热材料的放热过程中以可控方式给所述电保温件供电,以使其发热以维持所述烟草制品容纳腔内的温度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带有储热部件的吸烟装置,其特征在于其还包括以下部件:
    隔热层(8),其置于所述储热材料容器(5)与所述壳体(1)之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带有储热部件的吸烟装置,其特征在于所述储热材料是可逆相变材料,其在储热过程中的状态变化为固相变为液相,在发热过程中的状态变化为液相变为固相。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的带有储热部件的吸烟装置,其特征在于储热材料是一种金属或多种不同熔点的金属材料的组合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的带有储热部件的吸烟装置,其特征在于所述外围部件为任何能够构成所述烟草制品容纳腔(10)的腔壁或腔底的至少一部分的部件。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的带有储热部件的吸烟装置,其特征在于所述外围部件为所述隔热层(8)。
  8. 一种组合式吸烟系统,其特征在于其包括:
    A.外部供热装置(11),所述外部供热装置(11)内包括靠外部电源(12)供电的外部加热件(9);和
    B.一种带有储热部件的吸烟装置,其能与所述外部供热装置(11)可插拔式连接,包括以下部件:
    壳体(1);
    储热部件(2),其置于所述壳体(1)内部,所述储热部件(2)包括:
    储热材料容器(5),其自身单独界定或与其外围部件共同界定出一个或多个烟草制品容纳腔(10),所述储热材料容器(5)内放置储热材料;和
    导热元件(7),其包括容纳在所述储热材料容器(5)内的第一导热段(7a)和伸出到所述储热材料容器(5)之外的第二导热段(7b);
    其中所述第二导热段(7b)的至少一部分与所述外部加热件(9)贴合接触,以能将热量从外部加热件(9)传递给所述储热材料。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的组合式吸烟系统,其特征在于其还包括以下部件:
    电源系统(4),其置于所述壳体(1)内部;
    控制系统(3),其置于所述壳体(1)内部;
    其中所述电源系统(4)和控制系统(3)与所述导热元件(7)电连接,用于在所述储热材料的放热过程中以可控方式给所述导热元件(7)供电,以使该导热元件(7)也能作为电加热件使用;或者,所述电源系统(4)和控制系统(3)与任选的电保温件(13)电连接,该电保温件(13)与所述烟草制品容纳腔(10)热接触,以在所述储热材料的放热过程中以可控方式给所述电保温件供电,以使其发热以维持所述烟草制品容纳腔内的温度;
    其中所述控制系统(3)还与所述外部电源(12)和所述外部加热件(9)电连接,以控制外部加热件(9)的开启或关闭并调节其加热电流的强度。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的组合式吸烟系统,其特征在于所述外部供热装置(11)兼作烟盒。
