背景技术
现有洗碗机的喷臂上设有若干个供洗涤水向外喷射的喷孔,其在洗涤过程中,主要通过从喷孔内喷射出的高压洗涤水进行冲洗餐具以实现洗碗机的洗净效果。为了降低水耗和保证喷臂的结构强度,喷臂上的喷孔数量一般不会设置得太多,且由于每个喷孔的洗涤水喷射方向都是固定的,故,导致了整个喷臂的喷射面积非常有限,这样,在洗涤过程中,会导致洗涤内腔内很多区域都无法直接喷射到,从而导致有些区域的餐具只能靠从其它餐具上弹射的洗涤水进行冲洗,甚至会出现洗涤死角的现象。
现有技术,为了保证洗碗机内各餐具的洗净效果,一般都是通过延长洗涤时间以提高洗涤水的弹射概率进行扩大洗涤面积的,这种方式在具体应用中存在以下不足之处:1)延长洗碗机的洗涤时间,一方面导致了水资源的极大浪费和洗碗机电能的增加,另一方面严重影响了洗碗机的洗涤效率;2)无法保证处于死角区域内的餐具的洗净效果,影响了用户对洗碗机洗净能力的满意度。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了喷臂装置及洗碗机,其解决了现有采用延长洗碗机洗涤时间来保证洗碗机内各餐具洗净效果导致水资源浪费、电能增加、洗涤效率差、洗净效果差的技术问题。

优选地,如图1~3所示,卡位结构231为凸设于副支臂23外壁上的弹片,水向调节构件3沿其轴向贯穿设有供其滑过弹片的安装槽301。弹片具体沿副支臂23的外壁以相对副支臂23外壁的距离逐渐增大的形式朝向进水管21所在侧倾斜延伸,且安装槽301的凹设深度小于弹片与副支臂23外壁的最大径向距离,这样,既利于水向调节构件3在副支臂23上的套入安装,又利于保证水向调节构件3在副支臂23上安装的稳固可靠性。具体安装时,先将安装槽301对准弹片,然后朝向进水管21推动水向调节构件3以使水向调节构件3滑动套设于副支臂23上,在人为推力的作用下,安装槽301的内壁挤压弹片变形并使朝向副支臂23的外壁弯折,从而使得安装槽301可滑过弹片,当水向调节构件3完全滑过弹片后,弹片可在自身弹性回复力的作用下恢复原形,从而可达到对水向调节构件3轴向限位的目的。弹片可与副支臂23一体成型,或者弹片也可通过焊接、铆接、螺纹连接等方式固定于副支臂23上。当然了,具体应用中,卡位结构231也可为其它额外装于副支臂23上的结构,如插销、螺钉等。
优选地,弹片和安装槽301设有至少两个,这样,利于保证了水向调节构件3在副支臂23上安装的稳固可靠性。当然了,具体应用中,弹片和安装槽301也可只设有一个。
优选地,如图1~3所示,水向调节构件3还包括端部支撑环33,端部支撑环33和转动部件31分别设于水向调节构件3的两端,挡片32连接于支撑环与转动部件31之间,水向调节构件3通过端部支撑环33和转动部件31支撑于副喷臂的外壁上。端部支撑环33的设置,一方面利于进一步提高水向调节构件3的结构强度,防止了挡片32的轻易变形;另一方面利于提高水向调节构件3支撑于副喷臂上的稳固可靠性。
优选地,如图1~3所示,水向调节构件3还包括至少一个设于端部支撑环33与转动部件31之间的中间支撑环 34,水向调节构件3通过端部支撑环33、中间支撑环34和转动部件31支撑于副喷臂的外壁上,挡片32的两端分别连接转动部件31和端部支撑环33,挡片32之位于两端之间的中间部分与中间支撑环34连接。中间支撑环34的设置,利于进一步提高水向调节构件3的结构强度和提高水向调节构件3支撑于副喷臂上的稳固可靠性。本实施例中,中间支撑环34设有一个,挡片32具有连接于端部支撑环33与中间支撑环34之间的第一分部和连接于中间支撑环34与转动部件31之间的第二分部;当然了,具体应用中,中间支撑环34的数量也可设为两个以上,中间支撑环34的数量可根据挡片32的长度进行优化设计。
具体地,如图1~3所示,安装槽301沿轴向贯穿设于转动部件31、中间支撑环 34和端部支撑环33上,即安装槽301是贯穿水向调节构件3的整个轴向设置的,这样,利于保证水向调节构件3可从副支臂23之远离进水管21的端部滑动套设于副支臂23上。转动部件31、中间支撑环34和端部支撑环33的中心轴位置都贯穿设有与副支臂23配合设置的轴孔302,安装槽301凹设于轴孔302的内壁上,水向调节构件3安装于副支臂23上后,内孔的内壁抵接于副支臂23的外壁上,这样,可实现副支臂23对水向调节构件3的支撑作用。
优选地,如图1、图2、图3、图8和图9所示,导向部件4为安装于喷臂座1上的定锥齿轮,转动部件31为与定锥齿轮配合的动锥齿轮。定锥齿轮紧固连接于喷臂座1上,且喷臂装置安装于喷臂座1上后,定锥齿轮不可绕喷臂座1旋转,定锥齿轮与进水管21之间可产生相对转动位移,即喷臂主体2可绕着定锥齿轮的中心轴进行转动。定锥齿轮的中心轴向与进水管21的中心轴向一致,动锥齿轮的中心轴向与进水管21的中心轴向相互垂直,即定锥齿轮的中心轴向与动锥齿轮的中心轴向相互垂直。本实施例,通过在喷臂座1上安装定锥齿轮,并在各水向调节构件3的端部设置与定锥齿轮配合的动锥齿轮,从而可实现水向调节构件3在副支臂23上的可旋转安装,即水向调节构件3套于副支臂23上后仍可绕副支臂23在竖直方向上进行旋转运动。具体洗涤过程中,喷臂主体2在洗涤水的反作用力作用下可绕进水管21的中心轴进行水平旋转,此时,定锥齿轮不随喷臂主体2旋转,水向调节构件3随喷臂主体2水平旋转,动锥齿轮与定锥齿轮的啮合作用,将会驱动动锥齿轮进行竖直旋转运动,而动锥齿轮的竖直旋转运动会带动整个水向调节构件3进行竖直旋转运动,从而可使得水向调节构件3同时进行水平方向旋转和竖直方向旋转的双重旋转运动。本实施例,是通过定锥齿轮和动锥齿轮的配合实现水向调节构件3在洗涤过程中自动绕副支臂23旋转的,定锥齿轮和动锥齿轮的传动平稳且具有自锁作用,故,利于保证水向调节构件3环绕副支臂23旋转的平稳、可靠性;当然了,具体应用中,也可通过其他结构进行驱动水向调节构件3环绕副支臂23进行竖直旋转。
具体地,定锥齿轮可与喷臂座1一体成型;或者,定锥齿轮也可与喷臂座1分体设置且定锥齿轮后续可通过卡扣连接或者铆接或者螺纹连接等方式安装于喷臂座1上。动锥齿轮可与挡片32、端部支撑环33、中间支撑环34一体成型;或者,动锥齿轮也可与挡片32、端部支撑环33、中间支撑环34分体设置且动锥齿轮后续可通过焊接方式进行连接挡片32。
具体地,如图1、图2、图3、图8和图9所示,进水管21通过定锥齿轮连接于喷臂座1上,定锥齿轮沿其中心轴向贯穿设有可供进水管21插入安装的安装孔41,安装孔41的内壁上凸设有若干个间隔设置以用于与进水管21外壁接触配合的配合凸台42。配合凸台42具体可为矩形块体或半圆柱形块体等。本实施例,配合凸台42与进水管21外壁的接触配合可实现对进水管21的径向限位,即安装孔41的内壁不会贴合接触进水管21的外壁,而只是配合凸台42朝向进水管21的表面贴合接触进水管21的外壁,这样,在保证进水管21径向限位的可靠性的前提下,可有效减小定锥齿轮与进水管21外壁的接触面积,从而利于减小喷臂主体2水平旋转过程中受到的摩擦阻力,进而利于保证喷臂主体2水平旋转的顺畅性。
优选地,定锥齿轮通过旋转扣合方式安装于喷臂座1上,这样,利于定锥齿轮的拆装,从而利于产品的日后检修维护。
具体地,如图2、图3、图9和图10所示,喷臂座1上凸设有连接管11,定锥齿轮之背对喷臂主体2的底部还凸设有内径大于安装孔41内径的环形凸缘43,环形凸缘43的内壁上凸设有至少两个用于与连接管11旋转扣合连接的定位凸台44。连接管11的外壁上设有供定位凸台44旋入定位的定位卡槽12和用于防止定位凸台 44从定位卡槽12内滑脱的限位凸起13。定位凸台44、定位卡槽12和限位凸起13的设置,可有效实现定锥齿轮与喷臂座1的紧固连接,这样,在喷臂主体2绕连接管11中心轴旋转过程中,定锥齿轮不会随着喷臂主体2进行旋转。而定位凸台44设于凸设于定锥齿轮之背对喷臂主体2的底部的环形凸缘43上,可避免定锥齿轮连接于喷臂座1上对进水管21的安装产生干涉现象。
具体地,如图2、图3、图9和图10所示,连接管11的外壁上凸设有轴向限位凸台14和周向限位凸台15,周向限位凸台15沿轴向限位凸台14的一端朝背对进水管21的方向竖直延伸,且周向限位凸台15和周向限位凸台15可连接形成一L型构件,定位卡槽12形成于该L型构件的内侧,限位凸起13凸设于定位卡槽12内。定位凸台44旋合于定位卡槽12内后,轴向限位凸台14可限制定锥齿轮朝远离喷臂座1的方向移动的轴向向上移动位移,周向限位凸台15可限制定位凸台44朝向其旋转安装于定位卡槽12内的方向旋转的周向顺转动位移,限位凸起13可限制定位凸台44朝背对其旋转安装于定位卡槽12内的方向旋转的周向逆转动位移,连接管11的外壁可限制定锥齿轮的径向移动位移,这样,通过轴向限位凸台14、周向限位凸台15、限位凸起13与连接管11外壁的共同限位作用,即可有效保证定位凸台44在定位卡槽12内安装的稳固可靠性。
进一步地,本发明实施例还提供了洗碗机,其包括上述的喷臂装置。本发明实施例提供的洗碗机,由于采用了上述的喷臂装置,故,可通过水向调节构件3的挡片32不断调节从喷孔201内喷射出的洗涤水的喷射方向,从而极大地扩大了喷臂装置的洗涤水喷射区域,有效提高了洗碗机的洗净效率和洗净效果,并利于节约了洗碗机的电能和避免不必要水资源的浪费,提高了洗碗机的综合性能和市场竞争力。
具体地,洗碗机内设有上喷臂装置、中喷臂装置和下喷臂装置,上喷臂装置、中喷臂装置和下喷臂装置分别安装于内胆的顶部、中部和底部,本实施例,上述的喷臂装置具体为洗碗机的下喷臂装置,其通过水向调节构件3对洗涤水喷射方向的调节作用实现了对洗涤水喷射区域的扩大,提高了餐具的洗涤效率和洗涤效果。具体应用中,上喷臂装置和中喷臂装置也可采用上述的喷臂装置;或者也可只将上喷臂装置、中喷臂装置和下喷臂装置中的任一个或者两个设为上述的喷臂装置,具体设计时可根据具体需求及制造成本等优化设计。当上喷臂装置、中喷臂装置和下喷臂装置都采用上述的喷臂装置时,三者不同的只是喷臂主体2上进水口202和喷孔201在洗碗机内的朝向不同。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 喷臂装置,包括喷臂座和转动连接于所述喷臂座上的喷臂主体,所述喷臂主体上设有若干个供洗涤水从其内向外喷射且该洗涤水可驱动所述喷臂主体环绕所述喷臂座旋转的喷孔,其特征在于:还包括至少一个套设于所述喷臂主体上的水向调节构件和设于所述喷臂座与所述喷臂主体之间的导向部件,所述水向调节构件包括与所述导向部件转动配合并能驱动该水向调节构件环绕所述喷臂主体旋转的转动部件和至少一个连接于所述转动部件上且可改变从所述喷孔内喷出的洗涤水喷射方向的挡片。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的喷臂装置,其特征在于:所述喷臂主体包括进水管、至少一个主支臂和数量与所述水向调节构件数量相同的副支臂,各所述主支臂和所述副支臂上都设有所述喷孔,各所述主支臂和所述副支臂沿圆周方向间隔分布于所述进水管的外侧,各所述水向调节构件分别可转动套设于各所述副支臂上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的喷臂装置,其特征在于:所述副支臂之远离所述进水管的端部设有卡位结构,所述水向调节构件设于所述进水管与所述卡位结构之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的喷臂装置,其特征在于:所述卡位结构为凸设于所述副支臂上的弹片,所述水向调节构件上设有供其滑过所述弹片的安装槽。
  5. 如权利要求2至4任一项所述的喷臂装置,其特征在于:所述水向调节构件还包括端部支撑环,所述端部支撑环和所述转动部件分别设于所述水向调节构件的两端,所述挡片连接于所述支撑环与所述转动部件之间,所述水向调节构件通过所述端部支撑环和所述转动部件支撑于所述副喷臂的外壁上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的喷臂装置,其特征在于: 所述水向调节构件还包括至少一个设于所述端部支撑环与所述转动部件之间的中间支撑环,所述水向调节构件通过所述端部支撑环、所述中间支撑环和所述转动部件支撑于所述副喷臂的外壁上。
  7. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的喷臂装置,其特征在于:所述挡片具有朝向所述喷臂主体外壁的V形内侧部。
  8. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的喷臂装置,其特征在于:所述导向部件为安装于所述喷臂座上的定锥齿轮,所述转动部件为与所述定锥齿轮配合的动锥齿轮。
  9. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的喷臂装置,其特征在于:所述挡片设有至少两个,各所述挡片沿圆周方向间隔环绕分布且各所述挡片的内侧围合形成一中空内孔。
  10. 洗碗机,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的喷臂装置。
