Abstract
Un dispositif à forger à quatre pans est destiné à forger des lingots et des ébauches à partir de différents aciers et alliages. Les pans (5-8) sont fixés aux supports correspondants (1-4) des pans au moyen de pinces (9). A la surface des supports (1-4) des pans et des surfaces de pans d'extrémité qui leur sont adjacentes (5-8) on a réalisé des rainures longitudinales (13, 14). On a monté dans ces rainures ainsi que dans les rainures (15) réalisées dans les pinces des éléments de connexion cylindriques (16) de manière à ce que leurs axes longitudinaux soient situés au niveau des surfaces connexes des pans et de leurs supports. Dans les éléments de connexion (16) on a réalisé des encoches (17) passant par les plans de symétrie longitudinaux, et ces éléments de connexion (16) peuvent pivoter par rapport à leur axe longitudinal et se fixer en position de travail dans laquelle leurs encoches (17) se situent dans les rainures (13) des supports des pans, et dans une position non active dans laquelle leurs encoches (17) sont situées dans les rainures (14) des pans. L'invention permet de déconnecter les pans des supports correspondants et de les reconnecter sans déconnecter les pinces des supports de pans.
