Definitions
- the present invention relates to a solid-liquid separation system for separating a solid and a liquid, and a method thereof.
- Patent Document 1 describes, as an example of a method for removing water from a high-water-containing solid such as high-moisture coal, at a pressure close to atmospheric temperature or close to the outside air temperature, which is highly soluble with water such as dimethyl ether.
- a dehydration method using a liquefied substance of a substance that is a gas is disclosed.
- Patent Document 1 first, dimethyl ether is pressurized with a compressor to increase the pressure and gas is made into a high-pressure and high-temperature gas, and then cooled in a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side to form a high-pressure and low-temperature liquid. Dehydration is carried out by bringing into contact with moisture in the moisture-containing solid in the dehydrator and dissolving the moisture. Thereafter, a configuration is disclosed in which the pressure is reduced by an expansion mechanism to form a low-pressure and low-temperature liquid, and then heated in a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between the high-pressure side and the low-pressure side to return to a compressor.
- liquefied dimethyl ether is known to have the property of dissolving not only moisture but also oil, so that not only high-moisture coal, but also dehydration and deoiling of substances containing moisture and oil. Application is also possible.
- vaporized dimethyl ether can be recovered and reused by liquefying it again, but the dehydrator is always filled with liquefied dimethyl ether together with the dehydrated solid substance.
- the dehydrator In order to act as a moisture removal system for a solid substance containing moisture, it is necessary to periodically replace the solid substance after dehydration and the solid substance containing moisture before dehydration and sequentially process them in the system.
- the prior art has no configuration for recovering liquefied dimethyl ether in the dehydrator, and no consideration has been given to the removal of the solid material after completion of the dehydration. If the dehydrator is opened to dispose of the liquefied dimethyl ether in order to take out the solid substance, the dimethyl ether for circulation in the system is lost, and there is a risk of increasing the running cost to replenish it. Moreover, since dimethyl ether is a flammable substance, the amount of dimethyl ether discarded to the atmosphere by opening the dehydrator is required to be suppressed from the viewpoint of environmental protection or safety.
- the method of directly compressing dimethyl ether with a compressor is such that a different type of oil from the compressor's hydraulic oil is mixed inside the compressor, or the liquefied dimethyl ether dissolves out of the compressor's hydraulic oil and goes out of the compressor. If discharged, the compressor may be damaged. For this reason, in the prior art, it is necessary to select a compressor that does not use hydraulic oil.
- a compressor that does not use hydraulic oil such as turbo chillers, screw chillers, and reciprocating chillers, but they are limited in application and large in size, so they are commercially suitable. It's not a machine.
- the introduction cost of the system may increase by using these compressors.
- the present invention has been made to solve the above-described conventional technical problems, and in the removal of a solid substance after dehydration or deoiling, the amount of a chemical substance such as dimethyl ether is suppressed, and the temperature and pressure are controlled. Even when dehydrating and deoiling substances containing moisture and oil using a fluid that changes phase due to changes, it is possible to operate efficiently with less required energy and to stabilize the temperature in the system for continuous operation.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a solid-liquid separation system that can be used.
- the present invention liquefies a working fluid having a property of dissolving moisture or oil in a liquid phase, and brings the moisture or oil contained in the solid material into contact with the solid material by bringing the fluid into contact with the solid material. Then, a solid-liquid separation system for precipitating the moisture or oil by vaporizing the working fluid, wherein the solid-liquid separation system heats the working fluid with a refrigerant and vaporizes it.
- a low-temperature side heat exchanger that cools and liquefies the working fluid with the refrigerant, a fluid circuit that circulates the working fluid by connecting a filling tank that holds the solid substance, a compressor, and the operation
- a condenser that exchanges heat with a heat source other than fluid, the high-temperature side heat exchanger, the first expansion means, and the low-temperature side heat exchanger to connect the refrigeration cycle for circulating the refrigerant, In the tank And it is characterized in that it comprises a recovery operation mode to vaporize the moving fluid.
- the fluid circuit includes a heating unit that heats the working fluid without using the refrigerant as a heat source.
- the refrigeration cycle includes a second expansion means between the condenser and the high temperature side heat exchanger.
- the present invention is a solid-liquid separation system, wherein the second expansion means further expands the refrigerant expanded by the first expansion means in the recovery operation mode. .
- At least a part of the high temperature side heat exchanger is arranged at a position lower than the bottom of the filling tank.
- the fluid circuit includes a transfer means for the working fluid in a liquid phase state between the high temperature side heat exchanger and the filling tank. It is.
- the fluid circuit includes a means for conveying the working fluid in a gas phase between the high temperature side heat exchanger and the low temperature side heat exchanger. It is what.
- the filling tank is provided with a mechanism for preventing the solid substance from flowing out of the filling tank at the bottom.
- valves that can be closed are provided on the inlet side and the outlet side of the working fluid of the filling tank.
- the present invention is characterized in that in the solid-liquid separation system, a plurality of the filling tanks are provided in parallel in the fluid circuit.
- the solid-liquid separation system of the present invention is provided with an expansion mechanism between the condenser and the high temperature side heat exchange, so that the working fluid can be vaporized in taking out the solid substance after dehydration or deoiling, Since the amount of working fluid to be discarded can be reduced, there is an advantage that the amount of dimethyl ether circulating in the fluid circuit is reduced and the running cost of the system is reduced. In addition, since the amount of the working fluid released to the atmosphere is suppressed, an effect of safety or environmental conservation can be obtained.

- the solid-liquid separation system 200 has a refrigerant inlet temperature sensor 100a at the refrigerant inlet of the high temperature side heat exchanger 4, a refrigerant outlet temperature sensor 100b at the refrigerant outlet, and a means for detecting the temperature of the working fluid.
- the high temperature side heat exchanger 4 includes a fluid inlet temperature sensor 100d at the working fluid inlet and a fluid outlet temperature sensor 100c at the outlet.
- the control device 100 receives outputs from the temperature sensors 100a to 100d, and based on these values, the rotation speed of the compressor 2, the rotation speed of the condenser fan 3a, the opening degree of the expansion valve 5, and the output of the pump 12 And the opening degree of the switching valve 7a and the second expansion valve 7 is controlled.
- the solid-liquid separation system 200 of the present embodiment is a recovery that vaporizes the working fluid in the filling tank in order to remove the dehydrated and deoiled solid material in addition to the solid-liquid separation operation for separating water and oil from the solid material. It has a driving function.
- the switching valve 7a is opened, and the second expansion valve 7 is closed.
- R410A which has been pressurized by compressor 2 to become high-temperature and high-pressure gas, first dissipates heat to the outside air in the process of passing through condenser 3, and then passes through switching valve 7a to the high-temperature side. It flows into the heat exchanger 4. In the high temperature side heat exchanger 4, the heat is dissipated a second time to the DME of the fluid circuit 10, and the refrigerant changes phase from a gas to a two-phase state and to a liquid.
- R410A that has passed through the expansion valve 5 and reduced pressure to become a low-pressure two-phase state absorbs heat from the DME of the fluid circuit 10 in the process of passing through the low-temperature side heat exchanger 6, and again changes from the two-phase state to the gas. And the phase is changed back to the compressor 2.
- the DME is cooled by the R410A of the refrigeration cycle 1 in the process of passing through the low temperature side heat exchanger 6, and the phase changes from a gas to a two-phase state and further to a liquid.
- the liquefied DME dissolves the water and oil in the sludge in the filling tank 11 filled with sludge, and passes through the pump 12 or bypass 12a together with the eluted water and oil to the high temperature side heat exchanger 4 To do.
- the liquefied DME can be moved to the high-temperature side heat exchanger 4 using gravity, so the amount of circulation in the pump 12 It is possible to reduce power and power.
- the DME changes from a liquid to a two-phase state to a gas due to heat radiation from the R410A in the refrigeration cycle 1.
- Moisture and oil components eluted in the liquefied DME remain in the high temperature side heat exchanger 4 and are carried out from the extract takeout valve 4a.
- the DME that has become gas in the high temperature side heat exchanger 4 is returned again to the low temperature side heat exchanger 6, and liquefaction and vaporization of DME are repeated in the fluid circuit.
- the solid-liquid separation operation the sludge in the filling tank 11 is dehydrated and deoiled and held in the liquefied DME.
- the condenser 3 is a fin tube heat exchanger
- the high temperature side heat exchanger 4 is a shell tube heat exchanger
- the low temperature side heat exchanger 6 is a plate heat exchanger. This is not the case.
- the heat source is not limited to air, and a chiller or the like can be used.
- the switching valve 7a is closed, and the opening degree of the second expansion valve 7a is appropriately adjusted according to the state of the refrigerant.
- R410A which has been pressurized by the compressor 2 and turned into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, dissipates heat to the outside air in the process of passing through the condenser 3, thereby changing the phase from gas to two-phase and liquid.
- R410A that has passed through the second expansion valve 7 and has been reduced in pressure to become a low-pressure and low-temperature two-phase state flows into the high-temperature side heat exchanger 4.
- the heat is absorbed from the DME of the fluid circuit 10
- R410A again absorbs heat from the DME of the fluid circuit 10 changes again from the two-phase state to the gas, and is returned to the compressor 2.
- the DME is cooled by the R410A of the refrigeration cycle 1 in the process of passing through the low temperature side heat exchanger 6, and the phase changes from a gas to a two-phase state. Thereafter, the DME passes through the filling tank 11, passes through the pump 12 or the bypass 12a, and moves to the high temperature side heat exchanger 4. In the high temperature side heat exchanger 4, it is cooled again by R410A of the refrigeration cycle 1, and further changes to a low temperature two-phase state. Then, it returns to the low temperature side heat exchanger 6 again, and cooling of DME is repeated in the fluid circuit. By repeating the cooling, the pressure of the DME decreases, and the DME in the fluid circuit 10 enters a two-phase state.
- the low-pressure side heat exchanger 6 and the filling tank 11 are arranged at a higher position than the high-temperature side heat exchanger 4, so the liquid part of the two-phase DME is It is stored in the high temperature side heat exchanger 4 by gravity.
- the pump 12 can be moved to the high temperature side heat exchanger 4 at an early stage, and the recovery operation time can be shortened. Further, the pump 12 may be stopped, in which case the liquid DME moves from the bypass circuit 12a. In this case, since the power of the pump can be reduced, the power consumption of the system during the recovery operation can be suppressed.
- the liquid DME moves to the high-temperature side heat exchanger, and therefore, after a certain time has elapsed since the start of the recovery operation, the density in the filling tank 11 is low. Gaseous DME and sludge are sealed.
- the control device 100 of the present embodiment estimates the pressure of the filling tank 11 during the recovery operation based on the value of the temperature sensor 100d, and determines the completion of the recovery operation. After the temperature sensor 100d becomes equal to or lower than the target value, the switching valves 11a and 11b are closed, and the recovery operation is terminated. Between the filling tank 11 and the switching valves 11a and 11b, there are provided joints (not shown) with pin-like members each called a worm push. By separating the switching valve 11a and 11b from the joint, the push of the joint pin is released and the flow path is closed. Therefore, after closing the switching valve 11a and the switching valve 11b, the filling tank 11 is removed from the fluid circuit 10.
- the DME in the fluid circuit will not leak to the surroundings.
- the filling tank 11 filled with the dewatered and deoiled sludge is removed from the fluid circuit 10, and a new filling tank 11 ′ filled with the sludge containing moisture and oil is filled. The solid-liquid separation operation and the recovery operation are repeated again.
- the solid-liquid separation system 200 of the present embodiment dehydrates and deoils sludge using liquefied DME, and then makes the DME in the filling tank 11 a gas having a lower density than the liquid. It is possible to suppress a decrease in the amount of DME in the fluid circuit 10 when removing the dewatered and deoiled sludge. Thereby, the running cost for replenishing DME into the fluid circuit 10 is reduced. In addition, the system is excellent in that it can reduce the environmental burden because the amount of DME released into the atmosphere when dewatered and deoiled sludge is removed is suppressed.
- FIG. 2 is a diagram showing an example of the configuration of the filling tank 11.
- a solid-liquid separation system 200 shown in FIG. 2 has a configuration in which a plurality of filling tanks 11 are provided in parallel, and other components are the same as those in FIG.
- the solid-liquid separation system 0 selects any one of the filling tanks 11 arranged in parallel and opens the switching valves 11a and 11b or the switching valves 11a ′ and 11b ′ to perform the solid-liquid separation operation. Perform recovery operation.
- the solid-liquid separation operation is performed on the other filling tank.
- the treated sludge can be taken out and the sludge before treatment can be enclosed, so that the time required for the solid-liquid separation operation can be increased. Since the amount of heat supplied from the refrigeration cycle 1 when the same amount of sludge is treated is suppressed by increasing the time required for the solid-liquid separation operation, the solid-liquid separation system 200 shown in FIG. Even if it is the same as FIG. 1, a more efficient system can be achieved and power consumption can be suppressed.
- FIG. 2 two filling tanks 11 are described.
- the number of filling tanks provided in parallel is arbitrary depending on the time required for the solid-liquid separation operation and the recovery operation, the removal of the treated sludge and the encapsulation of the sludge before the treatment. Can be determined.
- FIG. 3 is a Mollier diagram showing the change in refrigerant state of the refrigeration cycle 1 of the solid-liquid separation system 0 of the present embodiment in terms of pressure and specific enthalpy.
- high-temperature and high-pressure gas A is generated at the outlet of the compressor 2, and is dissipated to the ambient air by the condenser 3 and to the DME by the high-temperature side heat exchanger 4, thereby being discharged at the outlet of the high-temperature side heat exchanger 4.
- the low-pressure low-pressure two-phase C ′ is reached by passing through the first expansion valve 5.
- the phase change is repeated by absorbing heat from the DME, becoming low-pressure gas at the outlet of the low-temperature side heat exchanger 6, reaching F, and returning to the suction of the compressor 2 again.
- the gas becomes high-temperature and high-pressure gas A at the outlet of the compressor 2 and changes to high-temperature liquid B at the outlet of the high-temperature side heat exchanger 4 by dissipating heat to the surrounding air. Then, it passes through the second expansion valve 7 to reach a low-temperature low-pressure two-phase C.
- the high temperature side heat exchanger 4 absorbs heat from the DME to raise the temperature to become two-phase D, and is further depressurized in the process of passing through the first expansion valve 5.
- Phase E Thereafter, the low pressure side heat exchanger 6 absorbs heat again from the DME, so that the low pressure gas is converted into low pressure gas at the outlet of the low temperature side heat exchanger 6 to reach F and return to the suction of the compressor 2 again.

Start driving at a degree. Thereafter, the process proceeds to Step 4, and based on the working fluid side inlet temperature 100d of the high temperature side heat exchanger 4, it is determined whether or not the working fluid in the filling tank 11 has reached a predetermined pressure or less. If the target working fluid side inlet temperature 100d has not been reached, the process returns to Step 3 to continue the recovery operation, but if the target inlet temperature has been reached, the process proceeds to Step 5.
- Step 5 the contents of the filling tank 11 filled with the solid material that has been subjected to dehydration and deoiling treatment are replaced with the solid material before treatment containing moisture and oil.
- the switching valves 11a and 11b are closed, and then the filling tank 11 is removed from the solid-liquid separation system 20.
- the removed filling tank 11 discards the gaseous working fluid, takes out the solid substance, and once empties the filling tank 11.
