在传统传输网络中,网络管系统对网络设备通常难以实现统一端到端管理,仅能管理到用户网络接口UNI和家庭网关一侧,特别是对于家庭网关以下的无线接收设备CPE,通常无法识别和管理。而在下一代网络中,智能家庭网络将占据十分重要的地位,大量的智能家居和家庭传感设备将会得到应用,比如智能家电、智能安防、智能灯控等,同时,智能家庭网络由于其设备众多,网络场景复杂,且定制化和个性化需求比较高,大量的智能家庭网络设备将会产生海量的家庭网络数据,这对于网络架构和网络设备管理而言,也提出了巨大的挑战。
此外,网络和服务提供者(比如运营商、服务商、互联网企业等)的专业运维人员和用户无法对相关的家庭网络系统设备状态进行远端实时监控,从而实现实时性和有效性的响应。同时,从运维角度而言,运营商也希望能对用户的一些行为进行大数据统计和分析,比如消费习惯、兴趣爱好、流量管控等,在用户数据资源的进一步进行挖掘,提供更为针对性和个性化的设计和定制。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种家庭网络设备的管理方法及网络管理系统,能够解决相关技术网管系统不能对家庭网络中所有家庭终端设备进行统一管理的问题。

首先对本发明的网络管理系统的系统架构作详细介绍:
整个系统架构可以为实体网络架构,也可以为虚拟网络架构,还可以为软件定义SDN网络架构。下面结合附图以及具体的实施例,对本发明的网络管理系统的系统架构作具体说明。
该系统架构包括家庭网络、通信管道设备、管理云、云管理平台和运维/用户终端。其中,结合图1,在实体网络架构下,该系统架构包括:实体家庭网络、实体通信管道设备、云管理平台和运维/用户终端;结合图2,在虚拟网络架构下,该系统架构包括虚拟家庭网络、虚拟通信管道设备、云管理平台和运维/用户终端。
其中,结合图3和图4该家庭网络包括:实体家庭网关(虚拟家庭网关)、实体无线网络 接收设备CPE(虚拟无线网络接收设备VCPE)和智能家居子网(或称家庭子网)等部分组成,完成整个智能家庭的业务和运维,其中该CPE或该VCPE均属家庭终端设备(家庭终端设备还包括家庭网络的家庭子网中包含的网络末梢设备)。其中,每个家庭网络(无论是实体还是虚拟)对应唯一的家庭子云,从属于云管理平台中,并且与其他家庭子云相互独立。家庭子云作为一个个人权限管理域,主要负责存储和管理一个家庭网络的家庭终端设备状态信息,这些状态信息包括:家庭终端设备的用户权限信息,家庭终端设备的开通信息,家庭终端设备的配置文件信息,家庭终端设备的拓扑信息,家庭终端设备的故障报警信息,家庭终端设备之间的链路状态信息等等,同时对外提供中间应用插件APP和维护服务接口等,使得运营商、维护人员或者用户可以同过移动终端实时监控用户家庭网络和系统设备状态。
其中,图5为典型的实体家庭网关架构图,该实体家庭网关包括:实体家庭网关模块和中间应用插件模块。其中,该实体家庭网关模块主要负责家庭网关功能,包括对家庭子网(比如家庭物联传感网、智能家电网、家庭安防网等)和CPE设备的网关功能,家庭子网通常采用子网网关与家庭网关相连,子网网关负责所属家庭子网络的管理和路由等功能。中间应用插件功能模块为实体家庭网关提供上层中间插件及APP应用,从而实现与家庭网络子云中间应用插件、手持终端应用插件等系统和设备之间的通信。更具体地,该实体家庭网关模块包括:网络安全处理模块、控制与管理平台模块、家庭网络子云接口模块、家庭网络处理模块、外部接口与驱动模块、业务数据处理模块等部分组成。其中,网络安全模块负责处理家庭网络相关的网络安全功能,包括与上下游网络设备和系统之间的网络安全协议,比如授权、防火墙、专网、数据加密解密、防磁盘操作系统DOS攻击等。控制与管理平台模块作为家庭网关的CPU控制中心,负责所有模块的系统控制、相互通信接口、数据交换、状态监控、电源管理等,并作为IP管理实体,与上层和下级网络进行管理交互。家庭网络子云接口模块为专门独立的家庭网络子云接口,负责家庭网络与云管理平台的家庭子云进行通信,接口协议采用云接口协议。家庭网络处理模块,负责处理家庭网络内部子网和CPE之间的业务和管理,包括与家庭内部各传感子网网关、安防子网网关、智能家电设备、CPE设备之间的通信。外部接口与驱动模块主要负责外部硬件接口与驱动安装和管理。业务数据处理模块主要负责各种业务应用数据,比如将模拟信号数字化VoIP、交互式网络电视IPTV、宽带、在线游戏等业务。
其中,图6为虚拟家庭网关架构图,该虚拟家庭网关包括虚拟家庭网关模块和中间应用插件模块,其中,该虚拟家庭网关模块主要负责家庭网络网关功能,包括对虚拟家庭子网(比如家庭物联传感网、智能家电网、家庭安防网等)和CPE设备的网关功能;家庭子网通常采用子网网关与虚拟家庭网关相连,其中,子网网关负责所属虚拟家庭子网的管理和路由功能;该中间应用插件模块为虚拟家庭网关提供上层中间件及APP应用,以便于与上层网络进行交互,比如注册、上线、授权等。虚拟家庭网关的各功能模块功能与实体家庭网关模块完全一致,不同点在于对所包括的各个功能模块进行了全部或部分虚拟化,典型的虚拟化模块主要包括虚拟安全处理、虚拟管控平台、虚拟家庭网络处理、虚拟业务数据处理等模块,将其中功能模块的全部或部分功能虚拟化后,上移到云端平台或上层网络设备(比如OLT)进行处理,比如DHCP配置、IP路由、本地配置、防火墙等功能,从而在软件架构、管理方式和开 通流程上进行简化,这有助于整个网络架构及网关设备的功能简化和资源节约,从而降低系统运维成本和功耗。
其中,该通信管道设备结合图3和图4,包括实体光线路终端OLT(虚拟光线路终端VOLT)和光分配网络ODN组成,如果有必要,该通信管道设备还可以包括:实体远端接入光单元MDU/分散处理单元DPU(虚拟远端接入光单元VMDU/分散处理单元VDPU)、或者交换机等,该通信管道设备用于提供实体化、虚拟化和扁平化的传输通道。
其中,该云管理平台,主要负责整个网络设备系统的管理和运维。包含管道云、业务云和若干个家庭网络子云。
其中,所述的家庭网络子云作为一个个人权限管理域,所有与其家庭网络相关的管理和交互信息都存储在该子云中,包括家庭网络中的所有家庭终端设备状态,特别是对于智能家居网络内部的各种物联传感子网设备(网络末梢设备)状态,并对外提供数据接口,上层云管理平台和外部系统通过访问该用户家庭网络子云,来实现对家庭网络设备和系统的管理和操作包括家庭子云和管道云。该家庭子云用于存储和管理家庭网络的家庭终端设备状态信息,同时向上提供APP应用和维护服务接口。其中,管道云负责存储和管理通信管道设备(比如OLT、交换机、路由器、ODN等)的状态、配置、拓扑、路由等信息,同时与上层云管理平台进行通信,完成采用云管理方式对通信管道设备的管理、监测和控制。
其中,该业务云主要负责整个家庭网络中家庭终端设备的各种业务应用,比如视频、存储、宽带、语音业务、游戏、在线商城、股票投资等。
以上是对网络管理系统的系统架构的详细说明,结合系统该结构,下面结合图7,对系统构架中的设备之间的通信协议以及数据交互流程进行详细说明。
(一)对家庭网关和家庭子网的通信协议以及数据交互流程进行详细说明:
整个家庭网络实现全IP化管理,特别是家庭网络中的主要网关路由设备具有网络IP地址,这其中包括家庭网关、传感子网网关、机顶盒、智能家电等;对于存在的部分没有IP地址的二层网络末梢设备,比如某个烟感报警器,可以通过其MAC地址或网关设备的端口信息,进行网络拓扑创建和管理,同时由家庭网关或所属子网网关作为IP Host功能进行管理,根据需要可以进行IP地址Relay代理。
家庭子网包括智能家电网、各种家庭物联传感网、家庭安防网等智能家居网络;家庭子网中的网络末梢设备包括:智能家居网络内部的各种物联传感子网,比如安防、监控、家电、灯光等子系统及传感设备。家庭网关与家庭子网之间通过IP协议进行交互(或者中间应用插件APP),具体地,家庭网关与每个家庭子网网关之间采用IP方式和主从模式管理,比如,对于智能家庭网络网关下连接的Zigbee传感子网网关,其数据可以通过某种应用层协议进行上报至家庭网关,比如采用HTTP协议封装;其中,各个家庭子网网关为从属于家庭网关的二级子网网关,主要负责各自所属子网网络末梢设备管理,并将网络末梢设备的网络拓扑信息和设备状态信息上报给家庭网关。其中,用户可以根据自身的需要和兴趣,通过诸如APP 的中间应用插件和软件定义网络SDN方式,对于自身的家庭网络进行定义和设计,也可以通过第三方(比如运营商、系统集成商等)对自身网络进行定义和设计,从而灵活实现家庭网络客户端的定制化和个性化服务,定制化后的所有网络设备状态和信息(包括配置文件、IP地址、MAC地址等)实时上报到家庭网关。用户还可以根据需要增减智能家居传感设备,比如自定义家庭网络组网架构等,所动态创建的网络拓扑上报至家庭网关。当然也可以采用其他协议进行交互,比如,采用HTML协议。
(二)对家庭网关和家庭子云的通信协议以及数据交互流程进行详细说明:
家庭网关与家庭子云之间的家庭网络设备管理信息的网络层数据交互,全部通过家庭网关的预定云管理协议接口(家庭子云接口)将家庭网络设备管理信息上报到家庭网络子云,两者之间的接口协议采用某种云计算网络接口协议消息格式,比如采用OpenFlow协议。同时采用中间应用插件APP方式进行信息交互。当然也可以采用其他协议进行交互,比如,采用HTTP协议或者HTML协议。
家庭网关将所有家庭家庭终端设备状态、拓扑和用户以及用户/运维终端的操作/控制信息,通过家庭子云接口上报到家庭子云,同时提供诸如APP的内嵌中间件和应用插件,使得其可以与所述家庭子云进行互动操作,并上报家庭网络中所有系统操作和设备状态到所属家庭子云中。
(三)对家庭网关和运维/用户终端之间的通信协议以及数据交互流程进行详细说明:
家庭网关和运维/用户终端之间的通信即可以采用中间应用插件APP方式,当然也可以采用其他协议进行交互,比如,采用HTTP协议或者HTML协议等。
(四)对家庭网关和家庭终端设备,比如CPE设备(主要包括电脑、电话、打印机等)之间的通信协议以及数据交互流程进行详细说明:
家庭网关和CPE设备之间采用中间应用插件APP方式,也可以采用通用的智能家庭网络协议,比如UpnP或DLNA,比如WiFi或Bluetooth等。

家庭网关通过预定云管理协议接口发送家庭网络的家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息至家庭网络对应的家庭子云,使得家庭子云对家庭终端设备进行注册建链、对家庭终端设备进行文件配置和对家庭终端设备之间链路状态等进行监测,并使得家庭子云将配置文件通过所述家庭网关对应发送至家庭终端设备。
假如用户根据自身的需要和兴趣,通过诸如APP的中间应用插件和软件定义网络SDN方式,对于自身的家庭网络进行定义和设计,也可以通过第三方(比如运营商、系统集成商等)对自身网络进行定义和设计,从而灵活实现家庭网络客户端的定制化和个性化服务,定制化后的所有家庭终端设备状态和信息(包括配置文件、IP地址、MAC地址等),通过家庭网关实时上报到家庭网络子云,并在家庭网络子云中进行存储;或者用户根据需要自动动态创建家庭网络拓扑,比如增减智能家居传感设备,比如自定义家庭网络组网架构,所动态创建的网络拓扑,通过家庭网络网关自动上报和存储到家庭网络子云,进行动态路由列表和拓扑更新等等。
当用户家庭网络发生变更时,比如用户变换住处或更换家庭网关,比如新增或变更网络设备等,其家庭网络的管理数据将可以直接从云管理平台的家庭子云自动下发到变更后的网络和设备,比如个人注册信息、设备配置文件、认证权限、设备驱动等;从而更为便捷的完成家庭网络业务的开通和注册,提高运维效率和降低管理复杂度。
此外用户可以通过用户终端的APP实时调用云管理平台自身的家庭子云数据(存储的家庭终端设备状态信息等),通过传输网络和家庭网关查看当前整个家庭终端设备工作状态、网络链路状态、网络速率、网络拓扑、功耗等数据,并且用户所持终端可以根据获取到的数据通过APP对家庭网络的家庭终端设备进行操作和控制,或者用户自身根据获取到的数据对家庭网络的家庭终端设备进行操作和控制,比如,增减或开关网络设备,比如打开监控系统,比如修改用户密码等等。用户终端的对家庭终端设备的操作或控制信息将通过家庭网关上报到家庭子云中进行存储,从而使得云管理平台通过家庭子云对家庭网络所有的状态和操作的实时监控和管理。
同时,云管理平台通过APP与运维终端进行交互,及时提供故障报警和整个网络的链路状态,使得维护人员可以通过APP远程操控和监测网络设备和用户终端的异常情况,从而实现网络和服务提供上运维的实时性和有效性,降低运维成本,提高运维效率。而且云管理平台还可以实时从家庭子云,获取家庭子云数据(比如家庭终端设备状态信息,用户对家庭终端设备的控制/操作信息和运维/用户终端对家庭终端设备的控制/操作信息)对家庭终端设备进行监控。
另外,从运营商(也可以看做是管理终端)角度而言,也希望通过家庭子云对用户的一些行为进行大数据统计和分析,比如消费者习惯、兴趣爱好、流量管控等,对用户的资源数据进行进一步的挖掘,从而提供更为针对性和个性化的设计和定制。
另外,本发明的网络管理系统的家庭网络架构,通过采用虚拟网络和软件定义SDN网络架构来满足不同的应用场景,同时家庭子网可以包含子网网关,也可以不包含子网网关,还可以为纯二层网络,或者无线网格网络MESH。
又如,上述提及的家庭网关模块(虚拟家庭网关模块)可以包含部分功能模块,或者增加比如无线网络接口模块等。
又如,本发明的网络管理系统的家庭网络架构其终端设备可以为家庭网络网关设备,但也可以为ONT,甚至进一步上移为接入头端的MDU或DPU,在管理上,每个ONT或接入头端设备类比对应一个子云,每个家庭网络类比对应一个家庭子网,家庭网关类比对应家庭子网网关。
综上,本发明的方案通过将家庭网络中的家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息发送至家庭子云中进行存储,并使得管理终端通过家庭子云对该家庭终端设备进行操控和监管,通过对该家庭终端设备云管理方法,实现对家庭网络中的所有家庭终端设备实现统一体管理;
本发明的方案实现了网络和服务提供者(比如运营商、服务商、互联网企业等)的专业运维人员和用户对相关的家庭网络系统设备状态进行远端实时监控,从而实现实时性和有效性的响应。同时,从运维角度而言,本发明的方案实现了运营商根据用户的一些行为进行大数据统计和分析,比如消费习惯、兴趣爱好、流量管控等,对用户数据资源进一步进行挖掘,提供更为针对性和个性化的设计和定制;
本发明的方案,实现用户的个性化设计,比如用户需要对家庭网络的DIY部署,比如需要灵活新增第三方物联传感方案等。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例的方案通过将家庭网络中的家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息发送至家庭子云中进行存储,并使得管理终端通过家庭子云对该家庭终端设备进行操控和监管,通过对该家庭终端设备云管理方法,实现对家庭网络中的所有家庭终端设备实现统一体管理。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种家庭网络设备的管理方法,包括:
    家庭网关获取家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息;
    家庭网关将所述家庭终端设备信息发送至云管理平台中与家庭网络对应且相互独立的家庭子云中进行存储。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的管理方法,其中,所述家庭终端设备信息包括:家庭终端设备状态信息;其中,所述家庭终端设备信息存储至所述家庭子云中,以使得运维/用户终端根据所述家庭子云中存储的所述家庭终端设备信息对家庭网络中的家庭终端设备进行操作/控制。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的管理方法,其中,所述家庭终端设备信息包括:家庭终端设备状态信息、用户对家庭终端设备的控制/操作信息和运维/用户终端对家庭终端设备的控制/操作信息;其中,所述家庭终端设备信息存储至所述家庭子云中,以使得云管理平台根据所述家庭子云中存储的所述家庭终端设备信息对家庭网络中的家庭终端设备进行监控/管理。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的管理方法,其中,在家庭网关获取家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息的步骤之前包括:
    家庭网关通过预定云管理协议接口发送家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息至与家庭网络对应且相互独立的家庭子云中;其中,所述家庭子云能够对所述家庭终端设备进行注册建链、对所述家庭终端设备进行文件配置和对家庭终端设备之间的链路状态进行监测,并能够将配置文件通过所述家庭网关对应发送至所述家庭终端设备。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的管理方法,其中,所述家庭网关与所述家庭网络中的家庭终端设备通过IP协议或中间应用插件APP方式进行信息交互。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的管理方法,其中,所述家庭网关将所述家庭终端设备信息发送至云管理平台中与家庭网络对应且相互独立的家庭子云中进行存储的步骤包括:
    家庭网关将所述家庭终端设备信息通过通信管道设备发送至云管理平台中与家庭网络对应且相互独立的家庭子云中进行存储。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的家庭网络设备的管理方法,其中,所述通信管道设备包括:
    实体/虚拟光线路终端OLT和光分配网络ODN。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的管理方法,其中,所述通信管道设备包括:
    实体/虚拟光线路终端OLT,光分配网络ODN和实体/虚拟远端接入光单元MDU/分散处理单元DPU。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的管理方法,其中,所述云管理平台还包括:
    用于存储和管理通信管道设备的设备信息的管道云;其中,所述设备信息至少包括 通信管道设备的状态信息、配置信息、拓扑信息和路由信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的管理方法,其中,所述云管理平台还包括:
    业务云,用于存储和管理家庭网络的家庭终端设备的业务应用。
  11. 一种家庭网络设备的管理方法,包括:
    云管理平台从家庭子云中获取对应的家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息;其中,所述家庭终端设备信息由家庭子云从对应的家庭网络的家庭网关获取;
    云管理平台根据所述家庭终端设备信息,对家庭网络中的家庭终端设备进行监控/管理。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的管理方法,其中,所述云管理平台从家庭子云中获取对应的家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息的步骤包括:
    云管理平台从家庭子云中获取对应的家庭网络中的家庭终端设备状态信息、用户对家庭终端设备的控制/操作信息和运维/用户终端对家庭终端设备的控制/操作信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的管理方法,其中,所述云管理平台根据所述家庭终端设备信息,对家庭网络中的家庭终端设备进行监控/管理的步骤包括:
    云管理平台根据所述家庭终端设备状态信息、所述用户对家庭终端设备的控制/操作信息和所述运维/用户终端对家庭终端设备的控制/操作信息,对家庭网络中的家庭终端设备进行监控/管理。
  14. 一种家庭网络设备的管理方法,包括:
    运维/用户终端从家庭子云中获取对应的家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息;其中,所述家庭终端设备信息由家庭子云从对应的家庭网络的家庭网关获取;
    运维/用户终端根据所述家庭终端设备信息,对家庭网络中的家庭终端设备进行操作/控制。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的管理方法,其中,所述运维/用户终端从家庭子云中获取对应的家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息的步骤包括:
    运维/用户终端从家庭子云中获取对应的家庭网络中的家庭终端设备状态信息。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的管理方法,其中,所述运维/用户终端与所述家庭子云通过中间应用插件APP方式进行信息的交互。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的管理方法,其中,所述运维/用户终端根据所述家庭终端设备信息,对家庭网络中的家庭终端设备进行操作/控制的步骤包括:
    运维/用户终端根据所述家庭终端设备状态信息,对家庭网络中的家庭终端设备进行 操作/控制。
  18. 一种网络管理系统,包括:
    包括家庭网关的家庭网络,所述家庭网关设置为获取家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息,并将所述获取的家庭终端设备信息发送至云管理平台中与家庭网络对应且相互独立的家庭子云中进行存储;
    云管理平台,设置为从所述家庭子云中获取对应的家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息,并根据所述家庭终端设备信息,对家庭网络中的家庭终端设备进行监控/管理。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的网络管理系统,其中,所述网络管理系统还包括:
    运维/用户终端,设置为从所述家庭子云中获取对应的家庭网络中的家庭终端设备信息,并根据所述家庭终端设备信息,对家庭网络中的家庭终端设备进行操作/控制。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的网络管理系统,其中,所述家庭网关与家庭子云采用中间应用插件APP方式进行信息的交互。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的网络管理系统,其中,所述家庭网关与家庭子云的接口协议采用预定的云计算网络接口协议。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的网络管理系统,其中,所述运维/用户终端通过家庭网关与家庭网络中的家庭终端设备进行信息交互。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的网络管理系统,其中,所述运维/用户终端和所述家庭网关通过APP方式进行信息的交互。
