一种布带式的童车靠背调节装置,包括靠背(1)以及竖立于靠背两侧的支架管件(2),靠背(1)的底部和支架管件(2)转动连接,在所述的靠背(1)背部贯穿了布带(3),布带(3)两端各自固定连接在所述的支架管件(2)上,在靠背(1)的背部还设置一控制布带拉伸的调节机构(4)。通过在靠背(1)的背部设置布带(3)以实现对于靠背(1)角度的无级调整,设置了调节机构(4)以配合并限制布带(3)拉伸动作,结构简单实用。

本发明申请要求2015年01月29日申请的,申请号为201520062129.5,名称为“一种布带式童车靠背调节装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,在此将其全文引入作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种童车靠背的调节装置,特指一种布带式童车靠背调节装置。
背景技术
童车的靠背大多是可以调节角度的,童车靠背的调节装置在长期的应用过程中针对不同的童车类型衍生出了多种调节机制,多种调节结构。现有的机械调节结构的配合方式多采用刚性的材质,在调节靠背角度时几乎无法做到无级调节,其中如申请号为201220037545.6的中国专利所公开的,将转动机构设置童车车架的两侧并和结合手扶的框架,这种转动机构适用于四轮童车,需要两个转动机构对称设置,在调节过程中,转动机构逐级转动,在限位设计上也相对比较复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是一种布带式童车靠背调节装置,以布带作为约束靠背角度的部件,实现无级调节靠背角度,结构也较为简单。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种布带式童车靠背调节装置,包括靠背以及竖立于靠背两侧的支架管件,靠背的底部和支架管件转动连接,在所述的靠背背部贯穿了布带,布带两端各自固定连接在所述的支架管件上,在靠背的背部还设置一控制布带拉伸的调节机构。由于布带贯穿了靠背背部,所以在布带的拉伸过程中自然会带动靠背转动,布带的拉伸动作是无级的,所以靠背的转动过程也自然是无级的,并且只需再设置控制布带拉伸动作的调节机构即可稳定靠背在调节之后的结构。
作为优选,所述的调节机构包括贴合在靠背背部的本体,本体上设置供所述的布带穿过的通孔以及供布带拉伸通道用的侧孔,通孔内设置弹性卡位装置控制布带运动。
作为优选,所述的弹性卡位装置包括固设于通孔的第一柱体和卡接于通孔内的第二柱体,第二柱体与本体之间设置弹性件将第二柱体挤向第一柱体,所述的布带从第一柱体和第二柱体之间穿过,按压第二柱体时,从所述的侧孔可拉伸所述的布带。按压第二柱体使得第二柱体和第一柱体之间出现松动,则从侧孔即可拉伸布带,否则在第一柱体和第二柱体的挤压下, 布带无法运动。
作为优选,所述的第一柱体外表面设置齿纹,所述的第二柱体外表面上设置于所述的第一柱体上的齿纹配合的凸点。齿纹和凸点配合以增强第一柱体和第二柱体配合对于布带的限制作用,对于软质的布带而言很容易出现滑动,这种齿纹和凸点配合显得更加重要。
作为优选,所述的第二柱体上设置伸出所述的通孔之外的按钮。
作为优选,所述第二柱体和本体之间设置一可放置扭簧的腔体,扭簧将第二柱体挤向第一柱体,按压按钮转动第二柱体,从所述的侧孔可拉伸所述的布带。扭簧作用下第二柱体保持对于第一柱体的挤压,而且扭簧的设计方式也较为实用简单。
作为优选,所述的靠背的底部设置两个朝向所述的支架管件的连接管,所述的支架管件上设置铰接所述的连接管的固定座,所述的连接管和固定座之间设置驱动所述的靠背后转的弹性组件。由于布带本身并不具备弹性,如果没有外力附加于靠背,那边布带与靠背之间的关系始终是宽松的,并不利于稳定靠背的结构。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下突出优点:通过在靠背的背部设置布带以实现对于靠背角度的无级调整,设置了调节机构以配合并限制布带拉伸动作,结构简单实用。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
具体实施方式
参见图1-6,一种布带式童车靠背调节装置,包括靠背1以及竖立于靠背两侧的支架管件2,靠背的底部和支架管件转动连接,在靠背1的背部贯穿了两个用来连接布带3的贯穿孔,布带3从两个贯穿孔中依次穿过,布带3的两端则固定连接于两个支架管件2上,可以在两个支架管件上各设置一个固定件7,布带3就固定连接在固定件7,估计固定方式可以有卡接、缠绕等等,在本实施例中是采用了卡接的方式以方便装卸,从图1中可以看到布带3的顶端连接了一C形的卡扣。在所述的靠背1的底部设置两个朝向所述的支架管件2的连接管5,在两个支架管件2上则各设置一固定座6,连接管5穿入固定座6并可在固定座内转动, 同时所述的连接管5和固定座6之间还设置驱动所述的靠背1后转的弹性组件,该弹性组件为现有技术所以未在附图中表示,在弹性组件的作用下,布带3始终保持绷直的状态,具体参见图2和图3,这样靠背1在调节过程中也保持结构相对稳定。
参见图4-6,在靠背1的背部还设置一控制布带拉伸的调节机构4。该调节机构包括贴合在靠背背部的本体41,本体41的形状整体呈三角立体,底面贴在靠背1的背部,其底面设计为与靠背背部对应的弧形,在本体41上设置通孔42,布带3穿过通孔42,在通孔42内设置了第一柱体44,在通孔42的两个端口内还各卡接了第二柱体45,第二柱体45与本体41之间设置弹性件将第二柱体45挤向第一柱体44,布带3从第一柱体44和第二柱体45之间穿过,其中第一柱体44、第二柱体45和弹性件组成了弹性卡位装置作为控制布带3运动的组件,只有当第二柱体45在外力作用下从第一柱体44上松开时,布带3可以进行拉伸运动,为了便于对布带3进行拉伸,在本体41的顶端还设置了侧孔43,布带3的中部从侧孔43中伸出,伸出的侧孔43的布带长度越长则靠背1越向内倾斜,具体要调节靠背1的角度时,需要先按压第二柱体45,然后再从侧孔43中拉伸所述的布带3。
显然,像布带3这样的软质的材料,是很容易在第一柱体44和第二柱体45之间滑动的,所以本实施例中,在所述的第一柱体44外表面设置齿纹,所述的第二柱体45外表面上设置于所述的第一柱体上的齿纹配合的凸点。通过齿纹和凸点的配合,布带3不再容易出现滑动,也进一步稳定了整体结构。
作为优选,所述的设置于第二柱体45与本体41之间的弹性件选用扭簧,具体结构是在所述第二柱体45和本体41之间设置一可放置扭簧47的腔体48,扭簧47将第二柱体45挤向第一柱体44,同时在所述的第二柱体45上设置伸出所述的通孔之外的按钮46,按压按钮46转动第二柱体,从所述的侧孔43可拉伸所述的布带3。在没有设置按钮46的情况下,要按动第二柱体45在操作上显然是不便的,在本实施例中的弧形的按钮46配合扭簧为优选以方便操作。
除上述优选实施例外,本发明还有其他的实施方式,本领域技术人员可以根据本发明作出各种改变,只要不脱离本发明的精神,均应属于本发明所附权利要求所定义的范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种布带式童车靠背调节装置,包括靠背(1)以及竖立于靠背两侧的支架管件(2),靠背的底部和支架管件转动连接,其特征在于:在所述的靠背背部贯穿了布带(3),布带(3)两端各自固定连接在所述的支架管件(2)上,在靠背的背部还设置一控制布带拉伸的调节机构(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的布带式童车靠背调节装置,其特征在于:所述的调节机构包括贴合在靠背背部的本体(41),本体上设置供所述的布带穿过的通孔(42)以及供布带拉伸通道用的侧孔(43),通孔内设置弹性卡位装置控制布带运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的布带式童车靠背调节装置,其特征在于:所述的弹性卡位装置包括固设于通孔(42)的第一柱体(44)和卡接于通孔(42)内的第二柱体(45),第二柱体(45)与本体(41)之间设置弹性件将第二柱体(45)挤向第一柱体(44),所述的布带(3)从第一柱体(44)和第二柱体(45)之间穿过,按压第二柱体(45)时,从所述的侧孔(43)可拉伸所述的布带(3)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的布带式童车靠背调节装置,其特征在于:所述的第一柱体(44)外表面设置齿纹,所述的第二柱体(45)外表面上设置于所述的第一柱体上的齿纹配合的凸点。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的布带式童车靠背调节装置,其特征在于:所述的第二柱体(45)上设置伸出所述的通孔之外的按钮(46)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的布带式童车靠背调节装置,其特征在于:所述第二柱体(45)和本体(41)之间设置一可放置扭簧(47)的腔体(48),扭簧(47)将第二柱体(45)挤向第一柱体(44),按压按钮(46)转动第二柱体,从所述的侧孔(43)可拉伸所述的布带(3)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的布带式童车靠背调节装置,其特征在于:所述的靠背(1)的底部设置两个朝向所述的支架管件(2)的连接管(5),所述的支架管件(2)上设置铰接所述的连接管的固定座(6),所述的连接管(5)和固定座(6)之间设置驱动所述的靠背后转的弹性组件。
