第二调整带4的一端与由所述出口302穿出的第一调整带2的另一端一体成型,第二调整带4的另一端绕设于卡扣件5后由该卡扣件5中穿出形成所述穿出部41。则相当于第一调整带2的另一端经出口302穿出后直接绕设在卡扣件5上完成卡扣配合后穿出形成穿出部41,以简化结构,进一步降低成本。
还可做以下进一步改进:如图5所示,本推车靠背单手调节机构还包括日字扣8,第二扣壳32的上端设为第四扣环322,由所述出口302穿出的第一调整带2的另一端绕过日字扣8一端后连接于第四扣环322,第二调整带4绕设于日字扣8的另一端,且该第二调整带4的一端与卡扣件5固定,该第二调整带4的另一端由卡扣件5中穿出形成所述穿出部41。通过上述连接,可在靠背件1(背靠)调节时,减小穿出部41被拉动的行程,进一步方便了调节操作。
卡扣件5可采用目前常规的可对带体实现卡扣作用的装置,可辅 助增加操作部件来增加单手操作功能,也可采用以下优选的结构,如图2、图4所示,本例的卡扣件5包括铰接于第二杆体12的勾部51及由勾部51的一端伸出的扣板52,扣板52上分别开有分别用于第一调整带2和第二调整带4穿过的第一开口槽521和第二开口槽522,该扣板52的背面凸出有凸块523。
其中,如图2所示,第一开口槽521可供第二调整带4的一端倒扣连接,第二开口槽供第二调整带4的另一端穿出而形成穿出部41。也可以是,如图4所示,第一调整带2(与第二调整带4一体成型)由出口302穿出的一端经第一开口槽521穿入绕设于扣板52后再经第二开口槽522中穿出形成穿出部41。
藉此,如图6~8所示,当向上转动靠背件1调整角度时,只需拉动穿出部41,此时会带动勾部51转动,使凸块523远离第二调整带4,减小摩擦力,实现卡扣件5对第二调整带4的解锁,从而可以轻松拉动穿出部41,穿出部41带动整个第二调整带4向上拉动,联动第一调整带2收缩,再带动靠背件1向上旋转,实现靠背件1向上角度的单手调节。当放开穿出部41后,靠背件1转动下落,此时靠背件1、靠背的自重会使第一调整带2、第二调整带4内产生一定的预紧力,当靠背件1承重时,第一调整带2、第二调整带4内的预紧力增大,此时凸块523与第二调整带4接触摩擦力也增大,从而实现卡扣件5对第二调整带4的锁定。当向下调节靠背时,用手向上扳勾部51,使凸块523远离第二调整带4,使摩擦减小,然后可以轻松放下靠背件1,进而放下靠背。
为进一步增加角度调整的顺畅性,第一开口槽521、第二开口槽522和凸块523均呈长条状,且三者相互平行,可防止第二调整带4或第一调整带2卡死。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 推车靠背单手调节机构,其特征在于,包括:
    靠背件,该靠背件的底部用于与推车的车体铰接;
    第一调整带,该第一调整带的一端与推车的车体连接;
    换向扣,具有供第一调整带穿入的入口以及供第一调整带穿出的出口,入口与出口的朝向相交;
    第二调整带,该第二调整带与由所述出口穿出的第一调整带的另一端相连;
    卡扣件,设于靠背件的顶部,用于锁定或解锁第二调整带,该第二调整带具有由卡扣件中穿出的穿出部;
    张紧带,该张紧带的一端与换向扣连接,该张紧带的另一端用于与推车的车体连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的推车靠背单手调节机构,其特征在于,靠背件包括第一杆体和第二杆体,第一杆体的一端用于与推车的车体铰接,第一杆体的另一端与第二杆体的一端相交连接,第二杆体的另一端用于与推车的靠背连杆铰接,卡扣件设于第二杆体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的推车靠背单手调节机构,其特征在于,第一杆体为两个,分别连接于第二杆体的两端并形成“∩”型,对应地,所述入口为两个,且两入口分别朝向两第一杆体,所述出口朝向第二杆体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的推车靠背单手调节机构,其特征在于,换向扣包括第一扣壳及分设于第一扣壳正面和背面的两所述入口,两入口均倾斜设置,第一扣壳的下端设为第一扣环,张紧带的一端绕设 于该第一扣环;所述推车靠背单手调节机构还包括第二扣环,由所述出口穿出的第一调整带的另一端与第二扣环相连,第二调整带绕设于该第二扣环,且该第二调整带的一端与卡扣件固定,该第二调整带的另一端由卡扣件中穿出形成所述穿出部。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的推车靠背单手调节机构,其特征在于,换向扣包括第二扣壳及同设于第二扣壳一表面的两所述入口,两入口均倾斜设置,第二扣壳的下端设为第三扣环,张紧带的一端绕设于该第三扣环。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的推车靠背单手调节机构,其特征在于,第二调整带的一端与由所述出口穿出的第一调整带的另一端一体成型,第二调整带的另一端绕设于卡扣件后由该卡扣件中穿出形成所述穿出部。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的推车靠背单手调节机构,其特征在于,所述推车靠背单手调节机构还包括日字扣,第二扣壳的上端设为第四扣环,由所述出口穿出的第一调整带的另一端绕过日字扣一端后连接于第四扣环,第二调整带绕设于日字扣的另一端,且该第二调整带的一端与卡扣件固定,该第二调整带的另一端由卡扣件中穿出形成所述穿出部。
  8. 根据权利要求2~6任一项所述的推车靠背单手调节机构,其特征在于,卡扣件包括铰接于第二杆体的勾部及由勾部的一端伸出的扣板,扣板上分别开有分别用于第一调整带和第二调整带穿过的第一开口槽和第二开口槽,该扣板的背面凸出有凸块。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的推车靠背单手调节机构,其特征在于,第一开口槽、第二开口槽和凸块均呈长条状,且三者相互平行。
