下面首先结合附图1-图11具体描述根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机的桶盖100。
如图1至图6所示,根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机的桶盖100包括盖壁10、盖片20、多个导水筋30和挡片40。
具体而言,盖壁10形成为轴线沿纵向延伸的环形,盖片20设在盖壁10上,盖片20沿盖壁10的周向环绕且沿盖壁10的横向向内向下延伸,多个导水筋30分别沿盖壁10的 周向间隔开设在盖片20与盖壁10之间,任意两个相邻的导水筋30之间限定出水流通道31,挡片40设在多个导水筋30的末端,挡片40沿导水筋30末端周向环绕且沿导水筋30的末端相对盖壁10的横向向内向下延伸,挡片40与盖片20在上下方向间隔开形成与各个水流通道31导通的出水口41。
换言之,波轮洗衣机的桶盖100主要由盖壁10、盖片20、导水筋30和挡片40组成。其中,盖壁10形成为环形,而盖壁10的轴线沿竖直方向布置,盖片20设在盖壁10上且沿盖壁10的周向环绕形成为环形,具体地,盖片20的外端与盖壁10的上端相连,盖片20的内端沿盖壁10的径向向内延伸。
导水筋30包括多个,多个导水筋30分别沿盖壁10的周向间隔开布置且设在盖片20的下方,任意两个相邻的导水筋30之间限定出水流通道31。盖片20的下方设有挡片40,具体地,该挡片40沿盖壁10的周向环绕且沿盖壁10的径向向内延伸,盖片20与挡片40沿上下方向间隔开布置,盖片20与挡片40以及多个导水筋30形成多个出水口41,该出水口41与相应位置的水流通道31导通。
由此,根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机的桶盖100,通过在盖片20的下方设置挡片40,并用挡片40与盖片20形成与水流通道31导通的出水口41,使从出水口41喷出的水流流量减小且更流畅,不易产生水花飞溅,该水流本身的冲刷作用也使得衣物缠绕降低。
如图4和图5所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,盖片20的截面形成为开口向下的弧形,挡片40的截面形成为开口向下的弧形,盖片20的内端与挡片40的内端沿盖壁10的径向向内逐渐靠近。
也就是说,盖片20和挡片40分别沿盖壁10的周向形成为环形且沿上下方向间隔开布置,具体地,盖片20的截面形成为弧形状,盖片20的外端与盖壁10相连,盖片20的内端向下倾斜设置,挡片40的截面形状也形成为弧形状,挡片40的内端向下倾斜设置,盖片20的内端和挡片40的内端沿盖壁10的径向向下倾斜设置且二者向内逐渐靠近。
由此,出水口41的尺寸逐渐减小,使得水流通道31内的水压逐渐增大,从而使从出水口41喷出的水流因受压流速得到提升,增加了水流的冲刷作用,能够达到快速洗涤的效果,极大的降低了波轮洗衣机的能耗。再者,倾斜向下的盖片20和挡片40使水花不易产生飞溅,水流的冲击速度更大,对衣物的冲刷洗涤作用更加强劲。
优选地,如图6所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,出水口41的开口尺寸为1mm-3mm。可以理解的是,盖片20的内端与挡片40的内端之间间隔的距离b为1mm-3mm。
换言之,该波轮洗衣机的桶盖100上均匀排布有多个相同形式的导水筋30,导水筋30的下方设有一圈挡片40,该挡片40与盖片20保持平行状态,导水筋30的外端与盖壁10之间保持弧形过渡使得水流进入导水筋30时更加顺畅,盖片20与挡片40之间形成了许多 相同大小的出水口41口,该挡片40与导水筋30之间的最小距离控制在1mm-3mm之间,例如,挡片40与导水筋30的距离b可以设置为2mm。
由此,挡片40约束了进入桶盖100的水流流量,使得进入挡片40和盖片20形成的水流通道31内的水流受到挤压速度不断提升,各个出水口41喷出的水量更加均匀,最终水流呈均匀厚度的瀑布样冲刷衣物。
进一步地,根据本发明的一个实施例,盖片20的内端相对于挡片40的内端沿盖壁10的横向向内伸出1mm-3mm。由此,内缩的挡片40可以避免衣物损伤和人体划伤等风险。
如图7所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,每个导水筋30分别形成为沿盖壁10的周向折弯的弧形且多个导水筋30朝向一致,多个导水筋30配合形成为沿顺时针或逆时针方向延伸的旋涡形。
具体地,桶盖100上的每个导水筋30分别形成为结构一致的弧形,多个导水筋30的朝向一致组合形成旋涡形,每个导水筋30沿盖壁10的周向布置在盖片20和挡片40之间,即每个导水筋30沿桶盖100盖片20的周向顺时针或者逆时针进行排布,在桶盖100一侧的导水筋30可以将水流导入水流通道31内。
由此,在洗涤衣物时,旋涡形的导水筋30可以产生强劲漩涡水流,从而提高洗涤剂的溶解率,加大水流对衣物的冲击强度,强化了衣物的洗涤性能。
优选地,根据本发明的一个实施例,多个导水筋30沿桶盖100的周向间隔开均匀布置。也就是说,任意相邻两个导水筋30之间限定出水流通道31,多个导水筋30限定出的多个水流通道31沿桶盖100的周向间隔开均匀布置,盖片20与挡片40之间形成的多个出水口41沿桶盖100的周向间隔开均匀布置。
由此,均匀布置的导水筋30以及盖片20和挡片40,使得桶盖100上形成均匀布置的水流通道31和出水口41,从而使波轮洗衣机的桶盖100的出水口41出水均匀,最终水流呈均匀厚度的瀑布样漩涡流冲刷衣物,洗涤效果明显增强,也大大提高了波轮洗衣机的整体品质。
在本发明的一些具体实施方式中,每个导水筋30上与任一点相切的切线和经过该点与圆心的假想连线之间构成的夹角的角度为45°-55°,可以理解的是,多个导水筋30沿周向布置,每个导水筋30上的任意一点与圆心的假想连线和该点的关于参考附图7中所示小圆的切线的夹角α的范围在45°-55°之间。其中,附图7中所示的小圆为多个出水口41的出水覆盖区域的边界。
再者,根据本发明的一个实施例,出水口41的轴线与竖直方向的夹角的角度为25°-35°。换言之,盖片20的内端和挡片40的内端分别向下倾斜设置且二者组合形成为开口倾斜向下的出水口41,该出水口41的轴线与竖直方向的夹角的角度β可以控制在25°-35 °之间,例如,该出水口41的轴线与竖直方向的夹角β可以为25°、20°或者35°。由此,倾斜向下的盖片20和挡片40形成的出水口41使水花不易产生飞溅。
根据本发明的一个实施例,盖壁10、盖片20、多个导水筋30和挡片40一体形成。由此,一体形成的盖壁10、盖片20、多个导水筋30和挡片40不仅保证了波轮洗衣机的桶盖100的整体结构稳定性和强度,而且成型方便,降低了制备成本。
需要说明的是,本发明提出的波轮洗衣机的桶盖100的挡片40并不限定上述结构,可以根据需要设置成多种形式,而出水口41的水流流量可以根据需求调整盖片20和挡片40之间的距离b来实现。
如图8至图11所示,根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机包括内筒200、外筒(未示出)、波轮300、连接盘400、电机500、排水翼600以及根据上述实施例的波轮洗衣机的桶盖100。也就是说,如图10所示,波轮洗衣机包括根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机的桶盖100,其中,波轮洗衣机的桶盖100主要由盖壁10、盖片20、导水筋30和挡片40组成。通过在盖片20的下方设置挡片40,并用挡片40与盖片20形成与水流通道31导通的出水口41,使从出水口41喷出的水流流量减小且更流畅,不易产生水花飞溅,该水流本身的冲刷作用也使得衣物缠绕降低。由于根据本发明上述实施例的波轮洗衣机的桶盖100具有上述技术效果,因此,根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机也具有相应的技术效果,即可以实现快速洗涤的效果且可防止溅水、防止划伤衣物和手。
具体地,如图9所示,将该涡轮洗衣机的桶盖100用于波轮洗衣机时,在洗涤过程中时,波轮洗衣机的内筒200高速旋转产生较强的离心力作用,在内筒200筒底的排水翼600的作用下,内筒200和外桶底部区域中间的水通过波轮300底部的连接盘400通道排挤到波轮洗衣机的内筒200和外筒之间,随着水位的升高,水流被甩到波轮洗衣机的桶盖100上,通过波轮洗衣机的桶盖100的导水筋30的导向作用,水流从桶盖100与挡片40形成的出水口41喷出。再者,喷出的水流因在水流通道31内受到的压强逐渐增大,水流流速得到大大地提升,增加了水流的冲刷作用,实现了快速洗涤的效果,极大的降低了波轮洗衣机的能耗。
并且,该水流本身的冲刷作用使得衣物缠绕降低。由于有挡片40的限制作用,出水口41喷出的水流的高度被固定在1-3mm之间,使得水流流量不至过大,电机500功耗可以大大降低。而由于挡片40的约束作用,使得从出水口41喷出的水流流量减小且更流畅,不易产生水花飞溅,加上出水口41保持一定的角度倾斜向下,使得水花更不易溅出内筒200外,挡片40内缩也可以避免衣物损伤或者人体手臂划伤。
根据本发明实施例的波轮洗衣机的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种波轮洗衣机的桶盖,其特征在于,包括:
    盖壁,所述盖壁形成为轴线沿纵向延伸的环形;
    盖片,所述盖片设在所述盖壁上,所述盖片沿所述盖壁的周向环绕且沿所述盖壁的横向向内向下延伸;
    多个导水筋,多个所述导水筋分别沿所述盖壁的周向间隔并延伸于所述盖片与所述盖壁之间,任意两个相邻的所述导水筋之间限定出水流通道;
    挡片,所述挡片设在多个所述导水筋的末端,所述挡片沿所述导水筋末端周向环绕且沿所述导水筋的末端相对所述盖壁的横向向内向下延伸,所述挡片与所述盖片在上下方向间隔开形成与所述各个水流通道导通的出水口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的波轮洗衣机的桶盖,其特征在于,所述盖片的截面形成为开口向下的弧形,所述挡片的截面形成为开口向下的弧形,所述盖片的内端与所述挡片的内端沿所述盖壁的径向向内逐渐靠近。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的波轮洗衣机的桶盖,其特征在于,所述出水口的开口尺寸为1mm-3mm。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的波轮洗衣机的桶盖,其特征在于,所述盖片的内端相对于所述挡片的内端沿所述盖壁的横向向内伸出1mm-3mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的波轮洗衣机的桶盖,其特征在于,每个所述导水筋分别形成为沿所述盖壁的周向折弯的弧形且多个所述导水筋朝向一致,多个所述导水筋配合形成为沿顺时针或逆时针方向延伸的旋涡形。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的波轮洗衣机的桶盖,其特征在于,多个所述导水筋沿所述桶盖的周向间隔开均匀布置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的波轮洗衣机的桶盖,其特征在于,每个所述导水筋上与任一点相切的切线和经过该点与圆心的假想连线之间构成的夹角的角度为45°-55°。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的波轮洗衣机的桶盖,其特征在于,所述出水口的轴线与竖直方向的夹角的角度为25°-35°。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的波轮洗衣机的桶盖,其特征在于,所述盖壁、盖片、多个导水筋和挡片一体形成。
  10. 一种波轮洗衣机,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的波轮洗衣机的桶盖。
