进一步地,所述第二盖体设有若干固定第一盖体和第二盖体的螺钉,所述螺钉穿过导水筋,所述螺钉使得第一盖体与第二盖体连接更加稳定和牢固,保证了洗干一体机在高速运转中的安全,同时设置于导水筋上,使得水流通过螺钉所在区域时得到缓冲,向桶内喷洒的水流形势和力度呈一定程度的变化。
更进一步地,所述第一盖体与第二盖体为可拆卸连接;第一盖体或第二盖体设有外圈卡槽,第二盖体或第一盖体对应设有与外圈卡槽相配合的外圈卡爪,第一盖体与第二盖体通过 卡槽与卡爪的配合使两者紧密的配合在一起,同时便于拆卸和维护。

一种洗干一体机的工作方法,洗涤过程,洗干一体机控制内桶转动,使得水流沿外桶的内壁向上提升至外桶盖的下表面,由一导水筋的第一导水部和第二导水部配合与该第二导水部相邻的另一导水筋第一导水部形成的喷射水道将水流导入至内桶中
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的外桶盖包括第一盖体和第二盖体,所述第一盖体和第二盖体通过卡槽和卡爪结构连接,实现紧密配合的同时便于拆卸,也降低了相应的成本。
2、本发明的第二盖体设置导水筋,使得桶内上升的水流可以有效的得到利用,且通过设置两段式的导水筋结构,保证了水流的迅速、高效的集中和快速、有力的喷出,同时设置多个狭窄的喷淋口,且密度大、喷出效果好,保证了干衣功能的同时高效的利用了水源,使得通过喷淋口的水流为高速、高压。
3、第一盖体和第二盖体在观察窗区域设置卡槽和卡爪结构,保证了在水流通过此区域的时,水流不会从观察窗溢出,对周围环境造成污染。
4、将第一导水部设置与第二盖体和翻边齐平,将第二导水部设置凸出于翻边和第二盖体组成的平面,这样设置保证了喷射角度呈向内桶中心集中的趋势,避免了大量水流向观察窗喷射的情况,进一步保证了周围环境的清洁,同时也保证了干衣和清洗的效果。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

如图1至图6所示,本发明一种洗干一体机的外桶盖,包括第一盖体1和第二盖体2,第一盖体1设有与烘干模块连接的通风口,第二盖体2朝向桶内一侧沿周向设有若干旋涡状分布的导水筋3,通过该导水筋3将一体机外部的进水或内部的循环水引导喷淋至内桶中;所述导水筋3主要由第一导水部4和第二导水部5组成;所述第一导水部4为弧形导流结构,将水流导入第二导水部5;所述第二导水部5为导流结构,将水流引入洗干一体机的内桶,弧形导流结构的第一导水部4将从外桶内壁提升上来的水流导入到第二导水部5内,第二挡水的导流结构,将水流快速的引入喷淋口8,喷射到内桶中待洗的衣物上;进一步地,所述第一盖体1外周边缘形成向洗干一体机的内桶一侧的翻边6;所述第二导水部5沿第二盖体2 向洗干一体机的内桶一侧凸出于第一盖体1的翻边6以及第二盖体2组成的平面,所述翻边6起到遮挡作用,保证从外桶内壁提升上来的水流以及第一导水部4内的回流不溢出外桶盖并再次流入第一导水部4的弧形导流结构内;更进一步地,所述第一导水部4靠近第一盖体1周边一侧与第一盖体1翻边6齐平,齐平的设置保证了第一导水部4功能的实现。
总的来说,两段式的导水筋3结构使得水流在流到翻边6以及第一导水部4的时候,受到后续水流的挤压以及第一导水部4时,由于第一导水部4呈弧形导流结构,水流形成一股沿着弧形导流结构形成的集中流域,此流域在通过第二导水部5时,由于第二导水部5呈导流结构,集中的流域快速的通过该导流结构,在狭窄的喷淋口8处产生高压,被进一步加速,从喷淋口8喷出的喷淋水此时为高压高速,向桶内待洗的衣物完成喷淋作业;进一步地,当水流通过第一导水部4和第二导水部5时,在两者的夹角处形成水流夹角7,该水流夹角7会形成一部分回流的水流,此时,通过在第一盖体1设置翻边6以及将第一导水部4与翻边6设置齐平,保证了回流的水流在两者的作用下再次沿着第一导水部4的弧形导流结构进入第二导水部5内。
如图4至图6所示,所述第一导水部4与第二导水部5形成水流夹角7,所述水流夹角7的为100°~170°;所述相邻的第一导水部4与第二导水部5之间形成喷淋口8,所述喷淋口8的距离为15mm~20mm。
进一步地,所述第一盖体1与第二盖体2为可拆卸连接;第一盖体1或第二盖体2设有外圈卡槽9,第二盖体2或第一盖体1对应设有与外圈卡槽9相配合的外圈卡爪10,第一盖体1与第二盖体2通过卡槽与卡爪的配合使两者紧密的配合在一起,同时便于拆卸和维护。
更进一步地,所述第一盖体1设有观察窗11,沿观察窗11周边设有内圈卡槽13或内圈卡爪14;所述第二盖体2对应观察窗11设有观察口12,沿观察口12周边设有内圈卡爪14或内圈卡槽13,观察窗11附近设置卡槽与卡爪进一步加强了第一盖体1与第二盖体2在观察窗11附近的连接强度,保证了水流在通过此区域时不从观察窗11溢出。
再进一步地,所述第二盖体2设有若干固定第一盖体1和第二盖体2的螺钉15,所述螺钉15穿过导水筋3,所述螺钉15使得第一盖体1与第二盖体2连接更加稳定和牢固,保证了洗干一体机在高速运转中的安全,同时设置于导水筋3上,使得水流通过螺钉15所在区域时得到缓冲,向桶内喷洒的水流形势和力度呈一定程度的变化。
第一盖体1和第二盖体2在观察窗11区域设置卡槽和卡爪结构,保证了在水流通过此区域的时,水流不会从观察窗11溢出,对周围环境造成污染;将第一导水部4设置与第二盖体 2和翻边6齐平,将第二导水部5设置凸出于翻边6和第二盖体2组成的平面,这样使得导水筋3形成了一个朝向桶内喷射的角度,该角度使得通过导水筋3的水流在经过喷淋口8时,形成一朝向内桶中心集中的趋势,避免了大量水流向观察窗11喷射的情况,进一步保证了周围环境的清洁,同时也保证了干衣的同时也保证了清洗的效果。
实施例一
如图1至图6所示,本实施例所述的一种洗干一体机的外桶盖,包括第一盖体1和第二盖体2,所述第一盖体1与烘干模块连接,配置于洗干一体机的顶部;第二盖体2,配置于第一盖体1朝向洗干一体机内桶一侧;所述第二盖体2朝向内桶一侧沿周向设有若干旋涡状分布的导水筋3,所述导水筋3将沿着外桶内壁向上提升的水导流、引入至内桶中。
其中,所述导水筋3主要由第一导水部4和第二导水部5组成;所述第一导水部4为弧形导流结构,将水流导入第二导水部5;所述第二导水部5为导流结构,将水流引入洗干一体机的内桶,弧形导流结构的第一导水部4将从外桶内壁提升上来的水流导入到第二导水部5内,第二挡水的导流结构,将水流快速的引入喷淋口8,喷射到内桶中待洗的衣物上。
进一步地,所述第一盖体1外周边缘形成向洗干一体机的内桶一侧的翻边6;所述第二导水部5沿第二盖体2向洗干一体机的内桶一侧凸出于第一盖体1的翻边6以及第二盖体2组成的平面,所述翻边6起到遮挡作用,保证从外桶内壁提升上来的水流以及第一导水部4内的回流不溢出外桶盖并再次流入第一导水部4的弧形导流结构内。
此外,所述第一导水部4靠近第一盖体1周边一侧与第一盖体1翻边6齐平,齐平的设置保证了第一导水部4功能的实现
进一步地,所述第一盖体1与第二盖体2为可拆卸连接;第一盖体1或第二盖体2设有外圈卡槽9,第二盖体2或第一盖体1对应设有与外圈卡槽9相配合的外圈卡爪10,第一盖体1与第二盖体2通过卡槽与卡爪的配合使两者紧密的配合在一起,同时便于拆卸和维护。
更进一步地,所述第一盖体1设有观察窗11,沿观察窗11周边设有内圈卡槽13或内圈卡爪14;所述第二盖体2对应观察窗11设有观察口12,沿观察口12周边设有内圈卡爪14或内圈卡槽13,观察窗11附近设置卡槽与卡爪进一步加强了第一盖体1与第二盖体2在观察窗11附近的连接强度,保证了水流在通过此区域时不从观察窗11溢出。
再进一步地,本发明在第一盖体1和第二盖体2上还设有其他相应的固定结构,此结构为螺钉15连接,螺钉15连接比卡槽和卡扣结构更加稳定,保证了洗干一体机在高速运转中 的安全。
实施例二
如图1至图6所示,本实施例为上述实施例一的进一步限定,本实施例所述第一导水部4与第二导水部5形成水流夹角7,所述水流夹角7的为110°;110°的设置为水流夹角7的一个相对适中的值,当水流通过第一导水部4和第二导水部5时,在两者的夹角处形成水流夹角7,该水流夹角7会形成一部分回流的水流,此时,通过在第一盖体1设置翻边6以及将第一导水部4与翻边6设置齐平,保证了回流的水流在两者的作用下再次沿着第一导水部4的弧形导流结构进入第二导水部5内。
实施例三
如图1至图6所示,本实施例为上述实施例一或二的进一步限定,本实施例所述相邻的第一导水部4与第二导水部5之间形成喷淋口8,所述喷淋口8的距离为17mm,在狭窄的喷淋口8处产生高压,被进一步加速,从喷淋口8喷出的喷淋水此时为高压高速,向桶内待洗的衣物完成喷淋作业
实施例四
本实施例为上述实施例一至实施例三任一所述的实施例的进一步限定,本实施例所述的洗干一体机外桶盖,安装于洗干一体机的顶部,洗干一体机控制内桶,和/或,内桶中的波轮转动,水流转动并沿外桶的内壁向上提升,由第一导水部4的弧形导流结构将水流导入第二导水部5的导流结构,然后喷淋至内桶中。
实施例五
本实施例为上述实施例一至实施例四任一所述的实施例的进一步限定,本实施例所述的洗干一体机外桶盖安装于一台洗干一体机中。
实施例六
本实施例为上述实施例一至实施例五任一所述的实施例的进一步限定,本实施例所述洗干一体机的外桶盖设置有其他相应的固定结构,此结构为螺钉15连接,螺钉15连接比卡槽和卡扣结构更加稳定,保证了洗干一体机在高速运转中的安全,同时设置于导水筋3上,使得水流通过螺钉15所在区域时得到缓冲,向桶内喷洒的水流形势和力度呈一定程度的变化。
实施例七
本实施例为上述实施例一至实施例六任一所述的实施例的进一步限定,本实施例所述的洗干一体机转速为1200r/min。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗干一体机的外桶盖,其特征在于:包括第一盖体(1)和第二盖体(2),第一盖体(1)设有与烘干模块连接的通风口,第二盖体(2)朝向桶内一侧沿周向设有若干旋涡状分布的导水筋(3),通过该导水筋(3)将一体机外部的进水或内部的循环水引导喷淋至内桶中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗干一体机的外桶盖,其特征在于:所述导水筋(3)主要由第一导水部(4)和第二导水部(5)组成;所述第一导水部(4)为自第二盖体(2)外周向内周延伸的弧形导流结构,所述第二导水部(5)为沿周向设置的导流结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗干一体机的外桶盖,其特征在于:所述第一盖体(1)外周边缘形成有朝向外桶一侧的翻边(6);所述第二导水部(5)下端面突出于第一盖体(1)翻边(6)下端面和第二盖体(2)所在的平面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗干一体机的外桶盖,其特征在于:所述第一导水部(4)靠近第二盖体(2)外周边一侧与第一盖体(1)翻边(6)的下端面齐平。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一所述的一种洗干一体机的外桶盖,其特征在于:所述第二导水部(5)的一端与相邻第一导水部(4)位于内周的一端连接,第一导水部(4)与第二导水部(5)形成水流夹角(7),所述水流夹角(7)的为100°~170°。
  6. 根据权利要求2-4任一所述的一种洗干一体机的外桶盖,其特征在于:所述第二导水部(5)的另一端与另一相邻第一导水部(4)之间形成喷淋口(8),两相邻导水筋(3)配合引导水流自喷淋口(8)将水流引入内桶中。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种洗干一体机的外桶盖,其特征在于:所述第二盖体(2)设有若干固定第一盖体(1)和第二盖体(2)的螺钉(15),所述螺钉(15)的安装柱位于导水筋(3)分布的位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种洗干一体机的外桶盖,其特征在于:所述第一盖体(1)与第二盖体(2)为可拆卸连接;第一盖体(1)或第二盖体(2)设有外圈卡槽(9),第二盖体(2)或第一盖体(1)对应设有与外圈卡槽(9)相配合的外圈卡爪(10)。
  9. 一种洗干一体机,其特征在于:包括上述权利要求1-8任一所述的一种洗干一体机的外桶盖。
  10. 一种如权利要求9所述的洗干一体机的工作方法,其特征在于:洗涤过程,洗干一体机控制内桶转动,使得水流沿外桶的内壁向上提升至外桶盖的下表面,由一导水筋(3)的 第一导水部(4)和第二导水部配合与该第二导水部(5)相邻的另一导水筋(3)第一导水部(4)形成的喷射水道将水流导入至内桶中。
