Abstract
La présente invention concerne un élément électroluminescent organique en tandem, plus particulièrement un élément électroluminescent organique en tandem qui peut diminuer une tension d'excitation dans une région d'excitation d'une couche de génération de charge en stratifiant séquentiellement une couche d'électronique, qui est dopée avec un dopant métallique, et une couche électronique, qui est dopée avec un dopant organique, sur un côté de la couche de génération de charge, présentant ainsi un rendement de puissance et une vie utile augmentés. À cet effet, la présente invention concerne un élément électroluminescent organique en tandem qui est caractérisé en de qu'il comprend : un substrat de base ; une première électrode formée sur le substrat de base ; une seconde électrode formée en face de la première électrode ; deux, ou plus, couches électroluminescentes organiques, formées entre la première électrode et la seconde électrode, qui comprennent une couche électroluminescente, une couche de transfert de trous formée entre la couche électroluminescente et la première électrode, et une couche électronique formée entre la couche électroluminescente et la seconde électrode ; et une couche de génération de charge formée entre les couches électroluminescentes organiques voisines, la couche électronique formée entre la couche électroluminescente et la couche de génération de charge présentant une structure multicouche, tout en comprenant une première couche électronique dopée avec un dopant métallique et une seconde couche électronique dopée avec un dopant organique.
