Description

액상립스틱 용기
본 발명은 액상립스틱 용기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 상기 액상립스틱의 발림성이 개선되도록 수용부에 어플리케이터가 추가로 장착되며, 상기 어플리케이터에는 사용자가 상기 액상립스틱을 균일하게 도포할 수 있도록 중심을 기준으로 대칭적인 발림공이 구비되며, 표면이 후로킹(flcoking) 처리된 액상립스틱 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 입술에 바르는 용도로 사용되는 것으로 립스틱, 립글로즈, 립밤(LIB BALM)등이 있다.
여기서, 립스틱은 주로 컬러를 내기 위한 화장용도로 많이 쓰이며, 립글로즈는 투명하거나 광택을 내고(glossy) 은근한 색감을 주기 위해 많이 쓰이고, 립밤은 밤(balm 향유, 밤제)을 입술에 바르는 것으로, 주로 왁스나 페트롤륨젤리 성분으로구성되어 건조한 입술이 트거나 갈라지지 않도록 하는 데에 많이 사용되고 있다.
물론 이 외에도 립틴트(lip tint)등 다양한 입술관련 화장품이 있으며, 화장품 시장에는 입술화장을 목적으로 크게 고체타입 스틱립스틱과 겔상타입의 립글로즈로 분리되어 사용되고 있다.
상기 고체타입의 립스틱은 색상표현과 지속력이 있는 반면 립글로즈는 수분이 많은 제품으로 건조한 입술을 보호하거나 글로시(glossy)한 느낌을 주기 위해 사용되며 립스틱 위에 덧발려지기도 한다.
이런 이유로 현재 화장품 시장에서는 색상표현, 지속력, 글로시 이 세 가지 용도가 한번에 사용될 수 있는 액상의 립스틱 내용물이 연구되며 창안되고 있다.
한편, 고형 립스틱의 경우에는 널리 알려진 형태로서 고형 립스틱을 회전시키며 사용량을 조절할 수 있는 립스틱 용기가 개발되어 있으나, 액상립스틱을 위한 용기는 단순히 튜브로 제작되어 사용되고 있으며, 이러한 액상립스틱 용기는 실용신안등록 제20-0361601호에 상세히 개시되어 있다.
이러한 종래의 액상립스틱 용기는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 액상립스틱이 수용되는 튜브용기(100)와, 상기 튜브용기(100)를 보호하는 보호구(200)와 상기 튜브용기(100) 선단에 결합되고 배출공(301)이 형성된 노즐팁(300)과 상기 노즐팁(300)을 보호하는 캡(400)으로 구비되어 있다.
한편, 종래의 액상립스틱 용기는 상기 튜브용기(100)를 손으로 가압하여 상기 배출공(301)으로 액상립스틱을 배출시키고, 상기 노즐팁(300)을 입술에 접촉시켜 입술 화장을 하는 것이다.
그러나, 종래의 액상립스틱 용기는 단순히 사용자가 손으로 튜브용기를 가압하여 배출량을 조절해야 하므로 튜브용기에 남아 있는 액상립스틱의 양이 많을 경우에는 약간의 힘으로도 지나치게 많은 양이 배출될 수 있고, 양이 적을 경우에는 배출되지 않아 사용하기에 불편한 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 종래 기술의 액상립스틱 용기는 상기 액상립스틱이 균일하게 배출되지 않고, 입술과 접촉되는 접촉면이 닫힌 구조의 면으로 구비됨에 따라, 입술에 골고루 도포하기 위해 액상립스틱을 여러번 왕복을 하게 하거나 압력을 가해야 하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창작된 것으로 본 발명의 목적은 용기에 담긴 액상립스틱의 발림성이 개선하고 균일하게 도포될 수 있도록 회전시 상기 액상립스틱에 균일한 압력을 가하여 토출시키는 이송부와, 토출된 상기 액상립스틱이 입술에 도포되기 용이토록 다수개의 발림공과 표면이 후로킹처리된 어플리케이터가 구비된 액상립스틱 용기를 제공함에 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 의한 액상립스틱 용기는 내부에 액상립스틱이 수용되어 외부로 배출가능토록 배출공이 상부에 구비된 수용부와; 상기 수용부의 내주면에 밀착되어 상하 이송되는 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤이 상하 이송되도록 외주연에 수스크류가 구비된 이송축과, 상기 이송축의 하단부에서 연장되어 상기 수용부가 안착되는 안착단이 형성된 이송부와; 상기 안착단의 외주연에 고정결합되도록 하부내주연에 구비된 고정단과, 상기 수용부와 이송부의 일측이 내부에 삽입되도록 상기 고정단에서 상부로 연장되어 감싸는 보호단이 구비된 하부본체와; 상기 하부본체의 상측 외주연을 감싸며 상기 수용부의 상부가 보호되도록 상기 하부본체에 결합되는 상부본체로 구성되되,
상기 배출공의 상단에는 상기 액상립스틱의 발림성을 개선하는 어플리케이터가 장착되도록 장착단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 어플리케이터는 상기 배출공과 관통되도록 통공된 연장공과, 상기 연장공의 하부 일측에는 중앙을 기준으로 서로 대칭되게 통공된 다수개의 발림공이 구비되며,
상기 어플리케이터의 표면에는 발림성이 개선되도록 미세가루가 접착되어 형성된 솜털이 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 어플리케이터에는 상기 연장공이 상기 배출공을 관통하여 배면에 결합되도록 하부로 돌출된 연장결합단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 장착단에는 상기 어플리케이터의 좌우 회전을 방지토록 일측이 상부로 융기된 회전방지턱이 구비되고, 상기 어플리케이터에는 상기 회전방지턱에 대응되는 턱고정단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 피스톤은 상단에 액상립스틱을 상기 배출공으로 압출토록 구비된 가압단과, 중앙에 상기 수스크류와 대응되어 결합되도록 암스크류가 형성된 이송공이 구비되며, 상기 가압단에는 상기 수용부의 내주면에 밀착되도록 상면의 외주연을 따라 상측 사선방향으로 돌출된 밀착판이 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 하부본체에는 회전시 상기 수용부의 이탈을 방지토록 하부 내주연에 걸림돌기가 구비되고, 상기 수용부의 하부 외주연에는 상기 걸림돌기에 대응되는 걸림홈이 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 상부본체에는 상기 하부본체와 결합시 상기 액상립스틱의 유출을 방지토록 상기 연장공에 삽입되는 유출방지구가 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같이 본 발명에 의한 액상립스틱 용기는 다음과 같은 효과가 있다.
첫째, 수용부의 상단에 배출공과 연결되는 연장공이 형성된 어플리케이터가 구비됨으로써, 단순 개구를 연장하는 연장공에 더해 액상립스틱이 균일하게 도포될 수 있도록 다수개의 발림공이 구비됨으로써 액상립스틱의 발림성이 개선되며,
둘째, 수용부의 내주면에 밀착되어 상하 이송되는 피스톤이 하부본체와 결합되고 상기 하부본체의 회전에 따라 이송축의 상하이동됨으로써, 상기 수용부의 액상립스틱이 안정적으로 배출될 수 있고,
셋째, 상기 어플리케이터에 상기 배출공의 배면에 결합되는 연장결합단이 구비됨으로써, 상기 연장공과 배출공이 서로 관통 연결되어 연결이음세로 인한 외부 누출이 방지되는 효과가 있으며,
넷째, 장착단과 어플리케이터에 서로 대응되는 회전방지턱과 턱고정단이 구비됨으로써, 입술의 표면에 대응되도록 어플리케이터의 기울기가 고정되어 상기 액상립스틱이 일정하게 도포되는 효과가 있고,
다섯째, 상기 어플리케이터의 표면이 후로킹처리되어 입술에 도포되는 액상립스틱을 미세하게 조정이 가능하며, 상기 액상립스틱의 종류에 따라 상기 어플리케이터의 교체 사용이 가능하여 발림성이 크게 개선되는 효과가 있다.

도 3은 본 발명에 따른 액상립스틱 용기의 단면도이고,
도 4는 본 발명의 액상립스틱 용기에 구비된 어플리케이터의 평면도와 정면도이며,
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 액상립스틱 용기의 작용을 나타낸 사시도이다.
이하에서는 첨부도면을 참고하여 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 실시예를 보다 상세하게 설명하기로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 액상립스틱 용기는 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 발림성을 개선하는 어플리케이터(15)가 장착된 액상립스틱 용기로서, 내부에 액상립스틱(R)이 수용되어 외부로 배출가능토록 배출공(11)이 상부에 구비된 수용부(10)와; 상기 수용부(10)의 내주면에 밀착되어 상하 이송되는 피스톤(21)과, 상기 피스톤(21)이 상하 이송되도록 외주연에 수스크류(22a)가 구비된 이송축(22)과, 상기 이송축(22)의 하단부에서 연장되어 상기 수용부(10)가 안착되는 안착단(23)이 형성된 이송부(20)와; 상기 안착단(23)의 외주연에 고정결합되도록 하부내주연에 구비된 고정단(31)과, 상기 수용부(10)와 이송부(20)의 일측이 내부에 삽입되도록 상기 고정단(31)에서 상부로 연장되어 감싸는 보호단(32)이 구비된 하부본체(30)와; 상기 하부본체(30)의 상측 외주연을 감싸며 상기 수용부(10)의 상부가 보호되도록 상기 하부본체(30)에 결합되는 상부본체(40)로 구성된다.
여기서, 상기 배출공(11)의 상단에는 상기 액상립스틱(R)의 발림성을 개선하는 어플리케이터(15)가 장착되도록 장착단(12)이 구비된다.
그리고, 상기 어플리케이터(15)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 배출공(11)과 관통되도록 통공된 연장공(16)과, 상기 연장공(16)의 하부 일측에는 중앙을 기준으로 서로 대칭되게 통공된 다수개의 발림공(17)이 구비된다.
또한, 상기 어플리케이터(15)의 표면에는 발림성이 개선되도록 미세가루가 접착되어 형성된 솜털(19)이 구비됨으로써, 세밀하게 입술에 도포되는 액상 립스틱의 양을 조절할 수 있게 된다. 여기서, 상기 솜털(19)은 상기 어플리케이터(15)의 표면에 전체적으로 후로킹(flocking) 처리되어 형성되는 것이 제조상 바람직하다.
아울러, 상기 어플리케이터(15)는 입술에 접촉되는 질감이 개선되도록 실리콘 재질로 구비되며, 곡면인 입술과의 접촉이 용이토록 외곽에서 중심부 쪽으로 경사지게 구비되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 어플리케이터(15)에는 상기 연장공(16)이 상기 배출공(11)을 관통하여 배면에 결합되도록 하부로 돌출된 연장결합단(18)이 구비된다.
한편, 상기 장착단(12)에는 상기 어플리케이터(15)의 좌우 회전을 방지토록 일측이 상부로 융기된 회전방지턱(12a)이 구비되고, 상기 어플리케이터(15)에는 상기 회전방지턱(12a)에 대응되는 턱고정단(15a)이 구비된다.
또한, 상기 피스톤(21)은 상단에 액상립스틱(R)을 상기 배출공(11)으로 압출토록 구비된 가압단(21a)과, 중앙에 상기 수스크류(22a)와 대응되어 결합되도록 암스크류(22a')가 형성된 이송공(21b)이 구비되며,
상기 가압단(21a)에는 상기 수용부(10)의 내주면에 밀착되도록 상면의 외주연을 따라 상측 사선방향으로 돌출된 밀착판(24)이 구비된다.
상기 하부본체(30)에는 회전시 상기 수용부(10)의 이탈을 방지토록 하부 내주연에 걸림돌기(33)가 구비되고, 상기 수용부(10)의 하부 외주연에는 상기 걸림돌기(33)에 대응되는 걸림홈(13)이 구비된다.
상기 상부본체(40)에는 상기 하부본체(30)와 결합시 상기 액상립스틱(R)의 유출을 방지토록 상기 연장공(16)에 삽입되는 유출방지구(41)가 구비된다.
즉, 상기 유출방지구(41)는 상기 연장공(16)과 상기 연장공(16)에 결합된 상기 배출공(11)에서 누출되는 상기 액상립스틱(R)을 방지하게 된다.
다음은 상기와 같은 구성으로 이루어진 본 발명에 따른 액상립스틱 용기의 작용을 살펴보면 아래와 같다.
본 발명에 따른 액상립스틱 용기는 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 내부에 수용된 액상립스틱(R)이 입술에 도포될 경우 수용부(10)의 상단에 후로킹(flocking) 처리된 어플리케이터(15)가 별도로 구비되어 발림성이 개선되고 안정적으로 도포할 수 있게 된다.
구체적으로 살펴보면, 상기 수용부(10)의 내주면에 밀착되어 상기 액상립스틱(R)이 상부로 배출되도록 가압하는 피스톤(21)의 중앙에 암스크류(22a')가 구비됨으로써, 하부본체(30)의 회전운동은 상기 피스톤(21)이 이송축(22)을 따라 상하로 이송되게 된다. 즉, 회전운동이 직선운동으로 변환됨으로써, 안정적으로 상하 이송이 가능케 된다.
그리고, 상기 피스톤(21), 이송축(22) 및 안착단(23)이 형성된 이송부(20)는 하부본체(30)의 내부에 삽입되어 상기 하부본체(30)의 회전시 상기 피스톤(21)이 상기 수용부(10)의 내주면에 밀착되어 상하로 이송되게 된다.
이때, 상기 하부본체(30)는 상기 안착단(23)의 외주연에 고정결합되도록 고정단(31)이 구비되게 되며, 상기 고정단(31)은 상기 하부본체(30)의 회전을 전달하는 역할을 하게 된다.
그리고, 상기 하부본체(30)의 상부에는 상부본체(40)가 결합되어 상기 액상립스틱(R)이 직접적으로 외부에 노출되는 것을 방지하여 오염원을 차단하게 된다.
이와 같이 상기 액상립스틱(R)이 안정적으로 배출되는 구조에 더해, 상기 수용부(10)의 상단에 어플리케이터(15)가 구비됨으로써, 사용자는 배출공(11)과 연결된 연장공(16) 및 상기 연장공(16)에서 확장되는 다수개의 발림공(17)으로 발림성을 개선하여 상기 액상립스틱(R)을 도포하게 된다.
이때, 상기 발림공(17)은 중앙을 기준으로 서로 대칭되게 통공됨으로써, 사용자가 상기 액상립스틱(R)를 직관적으로 균일하게 도포할 수 있도록 구비되게 된다.
한편, 상기 연장공(16)은 하부로 돌출된 연장결합단(18)이 구비됨으로써, 상기 연장결합단(18)이 상기 배출공(11)의 배면에 결착되어 상기 액상립스틱(R)이 안정되게 배출되는 관로를 형성하게 된다.
그리고, 상기 어플리케이터(15)는 일측에 턱고정단(15a)이 구비됨으로써, 상기 장착단(12)에 구비된 회전방지턱(12a)과 결합되어 상기 액상립스틱(R)의 도포시 좌우로 회전되는 것이 방지되게 된다.
또한, 상기 피스톤(21)에는 상기 수용부(10)의 내주면에 사선방향으로 밀착되는 밀착판(24)이 구비됨으로써, 상기 액상립스틱(R)을 상기 수용부(10)의 내부에 수용되게 된다.
즉, 상기 밀착판(24)은 가압단(21a)의 일부로 구성되어 상부의 액상립스틱(R)이 상기 배출공(11)으로 압출되게 하는 역할을 하게 된다.
그리고, 상기 상부본체(40)에 구비된 유출방지구(41)는 상기 연장공(16)에 삽입되어 상기 액상립스틱(R)이 외부로 누출되는 것을 방지하게 된다.
본 발명은 상술한 특정의 바람직한 실시 예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변형실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 그와 같은 변경은 청구범위 기재의 범위 내에 있게 된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 내부에 액상립스틱(R)이 수용되어 외부로 배출가능토록 상부에 배출공(11)이 구비된 수용부(10)와;
    상기 수용부(10)의 내주면에 밀착되어 상하 이송되는 피스톤(21)과, 상기 피스톤(21)이 상하 이송되도록 외주연에 수스크류(22a)가 구비된 이송축(22)과, 상기 이송축(22)의 하단부에서 연장되어 상기 수용부(10)가 안착되는 안착단(23)이 구비된 이송부(20)와;
    상기 안착단(23)의 외주연에 고정결합되도록 하부내주연에 구비된 고정단(31)과, 상기 수용부(10)와 이송부(20)의 일측이 내부에 삽입되도록 상기 고정단(31)에서 상부로 연장되어 감싸는 보호단(32)이 구비된 하부본체(30)와;
    상기 하부본체(30)의 상측 외주연을 감싸며 상기 수용부(10)의 상부가 보호되도록 상기 하부본체(30)에 결합되는 상부본체(40)로 구성되되,
    상기 배출공(11)의 상단에는 상기 액상립스틱(R)의 발림성을 개선하는 어플리케이터(15)가 장착되도록 장착단(12)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 액상립스틱 용기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 어플리케이터(15)는
    상기 배출공(11)과 관통되도록 통공된 연장공(16)과,
    상기 연장공(16)의 하부 일측에는 중앙을 기준으로 서로 대칭되게 통공된 다수개의 발림공(17)이 구비되며,
    상기 어플리케이터(15)의 표면에는 발림성이 개선되도록 미세가루가 접착되어 형성된 솜털(19)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 액상립스틱 용기.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 어플리케이터(15)에는
    상기 연장공(16)이 상기 배출공(11)을 관통하여 배면에 결합되도록 하부로 돌출된 연장결합단(18)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 액상립스틱 용기.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 장착단(12)에는 상기 어플리케이터(15)의 좌우 회전을 방지토록 일측이 상부로 융기된 회전방지턱(12a)이 구비되고,
    상기 어플리케이터(15)에는 상기 회전방지턱(12a)에 대응되는 턱고정단(15a)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 액상립스틱 용기.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 피스톤(21)은
    상단에 액상립스틱(R)을 상기 배출공(11)으로 압출토록 구비된 가압단(21a)과,
    중앙에 상기 수스크류(22a)와 대응되어 결합되도록 암스크류(22a')가 형성된 이송공(21b)이 구비되며,
    상기 가압단(21a)에는 상기 수용부(10)의 내주면에 밀착되도록 상면의 외주연을 따라 상측 사선방향으로 돌출된 밀착판(24)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 액상립스틱 용기.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 하부본체(30)에는
    회전시 상기 수용부(10)의 이탈을 방지토록 하부 내주연에 걸림돌기(33)가 구비되고,
    상기 수용부(10)의 하부 외주연에는
    상기 걸림돌기(33)에 대응되는 걸림홈(13)이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 액상립스틱 용기.
  7. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 상부본체(40)에는 상기 하부본체(30)와 결합시 상기 액상립스틱(R)의 유출을 방지토록 상기 연장공(16)에 삽입되는 유출방지구(41)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 액상립스틱 용기.
