Description

一种A型可拆卸式铰链 技术领域
本发明涉及五金技术领域,尤其是涉及一种A型可拆卸式铰链。
背景技术
铰链是一种实现铰接翻转功能的五金件,机柜门、箱盖以及盒盖均是通过铰链来连接并通过铰链做机械转动,而传统的铰链通常是一体式的铰链,在安装以及维护时比较麻烦,所以具有一定的改进空间。
如申请号201010599295.0公开的可拆卸的铰链,包括旋盖、外转轴、合页,外转轴穿过合页中心,当两件旋盖的中空轴分别全部旋进外转轴的中空轴中,外转轴两端的旋盖把合页固定在外转轴上,当需要拆卸时,只要旋转旋盖使其完全脱离外转轴,合页与外转轴自然分开,从而使机架与机柜门也分开,在有限的空间里小型设备也能使用。
但是这种可拆卸铰链在安装时受到的限制比较大,外转轴与合页在装配、拆卸时比较麻烦。
鉴于上述缺陷,本发明创作者经过长时间的研究和实践终于获得了本创作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种A型可拆卸式铰链,用以克服上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案在于,提供一种A型可拆卸式铰链,用于将第一待铰接块与第二待铰接块铰接在一起,包括固定块以及两个组装块,所述固定块上设置有第一固定部以及第一结合部,所述组装块上设置有铰接轴、第二固定部以及第二结合部,两所述组装块分别对称设置在所述固定块的左右两侧,并且两所述铰接轴同轴设置,所述第一结合部与两所述第二结合部结合从而将两所述组装块组装在所述固定块两侧,所述第一固定部与所述第二固定部固定连接从而将所述固定块与两所述组装块固定连接。
较佳的,所述第一结合部包括两个凸条,两所述凸条分别固定在所述固定块的左右两侧,所述第二结合部包括设置在所述组装块的侧壁上的滑槽,所述滑槽沿所述组装块的底部向上开设,并且所述滑槽的间隙与所述凸条的宽度相等,所述凸条 滑入所述滑槽内从而将所述组装块与所述固定块组装在一起。
较佳的,所述第一固定部包括两个延展块,两所述延展块分别设置在所述固定块的左右两侧,两所述延展块上均设置有第一螺纹孔,所述第二固定部包括第二螺纹孔,所述第二螺纹孔贯穿开设在所述组装块上,两所述延展块上的所述第一螺纹孔分别对应两所述组装块上的所述第二螺纹孔,当所述凸条滑入所述滑槽内并且所述组装块贴合在所述固定块上时,所述第一螺纹孔与所述第二螺纹孔连通。
与现有技术比较本发明的有益效果在于:在安装时受到的限制较小,在安装时非常方便,在拆卸时也比较方便;能够使组装块与固定块更精确的固定在一起;并且在拆卸时,只需要将固定块从两组装块之间抽出,就能够完成拆卸,所以非常方便;在固定时结构简单,固定效果可靠。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明上述的和另外的技术特征和优点作更详细的说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种A型可拆卸式铰链,用于将第一待铰接块1与第二待铰接块2铰接在一起,第一待铰接块1可以是一个底箱,第二待铰接块2可以是一个箱盖,包括固定块3以及两个组装块4,固定块3上设置有第一固定部以及第一结合部,组装块4上设置有铰接轴5、第二固定部以及第二结合部,铰接轴5与第二结合部分别设置在组装块4的左右两侧,并且两个铰接轴5同轴设置,其中,铰接轴5设置在外侧,第二结合部设置在内侧,两组装块4左右对称设置,并且两组装块4之间形成有安装间隙,固定块3插接在安装间隙内,并且第一结合部与第二结合部连接,从而将两组装块4与固定块3组装在一起,第一固定部与两个第二固定部固定连接,从而将两组装块4与固定块3固定在一起,并且使固定块3 与两组装块4均与第二待铰接块2固定在一起。
在具体安装过程中,第二待铰接块2的侧壁上开设有凹槽,凹槽的长度为两组装块4的长度加上固定块3的长度之和,凹槽的轴向两端沿轴向开设有轴孔,两个组装块4上的铰接轴5分别穿设在两轴孔内,从而使两组装块4左右对称设置,并且在两组装块4之间形成安装间隙,固定块3滑入安装间隙内,并且通过第一结合部与两组装块4的第二结合部结合,从而将两组装块4组装在固定块3的两侧,再接着将第一固定部与第二固定部连接起来,从而将组装块4与固定块3固定在一起,最后将固定块3固定在第一待铰接块1上,这样就能使第二待铰接块2在第一待铰接块1上翻转,且只需要两个轴孔就能安装,在安装时受到的限制较小,在安装时非常方便;在拆卸时,只需要将第一固定部与第二固定部分离,就能进行拆卸,所以也比较方便。
第一结合部包括两个长条形的凸条6,两凸条6分别设置在固定块3的左右两侧,第二结合部包括滑槽7,其沿组装块4的底部向上开设,并且其间隙与凸条6的宽度相等,凸条6可以滑入滑槽7内,从而将组装块4与固定块3组装在一起,当两个组装块4铰接在第二待铰接块2上时,两个滑槽7均朝向安装间隙,然后将固定块3从下往上滑入安装间隙内,固定块3左右两侧的凸条6滑入两滑道内,从而将两组装块4与固定块3组装在一起,防止其轴向运动,由于凸条6与滑槽7还具有导向的作用,能够使组装块4与固定块3更精确的固定在一起;并且在拆卸时,只需要将固定块3从两组装块4之间抽出,就能够完成拆卸,所以非常方便。
第一固定部包括两个延展块8,两个延展块8分别设置在固定块3的左右两侧,两延展块8上均设置有第一螺纹孔9,第二固定部包括第二螺纹孔10,其贯穿开设在组装块4上,两延展块8上的第一螺纹孔9分别对应两组装块4上的第二螺纹孔10;当凸条6滑入滑槽7内,并且组装块4贴合在固定块3上时,两个延展块8分别贴在两个组装块4的侧面上,第一螺纹孔9与第二螺纹孔10连通,第一待连接块上也设置有两个第三螺纹孔,第三螺纹孔与第一螺纹孔9以及第二螺纹孔10连通,然后通过螺丝或者螺栓将三者固定在一起,从而完成整个安装过程;该设计结构简单,固定效果可靠。
在实际组装过程中,首先将两个组装块4分别安装在第二待铰接块2的凹槽内,并且使两组装块4上的铰接轴5分别插入两端的轴孔内,两组装块4之间形成的安装间隙的宽度与固定块3的宽度相同,接着将固定块3自下而上的插入安装间隙内, 固定块3两侧的凸条6会滑入两侧组装块4的滑道内,使固定块3与组装块4紧密贴合在一起,此时固定块3左侧的第一螺纹孔9与位于固定块3左侧的组装块4上的第二螺纹孔10连通,固定块3右侧的第一螺纹孔9与位于固定块3右侧的组装块4上的第二螺纹孔10连通,再移动第一待铰接块1,使第三螺纹孔与第一螺纹孔9以及第二螺纹孔10连通,接着通过螺丝穿入第一螺纹孔9、第二螺纹孔10以及第三螺纹孔,从而将这三者进行固定,然后第二待铰接块2就能在第一待铰接块1上翻转了;在拆卸时,只需要将螺丝从第一螺纹孔9、第二螺纹孔10以及第三螺纹孔内拧出,然后将固定块3从两组装块4之间抽出,再将两组装块4从凹槽内取出,该设计在安装以及拆卸时均非常方便。
