本发明实施例公开一种信息搜索方法及装置,用于提高信息搜索效率。以下分别进行详细说明。

S101、接收用户输入的搜索信息。
本实施例中,该信息搜索方法的执行主体可以为安装在智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式电脑等用户设备上的应用。当用户需要通过该应用进行搜索时,首先将输入启动该应用的启动指令,用户设备将根据该启动指令启动该应用,之后用户将在该应用中输入搜索信息,该应用将接收用户输入的搜索信息。
举例说明,用户输入的搜索信息可以为10月1日-10月6日2人从深圳到九寨沟旅游。
S102、根据搜索信息获取至少一个搜索元素和每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息。
作为一种可能的实施方式,根据搜索信息获取至少一个搜索元素和每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息可以包括以下步骤。
A、识别搜索信息的搜索主题。

本实施例中,判断提取的关键信息是否包括所有搜索主题所需的关键信息,如果提取的关键信息包括所有搜索主题所需的关键信息,则根据提取的关键信息确定每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息,即搜索每个搜索元素所需的关键信息。如果提取的关键信息不包括所有搜索主题所需的关键信息,则获取搜索主题所需的关键信息中除提取的关键信息之外的关键信息,并根据提取的关键信息和获取的关键信息确定每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息。其中,获取搜索主题所需的关键信息中除提取的关键信息之外的关键信息,可以通过直接询问用户获得,也可以通过查询用户数据获得,用户数据可以为用户设备的地理位置、用户日历提醒、用户日程安排、用户备忘录、用户历史记录等,用户数据可以是保存在用户设备上的数据,也可以是保存在云端上的数据,本实施例对用户数据类型和用户数据保存位置不作限定。
举例说明,假设用户输入的搜索信息为10月1日-10月6日2人从深圳到九寨沟旅游,根据“旅游”可以识别出搜索主题为“旅游”,假设“旅游”所需的关键信息包括出发时间、出发地点、返程时间、目的地点、人数,“旅游”所需的搜索元素包括住宿、餐饮、交通工具、天气,从“10月1日-10月6日2人从深圳到九寨沟旅游”中可以提取出的关键信息为“人数为2”、“出发时间为10月1日”、“返程时间为10月6日”、“出发地点为深圳”、“目的地点为九寨沟”,因此,提取的关键信息包括所有“旅游”所需的关键信息。根据“2人”、“10月1日”、“10月6日”、“深圳”、“九寨沟”可以确定交通工具,如飞机、高铁、动车等,根据“2人”、“10月1日”、“10月6日”、“九寨沟”可以确定住宿,根据10月1日”、“10月6日”、“九寨沟”可以确定天气和餐饮。
举例说明,假设用户输入的搜索信息为10月1日-10月6日去九寨沟旅游,根据“旅游”可以识别出搜索主题为“旅游”,假设“旅游”所需的关键信息包括出发时间、出发地点、返程时间、目的地点、人数,“旅游”所需的搜索元素包括住宿、餐饮、交通工具、天气,从“10月1日-10月6日去九寨沟旅游”中可以提取出的关键信息为“出发时间为10月1日”、“返程时间为10月6日”、“目的地点为九寨沟”,可见,提取的关键信息不包括所有“旅游”所需的关 键信息,还需要出发地点和人数,可以输出用于提示用户输入出发地点和人数的提示信息,由用户将出发地点和人数输入给该应用;也可以通过用户设备所处的地理位置来确定用户当前的地理位置从而自动添加出发地点信息,并通过读取用户备忘录或用户日程安排获取用户在10月1日到10月6日之间的安排来得到人数并添加。
S103、将每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息发送给该搜索元素对应的至少一个搜索应用,以便于至少一个搜索应用根据该搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息进行搜索。
本实施例中,针对每个搜索元素可以分别生成一个搜索请求,之后将每个搜索请求分别发送给至少一个搜索应用,其中,搜索请求携带有搜索该搜索请求对应的搜索元素所需的关键信息,以便这些搜索应用接收到的搜索请求之后,根据搜索请求携带的关键信息进行搜索并将搜索结果返回给该应用。其中,搜索应用可以为本地应用,由本地应用根据接收到的搜索请求进行搜索并将搜索结果处理后返回给该应用;也可以为网络,由网络根据接收到的搜索请求进行搜索并将搜索结果处理后返回给该应用;还可以为云端服务器,由云端服务器根据接收到的搜索请求进行搜索并将搜索结果处理后返回给该应用,本实施例不作限定。当搜索应用为网络或云端服务器时,搜索的过程是由网络或云端服务器来完成的,因此,可以降低用户设备的资源耗费。

本实施例中,该应用可以将每个搜索元素对应的搜索请求发送给所有的搜 索应用,当搜索应用能够搜索到搜索元素的搜索结果时,搜索应用将搜索结果返回给该应用,当搜索应用无法搜索到搜索元素的搜索结果时,搜索应用将不返回搜索结果。其中,当搜索应用能够搜索到搜索元素的结果时,可以在搜索到搜索结果之前先给该应用发送一个用于表示该搜索应用可以针对某个搜索请求返回搜索结果的消息,以便该应用了解每个搜索应用可以返回哪些搜索元素的搜索结果,当该应用接收到每个搜索应用能够返回的搜索元素的搜索结果之后,将结束本次搜索结果收集。其中,可以通过广播、群发等方式将每个搜索元素对应的搜索请求发送给所有搜索应用。
本实施例中,一个搜索元素可以通过多个搜索应用进行搜索,因此,可以将这些搜索应用中的一部分搜索应用作为这个搜索元素的优选搜索应用集合,将这些搜索应用中的另一部分搜索应用作为这个搜索元素的备选搜索应用集合。针对每个搜索元素使用至少一个搜索应用对其进行搜索时,可以先将每个搜索元素使用该搜索元素的优选搜索应用集合进行搜索。其中,可以将每个搜索元素对应的搜索应用根据用户使用搜索应用的历史记录和/或搜索应用排名划分为优选搜索应用集合和备选搜索应用集合。
S104、接收至少一个搜索应用返回的搜索结果并输出。
本实施例中,可以将搜索结果显示在用户设备的显示屏上,也可以将搜索结果通过语音输出,本实施例不作限定。其中,用户可以在用户设备上通过触摸、手势、语音、眼球等方式操作搜索结果。
作为一种可能的实施方式,接收至少一个搜索应用返回的搜索结果并输出的方式具体为:
接收至少一个搜索应用返回的搜索结果;
从每个搜索元素的搜索结果中选择该搜索元素的目标搜索结果,其中,目标搜索结果是该搜索元素的搜索结果中的至少一个搜索结果;
将每个搜索元素的目标搜索结果组合为目标搜索方案并输出。
本实施例中,由于同一个搜索元素使用至少一个搜索应用进行搜索,该应用接收到搜索应用返回的搜索结果之后,先将不同搜索应用返回的同一搜索元素的搜索结果统一起来,之后从每个搜索元素的搜索结果中选择该搜索元素的目标搜索结果,并将每个搜索元素的目标搜索结果组合为目标搜索方案并输出 给用户。其中,目标搜索结果是搜索元素的搜索结果中的至少一个搜索结果。其中,目标搜索方案是得到的搜索方案中的任一搜索方案。
举例说明,假设搜索主题所需的搜索元素为住宿、交通工具和餐饮,搜索住宿的目标搜索结果为酒店A,交通工具的目标搜索结果为航班B,餐饮的目标搜索结果为饭店C,则目标搜索方案为酒店A、航班B和饭店C,得到目标搜索方案的依据可以为价格最优、时间最省等。
本实施例中,可以对相互之间有关联性的搜索结果进行处理,保证针对用户的一个搜索主题返回的搜索结果之间的合理性。对搜索结果进行处理时,可以删除某些搜索结果、对搜索结果的优先级进行排序等。例如:如果用户的返程日期为10月6日,则应该删除10月6日的住宿搜索结果;如果通过天气应用发现目的地点有不适合出行的天气状况,则可以根据搜索结果返回合适的出行方案,例如,10月6日大雾,则该应用可以提高搜索结果中高铁、铁路的优先级,降低搜索结果中飞机、高速公路的优先级。
本实施例中,在组合搜索方案的过程中,如果发现通过优选搜索应用集合返回的搜索结果不理想,可以通过备选搜索应用进行搜索并整合。
本实施例中,该应用接收用户输入的搜索信息是由用户设备单独来完成的,但该应用根据搜索信息获取至少一个搜索元素和每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息、将每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息发送给该搜索元素对应的至少一个搜索应用和接收至少一个搜索应用返回的搜索结果并输出可以由用户设备单独来完成,也可以由云端服务器单独来完成,还可以由用户设备和云端服务器共同来完成,本实施例不作限定。

本实施例中,该应用可以将每个搜索元素对应的搜索请求发送给所有的搜索应用,当搜索应用能够搜索到搜索元素的搜索结果时,搜索应用将搜索结果返回给该应用,当搜索应用无法搜索到搜索元素的搜索结果时,搜索应用将不返回搜索结果。其中,当搜索应用能够搜索到搜索元素的结果时,可以在搜索到搜索结果之前先给该应用发送一个用于表示该搜索应用可以针对某个搜索请求返回搜索结果的消息,以便该应用了解每个搜索应用可以返回哪些搜索元素的搜索结果,当该应用接收到每个搜索应用能够返回的搜索元素的搜索结果之后,将结束本次搜索结果收集。其中,可以通过广播、群发等方式将每个搜索元素对应的搜索请求发送给所有搜索应用。
本实施例中,一个搜索元素可以通过多个搜索应用进行搜索,因此,可以将这些搜索应用中的一部分搜索应用作为这个搜索元素的优选搜索应用集合,将这些搜索应用中的另一部分搜索应用作为这个搜索元素的备选搜索应用集合。针对每个搜索元素使用至少一个搜索应用对其进行搜索时,可以先将每个搜索元素使用该搜索元素的优选搜索应用集合进行搜索。其中,可以将每个搜索元素对应的搜索应用根据用户使用搜索应用的历史记录和/或搜索应用排名划分为优选搜索应用集合和备选搜索应用集合。

本实施例中,由于同一个搜索元素使用至少一个搜索应用进行搜索,该应用接收到搜索应用返回的搜索结果之后,先将不同搜索应用返回的同一搜索元 素的搜索结果统一起来,之后从每个搜索元素的搜索结果中选择该搜索元素的目标搜索结果,并将每个搜索元素的目标搜索结果组合为目标搜索方案并输出给用户。其中,目标搜索结果是搜索元素的搜索结果中的至少一个搜索结果。其中,目标搜索方案是得到的搜索方案中的任一搜索方案。
本实施例中,可以将目标搜索方案显示在用户设备的显示屏上,也可以将目标搜索方案通过语音输出,本实施例不作限定。其中,用户可以在用户设备上通过触摸、手势、语音、眼球等方式操作目标搜索方案。
举例说明,假设搜索主题所需的搜索元素为住宿、交通工具和餐饮,搜索住宿的目标搜索结果为酒店A,交通工具的目标搜索结果为航班B,餐饮的目标搜索结果为饭店C,则目标搜索方案为酒店A、航班B和饭店C,得到目标搜索方案的依据可以为价格最优、时间最省等。
本实施例中,可以对相互之间有关联性的搜索结果进行处理,保证针对用户的一个搜索主题返回的搜索结果之间的合理性。对搜索结果进行处理时,可以删除某些搜索结果、对搜索结果的优先级进行排序等。例如:如果用户的返程日期为10月6日,则应该删除10月6日的住宿搜索结果;如果通过天气应用发现目的地点有不适合出行的天气状况,则可以根据搜索结果返回合适的出行方案,例如,10月6日大雾,则该应用可以提高搜索结果中高铁、铁路的优先级,降低搜索结果中飞机、高速公路的优先级。
本实施例中,在组合搜索方案的过程中,如果发现通过优选搜索应用集合返回的搜索结果不理想,可以通过备选搜索应用进行搜索并整合。
S205、检测用户输入的针对目标搜索方案的选择指令,响应选择指令,针对目标搜索方案包括的每个搜索结果分别生成操作指令,将每个操作指令发送给搜索该操作指令对应的搜索结果的搜索应用,以便接收到该操作指令的搜索应用执行该操作指令。

本实施例中,该应用可以根据用户的方案选择结果,调用系统应用接口执行与选择的方案相关的其他操作,例如:在将每个操作指令发送给搜索应用后,设置对应的日历提醒、地理位置设定、到达导航预定等等。例如:针对已经确定的航班和酒店,可以设置航班登机时间提醒、预定到达目的地后酒店位置导航、在天气应用中增加目的地城市天气等等。
本实施例中,当用户对输出的搜索方案不满意时,可以输入再次搜索的指令,该应用将使用备选搜索应用集合再次进行搜索。
本实施例中,该应用与用户的交互可以由用户设备单独来完成的,但该应用对搜索信息的处理、搜索结果的处理等可以由用户设备单独来完成,也可以由云端服务器单独来完成,还可以由用户设备和云端服务器共同来完成,本实施例不作限定。
在图2所描述的信息搜索方法中,用户只需将一个搜索信息输入一个应用,这个应用将自动根据搜索信息获取至少一个搜索元素和每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息,将每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息发送给该搜索元素对应的至少一个搜索应用,以便于至少一个搜索应用根据该搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息进行搜索,接收至少一个搜索应用返回的搜索结果并输出,可以减少用户的操作,从而提高信息搜索效率。

    将所述每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息发送给搜索元素对应的至少一个搜索应用,以便于所述至少一个搜索应用根据该搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息进行搜索;
    接收所述至少一个搜索应用返回的搜索结果并输出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息发送给该搜索元素对应的至少一个搜索应用包括:

    将每个操作指令发送给搜索该操作指令对应的搜索结果的搜索应用,以便接收到该操作指令的搜索应用执行该操作指令。
  9. 一种信息搜索装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收用户输入的搜索信息;
    获取单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的搜索信息获取至少一个搜索元素和每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息;
    发送单元,用于将所述获取单元获取的每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息发送给该搜索元素对应的至少一个搜索应用,以便于所述至少一个搜索应用根据该搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息进行搜索;
    输出单元,用于接收所述至少一个搜索应用返回的搜索结果并输出。

  19. 如权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器根据所述搜索信息获取至少一个搜索元素和每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息的方式具体为:
    识别所述搜索信息的搜索主题;
    获取所述搜索主题所需的搜索元素和每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器获取所述搜索主题所需的搜索元素和每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息的方式具体为:
    从所述搜索信息中提取关键信息;
    获取所述搜索主题所需的搜索元素和所述搜索主题所需的关键信息;
    判断提取的关键信息是否包括所有所述搜索主题所需的关键信息;
    若提取的关键信息包括所有所述搜索主题所需的关键信息,则根据提取的关键信息确定每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器获取所述搜索主题所需的搜索元素和每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息的方式具体为:
    从所述搜索信息中提取关键信息;
    获取所述搜索主题所需的搜索元素和所述搜索主题所需的关键信息;
    判断提取的关键信息是否包括所有所述搜索主题所需的关键信息;
    若提取的关键信息不包括所有所述搜索主题所需的关键信息,则获取所述 搜索主题所需的关键信息中除提取的关键信息之外的关键信息;
    根据提取的关键信息和获取的关键信息确定每个搜索元素关联的至少一个关键信息。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器获取所述搜索主题所需的关键信息中除提取的关键信息之外的关键信息的方式具体为:
    输出用于提示用户输入所述搜索主题所需的关键信息中除提取的关键信息之外的关键信息的提示信息,并检测用户输入的针对所述提示信息的关键信息;和/或
    从用户数据中获取所述搜索主题所需的关键信息中除提取的关键信息之外的关键信息,其中,所述用户数据包括用户设备的地理位置、用户日历提醒、用户日程安排、用户备忘录和用户历史记录。
  23. 如权利要求17-22任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器接收所述至少一个搜索应用返回的搜索结果的方式具体为:
    接收所述至少一个搜索应用返回的搜索结果;
    从所述每个搜索元素的搜索结果中选择该搜索元素的目标搜索结果,其中,所述目标搜索结果是该搜索元素的搜索结果中的至少一个搜索结果;
    所述输出装置,具体用于输出所述每个搜索元素的目标搜索结果组合为目标搜索方案。
  24. 如权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器将所述每个搜索元素的目标搜索结果组合为目标搜索方案并输出之后,所述输入装置,还用于检测用户输入的针对所述目标搜索方案的选择指令并发送至处理器;
    所述处理器还用于调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码执行以下操作:
    响应所述选择指令,针对所述目标搜索方案包括的每个搜索结果分别生成操作指令;
    将每个操作指令发送给搜索该操作指令对应的搜索结果的搜索应用,以便接收到该操作指令的搜索应用执行该操作指令。
