【发明内容】
本发明提供一种射频拉远设备、双工器、滤波器以及抽头固定件,以解决上述圆柱夹紧座的方形槽及细槽的加工工艺比较复杂、装配难度大以及影响滤波器信号指标技术问题。

其中,柱状本体包括第一夹紧段和第二夹紧段,第一夹紧段具有第一夹紧槽,凸缘设于第一夹紧段的外侧壁;第二夹紧段与第一夹紧段连接,具有第二夹紧槽;其中,第一夹紧段包括左夹紧部和右夹紧部,左夹紧部和右夹紧部受压时相互靠拢以使第一夹紧槽的形变空间变小,从而压紧夹持于第二夹紧槽中的抽头。
其中,固定孔包括第一固定孔和第二固定孔,第一固定孔作用于第一夹紧段,以使左夹紧部和右夹紧部相互靠拢,从而使第一夹紧槽的形变空间变小;第二固定孔与第一固定孔相通,用于固定第二夹紧段。
其中,第一固定孔的直径或宽度与第二固定孔相同。
其中,第一固定孔的直径或宽度比第二固定孔大且比第一夹紧段小。
其中,抽头固定件一体成型。
本发明还提供一种双工器,其包括接收滤波器和发射滤波器,接收滤波器连接在接收端子和天线端子之间,发射滤波器连接在发送端子与天线端子之间,接收滤波器和发射滤波器为上述的滤波器。
本发明还提供一种射频拉远设备,包括射频收发信机模块、功放模块以及上述的双工器,射频收发信机模块与功放模块连接,功放模块与双工器连接。
请参阅图2和图3,图2是本发明抽头固定件的柱状本体的立体图,图3是图1中柱状本体的剖视图。
本发明滤波器的抽头固定件100用于夹紧固定抽头30,抽头30具有插接部31,抽头固定件100包括柱状本体10,柱状本体10一端开设有延径向贯穿的卡槽11,卡槽11底部设有插孔23,柱状本体10开设卡槽11一端的外侧壁具有凸缘30,凸缘30受挤压时发生形变以使卡槽11的内壁夹紧抽头30,插接部31插设在插孔23中,插接部31与插孔23紧密配合,插孔23可以是通孔或盲孔,插接部31与插孔23的底部之间具有间隙24,值得说明的是,本发明的插接部31表面涂覆有绝缘材料。
柱状本体10包括第一夹紧段12和第二夹紧段13,第一夹紧段12具有第一夹紧槽21,凸缘30设于第一夹紧段12的外侧壁;第二夹紧段13与第一夹紧段12连接,其具有第二夹紧槽22;其中,第一夹紧段12包括左夹紧部121和右夹紧部122,左夹紧部121和右夹紧部122受压时相互靠拢以使第一夹紧槽21的形变空间变小,从而压紧夹持于第二夹紧槽22中的抽头30。
在其它实施例中,抽头固定件100还可进一步包括夹紧件,夹紧件套设于第一夹紧段12,以使左夹紧部121和右夹紧部122受压时相互靠拢,从而实现第一夹紧槽21和形变空间变小。
本发明的抽头固定件100可以是一体制成。
请一并参阅图4和图5,图4是本发明滤波器的腔体与抽头固定件的装配图;图5是图4中腔体与抽头固定件装配的局部剖视图。
本发明还提供一种滤波器,其包括腔体40、盖板、谐振器以及上述的抽头固定件100,盖板封盖腔体40,谐振器安装在腔体40内,腔体40上设有固定孔410,抽头固定件100插设在固定孔410内,且固定孔410的内壁挤压柱状本体10的凸缘30以使卡槽11的内壁夹紧抽头30。
固定孔410包括第一固定孔411和第二固定孔412,第一固定孔411作用于第一夹紧段12,以使左夹紧部121和右夹紧部122相互靠拢从而使第一夹紧槽21的形变空间变小;第二固定孔412与第一固定孔411相通,用于固定第二夹紧段13,第一固定孔411的直径或宽度与第二固定孔412相同,当然,在其它实施例中,第一固定孔411的直径或宽度可以比第二固定孔412大且比第一夹紧段12小。
本发明的柱状本体10和腔体40可以是方形、圆柱形或其它形状,当然,柱状本体10为方形时,固定孔410对应地也为方形,柱状本体10为圆柱形时,固定孔410对应地也为圆形。
请一并参阅图6,图6是本发明双工器的结构示意简图,本发明的双工器50包括接收滤波器51和发射滤波器52,接收滤波器51连接在接收端子53和天线端子54之间,发射滤波器52连接在发送端子55与天线端子54之间,接收滤波器51和发射滤波器52为上述的滤波器。
请一并参阅图7,图7是本发明双工器的模块简图,本发明的射频拉远设备60包括射频收发信机模块61、功放模块62以及上述的双工器50,射频收发信机模块60与功放模块62连接,功放模块62与双工器50连接。
本发明提供一种射频拉远设备60、双工器50、滤波器以及抽头固定件100,抽头固定件100包括柱状本体10,其一端开设有延径向贯穿的卡槽11,卡槽11底部设有与插接部31紧密配合的插孔23,该抽头固定件100加工工艺简单,抽头30或抽头固定件100装配简便且稳固,确保了滤波器信号指标稳定。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种滤波器的抽头固定件,其特征在于,所述抽头固定件用于固定带有插接部的抽头,所述抽头固定件包括柱状本体,所述柱状本体一端开设有延径向贯穿的卡槽,所述卡槽底部设有插孔,所述柱状本体开设卡槽一端的外侧壁具有凸缘;所述抽头的插接部插设在所述插孔中,且所述抽头的插接部与所述插孔紧密配合,所述柱状本体的凸缘受挤压时发生形变以使所述卡槽的内壁夹紧所述抽头。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽头固定件,其特征在于,所述插孔是通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的抽头固定件,其特征在于,所述插接部与所述插孔的底部之间具有间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的抽头固定件,其特征在于,所述插接部表面涂覆绝缘材料。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的抽头固定件,其特征在于,所述插孔是盲孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的抽头固定件,其特征在于,所述柱状本体包括:
    第一夹紧段,具有第一夹紧槽,所述凸缘设于所述第一夹紧段的外侧壁;
    第二夹紧段,与所述第一夹紧段连接,具有第二夹紧槽;
    其中,所述第一夹紧段包括左夹紧部和右夹紧部,所述左夹紧部和所述右夹紧部受压时相互靠拢以使所述第一夹紧槽的形变空间变小,从而压紧夹持于所述第二夹紧槽中的所述抽头。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的抽头固定件,其特征在于,所述抽头固定件还包括夹紧件,所述夹紧件套设于所述第一夹紧段,以使所述左夹紧部和所述右夹紧部受压时相互靠拢,从而实现所述第一夹紧槽形的变空间变小。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的抽头固定件,其特征在于,所述抽头固定件一体成型。
  9. 一种滤波器,包括腔体、盖板和谐振器,所述盖板封盖所述腔体,所述谐振器安装在所述腔体内,其特征在于,还包括抽头固定件,所述抽头固定件用于固定带有插接部的抽头,所述抽头固定件包括柱状本体,所述柱状本体一端开设有延径向贯穿的卡槽,所述卡槽底部设有插孔,所述柱状本体开设卡槽一端的外侧壁具有凸缘;所述抽头的插接部插设在所述插孔中,且所述抽头的插接部与所述插孔紧密配合;所述腔体上设有固定孔,所述抽头固定件插设在所述固定孔内,且所述固定孔的内壁挤压所述柱状本体的的凸缘以使所述卡槽的内壁夹紧所述抽头。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的抽头固定件,其特征在于,所述插孔是通孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的滤波器,其特征在于,所述插接部与所述插孔的底部之间具有间隙。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的抽头固定件,其特征在于,所述插接部表面涂覆绝缘材料。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的抽头固定件,其特征在于,所述插孔是盲孔。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的滤波器,其特征在于,所述柱状本体包括:
    第一夹紧段,具有所述第一夹紧槽,所述凸缘设于所述第一夹紧段的外侧壁;
    第二夹紧段,与所述第一夹紧段连接,具有所述第二夹紧槽;
    其中,所述第一夹紧段包括左夹紧部和右夹紧部,所述左夹紧部和所述右夹紧部受压时相互靠拢以使所述第一夹紧槽的形变空间变小,从而压紧夹持于所述第二夹紧槽中的所述抽头。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的滤波器,其特征在于,所述固定孔包括:
    第一固定孔,作用于所述第一夹紧段,以使所述左夹紧部和所述右夹紧部相互靠拢,从而使所述第一夹紧槽的形变空间变小;
    第二固定孔,与所述第一固定孔相通,用于固定所述第二夹紧段。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的滤波器,其特征在于,所述第一固定孔的直径或宽度与所述第二固定孔相同。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的滤波器,其特征在于,所述第一固定孔的直径或宽度比所述第二固定孔大且比第一夹紧段小。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的滤波器,其特征在于,所述抽头固定件一体成型。
  19. 一种双工器,包括接收滤波器和发射滤波器,所述接收滤波器连接在接收端子和天线端子之间,所述发射滤波器连接在发送端子与所述天线端子之间,其特征在于,所述接收滤波器和发射滤波器为权利要求9~18任意一项所述的滤波器。
  20. 一种射频拉远设备,其特征在于,包括射频收发信机模块、功放模块以及权利要求19所述的双工器,所述射频收发信机模块与所述功放模块连接,所述功放模块与所述双工器连接。
