- the elastic members 23 and 33 disposed in the back waistline portion 20 and the abdominal waistline portion 30 are not limited to thread rubber, and may be, for example, thread-like polyurethane stretchable fibers, or may be sheet-like elastic members. .
- ⁇ Cut part 40> The baby's navel is moist.
- a clip may be attached to the navel of a newborn to prevent bleeding. Therefore, in the diaper 1, a cut portion 40 (notch) is provided at the upper end 30a of the ventral side waistline portion 30 in the vertical direction, which is the central portion of the ventral side waistline portion 30 in the horizontal direction.
- the shape of the cut portion 40 of the present embodiment is an arc shape that protrudes downward. The cut part 40 can prevent the clip attached to the wearer's navel or navel from hitting the diaper 1.
- the width W2 (for example, 85 mm) of the cut portion 40 in the lateral direction is smaller than the maximum width W1 (for example, 120 mm) of the absorbent core 121.
- abdominal thread rubber 33 hereinafter also referred to as a cut-part-around thread rubber 33a
- the width of the cut portion 40 is not unnecessarily wide, and the length of the cut portion surrounding thread rubber 33a can be secured. Therefore, the diaper 1 (ventral side waist part 30) fits a wearer's waist.
- the width of the cut part 40 in the lateral direction and the maximum width of the absorbent core 121 are in a state where the ventral waist part 30 is extended, that is, to the extent that wrinkles generated in the ventral waist part 30 are not visible. It may be measured in a state where the ventral waist part 30 is extended.
- the depth (length in the vertical direction) of the cut portion 40 is set to about 15 mm, and the diaper 1 fits more to the wearer's waist by not making it deeper than necessary.
- the cut portion 40 is not limited to an arc shape, but may be a rectangular shape, for example. In the case of the cut portion 40 formed in a straight line in this way, the design becomes easy. Further, a straight slit having a predetermined length in the vertical direction may be used as the cut portion 40. In this case, the manufacture is facilitated, and a cut-off portion does not occur during the manufacture. Since the slit expands in the lateral direction when worn, the wearer's navel and clip can be prevented from hitting the diaper 1. Further, the back waistline portion 20 is not provided with a cut portion.
- the ventral waist part 30 includes a first region 34 and a second region 35.
- the first region 34 is a region from the position of the lower end 40 b of the cut portion 40 in the vertical direction to the position of the upper end 10 a of the absorbent main body 10.
- the second region 35 is a region from the position of the upper end 10 a of the absorbent main body 10 to the position of the upper end 121 a of the absorbent core 121 in the vertical direction.
- region 35 are made into the area
- FIG. 4 is a view showing the diameter and expansion ratio of the ventral side rubber thread 33.
- the ventral waist part 30 has twelve ventral rubber threads 33. Of the twelve ventral side rubber threads 33, two arranged on both sides of the cut part 40 in the lateral direction are called cut part surrounding thread rubbers 33a, and one arranged in the first area 34 is the first area. Called the thread rubber 33b, the three disposed in the second region 35 are referred to as the second region thread rubber 33c, and the two disposed below the second region thread rubber 33c are the upper absorber surrounding thread rubber 33d. The four pieces arranged below the upper absorbent body thread rubber 33d are referred to as lower absorbent body thread rubber 33e.
- the cut-around thread rubber 33a includes a portion from one end 30b in the lateral direction of the ventral waist part 30 to the other end in the lateral direction of the cut part 40, and an end part in the lateral direction of the cut part 40. To the end 30b on the other side in the lateral direction of the ventral waist part 30.
- the diameter of the cut-around thread rubber 33a is 470 dtex, and the expansion ratio is 2.6.
- the first region thread rubber 33b and the second region thread rubber 33c extend between both end portions 30b of the ventral waist part 30 in the lateral direction and do not include discontinuous portions.
- the diameter of the first region rubber thread 33b is 470 dtex, and the expansion ratio is 3.2.
- the diameter of the second region rubber thread 33c is 940 dtex, and the expansion ratio is 3.2.
- the diameter of the upper absorbent body surrounding rubber thread 33d is 940 dtex, and the expansion ratio is 3.6.
- the diameter of the lower absorbent body thread rubber 33e is 470 dtex, and the expansion ratio is 3.4.
- the upper absorbent body thread rubber 33d and the lower absorbent body thread rubber 33e extend from one end 30b in the lateral direction of the ventral waist part 30 to the other end in the lateral direction of the absorbent core 121. And a portion from the end portion on one side in the lateral direction of the absorbent core 121 to the end portion 30b on the other side in the lateral direction of the abdominal trunk side portion 30.
- the upper absorbent body surrounding thread rubber 33d and the lower absorbent body surrounding thread rubber 33e arranged in the lower region in the longitudinal direction than the second region 35 are both end portions of the ventral waist part 30 in the lateral direction. While located from one side of 30b to the other, it has a discontinuous part on absorptive core 121.
- the absorbent core 121 can be prevented from shrinking, and the absorbent core 121 can be in close contact with the wearer's body without gaps. Can do. Therefore, the leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
- the cut-around thread rubber 33a, the upper absorbent body thread rubber 33d, and the lower absorbent body thread rubber 33e have discontinuous portions. Therefore, it is preferable that the first region rubber thread 33b and the second region thread rubber 33c extend continuously between both end portions 30b of the ventral waist part 30 in the lateral direction so as not to include discontinuous portions. By doing so, the center part of the abdominal side waist part 30 in a horizontal direction can be stuck to a wearer's body, and the leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
- FIG. 5A is an explanatory view of the heel generated in the ventral waist part 30, and FIG. 5B is a cross-section in the thickness direction of the ridge 341 generated in the first region 34 and the ridge 351 generated in the second region 35. It is a figure explaining.
- the ventral waist part 30 includes the first region 34 along the lateral direction and the first region 34 between the lower end 40b of the cut portion 40 and the upper end 121a of the absorbent core 121 in the vertical direction. Is also provided on the lower side in the vertical direction and the second region 35 along the horizontal direction.
- the wrinkle has arisen in the 1st field 34 and the 2nd field 35 by contraction of the stomach side rubber thread 33 arranged in the stomach side waist part 30, and at least the position where the cut part 40 was provided in the transverse direction In the included range, the number of ridges 341 generated in the first region 34 is smaller than the number of ridges 351 generated in the second region 35.
- the region for suppressing the leakage of excrement that is, the region having a large number of folds and closely contacting the wearer's body is located at the outer edge 40a (cut end) of the cut portion 40. It will be. If it does so, the hard area
- the width from the position of the end 40c on one side of the cut part 40 in the horizontal direction to the position of the end 40d on the other side is W2.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and may be a range including a position on the outer side in the lateral direction from the cut portion 40 or a range including only a part of the position where the cut portion 40 is provided.
- the number of ridges 341 and 351 generated in the first region 34 and the second region 35 is, for example, that the diaper 1 is placed flat or the diaper 1 is stretched in the lateral direction so that the heel does not disappear.
- the lengths of the first region 34 and the second region 35 in the lateral direction are equal. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5B, in the range including at least the position where the cut portion 40 is provided in the lateral direction, the height of the unevenness of the ridge 341 in the first region 34 in the thickness direction of the ventral waist part 30 However, it is larger than the height of the unevenness of the ridge 351 in the second region 35. Therefore, the clearance gap of the 1st area
- the number of the ridges 341 in the first region 34 is increased.
- the number of ridges 351 in the two regions 35 can be reduced.
- the height of the unevenness of the heel is, for example, that the diaper 1 is placed flat or the diaper 1 is laterally extended to such an extent that the heel does not disappear. It is obtained by measuring the length in the thickness direction to the apex. Moreover, you may compare all the ridges 341 of the 1st area
- the width of the ridge 341 (the width of the convex portion or the concave portion) of the first region 34 in the lateral direction is larger than the width of the ridge 351 of the second region 35 together with the height of the ridge unevenness.
- the expansion ratio of the first region thread rubber 33b is equal to the expansion ratio of the second region thread rubber 33c, but the number of first region thread rubbers 33b is equal to the number of second region thread rubbers 33c.
- the diameter (stretching force) of the first region rubber thread 33b is smaller than that of the second region thread rubber 33c. Therefore, the stretching force when the diaper 1 is worn in the lateral direction, and the stretching force per unit width in the longitudinal direction is smaller in the first region 34 than in the second region 35, and The number of ridges 341 can be reduced as compared with the number of ridges 351 in the second region 35.
- the present invention is not limited to the above, and the first region 34 and the second region 35 are provided on the ventral side so that the stretching force per unit width in the vertical direction is smaller in the first region 34 than in the second region 35.
- What is necessary is just to make at least one of the arrangement
- the number of the first region abdominal thread rubber 33b is less than the number of the second region abdominal thread rubber 33b, or the diameter (stretching force) of the first region abdominal thread rubber 33b is set to the first.
- the diameter (stretching force) of the second region abdominal thread rubber 33c may be smaller, or the expansion ratio of the first region abdominal thread rubber 33b may be lower than the expansion ratio of the second region abdominal thread rubber 33c.
- the elastic force when extending the waistline opening 1a of the diaper 1 to the average waistline (average value of the assumed waistline) of the newborn baby who is the subject of the diaper 1 can be exemplified. That is, the stretching force of the first region 34 and the stretching force of the second region 35 when compared with the circumference of the waist opening 1a of the diaper 1 that is in a natural state (non-stretched state) are compared. Good.
- the thread rubber 33a around the cut portion has a smaller number, a smaller diameter (stretching force), and a lower expansion ratio than the second region rubber thread 33c. Therefore, the outer side portions 36 of the cut portion 40 in the lateral direction (hereinafter referred to as both side portions of the cut portion) of the abdominal waistline portion 30 are worn in the lateral direction of the diaper 1 compared to the second region 35.
- the stretching force per unit width in the vertical direction is small. Therefore, the number of wrinkles generated on both side portions 36 of the cut portion is smaller than the number of wrinkles generated in the second region 35.
- both side portions 36 of the cut portion are formed in the predetermined range in the lateral direction of the diaper 1 (for example, the range from the lateral one end of the abdominal waistline portion 30 to the lateral one end of the cut portion 40). It is preferable that the number of wrinkles generated in is smaller than the number of wrinkles generated in the second region 35. By doing so, also in the both side parts 36 of a cut part, since the sheet
- the number of the abdominal thread rubbers 33 disposed, the expansion / contraction force (diameter) of the disposed abdominal thread rubbers 33, and the expansion ratio of the abdominal thread rubber 33 are determined by the both side portions 36 and the second region 35 of the cut portion. It is preferable to make at least one of them different so that the stretching force of the side portions 36 of the cut portion is smaller than the stretching force of the second region 35.
- the height of the irregularities on the side portions 36 of the cut portion in the thickness direction of the ventral waist part 30 is larger than the height of the irregularities on the flange 351 in the second region 35.
- the diaper 1 is worn by reducing the expansion / contraction force of the first region 34 and both side portions 36 of the cut portion, that is, the upper end portion of the abdominal waistline portion 30 as compared with the expansion / contraction force of the second region 35.
- the upper end part of the abdominal side waist part 30 becomes easy to expand, and the diaper 1 can be put on smoothly.
- the infant whose waistline is full wears the diaper 1, it can prevent that a waistline is tightened too much.
- the upper end 10 a of the absorbent main body 10 in the vertical direction does not reach the lower end 40 b of the cut portion 40 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
- the upper end 10 a of the absorbent main body 10 serves as a boundary between the first region 34 and the second region 35. Therefore, the number of sheets stacked in the thickness direction in the first region 34 is two (the inner layer sheet 31 and the outer layer sheet 32 of the ventral trunk periphery 30), and the second region 35 is stacked in the thickness direction.
- the number of sheets is five (the inner layer sheet 31 and the outer layer sheet 32 of the ventral trunk periphery 30, the liquid permeable sheet 11, the liquid impermeable sheet 13, and the outer sheet 14 of the absorbent main body 10). That is, the number of sheets stacked in the first region 34 is smaller than the number of sheets stacked in the second region 35.
- the first region 34 softly touches the wearer's skin, and the wearing comfort is improved. Moreover, it can prevent that a wearer's skin is damaged by the outer edge 40a (1st area
- FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram of an adhesive application area around the cut portion 40.
- an abdominal thread rubber 33 is disposed between the inner layer sheet 31 and the outer layer sheet 32, and the inner layer sheet 31, the outer layer sheet 32, and the abdominal thread rubber 33 are joined together with an adhesive.
- the adhesive is not applied to the edge portion 41 along the outer edge 40a of the cut portion 40.
- the edge 41 of the cut portion 40 is not provided with an adhesive that joins the inner layer sheet 31 and the outer layer sheet 32 (a pair of sheets), and the inner layer sheet 31 and the outer layer sheet 32 (a pair of sheets).
- an adhesive for joining the ventral rubber thread 33 is not provided.
- the width of the edge portion 41 may be set in the range of 2 mm to 15 mm.
- the cut portion 40 is cut after the cut portion surrounding thread rubber 33a is fixed to the inner layer sheet 31 and the outer layer sheet 32 in a state where the end portion 30b of the ventral waist portion 30 in the lateral direction continuously extends.
- the adhesive is not applied to the edge 41 of the cut part 40, the end of the cut part surrounding thread rubber 33a on the cut part 40 side can contract to the edge 41 of the cut part 40. Exposure from 40 can be prevented. Therefore, the external appearance of the diaper 1 can be improved and it can prevent that the edge part of the thread rubber 33a around a cut part contacts a wearer's skin.
- an adhesive is provided in a part of the edge 41 of the cut portion 40, an adhesive that joins a pair of sheets, and an adhesive that joins the pair of sheets and the abdominal thread rubber 33.
- One may be provided at the edge 41 of the cut portion 40.
- the ventral waist part 30 of the present embodiment includes the inner layer sheet 31 and the outer layer sheet 32, but is not limited thereto, and for example, a predetermined color or image is added between the inner layer sheet 31 and the outer layer sheet 32.
- a design sheet may be provided. In this case, the inner layer sheet 31 or the outer layer sheet 32 and the design sheet form a pair of sheets. Further, it is preferable that the adhesive between the sheets without the ventral thread rubber 33 interposed therebetween is not provided on the edge 41 of the cut portion 40.
- FIG. 7 is a plan view of the unfolded state of the diaper 1 of the second embodiment.
- the abdominal thread rubber 33 is not disposed in the first region 34, and four abdominal thread rubbers 33 (second region thread rubbers 33 c) are disposed in the second region 35. Since the structural requirements other than the arrangement of the ventral side rubber thread 33 are the same as those in the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted.
- FIG. 7 is a development view in a state where the elastic member of the diaper 1 is extended to the extent that the wrinkles generated in the diaper 1 cannot be visually recognized.
- the first region 34 Even if the ventral side rubber thread 33 is not disposed in the first region 34, the first region 34 also contracts due to contraction of the thread rubber 33a around the cut portion and the second region thread rubber 33c, and wrinkles occur in the first region 34.
- the ventral side rubber thread 33 is not disposed in the first region 34, the number of wrinkles generated in the first region 34 is reduced as compared with the case where the ventral side rubber rubber 33 is disposed in the first region 34. Therefore, the inner layer sheet 31 and the outer layer sheet 32 constituting the ventral waist part 30 are not more densely packed, and the first region 34 softly touches the wearer's skin, so that the wearing comfort of the diaper 1 is improved.
- the expansion / contraction force at the time of wearing, and the expansion / contraction force per unit width in the vertical direction is zero in the first region 34. Therefore, the stretching force in the first region 34 is smaller than the stretching force in the second region 35.
- ventral side rubber thread 33 does not need to be disposed in the first region 34, and the ventral side rubber thread 33 may not be disposed on both side portions 36 of the cut portion. Also in this case, wrinkles occur in the first region 34 and both side portions 36 of the cut portion due to the contraction of the second region rubber thread 33c. And the number of the wrinkles which arise in the 1st area
- positioned at the both sides 36 of a cut part may be sufficient. Also in this case, the number of wrinkles generated on the first region 34 and both side portions 36 of the cut portion is reduced, and the first region 34 and both side portions 36 of the cut portion are more softly applied to the wearer's skin.
- FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining the conditions of a sample for measuring the stretching force
- FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining the measurement result of the stretching force.
- region 35 are demonstrated.
- a measurement method using a tensile tester is illustrated, but other measurement methods may be used.
- the stretching force of the both side portions 36 of the cut portion may be measured in the same manner and compared with the stretching force of the second region 35.
- the sample 1 (ventral side waistline portion 30) is cut out from the first region 34 of the diaper 1 to be measured along the lateral direction of the diaper 1 (stretching direction of the ventral side rubber thread 33), and the diaper is extracted from the second region 35.
- Sample 2 (ventral side waist part 30 and absorbent main body 10) is cut out along the horizontal direction 1.
- the number of the ventral side rubber threads 33 arranged is one, the diameter of the arranged ventral side rubber thread 33 is 470 dtex, the expansion ratio is 2.3, and the vertical width of the diaper 1 is 10 mm.
- the number of the ventral side rubber threads 33 arranged is three, the diameter of the arranged ventral side rubber threads 33 is 470 dtex, the expansion ratio is 2.3, and the vertical width of the diaper 1 is 20 mm.
- the both ends of the sample 1 or the sample 2 in the pulling direction are sandwiched by the upper and lower chucks of the tensile testing machine.
- the initial chuck-to-chuck distance in the pulling direction that is, the initial dimension is 117.5 mm. Therefore, the cut-out width of the samples 1 and 2 in the lateral direction of the diaper 1 is set to 117.5 mm or more. Further, it is assumed that the measurement value of the tensile tester is set to zero when the samples 1 and 2 are sandwiched by the upper chuck, and the setting is not performed when the samples 1 and 2 are sandwiched by the lower chuck.
- the tensile stress (N) at each length is measured while stretching.
- the tensile speed is, for example, 100 mm / min.
- the measurement result (N) is converted into a value per unit width (10 mm) in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1.
- the values thus calculated are defined as the stretching force of the first region 34 per unit width in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 and the stretching force (N / 10 mm) of the second region 35.
- the stretching force when worn is about 30% of the circumference of the waistline opening 1a of the diaper 1 in a natural state. Therefore, in this measurement method, when the distance between the chucks is the initial dimension (117.5 mm), it is assumed that the diaper 1 is in a natural state, and when the distance between the chucks is about 30% away from the initial dimension (152. The measurement results of 5 mm ⁇ 117.5 ⁇ 1.3) may be compared.
- the stretching force per unit width in the vertical direction when the distance between chucks is 152.5 mm is 0.0679 (N / 10 mm) in the first region 34 and 0 in the second region 35. 0.085 (N / 10 mm). In other words, the result is that the stretching force of the first region 34 is smaller than the stretching force of the second region 35.
- the measurement results when separating the distance between chucks from the initial dimensions are compared, but not limited to this, when returning to the initial dimensions from the state where the distance between chucks is maximized.
- the measurement result (measurement result during contraction) may be compared, or the average value of the measurement result during expansion and the measurement result during contraction may be measured. Further, comparison may be made with measurement results other than when the distance between chucks is about 30% away from the initial dimension.
- the first region 34 and the second region 35 differ in both the conditions (number of arrangement, diameter, expansion ratio) of the ventral side rubber thread 33 and the number of stacked sheets, but only one of them differs. Diaper 1 is also acceptable. Even when only the number of stacked sheets is different between the first region 34 and the second region 35, the stretching force at the time of wearing and the stretching force per unit width in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 is the second region. Compared to 35, the first region 34 tends to be lower.
- a pants-type diaper is illustrated as a disposable diaper.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and a tape-type diaper may be used.
- segmented into three parts was illustrated, it is not restricted to this, The diaper in which the back side waist part 20 and the abdominal side waist part 30 were formed integrally, the back side waist part 20, A diaper in which the ventral waist part 30 and the absorbent main body 10 are integrally formed may be used.
- the wearing object of the diaper 1 is made into the newborn, it is good also considering adults, such as older infants and elderly people, to wear.
- 1 diaper (disposable diaper), 10 absorbent main body, 11 top sheet (liquid permeable sheet), 12 absorbent body, 121 absorbent core, 13 back sheet (liquid impermeable sheet), 14 exterior sheet, 15 side sheet, 20 back side waistline part, 21 inner layer sheet, 22 outer layer sheet, 23 back side thread rubber, 30 ventral side waist part, 31 inner layer sheet (a pair of sheets), 32 outer layer sheet (a pair of sheets), 33 abdominal side rubber thread ( Elastic member), 33a thread rubber around the cut portion, 33b first area thread rubber, 33c second area thread rubber, 33d upper absorbent area thread rubber, 33e lower absorbent area thread rubber, 34 first area, 341 collar, 35 2nd area, 351, 36, both sides of cut part, 40 cut part, 40a outer edge, 40b lower end, 41 edge part, LG Ggugyaza, LSG standing gathers,

Abstract
