本发明申请要求2014年12月24日申请的,申请号为201420826280.7,名称为“一种童车车轮的折叠装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,在此将其全文引入作为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种童车车轮的折叠装置,尤其是针对三轮童车的后轮折叠装置。
背景技术
为节约空间,现有的童车大多都具备可以折叠的功能,不同的童车种类往往折叠方式不同,设置于童车上的折叠装置往往是针对车架上的机构的,但是四轮童车从实际使用需要考量往往采用的是万向轮,所以针对车轮还可以简单的调节下位置以实现折叠,而三轮童车的车轮则从稳定性角度考虑在设置时往往是固定位置的,在使用状态下和存放状态下后两个轮子的位置是不变的也就无法折叠。
针对三轮童车的后轮,也有专利号为200510119149.2的中国专利公开了一种可改变整个童车后车架位置的折叠装置,这种折叠装置在实际折叠过程中使用不便,需要推动整个后车架,也比较费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是一种童车车轮的折叠装置,可以实现对于童车车轮的折叠功能,并且使用方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种童车车轮的折叠装置,包括车轮以及和车轮连接的车轮叉管,所述的车轮叉管连接车轮的端部设有一U形连接件,所述的车轮的车轴的一端伸入U形连接件内并且与U形连接件转动连接,所述车轮可绕着U形连接件转动,U形连接件和车轴的一端之间设有限位机构,所述的车轮转动角度受限位机构控制。绕着U形连接件,车轮可以利用U形连接件的开口做大角度的转动进而实现折叠的功能,在限位机构的作用下将车轮折叠或者不折叠状态的结构予以固定。
作为优选,所述的限位机构包括设置于U形连接件上的限位孔和设置于车轴上的限位销,所述的限位销通过一弹性件抵住U形连接件内壁,其端部设有台阶可穿入所述的限位孔,所述的U形连接件上设置按钮,按动按钮下压限位销使限位销的台阶从限位孔中脱离。限位销在台阶在穿入限位孔的情况下,车轮不可转动被限位,按动按钮可以将限位销从限位孔中脱 离出,此时车轮可进行转动直至限位销的台阶再次弹入限位孔中。

参见图1-4,一种童车车轮的折叠装置,包括车轮1以及和车轮连接的车轮叉管2,本实施例优选的是三轮童车的后轮,车轮1在使用状态下位于车轮叉管2的外侧,车轮叉管2一般是弓形的,所述的车轮叉管2连接车轮的端部设有一U形连接件3,该U形连接件3具备一定的宽度围成一定的空间,其中所述的车轮的车轴4的一端伸入U形连接件3内并且与U形连接件3转动连接,所述车轮1可绕着U形连接件3转动,U形连接件3和车轴4的一端之间设有限位机构,所述的车轮转动角度受限位机构控制。所述的限位机构包括设置于U形连接件3上的限位孔31和设置于车轴4上的限位销5,所述的限位销5通过一弹性件抵住U形连接件3内壁,限位销5端部设有台阶可穿入所述的限位孔31,所述的U形连接件3上设置按钮6,按动按钮6下压限位销5使限位销的台阶从限位孔31中脱离。童车在使用状态下,限位销5的台阶穿入限位孔31,限位孔31和限位销5配合,车轮1将无法转动,而当需要对车轮进行折叠时,首先要按下按钮6,通过按钮6将限位销5的台阶往U形连接件3的方向压进而从限位孔31中脱离,为了更好的将限位销5的台阶从限位孔31中脱离出来,按钮6上可以设置相对限位孔31位置的凸点62,当限位销5的台阶从限位孔31中脱离出来时,车轮1处于可以自由转动的状态,转动车轮1即可实现对车轮1的折叠。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的童车车轮的折叠装置,其特征在于:所述的限位机构包括设置于U形连接件(3)上的限位孔(31)和设置于车轴(4)上的限位销(5),所述的限位销(5)通过一弹性件抵住U形连接件(3)内壁,其端部设有台阶可穿入所述的限位孔,所述的U形连接件(3)上设置按钮(6),按动按钮(6)下压限位销(5)使限位销的台阶从限位孔(31)中脱离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的童车车轮的折叠装置,其特征在于:所述的车轴(4)上固设限位销套筒(7)并位于所述的U形连接件(3)内,限位销(5)置入限位销套筒(7)内,所述的弹性片为一弹簧(8),弹簧(8)也位于限位销套筒(7)内并将所述的限位销(5)压向U形连接件(3)的内壁,所述的限位销(5)的台阶从所述的限位销套筒(7)中露出。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的童车车轮的折叠装置,其特征在于:所述的U形连接件(3)的两个侧耳上的中部设置对称的两个定位孔(32),所述的车轴(4)上设置定位套筒(9)并对准所述的定位孔(32),所述的定位孔(32)和定位套筒(9)内穿设定位螺杆(10),所述的车轮(1)绕着定位螺杆(10)转动。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的童车车轮的折叠装置,其特征在于:所述U形连接件(3)的两个侧耳的端部均为半圆形,所述的限位孔(31)至少两个并位于所述的半圆形内处于同一圆周上,所述的车轮(1)可绕着U形连接件(3)做180度范围内转动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的童车车轮的折叠装置,其特征在于:所述的限位孔(31)有两组四个,每组限位孔包含两个位于U形连接件(3)的两个侧耳且直线位置对应,所述的限位销(5)有两个并且置入同一限位销套筒(7)内,两个限位销由位于二者之间的同一弹簧(8)压向侧耳的内壁。
  7. 根据权利要求2或6所述的童车车轮的折叠装置,其特征在于:在U形连接件(3)的内壁上设置供所述的限位销台阶滑动的滑轨(33),所述的限位孔(31)位于滑轨内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的童车车轮的折叠装置,其特征在于:所述的U形连接件(3)包覆壳体(12),所述的按钮(6)包括凸起和贴近U形连接件的端部的凸缘(61),所述的壳 体上开设有圆孔,所述的按钮的凸起穿过位于所述的圆孔,所述的按钮的凸缘(61)位于圆孔边缘的下方。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的童车车轮的折叠装置,其特征在于:所述的壳体(12)分为由螺钉连接的两个部分。
