更具体而言,可以将大量的消费者用户ID(性别、年龄)在某个时间(分片的时间片段)某个地点,表达了怎样的需求(例如,将该需要进行分层需求分析),以及对推荐结果是拒绝还是接受等历史需求数据作为提取训练特征的依据,并采用内容管理系统(例如,DNN)、普通的机器学习模型及人工规则方式训练拟合得到。通过所述需求匹配排序模型可以将一般特征个性化,从而对候选对象数据的相关性指数进行评价,为消费者用户提供更个性化的需求定制。
所述需求匹配排序模型的训练不限于使用前述描述的方法,还可以 使用其他特征参数和训练方法来进行所述需求匹配排序模型的训练。由于所述模型训练不是本发明的核心改进点,在此仅对需求匹配排序模型的训练给予上述示例性说明。
最后,根据所述相关性指数选取预定个数的所述候选推荐对象数据作为推荐对象数据。具体地,基于前述的相关性指数对候选推荐对象数据进行排序,从中筛选出预定个数推荐对象数据。
在步骤S130,根据所述第二用户的信息提取所述第二用户的联系信息。其中,第二用户的信息可以但不限于是第二用户通过登记平台注册时提供的地址、联系方式、用户类型、服务类型、服务范围等。
在步骤S140,根据所述联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据发送给相应的第二用户。优选地,获取所述第一用户的联系信息,根据所述第二用户的联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据及其联系信息发送给相应的第二用户。
第二用户获取到第一用户的需求数据及其联系信息后,还可以主动联系第一用户,例如,通过电话、社交APP等,从而增加第二用户的线下用户,增加商户(第二用户)的成交量。
本发明实施例提供的计算机实现的信息推荐方法,以较好地对用户的需求以及提供服务的商户进行匹配,及时向商户提供有价值的用户需求信息降低商户使用系统的技术要求及运营成本,提高用户找到服务的便捷性,且提高商户找到客户的效率。
图4示出本发明示例性实施例的信息推荐装置的结构框图。
参照图4,所述信息推荐装置包括数据接收单元310、对象数据获取单元320、联系信息提取单元330以及需求数据发送单元340。
数据接收单元310用于接收第一用户的需求数据。
对象数据获取单元320用于根据所述数据接收单元310获取到的需求数据以及预先训练的需求匹配排序模型获取预定个数的推荐对象数据,所述推荐对象数据包括满足第一用户的需求的第二用户的信息。
例如,所述第一用户是消费者用户,所述第二用户是商户用户。
具体地,根据本发明的示例性实施例,对象数据获取单元320用于根据数据接收单元310获取到的需求数据获取第一用户的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据,根据所述主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据获取 多个候选推荐数据,以各个所述候选推荐数据以及获取的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据作为输入,分别通过预先训练的需求匹配排序模型获取所述各候选推荐对象数据的相关性指数,根据所述相关性指数选取预定个数的所述候选推荐对象数据作为推荐对象数据。
优选地,对象数据获取单元320对所述需求数据进行自然语言分析,获取第一用户的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据。
联系信息提取单元330用于根据所述第二用户的信息提取所述第二用户的联系信息。
需求数据发送单元340用于根据所述联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据发送给相应的第二用户。
优选地,所述需求数据发送单元340用于获取所述第一用户的联系信息,根据所述第二用户的联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据及其联系信息发送给相应的第二用户。
本发明实施例提供的计算机实现的信息推荐装置,以较好地对用户的需求以及提供服务的商户进行匹配,及时向商户提供有价值的用户需求信息,降低商户使用系统的技术要求,及运营成本,提高用户找到服务的便捷性,且提高商户找到客户的效率。
图5是示出本发明实施例提供的计算机设备的逻辑框图。
参照图5,计算机设备可用于实施上述实施例中提供的信息推荐方法。具体来讲:
计算机设备可因配置或性能不同而产生比较大的差异,可以包括一个或一个以上处理器(如Central Processing Units,CPU)510和存储器520。其中,存储器520可以是短暂存储或持久存储。存储器520中可存储有一个或一个以上的程序,每个程序可包括对计算机设备中的一系列指令操作。更进一步地,处理器510可与存储器520通信,在计算机设备上执行存储器520中的一系列指令操作。特别地,存储器520中还存储有一个或一个以上的操作系统的数据,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM等等。计算机设备还可包括一个或一个以上电源530,一个或一个以上有线或无线网络接口540,一个或一个以上输入输出接口550等。
具体在本实施例中,计算机设备包括一个或者多个处理器510、存 储器520,以及一个或者多个程序,一个或者多个程序存储于存储器520中,且经配置以由一个或者多个处理器510执行一个或者多个程序包含的用于执行信息推荐方法的指令:接收第一用户的需求数据;根据所述需求数据以及预先训练的需求匹配排序模型获取预定个数的推荐对象数据,所述推荐对象数据包括满足第一用户的需求的第二用户的信息;根据所述第二用户的信息提取所述第二用户的联系信息;根据所述联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据发送给相应的第二用户。
这里,根据本发明的示例性实施例,根据所述联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据发送给相应的第二用户的处理指令可包括:获取所述第一用户的联系信息,根据所述第二用户的联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据及其联系信息发送给相应的第二用户。
进一步地,根据所述需求数据以及预先训练的需求匹配排序模型获取预定个数的推荐对象数据的处理指令可包括:根据所述需求数据获取第一用户的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据,根据所述主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据获取多个候选推荐数据,以各个所述候选推荐数据以及获取的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据作为输入,分别通过预先训练的需求匹配排序模型获取所述各候选推荐对象数据的相关性指数,根据所述相关性指数选取预定个数的所述候选推荐对象数据作为推荐对象数据。
更进一步地,根据所述需求数据获取第一用户的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据的处理指令可包括:对所述需求数据进行自然语言分析,获取第一用户的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据。
需要说明的是,第一用户可以是消费者用户,第二用户可以是商户用户。
本发明提供的计算机设备,以较好地对用户的需求以及提供服务的商户进行匹配,及时向商户提供有价值的用户需求信息,降低商户使用系统的技术要求,及运营成本,提高用户找到服务的便捷性,且提高商户找到客户的效率。
需要指出,根据实施的需要,可将本申请中描述的各个步骤拆分为更多步骤,也可将两个或多个步骤或者步骤的部分操作组合成新的步骤,以实现本发明的目的。
上述根据本发明的方法可在硬件、固件中实现,或者被实现为可存 储在记录介质(诸如CD ROM、RAM、软盘、硬盘或磁光盘)中的软件或计算机代码,或者被实现通过网络下载的原始存储在远程记录介质或非暂时机器可读介质中并将被存储在本地记录介质中的计算机代码,从而在此描述的方法可被存储在使用通用计算机、专用处理器或者可编程或专用硬件(诸如ASIC或FPGA)的记录介质上的这样的软件处理。可以理解,计算机、处理器、微处理器控制器或可编程硬件包括可存储或接收软件或计算机代码的存储组件(例如,RAM、ROM、闪存等),当所述软件或计算机代码被计算机、处理器或硬件访问且执行时,实现在此描述的处理方法。此外,当通用计算机访问用于实现在此示出的处理的代码时,代码的执行将通用计算机转换为用于执行在此示出的处理的专用计算机。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种通过计算机实现的信息推荐方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收第一用户的需求数据;
    根据所述需求数据以及预先训练的需求匹配排序模型获取预定个数的推荐对象数据,所述推荐对象数据包括满足第一用户的需求的第二用户的信息;
    根据所述第二用户的信息提取所述第二用户的联系信息;
    根据所述联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据发送给相应的第二用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据发送给相应的第二用户的处理包括:
    获取所述第一用户的联系信息,
    根据所述第二用户的联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据及其联系信息发送给相应的第二用户。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述需求数据以及预先训练的需求匹配排序模型获取预定个数的推荐对象数据的处理包括:
    根据所述需求数据获取第一用户的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据,
    根据所述主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据获取多个候选推荐数据,
    以各个所述候选推荐数据以及获取的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据作为输入,分别通过预先训练的需求匹配排序模型获取所述各候选推荐对象数据的相关性指数,
    根据所述相关性指数选取预定个数的所述候选推荐对象数据作为推荐对象数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述需求数据获取第一用户的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据的处理包括:
    对所述需求数据进行自然语言分析,获取第一用户的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户是消费者用户,所述第二用户是商户用户。
  6. 一种信息推荐装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    数据接收单元,用于接收第一用户的需求数据;
    对象数据获取单元,用于根据所述需求数据以及预先训练的需求匹配排序模型获取预定个数的推荐对象数据,所述推荐对象数据包括满足第一用户的需求的第二用户的信息;
    联系信息提取单元,用于根据所述第二用户的信息提取所述第二用户的联系信息;
    需求数据发送单元,用于根据所述联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据发送给相应的第二用户。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述需求数据发送单元用于获取所述第一用户的联系信息,根据所述第二用户的联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据及其联系信息发送给相应的第二用户。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述对象数据获取单元用于根据所述需求数据获取第一用户的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据,
    根据所述主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据获取多个候选推荐数据,
    以各个所述候选推荐数据以及获取的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据作为输入,分别通过预先训练的需求匹配排序模型获取所述各候选推荐对象数据的相关性指数,
    根据所述相关性指数选取预定个数的所述候选推荐对象数据作为推荐对象数据。
  9. 根据权利要求6~8中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,对象数据获取单元对所述需求数据进行自然语言分析,获取第一用户的主需求类别数据和子需求类别数据。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一用户是消费者用户,所述第二用户是商户用户。
  11. 一种计算机设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序存储在所述存储器中,且经 配置以由所述一个或者多个处理器执行所述一个或者多个程序包含的用于执行信息推荐方法的指令:
    接收第一用户的需求数据;
    根据所述需求数据以及预先训练的需求匹配排序模型获取预定个数的推荐对象数据,所述推荐对象数据包括满足第一用户的需求的第二用户的信息;
    根据所述第二用户的信息提取所述第二用户的联系信息;
    根据所述联系信息分别将所述第一用户的需求数据发送给相应的第二用户。
