Abstract
本发明公开了一种微型扬声器,包括振膜和外壳,振膜包括球顶部和折环部;振膜通过外壳支撑固定;振膜边缘与外壳相连接的部分设置有结合部;振膜的结合部与外壳通过胶层粘结固定;振膜结合部与外壳的上表面的粘结面结合;粘结面的外侧边缘设置有容纳溢胶的溢胶槽;振膜结合部的外侧边缘将溢胶槽部分覆盖。本发明的微型扬声器,通过在振膜与外壳的粘结面上设置溢胶槽,使其可以充分吸纳振膜固定过程中产生的溢胶,避免涂胶不均造成振膜外周无法固定以及对磁路系统造成损害,同时可以保证胶水的正常流向,避免其上移,从而更好地完成振膜的固定,保证微型扬声器的性能。
Description
本发明涉及电声领域,具体的涉及一种微型扬声器。
传统微型扬声器的结构中,作为振动系统组成部分之一的振膜,通常与作为支撑系统的外壳粘结固定。但在具体的固定过程中,常常会出现涂胶不均匀的情况,溢胶是其表现之一,这种情况下,振膜外圈会由于涂胶过多而被顶起,无法很好地将其与外壳固定,同时由于溢胶可能会沿涂胶层的外周滴落在扬声器的磁路或者其他结构中,进而影响到微型扬声器的性能。
因此,有必要对现有的微型扬声器的结构,特别是振膜粘结固定的过程进行改进,对溢胶进行妥善处理,避免对振膜本身的固定以及扬声器的性能造成不良影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种微型扬声器,在其他组成部分整体保持不变的情况下,着重对扬声器振膜的粘结固定过程进行改进,在振膜与外壳的粘结面设置溢胶槽,使其可以容纳涂胶过程中产生的溢胶,避免其堆积在振膜的外周或者顺延涂胶层流至磁路结构中对扬声器的性能造成影响。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种微型扬声器,包括振膜和外壳,其中,所述振膜包括球顶部和折环部;所述振膜通过所述外壳支撑固定;所述振膜边缘与所述外壳相连接的部分设置有结合部;所述振膜的结合部与所述外壳通过胶层粘结固定;所述振膜结合部与所述外壳的上表面的粘结面结合;所述粘结面的外侧边缘设置有容纳溢胶的溢胶槽;所述振膜结合部的外侧边缘将所述溢胶槽部分覆盖。
作为一种改进,所述外壳具有台阶状结构,包括第一水平面和第二水平面;所述第一水平面高于所述第二水平面;所述粘结面位于所述第二水平面上;所述第一水平面与所述第二水平面相结合的部分具有向下的凹面,容纳所述溢胶槽。
作为一种改进,所述外壳的第一水平面形成挡墙,所述溢胶槽与所述胶层位于所述第一水平面、所述第二水平面以及所述振膜的结合部共同形成的空间之内。
作为一种改进,所述振膜与所述外壳均为矩形结构。
作为一种改进,所述球顶部和所述折环部结合于所述球顶部一侧的刚性复合层。
相较于现有技术,在本发明中,在振膜与外壳的粘结面外侧边缘设置溢胶槽,能够充分吸纳振膜固定过程中产生的溢胶,解决传统结构设计中因溢胶引起的振膜外周被顶起而无法很好地固定的问题,同时能够避免溢胶流至磁路或者其他结构中造成损坏,从而保证了微型扬声器的性能。另外,振膜结合部的外侧边缘将溢胶槽部分覆盖,可以保证涂胶的正常流向,同时也可以避免因溢胶槽完全被覆盖而引起涂胶上移,从而更好地完成振膜的固定。

实施例:
请参阅图1-图3所示,本发明微型扬声器包括振膜1和外壳10,振膜1包
括球顶部2和折环部3;振膜1通过外壳10支撑固定,其中,振膜1边缘与外壳10相连接的部分设置有结合部5;振膜1的结合部5与外壳10通过胶层6粘结固定;振膜结合部5与外壳10的上表面的粘结面结合;粘结面的外侧边缘设置有容纳溢胶的溢胶槽7;振膜结合部5的外侧边缘将溢胶槽7部分覆盖。
通过上述技术方案,微型扬声器振膜1与外壳10的粘结面外侧边缘设置溢胶槽7,为振膜1固定过程中产生的溢胶提供了留置空间,与现有技术相比,能够避免涂胶不均匀将振膜1外周顶起的情况发生,并且可以防止溢胶沿着胶层流至微型扬声器中的磁路或者其他结构内造成损害,进一步保证微型扬声器的性能。在具体的实施过程中,振膜结合部5的外侧边缘将溢胶槽7部分覆盖,一方面是为了保证胶层6内胶水的正常流向,另一方面,当溢胶槽7内储存的溢胶过多时,可以避免因其被完全覆盖而导致胶水上移。
如图3所示,外壳10具有台阶状结构,包括第一水平面8和第二水平面9;第一水平面8高于第二水平面9;粘结面位于第二水平面9上;第一水平面8与第二水平面9相结合的部分具有向下的凹面,容纳溢胶槽7。这种台阶状的结构设计,一方面可以防止胶层向一侧外溢,另一方面可以保护与其粘结的振膜1不被外力压伤或损坏。
如图3所示,外壳10的第一水平面8形成挡墙,溢胶槽7与胶层6位于第一水平面8、第二水平面9以及振膜结合部5共同形成的空间之内。
另外,本实施过程中,振膜1与外壳10均为矩形结构。
如图2所示,球顶部2和折环部3结合于球顶部2一侧的刚性复合层。

Claims (5)
- 一种微型扬声器,包括振膜和外壳,其特征在于:所述振膜包括球顶部和折环部;所述振膜通过所述外壳支撑固定;所述振膜边缘与所述外壳相连接的部分设置有结合部;所述振膜的结合部与所述外壳通过胶层粘结固定;所述振膜结合部与所述外壳的上表面的粘结面结合;所述粘结面的外侧边缘设置有容纳溢胶的溢胶槽;所述振膜结合部的外侧边缘将所述溢胶槽部分覆盖。
- 根据权利要求1所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述外壳具有台阶状结构,包括第一水平面和第二水平面;所述第一水平面高于所述第二水平面;所述粘结面位于所述第二水平面上;所述第一水平面与所述第二水平面相结合的部分具有向下的凹面,容纳所述溢胶槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述外壳的第一水平面形成挡墙,所述溢胶槽与胶层位于所述第一水平面、所述第二水平面以及振膜的结合部共同形成的空间之内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述振膜与所述外壳均为矩形结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的微型扬声器,其特征在于:所述球顶部和所述折环部结合于所述球顶部一侧的刚性复合层。
