一般高酯果胶的萃取可将原料放入榨汁机内搅碎至粒径约2~3mm,搅碎后的碎液经过滤罩过滤除渣后再进行后制过程,其必须有适当酸和糖的调配始能凝胶;但对于低酯果胶,因其原料外表含有果胶及果胶酯酵素,果胶用水萃取后经果胶酯酵素的催化作用形成低甲氧基果胶,再与水中之二价阳离子作交互联结(cross linking),逐渐形成网状结构而产生凝胶;则该低酯果胶的萃取,若将原料打碎,会使原料内抑制凝胶物质析出,反而有碍果胶的凝胶,故此低酯果胶传统的萃取方式是将原料放入一滤袋,用手在水中不断的搓揉,再用手将滤袋中的萃取液压出,惟此萃取方式不但制作过程麻烦,且常因人的因素导致萃取质量差、效率低及容易有卫生不佳的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种制作方便、卫生和果胶萃取效率高的低酯果胶萃取装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:一种低酯果胶萃取装置,包括:
一基座,其上方设有一萃取外桶;该萃取外桶的下部侧壁上具有一果胶排出口;
一过滤网桶,设于该萃取外桶内;
一转盘,设于该过滤网桶内;
一驱动电机,具有输出轴,设于该基座内;
一传动机构,连接该驱动电机的输出轴,可分别带动该过滤网桶及该转盘转动;在该驱动电机正转时,该传动机构带动转盘转动,且不带动过滤网桶;在该驱动电机反转时,该传动机构带动该过滤网桶转动。
上述传动机构包括:一主动轴,可转动的设于该基座内,并连接该驱动电机的输出轴,其顶端部穿过该萃取外桶及过滤网桶的底部而连接该转盘;
一从动轴,呈管状,可转动的套设于该主动轴之外,其与该主动轴之间设有第一支撑轴承,且其顶端部穿过该萃取外桶的底部而连接该过滤网桶的底部;
一单向传动机构,连接该主动轴及从动轴;在该驱动电机正转时,该单向传动机构不带动从动轴;在该驱动电机反转时,该单向传动机构带动从动轴及过滤网桶转动。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种低酯果胶萃取装置100,如图1所示,包括一基座1,其上方设有一萃取外桶2;一过滤网桶3,设于萃取外桶2内;一转盘4,设于过滤网桶3内;一驱动电机5,设于基座1内,可正转或反转;一传动机构6,连接该驱动电机5,可分别带动过滤网桶3及转盘4转动,藉以达到方便地、卫生地、高效率地萃取低脂果胶之目的。下文将详予说明。
基座1具有内部容置空间,其内可设有一固定座11,固定座11可供设置驱动电机5。固定座11可由例如若干立柱12及支撑板13所组成,且立柱12上可设有避震结构。
萃取外桶2可以开口端朝上的方式设于基座1上方,用于盛装水以便萃取过滤网桶3内的原料的果胶。萃取外桶2的下部侧壁上具有一果胶排出口21,并可进一步设有一能打开或关闭萃取外桶2的果胶排出口21的控制阀体(图中未示)。

如图3所示萃取外桶2的底部具有一连通前述之基座1内部的安装孔22,并设有一密封安装孔22的防水胶套23;防水胶套23内设有第二支撑轴承24;从动轴62可转动的插置于第二支撑轴承24内,以便藉由第二支撑轴承24来确保从动轴62能稳定地转动。在防水胶套23的顶端部与从动轴62之间设有一密封环25,藉以避免萃取外桶内部的水从萃取外桶2的安装孔22流出。

如图1所示,驱动电机5可放置于固定座11之支撑板13上。驱动电机5的输出轴及主动轴61的下端部可分别向下穿过支撑板13,且两者之间设有一连动机构51。连动机构51包括:一主动皮带轮52,紧套于驱动电机5的输出轴上;一被动皮带轮53,紧套于主动轴61的下端部上;及一传动皮带54,绕设在主动皮带轮52及被动皮带轮53上;藉连动机构51将驱动电机5的输出轴与主动轴61连动在一起,即可利用驱动电机5带动主动轴61正转或反转。
如图2所示,单向传动机构9包括:一下齿轮91,紧套于主动轴61上;一中齿轮92,可转动并可滑动地套设于主动轴61上,并叠设于下齿轮91上方;及一上齿轮93,可转动地套设于主动轴61上,并紧塞在从动轴62的底端部内,其不与该主动轴61接触,且其与中齿轮92间隔预定距离D1。单向传动机构9用于连动主动轴61及从动轴62,能达到仅单向转动从动轴62,为了方便说明,兹以主动轴顺时针转动为正转为例说明如下。
如图2~5所示,下齿轮91紧套于主动轴61上,因此能随着主动轴61转动。下齿轮91的顶端面设有第一斜齿牙结构911,用于带动中齿轮92。
中齿轮92的底端面设有可与第一斜齿牙结构911啮合的第二斜齿牙结构921,即言,第一斜齿牙结构911与第二斜齿牙结构921的倾斜方向相同,依此结构,在下齿轮反转时,不但会带动中齿轮转动,还会将中齿轮向上推移;中齿轮92的顶端面还设有第三斜齿牙结构922,用于带动上齿轮93。
上齿轮93的底端面设有可与第三斜齿牙结构922啮合的第四斜齿牙结构931,即言,第三斜齿牙结构922与第四斜齿牙结构931的倾斜方向相同,另外,第三斜齿牙结构922与第一斜齿牙结构911的倾斜方向相反。
图6~8为单向传动机构9的动作示意图其中省去其它零组件以方便说明。
如图6所示,在常态时,中齿轮92因自身重力的作用而自然叠设于下齿轮91上方,并与上齿轮93间隔一定间距D1。
如图7所示,在下齿轮91正转时,中齿轮与上齿轮没有啮合,所以不会带动上齿轮93。另外,由于前述之第三斜齿牙结构与第一斜齿牙结构的倾斜方向相反,所以就算中齿轮的第三斜齿牙结构触碰到上齿轮的第四斜齿牙结构,在该下齿轮91正转后,上齿轮也会将中齿轮推开,藉以维持不带动上齿轮93的状态。
如图5~8所示,在下齿轮91反转时,会将中齿轮92向上推移,使第三斜齿牙结构922与第四斜齿牙结构931啮合,进而使得上齿轮93也一起转动,因此能带动从动轴62转动。又,在主动轴61反转而带动从动轴62转动时,当然也就会带动前述之过滤网桶转动。
如图1~8所示,兹说明低脂果胶萃取装置100的低脂果胶萃取步骤。萃取前,将原料和水放入过滤网桶3内,此时,水会透过过滤网桶3的侧壁上的孔洞而进入萃取外桶2内,因此萃取外桶2的果胶排出口21要呈关闭状态。
萃取时,启动驱动电机5正转,藉以带动主动轴61及转盘4转动,此时由于第三斜齿牙结构922与第四斜齿牙结构931没有啮合,所以从动轴62及过滤网桶3都不会被主动轴带动,在此状态下,转盘4转动会产生强劲水流,藉 以加快萃取原料果胶的速度,且不会打碎原料,可达到高效率地萃取低脂果胶之目的,在萃取完成以后,关掉驱动电机5,再打开萃取外桶2的果胶排出口21,即可取得果胶,在果胶从萃取外桶2的果胶排出口21排出后,还留在过滤网桶3中的原料周边会附着部分果胶,此时可启动驱动电机5反转,藉以带动主动轴61、下齿轮91、中齿轮92、上齿轮93、从动轴62及过滤网桶3转动,在此状态下,过滤网桶3会快速转动,因此可藉由离心力的作用,使附着在原料周边的果胶甩到萃取外桶2内然后从萃取外桶2的果胶排出口21排出,并使已被萃取完的原料残渣留在过滤网桶3内,此时只需要取出原料残渣就能进行下一次萃取工作,可达到方便使用的目的,藉上述的低脂果胶萃取装置100及低脂果胶萃取步骤,除了可达到方便使用的目的外,在使原料的果胶萃取工作能在一贯作业下完成的情况下,可减少与人接触,藉以确保食品的卫生程度。此外,还可以节省很多的人力成本,并避免人力造成的质量不均的问题产生。再者,利用转盘4产生的强劲水流,更可以大大的提高果胶的萃取效率。
以上为本案所举之实施例,仅为便于说明而设,当不能以此限制本案之意义,即大凡依所列申请专利范围所为之各种变换设计,均应包含在本案之专利范围中。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种低酯果胶萃取装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一基座,其上方设有一萃取外桶;该萃取外桶的下部侧壁上具有一果胶排出口;
    一过滤网桶,设于该萃取外桶内;
    一转盘,设于该过滤网桶内;
    一驱动电机,具有输出轴,设于该基座内;
    一传动机构,连接该驱动电机的输出轴,可分别带动该过滤网桶及该转盘转动;在该驱动电机正转时,该传动机构带动转盘转动,且不带动过滤网桶;在该驱动电机反转时,该传动机构带动该过滤网桶转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种低脂果胶萃取装置,其特征在于:上述传动机构包括:一主动轴,可转动的设于该基座内,并连接该驱动电机的输出轴,其顶端部穿过该萃取外桶及过滤网桶的底部而连接该转盘;
    一从动轴,呈管状,可转动的套设于该主动轴之外,其与该主动轴之间设有第一支撑轴承,且其顶端部穿过该萃取外桶的底部而连接该过滤网桶的底部;
    一单向传动机构,连接该主动轴及从动轴;在该驱动电机正转时,该单向传动机构不带动从动轴;在该驱动电机反转时,该单向传动机构带动从动轴及过滤网桶转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种低脂果胶萃取装置,其特征在于:上述基座内设有一固定座,该驱动电机设于该固定座上,其输出轴与该主动轴之间设有一连动机构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种低脂果胶萃取装置,其特征在于:上述单向传动机构包括:一下齿轮,紧套于该主动轴上,其顶端面设有第一斜齿牙结构;
    一中齿轮,可转动并可滑动地套设于该主动轴上,并叠设于下齿轮上方,上述中齿轮的底端面设有可与第一斜齿牙结构啮合的第二斜齿牙结构,上述中齿轮的顶端面设有第三斜齿牙结构;
    一上齿轮,可转动地套设于该主动轴上,并紧塞在该从动轴的底端部内,其不与该主动轴接触,且上述上齿轮与上述中齿轮之间具有间距,上述上齿轮的底端面设有可与第三斜齿牙结构啮合的第四斜齿牙结构。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种低脂果胶萃取装置,其特征在于:上述萃取外桶的底部具有一连通该基座内部的安装孔,和密封该安装孔的防水胶套;上述防水胶套内设有第二支撑轴承;该从动轴可转动的插置于该第二支撑轴承内;在该防水胶套的顶端部与该从动轴之间设有一密封环。
