本实用新型涉及家具领域,尤其是一种新型椅面与骨架连接结构。
背景技术
现有椅子通常一种是骨架上焊铁丝拉松紧绳式结构,该结构存在零件繁多、工序复杂、耗工耗时、效率低下的缺陷;而另一种是直接将椅子布面穿入开槽管内,该结构存在工艺要求精度高、乘坐舒适性较差的缺陷。
发明内容
为了克服已有的椅面与骨架连接结构的工序复杂、乘坐舒适性较差的不足,本实用新型提供一种装配简单、乘坐舒适性较好的新型椅面与骨架连接结构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型椅面与骨架连接结构,包括椅面和骨架,所述椅面包括背布、座布和放脚布,所述骨架包括左靠背管、右靠背管、左座管、右座管、左搁脚管和右搁脚管,所述左靠背管与所述右靠背管之间设置有所述背布,所述左座管与所述右座管之间设置有所述座布,所述左搁脚管与所述右搁脚管之间设置有所述放脚布,左靠背管、右靠背管、左座管、右座管、左搁脚管和右搁脚管均为开槽管,所述开槽管沿其长度方向上开有通槽,所述通槽的槽口朝向椅面,所述连接结构包括连接胶皮,所述连接胶皮设置在所述椅面的两侧,所述连接胶皮包括车缝部、连接部和卡接头,所述卡接头与所述车缝部通过所述连接部连接,所述车缝部车缝在椅面上,所述卡接头穿过所述通槽的槽 口卡入所述通槽内。
进一步,所述卡接头的纵剖面为底面朝向开槽管一侧的三角形。

参照图1~图4,一种新型椅面与骨架连接结构,包括椅面3和骨架,所述椅面3包括背布31、座布32和放脚布33,所述骨架包括靠背管41、左座管、右座管和搁脚管43,所述靠背管41包括左侧的左靠背管和右侧的右靠背管,所述搁脚管43包括左侧的左搁脚管和右侧的右搁脚管,所述左靠背管与所述右靠背管之间设置有所述背布31,所述左座管与所述右座管之间设置有所述座布32,所述左搁脚管与所述右搁脚管之间设置有所述放脚布33,左靠背管、右靠背管、左座管、右座管、左搁脚管和右搁脚管均为开槽管2,所述开槽管2沿其长度方向上开有通槽,所述通槽的槽口朝向椅面3,所述连接结构包括连接胶皮1,所述连接胶1皮设置在所述椅面3的两侧,所述连接胶皮1包括车缝部11、连接部12和卡接头13,所述卡接头13与所述车缝部 11通过所述连接部12连接,所述车缝部12车缝在椅面3上,所述卡接头13穿过所述通槽的槽口卡入所述通槽内。
进一步,所述卡接头13的纵剖面为底面朝向开槽管2一侧的三角形。
再进一步,所述连接部12可设置成网状或是波浪状。
本实施例中,所述连接胶皮1可以是橡胶网络胶皮也可以是塑料波纹胶皮;椅子骨架包括靠背管41、座管42、搁脚管43,座管42的后端与靠背管41的下端连接,座管42的前端与搁脚管43的上端连接;座管42上还设置有前脚管44和后脚管45,前脚管44的上端与后脚管45的上端连接,靠背管41与搁脚管43之间还设置有扶手5,扶手5的前端与搁脚管43连接,扶手5的后端与靠背管41连接,扶手5上设置有连接结构,连接结构与前脚管44和后脚管45连接,前脚管44与后脚管45之间还设置有限位管47;所述靠背管41和所述搁脚管43均为U型管,靠背管41包括左靠背管和右靠背管,座管42包括左座管和右座管,搁脚管43包括左搁脚管和右搁脚管,左靠背管、右靠背管、左座管、右座管、左搁脚管和右搁脚管均为开槽管2,开槽管2上的通槽沿着开槽管的长度方向设置;椅面3即为椅子布面,包括背布31、座布32和放脚布33,背布31、座布32和放脚布33连接成一体,背布31、座布32和放脚布33通过连接胶皮1分别与靠背管41、座管42和搁脚管43连接;拉布横管48位于靠背管41的上端,将背布31拉紧后插入靠背管41内,与其连成一体;左座管和右座管的前端设置有支撑管46,支撑管46位于座布32下方;其中左座管与左靠背管以及右座管与右靠背管均通过铆钉相连接,再通过连接胶皮1将 背布31穿入靠背管41内,座管42与搁脚管43在座布32和放脚布33部分穿入后通过螺丝相连,在椅面3穿完后再连接前脚管44、后脚管45和扶手5。
本实用新型的装配方式:先将塑料波纹胶皮的一侧车缝在椅面3的相应位置,再将骨架装配好之后将塑料波纹胶皮的卡接头穿入开槽管2内即可完成。由于塑料波纹胶皮具有一定的伸缩性,在人坐入后可以适时拉伸,使人体与椅面3增大接触面积,提高乘坐舒适性,同时在人体离开后,收缩回原来的位置使得椅面3平整。

  1. 一种新型椅面与骨架连接结构,包括椅面和骨架,所述椅面包括背布、座布和放脚布,所述骨架包括靠背管、左座管、右座管和搁脚管,所述靠背管包括左侧的左靠背管和右侧的右靠背管,所述搁脚管包括左侧的左搁脚管和右侧的右搁脚管,所述左靠背管与所述右靠背管之间设置有所述背布,所述左座管与所述右座管之间设置有所述座布,所述左搁脚管与所述右搁脚管之间设置有所述放脚布,左靠背管、右靠背管、左座管、右座管、左搁脚管和右搁脚管均为开槽管,所述开槽管沿其长度方向上开有通槽,所述通槽的槽口朝向椅面,其特征在于:所述连接结构包括连接胶皮,所述连接胶皮设置在所述椅面的两侧,所述连接胶皮包括车缝部、连接部和卡接头,所述卡接头与所述车缝部通过所述连接部连接,所述车缝部车缝在椅面上,所述卡接头穿过所述通槽的槽口卡入所述通槽内。
