Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种椅子靠背面料固定结构，包括：靠背框架，靠背框架正面的周边开设有一凹槽，还包括卡入该凹槽的框条。将面料裁好后，用面料的边缘在框条上卷一周圈，上钉车将面料的整个边缘与框条固定，确保面料的边缘不会从框条上脱落，再将带面料的框条插入该凹槽，由于人体后背往后靠时，面料受力方向与框条插入凹槽的方向大约呈90度的夹角，因此，框条不容易从凹槽内脱出。所述凹槽的深度D与宽度H的比值大于等于3:1。所述框条上开设有若干通孔，自攻螺钉的螺纹部穿过该通孔拧入该凹槽的槽底，将所述的框条固定在凹槽内。所述靠背框架开设有空腔。本实用新型具有结构简单、成本低、加工方便、废料能回收利用达到环保要求的有益效果。

本实用新型涉及一种椅子靠背面料固定结构。
背景技术
现代办公生活中，用到各式各样的椅子，椅子中用塑胶材料制作的网布椅以其新颖的款式和流畅的线条深受各种人群的喜爱，尤其是其透气功能和弹力背支撑非常符合人体工学的需要，但是在生产中遇到这样的问题：常规的网布椅如果是双层框，先将网布拉至前框的背面再打钢钉固定，这样的做法不利于材料回收，另一种是单层框，在框的前方有一条较宽的槽，生产中用钉枪头压入网布到槽中打钉固定，再加修饰用的边条塞进槽中，这样做的弊端这种修饰边条易脱落，而且还是需要打钉，不利于回收，影响环保。
实用新型内容
本实用新型根据以上不足，提供了一种椅子靠背面料固定结构，无需打钉，不用修饰边条。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种椅子靠背面料固定结构，包括：靠背框架，靠背框架正面的周边开设有一凹槽，还包括卡入该凹槽的框条。

作为优选，所述凹槽的深度D与宽度H的比值大于等于3:1。
为了固定更加牢靠，所述框条上开设有若干通孔，自攻螺钉的螺纹部穿过该通孔拧入该凹槽的槽底，将所述的框条固定在凹槽内。
所述靠背框架开设有空腔。该空腔的目的是为了减轻重量和减少材料，同时，不影响美观，该空腔被面料遮挡。
本实用新型具有结构简单、成本低、加工方便、废料能回收利用达到环保要求的有益效果。

如图所示，一种椅子靠背面料固定结构，包括：靠背框架1，靠背框架1正面的周边开设有一凹槽12，还包括卡入该凹槽12的框条2。
所述凹槽12的深度D与宽度H的比值大于等于3:1。
所述框条2上开设有若干通孔，自攻螺钉的螺纹部穿过该通孔拧入该凹槽12的槽底，将所述的框条2固定在凹槽12内。
所述靠背框架1开设有空腔13。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种椅子靠背面料固定结构，其特征是，所述框条（2）上开设有若干通孔，自攻螺钉的螺纹部穿过该通孔拧入该凹槽（12）的槽底，将所述的框条（2）固定在凹槽（12）内。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种椅子靠背面料固定结构，其特征是，所述靠背框架（1）开设有空腔（13）。
