Description

具有触控功能的显示面板及其控制方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,尤其是涉及一种具有触控功能的显示面板及其控制方法。
【背景技术】
现有的内嵌式自电容多点触控技术中,在显示屏上下玻璃基板之间布置电极,电极阵列布满整面。电极可由任意导电层任意导电材料构成。自电容只需要单一触控电极即可,通过触控电极与触摸物体之间形成的电容来判断触摸事件,并通过相邻触控电极测得的电容大小进行权重计算得到触点位置。如图1所示,显示屏内所有触控电极11逐一引出至触控扫描芯片12,每个触控电极11一个引线13引出至触控扫描芯片12。触控扫描芯片12对所有内置触控电极11单独扫描以判断触摸事件。例如,一块6 寸屏,要求触控解析度为24*13时,引出至触控扫描芯片12的引线13共有312个,不适合量产。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有触控功能的显示面板及其控制方法,能够大大减少引线数量,减少制程,并实现更高的触控采样频率,获得更好的触控效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种具有触控功能的显示面板,显示面板包括显示组件和触控组件,其中触控组件包括触控扫描芯片、扫描选择器以及多个触控电极,多个触控电极连接至扫描选择器,扫描选择器连接至触控扫描芯片,触控扫描芯片输出选择信号至扫描选择器,以将触控电极选择性连接至触控扫描芯片,进而由触控扫描芯片依次对触控电极执行触控扫描动作,其中扫描选择器用于连接触控电极的端口数量大于触控电极用于连接触控扫描芯片的端口数量;其中,扫描选择器包括多个开关元件,选择信号控制开关元件进行选择性导通或关闭,进而将触控电极选择性连接至触控扫描芯片;显示组件包括多条平行设置的栅极线以及栅极驱动器,栅极驱动器依次对栅极线执行栅极扫描动作,其中在相邻的栅极扫描动作之间设置有间隔时段,触控扫描芯片在间隔时段执行触控扫描动作。
其中,显示组件进一步包括多条平行设置且与栅极线绝缘交叉的数据线以及数据驱动器,栅极线和数据线定义多个以阵列方式排布的像素区域,显示组件进一步包括设置于每一像素区域的TFT和像素电极,其中TFT的栅极连接对应的栅极线,TFT的源极连接对应的数据线,TFT的漏极连接像素电极。
其中,显示组件进一步包括公共电极,公共电极与像素电极对向设置,多个触控电极由公共电极划分而成。
其中,触控电极成矩形设置,且呈矩阵排列,触控组件进一步包括数量与触控电极相同的多条引线,触控电极通过对应的引线连接至扫描选择器,其中引线与触控电极设置于不同层。
其中,触控电极的数量小于栅极线的数量,以使得触控扫描芯片每一显示帧内对每一触控电极执行至少两次触控检测动作。
其中,栅极线的数量为触控电极的数量的整数倍。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种具有触控功能的显示面板,显示面板包括显示组件和触控组件,其中触控组件包括触控扫描芯片、扫描选择器以及多个触控电极,多个触控电极连接至扫描选择器,扫描选择器连接至触控扫描芯片,触控扫描芯片输出选择信号至扫描选择器,以将触控电极选择性连接至触控扫描芯片,进而由触控扫描芯片依次对触控电极执行触控扫描动作,其中扫描选择器用于连接触控电极的端口数量大于触控电极用于连接触控扫描芯片的端口数量。
其中,扫描选择器包括多个开关元件,选择信号控制开关元件进行选择性导通或关闭,进而将触控电极选择性连接至触控扫描芯片。
其中,显示组件包括多条平行设置的栅极线以及栅极驱动器,栅极驱动器依次对栅极线执行栅极扫描动作,其中在相邻的栅极扫描动作之间设置有间隔时段,触控扫描芯片在间隔时段执行触控扫描动作。

其中,显示组件包括多条平行设置的栅极线以及栅极驱动器,栅极驱动器依次对栅极线执行栅极扫描动作,其中在相邻的栅极扫描动作之间设置有间隔时段,其中在间隔时段执行由触控扫描芯片对所连接的触控电极执行触控扫描动作的步骤。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的显示面板包括显示组件和触控组件,其中触控组件包括触控扫描芯片、扫描选择器以及多个触控电极,多个触控电极连接至扫描选择器,扫描选择器连接至触控扫描芯片,触控扫描芯片输出选择信号至扫描选择器,以将触控电极选择性连接至触控扫描芯片,进而由触控扫描芯片依次对触控电极执行触控扫描动作,其中扫描选择器用于连接触控电极的端口数量大于触控电极用于连接触控扫描芯片的端口数量,能够大大减少引线数量,减少制程,并实现更高的触控采样频率,获得更好的触控效果。

请参阅图2-3,图2是本发明实施例的具有触控功能的显示面板中的触控组件的结构示意图。如图2所示,具有触控功能的显示面板包括显示组件21和触控组件22,其中触控组件22包括触控扫描芯片220、扫描选择器221以及多个触控电极222,多个触控电极222连接至扫描选择器221,扫描选择器221连接至触控扫描芯片220,触控扫描芯片220输出选择信号223至扫描选择器221,以将触控电极222选择性连接至触控扫描芯片220,进而由触控扫描芯片220依次对触控电极222执行触控扫描动作,其中扫描选择器221用于连接触控电极222的端口数量大于触控电极222用于连接触控扫描芯片220的端口数量。
扫描选择器221包括多个开关元件224,选择信号223控制开关元件224进行选择性导通或关闭,进而将触控电极222选择性连接至触控扫描芯片220。触控电极222成矩形设置,且呈矩阵排列,触控组件22进一步包括数量与触控电极222相同的多条引线225,触控电极222通过对应的引线225连接至扫描选择器221。
图3是本发明实施例的具有触控功能的显示面板中的显示组件的结构示意图。如图3所示,显示组件21包括多条平行设置的栅极线Gn、Gn+1以及栅极驱动器210、多条平行设置且与栅极线Gn、Gn+1绝缘交叉的数据线Dn、Dn+1以及数据驱动器211。栅极线Gn、Gn+1和数据线Dn、Dn+1定义多个以阵列方式排布的像素区域P1。显示组件21进一步包括公共电极212、以及设置于每一像素区域的TFT 213和像素电极214。公共电极212与像素电极214对向设置。TFT 213的栅极连接对应的栅极线Gn、Gn+1,TFT 213的源极连接对应的数据线Dn、Dn+1,TFT 213的漏极连接像素电极214。栅极驱动器210依次对栅极线Gn、Gn+1执行栅极扫描动作,其中在相邻的栅极扫描动作之间设置有间隔时段,触控扫描芯片220在间隔时段执行触控扫描动作。
在本发明实施例中,多个触控电极222由公共电极212划分而成,具体地,触控电极222可以直接采用显示组件21中的公共电极212来实现;也可以用其它方法来布置触控电极,如在彩膜基板侧用金属或ITO层制作公共电极层,作为触控电极。引线225与触控电极222设置于不同层。如引线225可以布线于显示面板的黑矩阵区域,以避免开口率的损失。
在本发明实施例中,通过配以分时驱动分别驱动显示组件21和触控组件22。触控扫描芯片220输出选择信号223,选择信号223包括控制信号226和扫描信号227。选择信号223协调触控组件22与显示组件21的工作时序,通过控制信号226选择扫描信号227输入的通道,即输入至哪个触控电极222。具体地,控制信号226控制扫描选择器221中的开关元件224,逐一闭合开关元件224,实现双向导通的信号传输通道,即使扫描信号通过引线225传输至触控电极,或感测触控信号以进行权重计算,得出触控的精确位置。其中扫描选择器221用于连接触控电极222的端口数量即为触控电极222的数量,也即引线225的数量,而触控电极222用于连接触控扫描芯片220的端口数量即为触控扫描芯片220输出选择信号223的数量,从图2中可知引线225的数量远大于选择信号223的数量,因此扫描选择器221用于连接触控电极222的端口数量大于触控电极222用于连接触控扫描芯片220的端口数量,如此能够大大减少引线数量,减少制程。例如,对于6inch屏,触控电极222用于连接触控扫描芯片220的端口数量由原有的300多根减为20根以内。
触控组件22与显示组件21的工作时序如图4所示,图中最后一个时序表示触控组件22的驱动信号,而其他时序表示显示组件21的栅极的行驱动信号。显示组件21上一行与下一行的行驱动信号之间的间隙称之为H Blanking时间,显示组件21第一帧和第二帧之前的间隙称之为V Blanking时间。在H Blanking时间段和V Blanking时间段中,栅极线和数据线都没有传输信号。假设显示组件21的栅极的行驱动信号共n行,则可以获得n个时间间隙,包括H Blanking时间段和V Blanking时间段。触控组件22的扫描可安排在这n个时间间隙中。
在本发明实施例中,触控电极222的数量小于栅极线Gn、Gn+1的数量,栅极线Gn、Gn+1的数量为触控电极222的数量的整数倍,以使得触控扫描芯片220每一显示帧内对每一触控电极222执行至少两次触控检测动作。例如,由显示组件21的公共电极分成的触控电极共m个,在同一帧显示时间内n个H Blanking时间段中对m个触控电极逐一进行扫描采集触控数据。如果在一帧显示时间内,对m个触控电极逐一扫描完一轮,则触控采样频率等于显示刷新频率,即60Hz。而如果在一帧显示时间内,对触控电极扫描完两轮,则触控采样频率为120Hz。以此类推,可自由调控触控采样频率,如此可以实现更高的触控采样频率,获得更好的触控效果。
图5是本发明实施例的触控功能的显示面板的控制方法的流程示意图。显示面板包括显示组件和触控组件,其中触控组件包括触控扫描芯片、与触控扫描芯片连接的扫描选择器以及与扫描选择器连接的多个触控电极。如图5所示,触控功能的显示面板的控制方法包括:
步骤S10:由触控扫描芯片输出选择信号至扫描选择器,以将触控电极选择性连接至触控扫描芯片。
在步骤S10中,扫描选择器包括多个开关元件,选择信号控制开关元件进行选择性导通或关闭,进而将触控电极选择性连接至触控扫描芯片。触控电极成矩形设置,且呈矩阵排列,触控组件进一步包括数量与触控电极相同的多条引线触控电极通过对应的引线连接至扫描选择器。
显示组件包括多条平行设置的栅极线以及栅极驱动器、多条平行设置且与栅极线绝缘交叉的数据线以及数据驱动器。栅极线和数据线定义多个以阵列方式排布的像素区域。显示组件进一步包括公共电极、以及设置于每一像素区域的TFT和像素电极。公共电极与像素电极对向设置。TFT的栅极连接对应的栅极线,TFT的源极连接对应的数据线,TFT的漏极连接像素电极。多个触控电极由公共电极划分而成,具体地,触控电极可以直接采用显示组件中的公共电极来实现;也可以用其它方法来布置触控电极,如在彩膜基板侧用金属或ITO层制作公共电极层,作为触控电极。引线与触控电极设置于不同层。如引线可以布线于显示面板的黑矩阵区域,以避免开口率的损失。扫描选择器用于连接触控电极的端口数量即为触控电极的数量,也即引线的数量,而触控电极用于连接触控扫描芯片的端口数量即为触控扫描芯片输出选择信号的数量,引线的数量远大于选择信号的数量,因此扫描选择器用于连接触控电极的端口数量大于触控电极用于连接触控扫描芯片的端口数量,如此能够大大减少引线数量,减少制程。例如,对于6inch屏,触控电极用于连接触控扫描芯片的端口数量由原有的300多根减为20根以内。
步骤S11:由触控扫描芯片对所连接的触控电极执行触控扫描动作。
在显示组件中,在相邻的栅极扫描动作之间设置有间隔时段,在间隔时段执行由触控扫描芯片对所连接的触控电极执行触控扫描动作的步骤。在本发明实施例中,显示组件上一行与下一行的行驱动信号之间的间隙称之为H Blanking时间,显示组件第一帧和第二帧之前的间隙称之为V Blanking时间。在H Blanking时间段和V Blanking时间段中,栅极线和数据线都没有传输信号。假设显示组件的栅极的行驱动信号共n行,则可以获得n个时间间隙,包括H Blanking时间段和V Blanking时间段。触控组件的扫描可安排在这n个时间间隙中。
在本发明实施例中,触控电极的数量小于栅极线的数量,栅极线的数量为触控电极的数量的整数倍,以使得触控扫描芯片每一显示帧内对每一触控电极执行至少两次触控检测动作。例如,由显示组件的公共电极分成的触控电极共m个,在同一帧显示时间内n个H Blanking时间段中对m个触控电极逐一进行扫描采集触控数据。如果在一帧显示时间内,对m个触控电极逐一扫描完一轮,则触控采样频率等于显示刷新频率,即60Hz。而如果在一帧显示时间内,对触控电极扫描完两轮,则触控采样频率为120Hz。以此类推,可自由调控触控采样频率,如此可以实现更高的触控采样频率,获得更好的触控效果。
综上所述,本发明的显示面板包括显示组件和触控组件,其中触控组件包括触控扫描芯片、扫描选择器以及多个触控电极,多个触控电极连接至扫描选择器,扫描选择器连接至触控扫描芯片,触控扫描芯片输出选择信号至扫描选择器,以将触控电极选择性连接至触控扫描芯片,进而由触控扫描芯片依次对触控电极执行触控扫描动作,其中扫描选择器用于连接触控电极的端口数量大于触控电极用于连接触控扫描芯片的端口数量,能够大大减少引线数量,减少制程,并实现更高的触控采样频率,获得更好的触控效果。

  1. 一种具有触控功能的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括显示组件和触控组件,其中所述触控组件包括触控扫描芯片、扫描选择器以及多个触控电极,所述多个触控电极连接至所述扫描选择器,所述扫描选择器连接至所述触控扫描芯片,所述触控扫描芯片输出选择信号至所述扫描选择器,以将所述触控电极选择性连接至所述触控扫描芯片,进而由所述触控扫描芯片依次对所述触控电极执行触控扫描动作,其中所述扫描选择器用于连接所述触控电极的端口数量大于所述触控电极用于连接所述触控扫描芯片的端口数量;

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示组件进一步包括公共电极,所述公共电极与所述像素电极对向设置,所述多个触控电极由所述公共电极划分而成。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控电极成矩形设置,且呈矩阵排列,所述触控组件进一步包括数量与所述触控电极相同的多条引线,所述触控电极通过对应的引线连接至所述扫描选择器,其中所述引线与所述触控电极设置于不同层。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控电极的数量小于所述栅极线的数量,以使得所述触控扫描芯片每一显示帧内对每一触控电极执行至少两次触控检测动作。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述栅极线的数量为所述触控电极的数量的整数倍。
  7. 一种具有触控功能的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括显示组件和触控组件,其中所述触控组件包括触控扫描芯片、扫描选择器以及多个触控电极,所述多个触控电极连接至所述扫描选择器,所述扫描选择器连接至所述触控扫描芯片,所述触控扫描芯片输出选择信号至所述扫描选择器,以将所述触控电极选择性连接至所述触控扫描芯片,进而由所述触控扫描芯片依次对所述触控电极执行触控扫描动作,其中所述扫描选择器用于连接所述触控电极的端口数量大于所述触控电极用于连接所述触控扫描芯片的端口数量。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述扫描选择器包括多个开关元件,所述选择信号控制所述开关元件进行选择性导通或关闭,进而将所述触控电极选择性连接至所述触控扫描芯片。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示组件包括多条平行设置的栅极线以及栅极驱动器,所述栅极驱动器依次对所述栅极线执行栅极扫描动作,其中在相邻的栅极扫描动作之间设置有间隔时段,所述触控扫描芯片在所述间隔时段执行所述触控扫描动作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示组件进一步包括多条平行设置且与所述栅极线绝缘交叉的数据线以及数据驱动器,所述栅极线和所述数据线定义多个以阵列方式排布的像素区域,所述显示组件进一步包括设置于每一所述像素区域的TFT和像素电极,其中所述TFT的栅极连接对应的所述栅极线,所述TFT的源极连接对应的所述数据线,所述TFT的漏极连接所述像素电极。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示组件进一步包括公共电极,所述公共电极与所述像素电极对向设置,所述多个触控电极由所述公共电极划分而成。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控电极成矩形设置,且呈矩阵排列,所述触控组件进一步包括数量与所述触控电极相同的多条引线,所述触控电极通过对应的引线连接至所述扫描选择器,其中所述引线与所述触控电极设置于不同层。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述触控电极的数量小于所述栅极线的数量,以使得所述触控扫描芯片每一显示帧内对每一触控电极执行至少两次触控检测动作。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述栅极线的数量为所述触控电极的数量的整数倍。
  15. 一种触控功能的显示面板的控制方法,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括显示组件和触控组件,其中所述触控组件包括触控扫描芯片、与所述触控扫描芯片连接的扫描选择器以及与所述扫描选择器连接的多个触控电极,所述控制方法包括:
    由所述触控扫描芯片输出选择信号至所述扫描选择器,以将所述触控电极选择性连接至所述触控扫描芯片;
    由所述触控扫描芯片对所连接的所述触控电极执行触控扫描动作。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述显示组件包括多条平行设置的栅极线以及栅极驱动器,所述栅极驱动器依次对所述栅极线执行栅极扫描动作,其中在相邻的栅极扫描动作之间设置有间隔时段,其中在所述间隔时段执行所述由所述触控扫描芯片对所连接的所述触控电极执行触控扫描动作的步骤。
