Abstract

L'invention concerne une pompe à haute pression pour un système d'injection de carburant notamment un système d'injection à rampe de distribution commune, comprenant une partie carter (1), laquelle est au moins partiellement fabriquée en matière plastique et forme un espace de mécanisme moteur (2). Un trou cylindrique (3), dans lequel est accueillie une douille (4) servant au guidage d'un corps de poussoir (5) d'un sous-ensemble poussoir (6), débouche dans l'espace de mécanisme moteur (2). Selon l'invention, la douille (4) est enrobée ou surmoulée par la matière plastique de la partie carter (1). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication d'une telle pompe à haute pression.
