La présente invention relève du domaine technologique des équipements de cuisson. Problème à résoudre : Dans les équipements de cuisson classiques, la structure inférieure à la porte du four requiert la présence d'un bord obligatoirement concave présentant une courbure vers l'intérieur déterminée, de manière à permettre le basculement et l'ouverture intégrale de la porte du four. La forme de la structure de fermeture inférieure implique une augmentation du coût de production de l'équipement de cuisson, cette structure de fermeture devant en outre être fabriquée en un matériau spécial normalement plus onéreux. Par ailleurs, il existe des modèles d'équipements de cuisson dont l'ouverture de la porte s'effectue par mouvement linéaire-longitudinal. Dans ce cas, la manipulation de la porte requiert beaucoup de force de la part de l'utilisateur. Résolution du problème : L'invention concerne un système d'articulation de porte d'équipement de cuisson, dont la porte articulable comprend en outre au moins un organe saillant, lequel produit, à partir de la mise en mouvement angulaire de la porte articulable, un mouvement angulaire à trajectoire excentrique par rapport à l'axe d'articulation. Une interférence physique entre l'organe saillant et au moins un segment du châssis structural permet à la porte articulable d'effectuer, directement ou indirectement, un mouvement angulaire et un mouvement linéaire de manière simultanée.
