Abstract

طريقة لتبريد ماء محركات الاحتراق الداخلي الميكانيكية التي تحتاج إلى مشع بطريقة فعالة دون التأثر بحرارة الطقس الخارجية خصوصاً عند ارتفاع درجة حرارة الطقس وذلك بعمل صندوق تبريد (1) مثبت في أحد جانبيه المشع (6) مع وجود فتحتين في جانبي الصندوق (1) لتمديد خرطوشي المشع (6) داخل الصندوق (1) لدخول ماء المحرك إلى المشع (6) وخروج الماء منه عبر تلك الخرطوشين ويثبت في الجانب الآخر من الصندوق (1) في الجهة المقابلة للمشع (6) مبخر (19) دورة تبريد مع عمل فتحتين أخرى في جانبي الصندوق (1) لتمديد مواسيرمبخر (19) دورة التبريد المتصلة بضاغط تبريد (23) مثبت على حامل خارج صندوق التبريد (1)، ويزود هذا المبخر(19) بمروحة شفط (21) تشفط الهواء البارد من المبخر (19) إلى المشع (6) داخل الصندوق (1) لتبريد المشع (6) وتشتيت حرارته وإتمام عملية التبادل الحراري وبذلك يتم تبريد ماء المحرك بصندوق تبريد مزود بضاغط تبريد لمحركات الاحتراق الداخلي الميكانيكية التي تحتاج إلى المشع بطريقة فعالة دون التأثر بحرارة الطقس الخارجية خصوصاً عند ارتفاع درجة حرارة الطقس بمعنى أنه يصبح لدينا صندوق تبادل حراري. أنظر إلى الشكل (1).
