본 발명은 주행 중 자동차가 갑자기 고장이 나거나 정차할 수밖에 없을 때 자동차 철판 몸체 외부에 자석의 힘으로 붙일 수 있도록 형성된 교통안전 LED 화살표 표시장치에 관한 것이다.
고속도로 등에서 주행 중에 갑자기 사고가 나거나 차량의 고장이 발생하였을 경우 뒤따르는 자동차와의 충돌을 방지하기 위하여 차 밖으로 나가서 상당한 거리 뒤 또는 차량 위에 적색의 삼각표지판을 설치하게 되는데 엄청난 속도로 질주해 오는 차량들이 삼각표지판을 식별하지 못하는 경우가 많이 발생할 뿐 아니라 2차, 3차 충돌사고로 이어지곤 하였다.
종래 안전표지판으로서, KR1020120108407 A에 보관 및 설치가 용이한 절첩식 삼각 안전표시판이 공지되어 있으며, JP3011868 U에 LED가 설치된 화살표 안전표시판이 공지되어 있다. 상기 JP3011868 U는 단지 LED 화살표 표시판에 불과하며, 절첩식, 높이조절, 사이렌 소리발생 등의 실용적이고 효과적인 LED 표시장치가 되지 못하였다.
이건 발명과 동일 발명자가 일자형으로 단순하게 절첩하여 보관하였다가 긴급히 사용해야 할 상황이 발생하였을 때 간편하게 화살표를 펼쳐 LED를 점등할 수 있도록 형성된 화살표 표시장치를 개발하여 등록받은 기술이 KR101388725 B1에 공지되어 있다.
그러나 상기 KR101388725 B1은 버스 등과 같이 높이가 높은 차량의 뒤에 부착할 수 없는 구조이며, 또한 넓은 고속도로와 같이 많은 차량이 움직이고 있는 곳에서 사고가 발생한 경우 바로 뒤의 자동차 외에는 LED 화살표시를 보기 어려운 점이 있었으며, 또한 막상 사고가 발생하게 되면 그 주변의 모든 차량이 2차, 3차의 사고위험을 안고 있는 상황임을 감안하면 사이렌과 같은 긴급상황임을 알리는 스피커 소리를 LED 화살표의 점등과 함께 발생함으로써 주변 또는 뒤따르는 자동차의 속도를 신속하게 감속시키게 할 수 있고 화살표 방향으로 천천히 피해가도록 유도하는데 매우 효과적이라는 것을 파악할 수 있었다.
따라서 평소에는 일자형으로 단순하게 절첩하여 보관하였다가 긴급히 사용해야 할 상황이 발생하였을 때 간편하게 화살표를 펼쳐 만들어 LED 화살표를 점등함과 동시에 스피커 소리를 발생시켜 주변 또는 뒤따르는 자동차들이 신속하게 감속하고 피할 수 있도록 해 주고, 또한 자동차 위, 뒤 또는 측면에 부착할 수 있는 개선된 화살표 표시장치가 요망되었다.
본 발명은 평소에는 단순하게 일자 형태로 절첩하여 운전석 부근에 보관하였다가 사고 등으로 긴급히 사용해야 할 때 간편하게 화살표를 펼쳐 만들어 LED 화살표를 점등함과 동시에 스피커 소리를 발생시켜 주변 또는 뒤따르는 자동차들이 신속하게 감속하고 피할 수 있도록 해 주고, 또한 자동차 위, 뒤 또는 측면에 부착할 수 있는 개선된 화살표 표시장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 하단에 받침대(115)가 형성되고, 상단에 화살표중심대(120) 중간부위와 소정의 각도로 회전가능하도록 힌지결합부(129)가 형성되며, 안테나식으로 높이 조절을 할 수 있도록 형성되며, 배터리가 삽입되는 배터리실(112), 스피커(113) 및 전원버튼(114)이 형성된 몸체(110)와;
상기 화살표중심대(120)은 적색계통의 색깔을 가진 플라스틱 케이스로 형성되고 내부에 다수개의 LED가 형성되며, 몸체(110)와 일자로 포개질 수 있고 힌지결합부(129)를 중심으로 양 방향 회전시켜 몸체(110)와 최대 직각이 될 수 있도록 형성된 것이며;
상기 화살표중심대(120)의 한 쪽 끝부분과 제1날개(131) 및 제2날개(132)의 끝부분이 회전가능하도록 힌지결합부(141,142)를 형성한 것이며;
상기 제1날개(131) 및 제2날개(132)는 화살표중심대(120)와 일자로 포개질 수 있고 힌지결합부(141,1142)를 중심으로 각기 화살표중심대(120)와 최대 50도까지 벌릴 수 있도록 형성되며 최대각도로 벌린 상태에서 두 날개의 끝부분이 서로 접함과 동시에 화살표중심대(131)의 끝부분에 형성된 돌출턱(124)와 접함으로써 두 날개가 더 벌어지지 않도록 형성된 것이며, 또한 제1날개(131) 및 제2날개(132)는 적색계통의 색깔을 가진 플라스틱 케이스로 형성되고 내부에 다수개의 LED가 형성된 것이며;
상기 몸체(110)의 하단에 일체로 형성된 받침대(115)에는 자석이 형성된 것이며;

상기 화살표중심대(120), 제1날개(131) 및 제2날개(132)에 형성된 LED의 점멸과 스피커의 소리발생을 제어할 수 있도록 몸체 내부에 형성된 제어부;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차에 붙이는 절첩식 화살표 표시장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 중심을 이루는 몸체(110)는 그 하단에는 자석이 설치된 받침대가 형성되어 자동차 철판 몸체 위에 올려 세워서 붙일 수 있도록 형성되며, 몸체 상부에는 화살표중심대 중간정도의 부분과 소정의 각도 회전가능하도록 힌지결합부가 형성되어 있으며, 몸체에는 버스 등과 같이 높이가 높은 차량의 앞, 뒤 또는 측면에 부착할 수 있도록 하기 위한 탈착식측면자석부(151)이 장착된다.

본 발명의 명세서에서 본 발명의 몸체를 세운 상태를 기준으로 하여 전원버턴이 있는 쪽을 전면, 받침대 쪽이 저면, 화살대중심대와 결합하는 쪽이 상부로 된다.

몸체(110)를 길게 할 때 높이조절버튼(111)을 눌리고 몸체 길이방향으로 당겨서 빼게 되며, 도 1은 2단으로 형성되어 있으며 최대 높이는 약 50cm정도이다.
배터리실(112)에는 배터리가 삽입되며, 현재 배터리 연속 사용수명은 1시간 정도이며, 이러한 배터리 상태는 몇 차례 사건현장에서의 화살표 표시장치 점등을 제공할 수 있는 정도의 것이며, 배터리의 성능이 계속해서 진화하는 것을 고려하면 사용시간이 늘어날 것이다. 배터리의 교체 또는 충전해야 할지 여부는 전원버튼(114)을 눌러서 LED의 발광상태에 의해 알 수 있다.
몸체에는 스피커(113)이 설치되어 있으며, 전원버턴(114)을 누르면 LED 램프들이 반짝이며 동시에 스피커에서 사이렌 등의 소리를 발생하도록 형성된다. 이러한 스피커 소리는 전원버턴(114)을 한 번 더 눌림으로써 없앨 수 있도록 형성될 수 있다.
화살표중심대(120), 제1날개(131) 및 제2날개(132)의 LED의 점등은 여러 가지 시간차로 점등할 수 있으며, 힌지결합부(141,142)가 있는 화살표 머리부분에서 시작하여 반대쪽 끝부분 쪽으로 시간차를 두고 점등함으로써 마치 화살이 움직이듯이 점등하도록 할 수 있으며, 이러한 점등은 몸체 내부에 설치되는 제어부에 의해 제어된다.
도 2는 본 발명의 높이를 높이지 않고 화살표를 펼친 상태의 후면을 보여주는 것이며, 몸체(110)의 상단과 화살표중심대(120)의 중간부분과 결합되어 있는 힌지결합부(129)를 보여주고 있으며, 또한 제1날개(131) 및 제2날개(132)의 한쪽 끝부분이 화살표중심대(120)의 한쪽 끝부분과 힌지결합(141,142)하여 화살표 머리를 형성하는 것으로 보여주고 있다.
두 날개는 힌지결합부(141,142)를 중심으로 돌려서 벌리게 되면 화살표중심대(120)와 함께 화살표 모양을 형성하며, 두 날개는 각기 화살표중심대(120)와 이루는 각도가 최대 50도 정도까지 벌릴 수 있으며, 최대로 벌린 상태에서 힌지결합부(141,142)를 중심으로 돌아가던 두 날개의 끝부분이 서로 부딪히게 되고, 동시에 두 날개의 끝부분이 돌출턱(124)에 부딪혀 날개가 더 이상 돌지 못하도록 형성된 것이다.
제1날개(131)과 제2날개(132)를 접어서 화살표중심대(120)와 일자로 서로 나란히 포갠 다음, 화살표중심대(120)를 돌려서 몸체(110)과 일자가 되도록 포개서 접게 되면, 도 3 및 도 4와 같이 일자 모양으로 작고 단순한 모양으로 되어 보관하기도 쉬워서 운전석에서 손이 닿을 수 있는 거리에 보관할 수 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일자로 접은 상태에서 탈부착식측면자석부(151)의 부착상태를 보여주는 사시도이며, 탈부착식측면자석부(151)에는 자석(119)이 설치되어 본 발명의 후면으로 자동차 외면에 붙일 수 있도록 형성된 것이다. 이 탈부착식측면자석부(151)는 빼 낼 수 있고 사용을 위해 몸체(110)에 끼워서 부착하여 둘 수 있으며, 이는 자동차 종류에 따라 사용할 수 있고 사용하지 않을 수 있는데, 예를 들면 버스에서는 차량 뒤에 붙이기 위해 사용하는 것이 좋으며, 승용차는 위에 올려놓기 좋으므로 사용하지 않아도 될 것이므로 분리해 둘 수 있을 것이다.
도 6에서 보는 바와 같이, 몸체(110) 하단에 3개의 돌출부로 형성된 받침대(115)에 각기 자석이 설치되어 있으며, 이는 승용차 등의 차량의 철판 몸체 위에 세우게 되면 자력에 의해 몸체의 선 상태를 유지하도록 해 주며, 승용차 등은 높이가 비교적 낮기 때문에 몸체를 빼내 높이를 높게 하여 설치하게 되면 뒤에서 달려오는 차량들이 보다 빨리 화살표를 볼 수 있도록 해 줄 것이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 탈부착식측면자석부(151)를 도시한 것으로 몸체(110) 후측에서 눌러 끼우기 쉽도록 자 모양의 일 측 단면임을 알 수 있으며, 부착 시 차량에 본 발명의 장치를 부착시켜 줄 자석(159)이 형성되어 있다.
본 발명의 구성은 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며 통상의 기술 범주 내에서 실시할 수 있는 다양한 실시예를 포함하는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하단에 받침대(115)가 형성되고, 상단에 화살표중심대(120) 중간부위와 소정의 각도로 회전가능하도록 힌지결합부(129)가 형성되며, 안테나식으로 높이 조절을 할 수 있도록 형성되며, 배터리가 삽입되는 배터리실(112), 스피커(113) 및 전원버튼(114)이 형성된 몸체(110)와;
    상기 화살표중심대(120)은 적색계통의 색깔을 가진 플라스틱 케이스로 형성되고 내부에 다수개의 LED가 형성되며, 몸체(110)와 일자로 포개질 수 있고 힌지결합부(129)를 중심으로 양 방향 회전시켜 몸체(110)와 최대 직각이 될 수 있도록 형성된 것이며;
    상기 화살표중심대(120)의 한 쪽 끝부분과 제1날개(131) 및 제2날개(132)의 끝부분이 회전가능하도록 힌지결합부(141,142)를 형성한 것이며;
    상기 제1날개(131) 및 제2날개(132)는 화살표중심대(120)와 길이방향으로 각기 포개질 수 있고 힌지결합부(141,1142)를 중심으로 각기 화살표중심대(120)와 최대 50도까지 벌릴 수 있도록 형성되며 최대각도로 벌린 상태에서 두 날개의 끝부분이 서로 접함과 동시에 화살표중심대(131)의 끝부분에 형성된 돌출턱(124)와 접하게 됨으로써 두 날개가 더 벌어지지 않도록 형성된 것이며, 또한 제1날개(131) 및 제2날개(132)는 적색계통의 색깔을 가진 플라스틱 케이스로 형성되고 내부에 다수개의 LED가 형성된 것이며;
    상기 몸체(110)의 하단에 일체로 형성된 받침대(115)에는 자석이 형성된 것이며;
    상기 몸체(110)에 끼우고 빼고 하면서 몸체(110)에 탈부착할 수 있도록 형성되고 자석이 설치된 탈부착식측면자석부(151) 및;
    상기 화살표중심대(120), 제1날개(131) 및 제2날개(132)에 형성된 LED의 점멸과 스피커의 소리발생을 제어할 수 있도록 몸체 내부에 형성된 제어부;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차에 붙이는 절첩식 화살표 표시장치.
