Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé et à un dispositif pour la mise en œuvre dudit procédé, pour séparer les constituants présents dans des mélanges de liquides, de gaz et de vapeurs, ayant recours à des principes gravimétriques et, à la différence de mouvements transversaux (largement répandus), produisant des indices d'efficacité beaucoup plus élevés, grâce également à la dynamique d'un retour inverse en trois dimensions. Le procédé est du type qui assure l'exécution des étapes suivantes : la création d'un flux horizontal desdits mélanges de fluides, lesdites fractions étant disposées sur différents niveaux en fonction de leur densité ; et le soutirage desdites fractions par des moyens de soutirage disposés sur chacun desdits niveaux, la séparation desdites fractions étant obtenue par le seul effet de la gravité et de la poussée hydrostatique qui dérive de celle-ci. Le procédé est caractérisé par l'utilisation d'un moyen installé pour délimiter les zones dans lesquelles le flux est exclusivement vertical et non perturbé par ledit flux horizontal, de manière à favoriser ladite séparation. Parce que non perturbés par des turbulences et des mouvements transversaux, lesdits mouvements verticaux produisent des mouvements horizontaux supplémentaires formés par des fluides de différente densité. Le dispositif (A) est du type qui comprend : un moyen installé pour créer un flux horizontal desdits mélanges de fluides, de manière telle que lesdites fractions sont disposées sur différents niveaux en fonction de leur densité ; des moyens de soutirage situés sur chacun desdits niveaux, installés pour soutirer individuellement lesdites fractions, la séparation desdites fractions étant obtenue par le seul effet de la gravité et de la poussée hydrostatique qui dérive de celle-ci. Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un premier bloc et un second bloc (B, C), chacun comprenant une pluralité de canaux verticaux, installés pour délimiter les zones dans lesquelles le flux est exclusivement vertical et non perturbé par ledit flux horizontal, lesdits blocs (B, C) étant introduits dans un récipient, de manière à former : un premier espace (2) entre lesdits blocs (B, C) ; un deuxième espace (3) situé au-dessus dudit premier bloc (B) ; un troisième espace (4) situé au-dessous dudit deuxième bloc (C) ; et en ce qu'il comprend en outre : un moyen d'entrée (5, 5a), disposé en correspondance avec une première extrémité dudit premier espace (2) ; et des moyens de soutirage (6, 6a), (7, 7a), (8, 8a) disposés en correspondance avec une seconde extrémité desdits premier, deuxième et troisième espaces (2, 3, 4). Lorsque tout le volume compris dans ledit récipient (1) est rempli dudit mélange de fluides de densité différente, lesdits fluides sont : amenés à circuler dans ledit récipient (1) en passant par ledit moyen d'entrée (5, 5a) ; soutirés dudit récipient (1) en passant par lesdits moyens de soutirage (6, 6a), (7, 7a), (8, 8a), ledit soutirage étant différencié en fonction de la différence de densité du fluide.
