- 一种风车式搅拌机,包括伸缩杆、搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆一端是手柄,另一端是“U”型杆,所述的搅拌装置包括电机和滚筒,所述电机包括转子和固定轴,所述电机转子固定在滚筒空腔内并带动滚筒一起转动,所述固定轴两端固定在所述伸缩杆“U”型杆上,所述滚筒外圆周固定有多片“E”型片。
- 如权利要求1所述的风车式搅拌机,其特征在于:所述电机为直流电机。
- 如权利要求2所述的风车式搅拌机,其特征在于:所述的“E”型片是焊接在所述的滚筒外圆周上并沿径向呈不规则排列。
- 如权利要求3所述的风车式搅拌机,其特征在于:所述的滚筒两端具有密封盖板,所述的电机转子通过密封盖板固定在所述滚筒内腔内。
- 如权利要求4所述的风车式搅拌机,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆“U”型杆端安装有电器控制箱,所述控制箱一面是挡泥板,控制箱内腔安装有集成控制器、直流电源,所述集成控制器与电源、电机电连接,用于控制直流电源充放电、电机正、反转或关断电源。
