Description

一种风车式搅拌机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌机,尤其是一种用于野外搅拌沙堆的搅拌机。
背景技术
现有的搅拌机一方面大型的笨重移动不方便,小型的搅拌机效率又很低,现有的搅拌机搅拌的沙堆半径都是搅拌机的搅拌叶片半径,而且一般只能垂直升降,或者需要将需要搅拌的沙子混合物先装入容器内,再进行搅拌,这样的搅拌机处理笨重,而且需要的电机功率大,因此不适用没有电源的地方。本专利可以将水泥、砂灰、石子等物料可直接堆放在地面上,搅拌机可灵活的进行作业,搅拌沙堆的半径不受限制,而且滚筒风叶式搅拌效率大大提高;同时本发明具有搅拌、推散、收拢的功能。解决了将水泥、沙子倒入搅拌机或者在施工现场人工搅拌灰等高强度劳动的困难。由于本发明可以使用直流电机,因此只需要动力电池即可工作,因此,适应在野外作业。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有的搅拌机一方面笨重移动不方便,而且支架不能折叠,同时在搅拌沙堆时通常不能根据沙堆的高低来调整搅拌机的高度等技术问题,本专利可以将水泥、砂灰、石子等物料可直接堆放在地面上,搅拌机 可灵活的进行作业,搅拌沙堆的半径不受限制,而且滚筒风叶式搅拌效率大大提高;同时本发明具有搅拌、推散、收拢的功能。解决了将水泥、沙子倒入搅拌机或者在施工现场人工搅拌灰等高强度劳动的困难。由于本发明可以使用直流电机,因此只需要动力电池即可工作,因此,适应在野外作业。
本发明的目的可以通过采取以下技术方案达到:
一种风车式搅拌机,包括伸缩杆、搅拌装置,所述伸缩杆一端是手柄,另一端是“U”型杆,所述的搅拌装置包括电机和滚筒,所述电机包括转子和固定轴,所述电机转子固定在滚筒空腔内并带动滚筒一起转动,所述固定轴两端固定在所述伸缩杆“U”型杆上,所述滚筒外圆周固定有多片“E”型片。
本发明具有如下突出的有益效果:
1、本发明采用滚筒风叶式搅拌头,颠覆了传统的旋转叶片式搅拌方式,使得搅拌效率大大提高;
2、本发明伸缩杆可以折叠收起,携带方便;
3、在搅拌高低不等的沙堆时不仅可以通过手动伸缩杆来随时实现无级改变搅拌机搅拌头的高度,而且可以前后左右全方位调整搅拌头的位置,从而大大提高搅拌效率和质量;
4、本专利可以将水泥、砂灰、石子等物料可直接堆放 在地面上,搅拌机可灵活的进行作业,搅拌沙堆的半径不受限制;
5、本专利采用直流电机,使得在野外也可作业,大大提高了搅拌机的实用范围。

参照图1,本发明包括伸缩杆1、搅拌装置2,伸缩杆1一端是可以伸缩的手柄1-1、另一端是“U”型杆1-2,所述“U”型杆1-2端安装有控制箱2-3,所述控制箱2-3一面是挡泥板,控制箱2-3包括集成控制器2-3-1、直流电源2-3-2和挡泥板2-3-3,所述集成控制器2-3-1与直流电源2-3-2、直流电机2-1电连接,用于控制直流电源2-3-2充放电、直流电机2-1正、反转或关断电源。搅拌装置2包括电机2-1、滚筒2-2、控制箱2-3和两端的密封盖板2-4,所述的滚筒2-2两端具有密封盖板2-4,所述直流电机2-1包括转子2-1-1和固定轴2-1-2,所述的电机转子2-1-1通过密封盖板2-4固定在所述滚筒2-2内腔内,,所述电机转子2-1-1用螺栓通过密封盖板2-4固定在滚筒2-2空腔内并带动滚筒 2-2一起沿固定轴2-1-2转动,所述固定轴2-1-2两端固定在所述伸缩杆“U”型杆1-2的两下端,控制箱2-3安装在“U”型杆1-2上端,所述滚筒2-2外圆周固定有多片“E”型片2-2-1,所述的“E”型片2-2-1是焊接在所述的滚筒2-2外圆周上并沿径向呈不规则排列,控制箱2-3包括集成控制器2-3-1、直流电源2-3-2和挡泥板2-3-3,所述直流电源2-3-2与直流电机2-1电连接,用于提供直流电机2-1的动力,所述的集成控制器2-3-1与直流电源2-3-2和直流电机2-1电连接,用于直流电源2-3-2充放电和电机的正反转、关机,所述挡泥板2-3-3可以有效防止泥浆飞溅到别处。
本实施例的工作原理:
拉出伸缩杆1的伸出手柄1-1,将搅拌装置2放置在需要搅拌的沙堆上,手握紧伸缩杆1的伸出手柄1-1启动控制开关,电机2-1接通电源2-3-2,电机转子2-1-1沿固定轴2-1-2转动,电机转子2-1-1同时带动滚筒2-2沿固定轴2-1-2转动,由于滚筒2-2外圆周布置有外圆周固定有多片“E”型片2-2-1,本发明采用滚筒风叶式搅拌头,颠覆了传统的旋转叶片式搅拌方式,使得搅拌效率大大提高,本发明专利根据需要可以实现搅拌、推散、收拢的功能,而且本发明由于采用直流电机作为动力源,可以适应在野外作业,因此具有广泛的实用性。
并根据沙堆的高低随时可以实现无级搅拌头2-2的高度,这样可以根据沙堆的具体情况精确定位搅拌头2-2的具体位置,这样不仅可以实现搅拌头2-2高低位置的调整,而且还可以很方便实现搅拌头2-2前后左右全方位调整,因此,大大提高搅拌头2-2搅拌效率和质量。

  1. 一种风车式搅拌机,包括伸缩杆、搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆一端是手柄,另一端是“U”型杆,所述的搅拌装置包括电机和滚筒,所述电机包括转子和固定轴,所述电机转子固定在滚筒空腔内并带动滚筒一起转动,所述固定轴两端固定在所述伸缩杆“U”型杆上,所述滚筒外圆周固定有多片“E”型片。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的风车式搅拌机,其特征在于:所述电机为直流电机。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的风车式搅拌机,其特征在于:所述的“E”型片是焊接在所述的滚筒外圆周上并沿径向呈不规则排列。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的风车式搅拌机,其特征在于:所述的滚筒两端具有密封盖板,所述的电机转子通过密封盖板固定在所述滚筒内腔内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的风车式搅拌机,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆“U”型杆端安装有电器控制箱,所述控制箱一面是挡泥板,控制箱内腔安装有集成控制器、直流电源,所述集成控制器与电源、电机电连接,用于控制直流电源充放电、电机正、反转或关断电源。
