进一步地,所述第二分配子模块包括:分配单元,设置为优先给优先等级高的所述一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID;确定单元,设置为在已分配了测量ID或报告ID的预定应用中,确定优先等级低于未分配的所述预定应用;判断单元,设置为判断所述已分配了测量ID或报告ID的所述预定应用是否具备测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力;抢占单元,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,抢占已分配的所述测量ID或报告ID给所述未分配的预定应用。
进一步地,所述装置还包括:修改模块,设置为对所述分配参数进行修改;第二分配处理模块,设置为根据修改后的所述分配参数对所述一个或多个预定应用进行所述测量ID或报告ID的分配处理。
通过本发明实施例,采用确定用于对一个或多个预定应用分配测量标识ID或报告标识ID的分配参数,其中,所述分配参数支持修改;依据确定的所述分配参数对所述一个或多个预定应用进行所述测量ID或报告ID的分配处理,解决了相关技术中不能灵活地分配测量ID或报告ID的问题,可以灵活分配测量ID或报告ID,从而可以为重要的应用分配到测量ID或报告ID提供保障。

具体实施方式
下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在本实施例中提供了一种分配处理方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的分配处理方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,确定用于对一个或多个预定应用分配测量标识ID或报告标识ID的分配参数,其中,该分配参数支持修改;
步骤S104,依据确定的该分配参数对该一个或多个预定应用进行该测量ID或报告ID的分配处理。
通过上述步骤,确定用于对一个或多个预定应用分配测量标识ID或报告标识ID的分配参数,依据确定的该分配参数对该一个或多个预定应用进行该测量ID或报告ID的分配处理,其中,一个测量ID对应一个报告ID,解决了相关技术中不能灵活地分配测量ID或报告ID的问题,可以灵活分配测量ID或报告ID,从而可以为重要的应用分配到测量ID或报告ID提供保障。
上述的分配参数可以有很多种,在一个可选的实施例中,可以包括以下至少之一:该一个或多个预定应用使用该测量ID或报告ID的优先等级、该一个或多个预定应用抢占测量ID或报告ID的抢占能力、该一个或多个预定应用的测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力。
依据确定的分配参数对一个或多个预定应用进行该测量ID或报告ID的分配处理的方式有很多种,在一个可选的实施例中,可以包括:判断用于分配的测量ID或报告ID是否超过预定阈值;在判断结果为是的情况下,仅依据该一个或多个预定应用使用该测量ID或报告ID的优先等级为该一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID;和/或,在判断结果为否的情况下,依据该一个或多个预定应用使用该测量ID或报告ID的该优先等级,以及该一个或多个预定应用抢占测量ID或报告ID的抢占能力、该一 个或多个预定应用的测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力为该一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID。
在一个可选的实施例中,优先给优先等级高的该一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID,在已分配了测量ID或报告ID的预定应用中,确定优先等级低于未分配的该预定应用,判断该已分配了测量ID或报告ID的该预定应用是否具备测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力,在判断结果为是的情况下,抢占已分配的该测量ID或报告ID给该未分配的预定应用,也可以在已分配了测量ID或报告ID的预定应用中确定优先等级最低且低于未分配的预定应用,抢占已分配的该预定应用的测量ID或报告ID,从而实现为重要的机优先等级高的应用分配到测量ID或报告ID提供了保障。
在根据参数信息对该测量ID或报告ID进行分配处理之后,还可以对该分配参数进行修改,根据修改后的该分配参数对该一个或多个预定应用进行该测量ID或报告ID的分配处理,从而可以根据实际需求对参数进行更新,提高了分配的灵活度。
本发明实施例还提供了一种分配处理装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的分配处理装置的框图,如图2所示,包括:确定模块22和第一分配处理模块24,
确定模块22,设置为确定用于对一个或多个预定应用分配测量标识ID或报告标识ID的分配参数,其中,该分配参数支持修改;
第一分配处理模块24,设置为依据确定的该分配参数对该一个或多个预定应用进行该测量ID或报告ID的分配处理。
上述的分配参数可以有很多种,在一个可选的实施例中,可以包括以下至少之一:该一个或多个预定应用使用该测量ID或报告ID的优先等级、该一个或多个预定应用抢占测量ID或报告ID的抢占能力、该一个或多个预定应用的测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力。
图3是根据本发明优选实施例的分配处理装置的框图一,如图3所示,该第一分配处理模块24包括:
判断子模块32,设置为判断用于分配的测量ID或报告ID是否超过预定阈值;
第一分配子模块34,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,仅依据该一个或多个预定应用使用该测量ID或报告ID的优先等级为该一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报 告ID;和/或,
第二分配子模块36,设置为在判断结果为否的情况下,依据该一个或多个预定应用使用该测量ID或报告ID的该优先等级,以及该一个或多个预定应用抢占测量ID或报告ID的抢占能力、该一个或多个预定应用的测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力为该一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID。
图4是根据本发明优选实施例的分配处理装置的框图二,如图4所示,该第二分配子模块36包括:
分配单元42,设置为优先给优先等级高的该一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID;
确定单元44,设置为在已分配了测量ID或报告ID的预定应用中,确定优先等级低于未分配的该预定应用;
判断单元46,设置为判断该已分配了测量ID或报告ID的该预定应用是否具备测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力;
抢占单元48,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,抢占已分配的该测量ID或报告ID给该未分配的预定应用。
图5是根据本发明优选实施例的分配处理装置的框图三,如图5所示,该装置还包括:
修改模块52,设置为对该分配参数进行修改;
第二分配处理模块54,设置为根据修改后的该分配参数对该一个或多个预定应用进行该测量ID或报告ID的分配处理。
下面结合可选实施例对本发明实施例进行进一步说明。
本可选实施例基于现有的3GPP协议,提出了一种灵活为UE分配测量ID和报告ID的方法,把测量ID和报告ID当成系统的资源,不同功能设置优先级、抢占能力和被抢占能力,其中,该优先级即为本发明实施例中的优先等级,当ID资源不够时,不同功能直接可以抢占ID资源,运营商可以灵活设置,尽可能保障重要的功能能够分配到测量ID。
为各个功能设置三个参数:功能优先级、抢占能力和被抢占能力,代表各个功能在测量ID和报告ID使用的等级、抢占ID和被抢占ID的能力,其中功能优先级的取值可以是1~15,值越大代表级别越低,1等级越高,15等级越低,抢占能力表示该功能抢占比自己优先级低的测量ID或者报告ID的能力,1代表具备抢占能力,0代表 不具备抢占能力,被抢占能力代表是否能够被比自己级别高的功能抢占的能力,1代表能够被抢占,0代表不能被抢占。
运营商在网络管理页面配置各个功能的优先级、抢占能力、被抢占能力,这里的功能是指需要给UE下测量的才能实现的功能;测量ID和报告ID分配模块在读取网管配置的参数后,执行测量ID的分配和报告ID的分配,以测量ID分配为例进行介绍,报告ID分配是一样的流程,两者互不干扰互不影响。
某个功能或者几个功能同时触发UE测量ID的分配,判定剩余测量ID资源充足,够用,则按照优先级依次分配进行5),假如不够用,优先给功能优先级高的功能分配测量ID,未分配到测量ID的功能打上标签,进入测量ID拥塞处理流程,在已经分配了测量ID的功能中,找出功能优先级低于未分配测量ID的功能优先级,且具备被抢占能力的测量ID,优先级最低的那个功能被抢占,释放测量ID给这个功能用,分配成功。如果未找到比此功能低且能被抢占的功能,则测量ID分配失败,结束。
本可选实施例把测量ID和报告ID当成系统的资源,不同功能设置优先级、抢占能力和被抢占能力,当ID资源不够时,不同功能直接可以抢占ID资源,运营商可以灵活设置,尽可能保障重要的功能能够分配到测量ID,同时对于某些特殊的功能尽可能进行保护,即其功能优先级不一定最高,但是一旦启动,最好不要半途而费,能够提高系统的功能实现、功能运转。
实施例一
系统内大部分是用于移动性切换的测量还有部分应用于功能的测量:向TDS进行CSFB的测量配置功能触发UE测量ID的分配,判定剩余测量ID资源不够用,读取后台对向TDS进行CSFB的测量配置功能设置,设定的优先级为12,抢占能力置为1,被抢占能力置为0。目前的测量ID被以下功能使用,优先级如表1所示。

未分配到测量ID的功能打上标签,进入测量ID拥塞处理流程,在已经分配了测量ID的功能中,找出功能优先级低于未分配测量ID的功能优先级,且具备被抢占能力的测量ID,优先级最低的那个功能被抢占,释放测量ID给这个功能用,分配成功。如果未找到比此功能低且能被抢占的功能,则测量ID分配失败。由于目前已经分配ID的优先级只有负荷均衡的低于向TDS的CSFB的优先级,所以被抢占,结束。
实施例二
系统内大部分是用于移动性切换的测量还有部分应用于功能的测量:ANRReportCGI功能触发UE测量ID的分配,判定剩余测量ID资源充足,够用,按照优先级依次分配测量ID,并读取后台对ANR ReportCGI功能设置,ANR ReportCGI的周期性测量设定的优先级为13,抢占能力置为1,被抢占能力置为0,ANR功能一般进行时间比较短,如果已经下了report CGI的测量,则设定被抢占能力为“不能被抢占”。即使有优先级高的功能需要“meas ID”,也不能抢占它,因为此时它正在运行,不能半途而废。顺序分配22给ANR ReportCGI用。目前的测量ID被以下功能使用,优先级如表2所示,由于没有发生测量ID拥塞流程,结束。

实施例3
系统内大部分是用于移动性切换的测量还有部分应用于功能的测量:
CDMA2000HRPD系统间测量触发UE测量ID的分配,判定剩余测量ID资源不够用,读取后台对向CDMA2000HRPD系统间的测量配置功能设置,设定的优先级为13,抢占能力置为1,被抢占能力置为0。目前的测量ID被以下功能使用,优先级如表1所示。
未分配到测量ID的功能打上标签,进入测量ID拥塞处理流程,在已经分配了测量ID的功能中,找出功能优先级低于未分配测量ID的功能优先级,且具备被抢占能力的测量ID,优先级最低的那个功能被抢占,释放测量ID给这个功能用,分配成功。如果未找到比此功能低且能被抢占的功能,则测量ID分配失败。目前的测量ID被以下功能使用,优先级如表3所示,都比CDMA2000HRPD系统间测量高,所以分配失败。

需要说明的是,实施例仅是举例说明原理,实际的测量功能多种多样,需要依据实际布网和功能运用情况制定合理的优先级,优先级也可以依据实际情况扩展,可以设置的比15大,都在本发明实施例保护保护范围内。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
上述的本发明实施例,可以应用于通信领域,解决了相关技术中不能灵活地分配测量ID或报告ID的问题,可以灵活分配测量ID或报告ID,从而可以为重要的应用分配到测量ID或报告ID提供保障。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种分配处理方法,包括:
    确定用于对一个或多个预定应用分配测量标识ID或报告标识ID的分配参数,其中,所述分配参数支持修改;
    依据确定的所述分配参数对所述一个或多个预定应用进行所述测量ID或报告ID的分配处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述分配参数包括以下至少之一:
    所述一个或多个预定应用使用所述测量ID或报告ID的优先等级、所述一个或多个预定应用抢占测量ID或报告ID的抢占能力、所述一个或多个预定应用的测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,依据确定的所述分配参数对所述一个或多个预定应用进行所述测量ID或报告ID的分配处理包括:
    判断用于分配的测量ID或报告ID是否超过预定阈值;
    在判断结果为是的情况下,仅依据所述一个或多个预定应用使用所述测量ID或报告ID的优先等级为所述一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID;和/或,
    在判断结果为否的情况下,依据所述一个或多个预定应用使用所述测量ID或报告ID的所述优先等级,以及所述一个或多个预定应用抢占测量ID或报告ID的抢占能力、所述一个或多个预定应用的测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力为所述一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,依据所述一个或多个预定应用使用所述测量ID或报告ID的所述优先等级,以及所述一个或多个预定应用抢占测量ID或报告ID的抢占能力、所述一个或多个预定应用的测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力为所述一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID包括:
    优先给优先等级高的所述一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID;
    在已分配了测量ID或报告ID的预定应用中,确定优先等级低于未分配的所述预定应用;
    判断所述已分配了测量ID或报告ID的所述预定应用是否具备测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力;
    在判断结果为是的情况下,抢占已分配的所述测量ID或报告ID给所述未分配的预定应用。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在根据所述参数信息对所述测量ID或报告ID进行分配处理之后,还包括:
    对所述分配参数进行修改;
    根据修改后的所述分配参数对所述一个或多个预定应用进行所述测量ID或报告ID的分配处理。
  6. 一种分配处理装置,包括:
    确定模块,设置为确定用于对一个或多个预定应用分配测量标识ID或报告标识ID的分配参数,其中,所述分配参数支持修改;
    第一分配处理模块,设置为依据确定的所述分配参数对所述一个或多个预定应用进行所述测量ID或报告ID的分配处理。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述分配参数包括以下至少之一:
    所述一个或多个预定应用使用所述测量ID或报告ID的优先等级、所述一个或多个预定应用抢占测量ID或报告ID的抢占能力、所述一个或多个预定应用的测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述第一分配处理模块包括:
    判断子模块,设置为判断用于分配的测量ID或报告ID是否超过预定阈值;
    第一分配子模块,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,仅依据所述一个或多个预定应用使用所述测量ID或报告ID的优先等级为所述一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID;和/或,
    第二分配子模块,设置为在判断结果为否的情况下,依据所述一个或多个预定应用使用所述测量ID或报告ID的所述优先等级,以及所述一个或多个预定应用抢占测量ID或报告ID的抢占能力、所述一个或多个预定应用的测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力为所述一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述第二分配子模块包括:
    分配单元,设置为优先给优先等级高的所述一个或多个预定应用分配测量ID或报告ID;
    确定单元,设置为在已分配了测量ID或报告ID的预定应用中,确定优先等级低于未分配的所述预定应用;
    判断单元,设置为判断所述已分配了测量ID或报告ID的所述预定应用是否 具备测量ID或报告ID被抢占的被抢占能力;
    抢占单元,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,抢占已分配的所述测量ID或报告ID给所述未分配的预定应用。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    修改模块,设置为对所述分配参数进行修改;
    第二分配处理模块,设置为根据修改后的所述分配参数对所述一个或多个预定应用进行所述测量ID或报告ID的分配处理。
