Abstract
Система динамического арбитража спектра (DSA) содержит контроллер политики динамического спектра (DPC) и контроллер динамического спектра (DSC), которые совместно осуществляют динамическое управление распределением и использованием ресурсов (например, ресурсов спектра) по разным сетям.
