技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车通风座垫的配件,具体涉及汽车通风座垫抽风装置。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,汽车成为这个时代必不可缺少的交通工具,现在有汽车的人越来越多,人们对车内环境的要求也越来越高,汽车座垫则是汽车内饰必需设备。在炎热的夏天,打开停在室外的车门,车内温度如干蒸房,座椅更烫得让人无法忍受。车主长时间开车、坐车,哪怕有了空调,屁股下面和靠背处还是又潮又热,裤子都会浸湿,还会引起湿疹、坐疮、痔疮等疾病。这时,车主最迫切需要的是能够降低车内坐椅的温度。于是,市场上又出现了凉竹座垫、冰丝座垫、凉风座垫、半导体制冷座垫等能够带来凉意的座垫。国内现市场上也有制冷座垫,但是多采用半导体制冷,此技术在60年代从国外引进,其制冷的效果只能做到比环境温度低8度,其制冷效果远远不能满足客户的需要。虽然现在逐步出现了其他种类的汽车降温座垫,但是由于汽车座垫属于自行购置的产品,自然在匹配性上无法与原厂具备降温功能的座椅相提比论,排除原厂座椅和降温座垫之间效果的差距,单单在配合程度上将降温座垫就具有很大的劣势,作为一种在汽车生产制作完成之后的配套装置,首先在安装上就非常被动,因为降温座垫要在现有座椅条件下完成安装,同时还要保持车辆内部的美观程度。尤其是对于设置有抽气、吹风、制冷降温等功能的座垫,还配置有电器装置,因此要想在现有汽车内部空间中完成座垫的安装难度非常大。其中的 重要原因就是电器装置的结构不合理,体积过大等原因造成的。上述的技术问题,长期存在于现有的中低端汽车中,但是至今没有一个非常有效的技术解决方案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种汽车座垫抽风装置,其结构紧凑,结构小巧,安装方便,且与车辆座椅匹配度好的优点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种汽车座垫抽风装置,所述汽车座垫为通风座垫,所述通风座垫设有抽风管道,包含外壳和设置在外壳中的风扇组件和控制电路板组成,所述的外壳上设置有进风口和出风口;所述风扇组件包含主导风隔板和风扇本体;
所述主导风隔板将所述的外壳分割为进风腔体和出风腔体,主导风隔板上设置有与风扇本体相配合的风扇安装孔,所述的风扇安装孔中设置有风扇本体;上述的进风腔体和出风腔体之间通过主导风隔板上的风扇安装孔连通。
进一步的是:所述的主导风隔板倾斜设置在外壳中,所述的风扇本体安装在主导风隔板上。
进一步的是:所述的主导风隔板的截面呈Z字形,所述的风扇本体安装在主导风隔板上;主导风隔板将外壳分割成为两个相对独立的空腔。
进一步的是:所述的外壳内部至少一侧设置有弧形的侧导风隔板。
进一步的是:外壳内部对应的两侧都设置侧导风隔板,两个侧导风隔板的截面呈两个背对的C字形状,风扇本体位于中间最狭窄的位置;所述的主导风隔板边缘固定在侧导风隔板上,弧形侧导风隔板与外壳之间构成附件安装腔。
进一步的是:所述风扇进风口外缘设置环绕进风口边缘的凸棱;所述的风扇出风口上设置有格栅;所述的风扇本体为涡轮风扇。
本实用新型所述的一种汽车座垫抽风装置,其具有以下优点:
本实用新型中的抽风装置通过采用相对小巧紧凑的结构,提供了一种具有很强抽风能力的新型抽风装置,使其可以更加方便可靠的使用在汽车通风座垫中,小巧紧凑的结构也可以非常有效的避免上述的抽风装置对汽车的内部外观的影响,使其可以安装到汽车座椅靠背与座垫之间的缝隙中;本实用新型通过采用主导风隔板的结构,使进风口和出风口之间形成相互隔离的空腔,将风扇安装在外壳中主导风隔板的风扇安装孔中,使流动的气流完全由风扇来推动,使空气通过量更加精准,从而精确控制通风座垫中的空气流通量,使通风座垫具有更加准确的舒适度调节能力;并通过优化主导风隔板的形状,使主导风隔板与外壳内壁共同构成通畅的空气流通通道,使空气流通的更加通畅,并达到提高风扇效率的目的;本实用新型通过在外壳一侧或者两侧设置侧导风隔板,使整个空气流通通道具有更好的流线型,再进一步提高空气流通效率,同时形成的附件安装腔也为本抽风装置中的电路板等电控部件提供了独立的安装空间;本实用新型通过采用使用涡轮风扇的结构,利用涡轮风扇的高效率抽风能力,使上述的抽风装置的工作效率得到了进一步的提升;为了实现上述抽风装置与通风座垫之间的安装,本实用新型该在进风口的位置设置了一个环形的凸棱,以便安装与通风座垫连接的通风管,使安装的过程更加方便可靠。
总之,本实用新型提供了一种结构简单,安装方便的新型抽风装置,该抽风装置与现有产品对比,具有体积小,结构简单和抽风效率高的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例描述本实用新型具体实施方式:
图1和图2示出了本实用新型的具体实施方式,如图所示,本实用新型公开了一种结构紧凑的高效汽车座垫抽风装置,该抽风装置主要应用于汽车座椅上使用的通风座垫中,其结构由设置在外壳1中的风扇组件2和控制电路板组成,所述的外壳上设置有进风口和出风口,该外壳具有近似方形的结构;所述风扇组件2包含主导风隔板3和风扇本体4;
主导风隔板3将所述的外壳分割为进风腔体和出风腔体,主导风隔板3上设置有与风扇本体4相配合的风扇安装孔,所述的风扇安装孔中设置有风扇本体4;上述的进风腔体和出风腔体之间通过主导风隔板上的风扇安装孔实现连通。这样在使用的时候,所有的空气流通量都是有风扇本体来控制,因此控制风扇本体的转速即可实现精准控制空气流量的目的;
本实用新型中的抽风装置主要使用在采用抽气方式工作的通风座垫中,因此采用这种结构不但可以产生更强的抽气能力,而且实现了精准控制通风座垫中的空气流量的目的;空气流量则完全决定使用者感受的冷热程度。
如图所示,所述的主导风隔板3倾斜设置在外壳中,所述的风扇本体4安装在主导风隔板上;考虑不破坏汽车座椅外观的前提下,本实用新型的最合理的安装位置为座椅靠背与通风座垫之间的缝隙处;但是其截面尺寸无法安装风扇,故在实用新型中采用了倾斜设置主导风隔板,通过这种结构设置,不但实现了安装相对较大尺寸的风扇本体以提高抽气能力,同时也使空气的流动方向更加顺畅。
所述的主导风隔板3的设置在本实用新型中还有另外一种结构,即所述的主导风隔板其截面呈Z字形设置在外壳中,所述的风扇本体安装在主导风隔板上。同样这种结构也可以获得非常流畅的空气流动。需要说明的是由于本实用新型中采用的是抽气的方式,故此风扇本体最好使用涡轮风扇;所述的主导风隔板其截面呈Z字形设置在外壳中,上述的Z字形接近呈直角状,通过采用这 种结构的主导风隔板,同样可以将外壳分割成为两个相对独立的空腔,风扇则设置在其上的风扇安装孔中。
为了进一步的改善空气流通通道的形状,减小空气流动的阻力。所述的外壳至少一侧设置有弧形的侧导风隔板7,如果在外壳对应的两侧都设置上述的侧导风隔板7,则两个侧导风隔板7的截面则呈两个背对的C字形状,而风扇本体则正好位于中间最狭窄的位置,这样可以保证风扇本体具有更高的抽风效果;所述的主导风隔板3边缘固定在侧导风隔板7上,弧形侧导风隔板7与外壳之间构成附件安装腔;本实用新型在采用侧导风隔板结构的同时,还提供了上述的附件安装腔,这样可以将上述抽风装置中的电子部件以及电路板等设置在上述的附件安装腔中,通过这种结构的采用,同时解决了附件安装和改善空气流通通道形状的目的。
考虑到风扇进风口需要与座垫上的座垫抽风管道连接,故为了方便这种连接,在所述的风扇进风口外缘设置环绕进风口边缘的凸棱,而具有与座垫抽风管道的一端则对应设置凹槽或者凸棱,一般实现利用该凸棱用于与座垫抽风管道的连接;而所述的出风口上设置有格栅。
上面结合附图对本实用新型优选实施方式作了详细说明,但是本实用新型不限于上述实施方式,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本实用新型宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。
不脱离本实用新型的构思和范围可以做出许多其他改变和改型。应当理解,本实用新型不限于特定的实施方式,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求限定。

  1. 一种汽车座垫抽风装置,所述汽车座垫为通风座垫,所述通风座垫设有抽风管道,其特征在于:包含外壳(1)和设置在外壳(1)中的风扇组件(2)和控制电路板组成,所述的外壳(1)上设置有进风口和出风口;所述风扇组件(2)包含主导风隔板(3)和风扇本体(4);
    所述主导风隔板(3)将所述的外壳分割为进风腔体和出风腔体,主导风隔板(3)上设置有与风扇本体(4)相配合的风扇安装孔,所述的风扇安装孔中设置有风扇本体(4);上述的进风腔体和出风腔体之间通过主导风隔板上的风扇安装孔连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种汽车座垫抽风装置,其特征在于:所述的主导风隔板(3)倾斜设置在外壳中,所述的风扇本体(4)安装在主导风隔板上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种汽车座垫抽风装置,其特征在于:所述的主导风隔板(3)的截面呈Z字形,所述的风扇本体安装在主导风隔板上;主导风隔板将外壳分割成为两个相对独立的空腔。
  4. 如权利要求1~3任一所述的一种汽车座垫抽风装置,其特征在于:所述的外壳(1)内部至少一侧设置有弧形的侧导风隔板(7)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种汽车座垫抽风装置,其特征在于:外壳内部对应的两侧都设置侧导风隔板(7),两个侧导风隔板(7)的截面呈两个背对的C字形状,风扇本体位于中间最狭窄的位置;所述的主导风隔板(3)边缘固定在侧导风隔板(7)上,弧形侧导风隔板(7)与外壳之间构成附件安装腔。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种汽车座垫抽风装置,其特征在于:所述风扇进风口外缘设置环绕进风口边缘的凸棱;所述的风扇出风口上设置有格栅;所述的风扇本体为涡轮风扇。
