一种经编机送经装置,包括若干盘头组(1,2,3,4,5,6)、与所述盘头组配套使用的若干罗拉(7,8,9,10,11,12)、固定所述盘头组和所述罗拉的框架(13),所述罗拉包括主动罗拉辊(14)和被动罗拉辊(15),所述罗拉由减速机(17)与伺服电机(16)配合驱动工作。该装置可以使经编机在较高运行速度下仍然可以保持送经的稳定性,在保证织物质量的前提下提高了效率,并且使操作舒适简便。

Description

一种经编机送经装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种经编机送经装置。
背景技术
传统的机械送经采用链条传动带动盘头转动送经,箱体连接经轴,各个箱体连接链轮通过链条相连接,各个变速箱体通过更换齿轮改变齿数比来调节转动速度进而改变送经的速度。
此种结构是机械传动结构,结构中包含的零部件众多,各个零部件之间的配合要求要达到很高的要求才能对送经的过程进行精确地控制,这就要求零件的加工具有很高的精度,对零件的加工工艺提出了很高的要求,此种机械结构运转时需要较大的动力以克服此机构中各个零部件连接部位的摩擦阻力,机器长时间运转后,容易造成各个零件连接的部位磨损,造成各个零件之间配合精度的降低,使整个结构运行时对送经控制的精准度降低,影响送经的效果。
在机器以更高的速度运转的情况下,链轮带动链条转动很快,过高的转速使链轮及链条载荷增大,对系统的稳定性会产生影响。
需要调节送经的速度时,需要将变速箱体内的齿轮拆下来进行更换,操作繁琐,同时过多的拆装更换零部件会影响各个部件的配合精度,影响送经效果。
链传动这种机械送经方式的灵敏性不够,经线对这种送经系统的调节存在一定的滞后性,这种结构布置交错纵横,同时链条和链轮之间的传动需要用油来润滑,很可能形成油污,影响机器的美观。
链轮连接经轴直接带动盘头进行送经,难以控制经纱的张力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为解决以上问题提供一种可以使经编机在较高运行速度下仍然可以保持送经的稳定性,保证织物质量的同时提高了效率、操作舒适简便的经编机送经装置。
本发明所采用的的技术方案是这样的:
一种经编机送经装置,包括若干盘头组、与所述盘头组配套使用的若干罗拉、固定所述盘头组和所述罗拉的框架,所述罗拉包括主动罗拉辊和被动罗拉辊,所述罗拉由减速机与伺服电机的配合驱动工作。
进一步地,所述盘头组数量与所述罗拉数量相同。
进一步地,在所述主动罗拉辊与所述被动罗拉辊的一端、所述减速机设置的一端,均连接有齿轮并相啮合,且在所述主动罗拉辊上在所述齿轮的外侧连接有带轮,所述减速机与带轮之间通过皮带连接。
进一步地,所述主动罗拉辊与所述被动罗拉辊上包有粗糙皮。
综上所述,由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
该送经装置通过计算机控制伺服电机以及减速机来控制罗拉送经,只需改变电脑中的电机速度数值即可对各档的电机进行调速,对送经的速度调节方便,调节的精准度高,灵敏性较好,同时减速机通过皮带传动带动主动罗拉辊转动,纱线经盘头下来后经过罗拉的主动罗拉辊、被动罗拉辊后再进入分纱装置,其张力在送经的过程中更为平稳,使得送经流畅,保证了成圈的质量,同时该装置不需要油来润滑,基本上不会形成油污,系统结构布置较为整齐,使机器整体较为美观。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1~2所示,一种经编机送经装置,包括若干盘头组1、2、3、4、5、6,其穿过经轴后对称的安装在框架13上、与所述盘头组1、2、3、4、5、6相对应配套使用的若干罗拉7、8、9、10、11、12,其对称固定于所述框架13上,所述盘头组1、2、3、4、5、6上的纱线经过相对应罗拉7、8、9、10、11、12进入张力和分纱装置;所述罗拉7、8、9、10、11、12包括主动罗拉辊14和被动罗拉辊15,所述罗拉由减速机17与伺服电机16的配合驱动工作。
所述盘头组数量1、2、3、4、5、6与所述罗拉7、8、9、10、11、12数量相同。
如图3所示,在所述主动罗拉辊14与所述被动罗拉辊15的一端、所述减速机17设置的一端,均连接有齿轮18、19并相啮合,且在所述主动罗拉辊14上在所述齿轮18、19的外侧连接有带轮20,所述减速机17与带轮20之间通过皮带连接。
所述主动罗拉辊14与所述被动罗拉辊15上包有粗糙皮。
纱线从盘头组1、2、3、4、5、6下来后绕过被动罗拉15和主动罗拉14,被动罗拉15和主动罗拉14上的粗糙皮对纱线的摩擦力将纱线送入张力和分纱 装置,计算机通过调节伺服电机16和减速机17来控制罗拉7、8、9、10、11、12的转速来带到对送纱量的精确控制。

  1. 一种经编机送经装置,包括若干盘头组、与所述盘头组配套使用的若干罗拉、固定所述盘头组和所述罗拉的框架,所述罗拉包括主动罗拉辊和被动罗拉辊,其特征在于:所述罗拉由减速机与伺服电机的配合驱动工作,所述伺服电机与计算机相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种经编机送经装置,其特征在于:所述盘头组数量与所述罗拉数量相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种经编机送经装置,其特征在于:在所述主动罗拉辊与所述被动罗拉辊的一端、所述减速机设置的一端,均连接有齿轮并相啮合,且在所述主动罗拉辊上在所述齿轮的外侧连接有带轮,所述减速机与带轮之间通过皮带连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种经编机送经装置,其特征在于:所述主动罗拉辊与所述被动罗拉辊上包有粗糙皮。
