Description
本发明涉及电子设备的液晶显示装置领域,尤其涉及液晶显示装置的边框结构。
在现代生活中,各式各样电子设备走进了越来越多的家庭,例如液晶电视、液晶电脑、平板电脑以及触屏手机。当人们在选购电子设备时,在相同功能的不同品牌电子产品中,人们往往更注重电子产品的节能性和美观性,以至于窄边框的电子产品越来越受到人们的关注。
传统液晶显示装置为了实现窄边框结构,将液晶面板和边框设计为一体,在屏幕不亮的时候,边框的黑色和液晶面板的黑色几乎融为一体,使用户几乎无法发现边框,但是当液晶面板被点亮后,1cm左右的边框就出现了。此外,由于在电子产品包装完成时需要保证液晶面板的密封,同时,背光模组也需要着力点,如果将电子产品的边框设计得很薄,液晶面板由于本身的脆弱性将无法紧密固定,使电子产品不能做到真正的无边框设计。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于液晶显示的边框结构,通过在液晶面板的盖板上增设棱镜结构,实现电子产品在关机、开机情况下均能呈现窄结构,提升液晶面板的显示面积。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种用于液晶显示的边框结构,至少包括背板、液晶面板、面板框和盖板,所述液晶面板设置于所述面板框之中,所述面板框搭接在所述背板上,所述盖板覆盖于所述液晶面板的上方,其中,所述盖板设置有透光结构,所述透光结构位于所述盖板的两侧,位于所述面板框的上方。
进一步地,所述透光结构与所述盖板为一体式结构。
进一步地,所述盖板设置有顶面和底面,所述透光结构设置有连接所述顶面和底面的圆弧面。
进一步地,所述圆弧面的截面呈扇形。
进一步地,所述透光结构与所述盖板为可拆卸式结构,所述透光结构设有第二出光面和内壁面,所述盖板至少设有第一出光面和外壁面。
进一步地,所述第二出光面为斜面。
进一步地,所述第二出光面为曲面。
进一步地,所述第一出光面与所述第二出光面连接,所述内壁面与所述外壁面之间设置有透明胶。

参阅图1至3,一种用于液晶显示的边框结构,至少包括背板10、液晶面板21、面板框20和盖板30。该液晶面板21设置于面板框20之中,面板框20搭接在背板10上;该背板10位于面板框20和液晶面板21的下方,用于放置胶框、反射片、导光板、光学膜片等;该盖板30覆盖于液晶面板21的上方,用于保护液晶面板21以及显示液晶面板21呈现的图像。其中,该盖板30设置有透光结构31,该透光结构31位于盖板30的两侧,位于面板框20的上方,并搭接在该面板框20的上,本实施例的透光结构31位于盖板30的左右两侧,盖板30与透光结构31位于同一平面,面板框20与液晶面板21位于同一平面,盖板30和透光结构31与面板框20和液晶面板21之间设置有光学胶5,该光学胶5传递液晶面板21的显示光线,使得在盖板30和透光结构31位置均能够显

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例中透光结构31与盖板30为一体式结构,面板框20用于支撑该透光结构31和盖板30,透光结构31搭接在该面板框20上。其中,该盖板30设置有第一出光面301和底面303,透光结构31为连接第一出光面301和底面303的圆弧面,该圆弧面的截面呈扇形。具体地,该透光结构31的圆弧面能够折射液晶面板21的显示光线,相对于传统盖板30显示液晶面板21光线的范围,该透光结构31与盖板30的一体式结构显示范围更加宽阔,在开机显示状态时,透光结构31折射的显示光线遮挡了面板框20的颜色,使人们在电子产品开机运行使用时不易察觉面板框20,提升了电子产品的美观性,另外,在电子产品关机的情况下,面板框20的颜色与液晶面板21的颜色为同一颜色,两种结构的颜色几乎融为一体,使用户几乎无法发现面板框20,实现了电子产品在关机以及开机情况下的窄边框设计。
实施例2
如图2所示,本实施例中透光结构31与盖板30为可拆卸式结构,透光结构31设有第二出光面311和内壁面312,盖板30至少设有第一出光面301和外壁面302。其中,第一出光面301与第二出光面311连接,形成电子设备的显示屏幕,第二出光面311为斜面,使该透光结构31的截面呈三角形,该透光结构31为棱镜,另外,内壁面312与外壁面302之间设置有透明胶310,用于在不影响液晶面板21发射显示光线的条件下使透光结构31与盖板30紧密贴合,形成可拆卸式结构。
具体地,将透光结构31设计成三角形的棱镜,实现了盖板30的两侧具有较好的折射透光的效果,相对于传统盖板30显示液晶面板21光线的范围,该三角形棱镜结构显示范围更加宽阔,液晶面板21发射垂直于盖板30的显示光线,也可经过三角形棱镜折射后形成朝向第二出光面311发出显示光线,增加了电子产品屏幕的发光面积。在开机显示状态时,经透光结构31折射的光线,可使用户从盖板30两侧的透光结构31处观察到液晶面板21的显示图像的光亮,遮挡了面板框20的形状和颜色,使人们在电子产品开机运行使用时不易察觉面板框20,提升了电子产品的美观性,另外,在电子产品关机的情况下,面板框20的颜色与液晶面板21的颜色为同一颜色,两种结构的颜色几乎融为一体,使用户几乎无法发现面板框20,实现了电子产品在关机以及开机状态下的窄边框设计。

的显示光线,也可经过扇形棱镜折射后形成朝向扇形圆弧的显示光线,该扇形圆弧有助于增加电子产品屏幕的发光面积,还有助于增强用户的视觉体验,观看液晶面板21显示的图像效果更好。在开机显示状态时,经透光结构31折射的光线,可使用户从盖板30两侧的透光结构31处观察到液晶面板21的显示图像的光亮,遮挡了面板框20的形状和颜色,使人们在电子产品开机运行使用时不易察觉面板框20,提升了电子产品的美观性,另外,在电子产品关机的情况下,面板框20的颜色与液晶面板21的颜色为同一颜色,两种结构的颜色几乎融为一体,使用户几乎无法发现面板框20,实现了电子产品在关机以及开机状态下的窄边框设计。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种用于液晶显示的边框结构,将传统液晶面板的盖板改进成带有透光结构的盖板,实现了液晶面板从盖板两侧发射显示光线,在盖板两侧能够看到液晶面板显示的图像,使人们在电子产品开机运行使用时不易察觉面板框,电子产品的显示画面更加宽阔,提升了电子产品的美观性,增加了电子产品的实用性。

Claims (11)
- 一种用于液晶显示的边框结构,至少包括背板、液晶面板、面板框和盖板,所述液晶面板设置于所述面板框之中,所述面板框搭接在所述背板上,所述盖板覆盖于所述液晶面板的上方,其中,所述盖板设置有透光结构,所述透光结构位于所述盖板的两侧,位于所述面板框的上方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于液晶显示的边框结构,其中,所述透光结构与所述盖板为一体式结构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于液晶显示的边框结构,其中,所述盖板设置有第一出光面和底面,所述透光结构为连接所述第一出光面和底面的圆弧面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的用于液晶显示的边框结构,其中,所述圆弧面的截面呈扇形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于液晶显示的边框结构,其中,所述透光结构与所述盖板为可拆卸式结构,所述透光结构设有第二出光面和内壁面,所述盖板至少设有第一出光面和外壁面。
- 根据权利要求5所述的用于液晶显示的边框结构,其中,所述第二出光面为斜面。
- 根据权利要求6所述的用于液晶显示的边框结构,其中,所述第一出光面与所述第二出光面连接,所述内壁面与所述外壁面之间设置有透明胶。
- 根据权利要求7所述的用于液晶显示的边框结构,其中,所述透光结构为棱镜。
- 根据权利要求5所述的用于液晶显示的边框结构,其中,所述第二出光面为曲面。
- 根据权利要求9所述的用于液晶显示的边框结构,其中,所述第一出光面与所述第二出光面连接,所述内壁面与所述外壁面之间设置有透明胶。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于液晶显示的边框结构,其中,所述盖板和透光结构与所述面板框和液晶面板之间设置有光学胶。
