Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de gestion d'énergie électrique (1) qui est pourvu : d'une unité d'acquisition (10) qui, pour chaque charge d'une pluralité de charges, acquiert des informations de périodes de temps candidates qui indiquent des périodes de temps candidates pour un fonctionnement; et d'une unité de détermination (20) qui génère un programme de fonctionnement pour chaque charge de la pluralité de charges de manière que la somme de la puissance électrique consommée ou du courant électrique consommé de la pluralité de charges ne dépasse pas une valeur seuil prescrite. L'unité de détermination (20) comporte : une unité de détermination provisoire (21) qui génère pour chaque charge un premier programme de fonctionnement dans lequel la charge est faite fonctionner pendant une partie ou la totalité des périodes de temps candidates pour un fonctionnement; et une unité de spécification (22) qui spécifie des périodes de temps au-dessus de la valeur seuil qui sont des périodes de temps dans lesquelles, quand les premiers programmes sont suivis, le total susmentionné dépasse la valeur seuil prescrite.
