    前記成分Aの含有量が0.5~5.0質量%であり、
    前記成分Bの含有量が0.4質量%以下であり、
    前記成分Cの含有量が0.1~3.0質量%であり、
    前記成分Bの含有量に対する前記成分Aの含有量の質量比[(前記成分Aの含有量)/(前記成分Bの含有量)]が100以下である、液状皮膚外用剤。
