一种高精准度输送定位装置,包括输送带(1),所述的输送带(1)通过电机(2)驱动,在输送带(1)的输出端上设有用于调整电机落料冲片(5)位置的调整机构,所述的调整机构包括设置在安装固定板(7)上的第一组检测开关(3)、第二组检测开关(4)和至少三个拍料气缸(6),所述的第一组检测开关(3)位于第二组检测开关(4)的上游,所述的至少三个拍料气缸(6)环形分布在电机落料冲片(5)目标位置的四周。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过电机(2)、第一组检测开关(3)、第二组检测开关(4)和至少三个拍料气缸(6)的相互配合,使得电机落料冲片(5)的停止的位置得到精准定位,没有误差,方便下道工序的自动化生产,便于批量化生产,提高生产效率。

Description

一种高精准度输送定位装置 技术领域
本发明属于电机落料冲片的输送装置,适用于自动化生产过程中落料冲片在工位之间的输送和定位,尤其涉及一种高精准度输送定位装置。
背景技术
作为生产过程中必不可少的运输工序,电机落料冲片的整齐度影响着后道工序自动化生产。传统的人工落料运输过程中,产品的重复位置精度无法满足后续的产品自动化生产需求。随着电机制造领域自动化水平的提升,对于落料工序的产品输送精准度有着更高的要求。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的上述问题是针对上述现有技术输送精准度不高的不足,而提供一种输送精准度高的高精准度输送定位装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高精准度输送定位装置,包括输送带,所述的输送带通过电机驱动,在输送带的输出端上设有用于调整电机落料冲片位置的调整机构,所述的调整机构包括设置在安装固定板上的第一组检测开关、第二组检测开关和至少三个拍料气缸,所述的第一组检测开关位于第二组检测开关的上游,所述的至少三个拍料气缸环形分布在电机落料冲片目标位置的四周,
所述的第一组检测开关检测到电机落料冲片时,将信号反馈给电机,使电机速度下降;
所述的第二组检测开关检测到电机落料冲片时,将信号反馈给电机,使电机停止运行,且所述的电机启动拍料气缸,所述的拍料气缸对电机落料冲片的位置进行调整,使电机落料冲片到达预设位置。
所述的电机为变频电机。
所述的拍料气缸的数量为4个,对称设置在输送带的两侧。
所述的安装固定板设置在输送带的下方。
所述的第一组检测开关和第二组检测开关设置的位置根据电机落料冲片的规格进行调整。
所述的拍料气缸设置的位置根据电机落料冲片的规格进行调整。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该高精准度输送定位装置,包括输送带,所述的输送带通过电机驱动,在输送带的输出端上设有用于调整电机落料冲片位置的调整机构,所述的调整机构包括设置在安装固定板上的第一组检测开关、第二组检测开关和至少三个拍料气缸,所述的第一组检测开关位于第二 组检测开关的上游,所述的至少三个拍料气缸环形分布在电机落料冲片目标位置的四周,所述的第一组检测开关检测到电机落料冲片时,将信号反馈给电机,使电机速度下降;所述的第二组检测开关检测到电机落料冲片时,将信号反馈给电机,使电机停止运行,且所述的电机启动拍料气缸,所述的拍料气缸对电机落料冲片的位置进行调整,使电机落料冲片到达预设位置;通过电机、第一组检测开关、第二组检测开关和至少三个拍料气缸的相互配合,使得电机落料冲片的停止的位置得到精准定位,没有误差,方便下道工序的自动化生产,便于批量化生产,提高生产效率。
所述的拍料气缸的数量为4个,对称设置在输送带的两侧,使得定位更加精准,减小误差。
所述的第一组检测开关和第二组检测开关设置的位置根据电机落料冲片的规格进行调整;可以同时满足一定规格范围内的多种规格的电机落料冲片的使用,节约设备投入,降低生产成本,以获得更高的经济效益。
所述的拍料气缸设置的位置根据电机落料冲片的规格进行调整;可以同时满足一定规格范围内的多种规格的电机落料冲片的使用,节约设备投入,降低生产成本,以获得更高的经济效益。

如图1和2所示,一种高精准度输送定位装置,包括输送带1,所述的输送带1通过电机2驱动,在输送带1的输出端上设有用于调整电机落料冲片5位置的调整机构,所述的调整机构包括设置在安装固定板7上的第一组检测开关3、第二组检测开关4和至少三个拍料气缸6,所述的第一组检测开关3位于第二组检测开关4的上游,所述的至少三个拍料气缸6环形分布在电机落料冲片5目标位置的四周,
所述的第一组检测开关3检测到电机落料冲片5时,将信号反馈给电机2,使电机2速度下降;
所述的第二组检测开关4检测到电机落料冲片5时,将信号反馈给电机2,使电机2停 止运行,且所述的电机2启动拍料气缸6,所述的拍料气缸6对电机落料冲片5的位置进行调整,使电机落料冲片5到达预设位置。
所述的电机2为变频电机。
所述的拍料气缸6的数量为4个,对称设置在输送带1的两侧。
所述的安装固定板7设置在输送带1的下方。
所述的第一组检测开关3和第二组检测开关4设置的位置根据电机落料冲片5的规格进行调整。
所述的拍料气缸6设置的位置根据电机落料冲片5的规格进行调整。。

  1. 一种高精准度输送定位装置,其特征在于:包括输送带,所述的输送带通过电机驱动,在输送带的输出端上设有用于调整电机落料冲片位置的调整机构,所述的调整机构包括设置在安装固定板上的第一组检测开关、第二组检测开关和至少三个拍料气缸,所述的第一组检测开关位于第二组检测开关的上游,所述的至少三个拍料气缸环形分布在电机落料冲片目标位置的四周,所述的第一组检测开关检测到电机落料冲片时,将信号反馈给电机,使电机速度下降;
    所述的第二组检测开关检测到电机落料冲片时,将信号反馈给电机,使电机停止运行,且所述的电机启动拍料气缸,所述的拍料气缸对电机落料冲片的位置进行调整,使电机落料冲片到达预设位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高精准度输送定位装置,其特征在于:所述的电机为变频电机。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高精准度输送定位装置,其特征在于:所述的拍料气缸的数量为4个,对称设置在输送带的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高精准度输送定位装置,其特征在于:所述的安装固定板设置在输送带的下方。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高精准度输送定位装置,其特征在于:所述的第一组检测开关和第二组检测开关设置的位置根据电机落料冲片的规格进行调整。
