根据本发明另一方面提供的防伪识别方法可以直观、准确、快速地完成复杂的图形比对,识读防伪信息容易,因此可以快速实现商品是否是原装商品的认定。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举较佳实施例,并配合所附附图,作详细说明如下。

下面将结合本发明实施例中附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。通常在此处附图中描述和示出的本发明实施例的组件可以以各种不同的配置来布置和设计。因此,以下对在附图中提供的本 发明的实施例的详细描述并非旨在限制要求保护的本发明的范围,而是仅仅表示本发明的选定实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”、“第三”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。
为了打击假冒、仿造商品,目前在各种原装商品上均会设置一种防伪装置,通过防伪装置上的防伪信息来确认该商品是否是原装商品。本发明实施例提供了这种用于商品上的防伪装置,以下对该防伪装置的结构进行具体描述。
图1示出了本发明实施例所提供的一种用于商品上的防伪装置的截面结构示意图。参照图1,为本发明实施例提供了一种用于商品上的防伪装置,其包括防伪承载体1、第一识别特征信息组件2和第二识别特征信息组件3;
上述第一识别特征信息组件2和/或第二识别特征信息组件3固定设置在上述防伪承载体1上;该防伪承载体1可以由具有一次性使用特性的材料制成或构成,比如一次性使用包覆膜、一次性使用金属箔、一次性使用纸、一次性使用棉、一次性胶等具有一次性使用特性的包装物品;
上述第一识别特征信息组件2包括第一识别特征信息;
上述第二识别特征信息组件3包括编码;该编码中存储防伪信息,该防伪信息是由上述第一识别特征信息与编码的外观图形叠加组合得到的;
本发明实施例提供的用于商品上的防伪装置中可以将防伪信息以电子图片形式储存进第二识别特征信息组件3的编码里,识别时通过编码查找储存的防伪信息,进而识别该商品是否是原装商品。其中,编码可以是条形码,也可以是二维码,或现有技术中已有的其他码,但并不局限于某种具体的形式。
本发明实施例提供的用于商品上的防伪装置中的防伪信息可构成该商品的识别信息。一旦撕开该商品上的防伪装置,该防伪装置必然会被破坏掉,再也无法使用,也就是说,防伪信息在封装商品时即兴产生,启封防伪装置时,该防伪信息随即消失,因此该防伪装置的防伪信息不易仿造,且该防伪装置制作容易、成本小、应用广泛。该防伪信息随即消失,否则该防伪装置可能会被再次用于其他商品上,因而体现不出防伪的作用。因此,上述第一识别特征信息组件2和第二识别特征信息组件3中至少有一个组件固定设置在防伪承载体1上,比如,可以将第一识别特征信息组件2直接设置在商品上,第二识别特征信息组件3固定设置在防伪承载体1上;或者,将第一识别特征信息组件2固定设置在防伪承载体1上,将第二识别特征信息组件3设置在商品上;也可以将两个组件同时设置在防伪承载体1上。
需要注意的是,如果将第一识别特征信息组件2固定设置在防伪承载体1上,则可以将第一识别特征信息组件2固定设置在防伪承载体1的紧贴商品的一面,这样避免了第一识别特征信息组件2在运输、搬运过程出现位移的现象,确保第一识别特征信息状态的稳定性;而且第一识别特征信息就会受到防伪承载体1的保护,在流通过程不至于损坏。
上述第一识别特征信息由油墨、木丝、纤维丝、发丝、纸屑、木屑、纤维屑、棉丝线等多种材质中的以一种或多种构成,该第一识别特征信息的形状可设置为星形、条形、曲线形、网状、粒状、片状等图形中的一种或多种组合。由于该第一识别特征信息的材质多样、形状多样、颜色多样,因此采用印刷仿造技术不能实现,不易伪造。
进一步地,为了提高防伪信息的仿造难度,可以在上述第二识别特征信息组件3上再增加第二识别特征信息;此时,防伪信息由第一识别特征信息、编码的外观图形和第二识别特征信息叠加组合得到。该第二识别特征信息可以与第一识别特征信息的组成相同,也可以不同,只要是能提高第二识别信息组件3复杂度的信息均可,第二识别信息组件3的复杂度提高了,防伪信息的仿造也就更不容易。
实际应用中,商品本身还会带有一些特征信息,在本发明实施例提供的用于商品上的防伪装置中,将商品本身的特征信息称为第三识别特征信息,该第三识别特征信息包括该商品本身包装图案里的图形和/或文字字迹等,因此,为了更进一步地为了提高防伪信息的仿造难度,本发明实施例提供的用于商品上的防伪装置的防伪信息还可以由第一识别特征信息、编码的外观图形、第二识别特征信息和第三识别特征信息共同叠加组合得到。
本发明实施例提供的用于商品上的防伪装置中,防伪装置与商品结合之后,防伪装置上的防伪信息就成为识别原装商品的依据。由于防伪信息中至少有一部分是固定在防伪装置上的,因此防伪信息随着防伪装置的拆毁而被破坏;如果把第一识别特征信息组件和第二识别特征信息组件剥离,将分离的第一识别特征信息组件和第二识别特征信息组件在另一商品上构 成防伪信息时,第一识别特征信息组件和第二识别特征信息组件需要重新分两次叠加,不可能恢复成原始叠加的情况,因此,商品的防伪信息只能一次性使用。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的用于商品上的防伪装置中所述的叠加可以是部分错开叠加,也可以是完全错开叠加;进一步地,如果防伪承载体1是透明的,则本发明实施例中的叠加除了部分错开叠加和完全错开叠加之外,还可以包括部分重合叠加和完全重合叠加。
本发明实施例提供的用于商品上的防伪装置可以具体应用在消费者所买的商品上,也可以应用在类似证照、证书等需要防伪的各种场合,总之,该防伪装置的特性就是设置在商品上时,防伪功能生成,一旦防伪装置被破坏,则防伪功能消失,该防伪功能再无法使用。
图2示出了本发明实施例所提供的防伪装置的防伪识别方法的流程示意图。参照图2,本发明实施例还提供了本发明提供的用于商品上的防伪装置的防伪识别方法,其包括如下步骤:
1)获取使用在商品上的防伪装置的图片,设为目标图片;本发明实施例提供的防伪识别方法中,可以采用手机、平板电脑等可以拍摄的终端来获取目标图片;
2)根据目标图片中的编码获取该商品对应的原装商品的防伪信息图片,设为原图片;
3)将目标图片和原图片进行重合比对,以确定该商品是否是原装商品。
此外,上述步骤3)还包括:
a)对目标图片和原图片进行预处理,并分别将目标图片和原图片中的图形从背景中分离出来,设目标图片和原图片中分离出的图形分别为目标图形和原图形;
b)将目标图形的颜色设置为第一颜色,将原图形的颜色设置为第二颜色;
c)以编码的外观图形为基准,把上述目标图形和原图形均缩放至相同的尺寸(即,把上述目标图形和原图形统一缩放到一个设定比例值的图形以使该目标图形和原图形的大小或尺寸变为一致或相同),并将第一颜色的目标图形和第二颜色的原图形重合,如果重合后的目标图形和原图形的颜色均变为第三颜色,则说明目标图形和原图形是一致的,认定该商品为原装商品;如果重合后的目标图形和原图形的颜色混杂,即第一颜色、第二颜色和第三颜色均显示,则说明目标图形与原图形不一致,认定该商品不是原装商品。
需要说明的是,上述步骤a)中可以利用中值滤波去除目标图片和原图片中的噪声,采用图像分割技术分别将目标图片和原图片中的图形从背景中分割出来。由于对图片的预处理和分割技术属于本领域技术人员的公知常识,因此本发明实施例对此不做详细介绍。
采用图形重合方法可以直观、快速地完成复杂的图形比对,来完成商品是否是原装商品的认定。
实际应用中,也可以通过人工观察来确定该商品是否是原装商品,比如,将目标图片和原图片并列放置,人工逐一比对两张图片是否完全一致。为了观察的更清楚,可以将两张图片以十字坐标线把图片分成四块,比如 原图片分A、B、C、D四块,目标图片分a、b、c、d四块,A与a位置对应,B与b位置对应,C与c位置对应,D与d位置对应,识别时自然把A块与a块做比对,B块与b块做比对,C块与c块做比对,D块与d块做比对。由于两张图片都是彩色的,识别特征信息组件里各个形状物的形态和颜色可以清晰看到,例如,A中在某个位置有一颗某一朝向的紫色菱形,同样在a中在对应的位置也有一颗一样朝向、一样形状、一样颜色的菱形。根据上述方法任选2-5个目标进行重合比对,如果都能够完全重合,则就可以认定目标商品是原装商品;如果任选一个目标进行重合比对而不能够完全重合,则就可以认定目标商品不是原装商品。
为了确保识别的准确性,以上两种方法可以同时采用。
本发明实施例提供的用于商品上的防伪装置,由于防伪装置的防伪承载体由一次性使用材料构成,且防伪信息是由第一识别特征信息组件和第二识别特征信息组件分两次在不同层面错开叠加组合得到的,而且第一识别特征信息组件和第二识别特征信息组件中至少一个组件是固定设置在防伪承载体上的,一旦撕开该商品上的防伪装置,该防伪装置必然会被破坏掉,再也无法使用,也就是说,防伪信息在封装商品时即兴产生,启封防伪装置时,该防伪信息随即消失,因此该防伪装置的防伪信息不易仿造,且该防伪装置制作容易、成本小、应用广泛。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的用于商品上的防伪装置中由于第一识别特征信息的材质多样、形状多样、颜色多样、难于仿造、具有立体感官很强的图形,因此采用印刷仿造技术不能实现,不易伪造。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的用于商品上的防伪装置中在第二识别特征信息组件上还增加第二识别特征信息,提高了防伪信息的仿造难度。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供的用于商品上的防伪装置中防伪信息还包括了商品上的第三识别特征信息,因此更提高了防伪信息的仿造难度。
本发明实施例提供的上述防伪装置的防伪识别方法可以直观、准确、快速地完成复杂的图形比对,识读防伪信息容易,因此可以快速实现商品是否是原装商品的认定。
附图中的流程图和框图显示了根据本发明的多个实施例的系统、方法和计算机程序商品的可能实现的体系架构、功能和操作。在这点上,流程图或框图中的每个方框可以代表一个模块、程序段或代码的一部分,所述模块、程序段或代码的一部分包含一个或多个用于实现规定的逻辑功能的可执行指令。也应当注意,在有些作为替换的实现中,方框中所标注的功能也可以以不同于附图中所标注的顺序发生。例如,两个连续的方框实际上可以基本并行地执行,它们有时也可以按相反的顺序执行,这依所涉及的功能而定。也要注意的是,框图和/或流程图中的每个方框、以及框图和/或流程图中的方框的组合,可以用执行规定的功能或动作的专用的基于硬件的系统来实现,或者可以用专用硬件与计算机指令的组合来实现。
本发明实施例提供的上述防伪装置的防伪信方法,包括存储了程序代码的计算机可读存储介质,所述程序代码包括的指令可用于执行前面方法实施例中所述的方法,具体实现可参见方法实施例,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的包覆膜和防伪信息识读方法可以通过其他的方式实现。以上所描述的实施例仅仅是示 意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,又例如,多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些通信接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其他的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。
所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的商品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件商品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件商品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于商品上的防伪装置,其中,包括:防伪承载体、第一识别特征信息组件和第二识别特征信息组件;
    所述第一识别特征信息组件和/或第二识别特征信息组件固定设置在所述防伪承载体上;所述防伪承载体由一次性使用材料构成;
    所述第一识别特征信息组件包括第一识别特征信息;
    所述第二识别特征信息组件包括编码;所述编码中存储防伪信息,所述防伪信息是由所述第一识别特征信息与所述编码的外观图形叠加组合得到的。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于商品上的防伪装置,其中,所述防伪承载体由具有一次性使用特性的材料构成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于商品上的防伪装置,其中,所述第一识别特征信息组件固定设置在所述防伪承载体上,或者固定设置在所述商品上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于商品上的防伪装置,其中,所述第一识别特征信息由油墨、木丝、纤维丝、发丝、纸屑、木屑、纤维屑、棉丝线材质中的一种或多种构成,所述第一识别特征信息的形状可设置为星形、条形、曲线形、网状、粒状或片状图形中的一种或多种组合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于商品上的防伪装置,其中,所述第二识别特征信息组件固定设置在所述防伪承载体上,或者固定设置在所述商品上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于商品上的防伪装置,其中,所述第二识别特征信息组件上还包括第二识别特征信息,所述防伪信息由所述第一识别特征信息、所述编码的外观图形和所述第二识别特征信息叠加组合得到。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于商品上的防伪装置,其中,所述商品上包括第三识别特征信息,则所述防伪信息由所述第一识别特征信息、所述编码的外观图形、所述第二识别特征信息和所述第三识别特征信息叠加组合得到。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于商品上的防伪装置,其中,所述第三识别特征信息是印制在所述商品上的图案里的图形和/或文字字迹。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的用于商品上的防伪装置的防伪识别方法,其中,包括如下步骤:
    1)获取所述商品上的防伪装置的图片,设为目标图片;
    2)根据所述目标图片中的编码获取所述商品对应的原装商品的防伪信息图片,设为原图片;
    3)将所述目标图片和原图片进行重合比对,确定所述商品是否是原装商品。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防伪识别方法,其中,步骤3)还包括:
    a)对所述目标图片和原图片进行预处理,并分别将所述目标图片和原图片中的图形从背景中分离出来,设所述目标图片和原图片中分离出的图形分别为目标图形和原图形;
    b)将所述目标图形的颜色设置为第一颜色,将所述原图形的颜色设置为第二颜色;
    c)以所述编码的外观图形为基准,把所述目标图形和原图形均缩放至相同的尺寸,并将所述第一颜色的目标图形和所述第二颜色的原图形重合,如果重合后的目标图形和原图形的颜色均变为第三颜色,认定所述商品为原装商品;如果重合后的目标图形和原图形的颜色混杂,认定所述商品不是原装商品。
