本实用新型涉及一种光变防伪元件,尤其是涉及一种嵌入式光变防伪印刷元件。
背景技术
由于目前彩色复印机和成像系统的不断普及和印刷技术的不断提高,导致了伪造钞票、护照及身份证现象的增多。出于防止假冒和伪造的目的,有价物品例如证照、有价证券和名牌产品等经常配置有防伪元件,以便对该有价物品的真实性进行检验,同时防止未经授权的复制。
光变技术是防范复印、扫描等伪造方式的有效手段。一方面,成像系统记录的是被复制品表面的散射光信息,因而无法复制出具有光变效果的伪造品;另一方面,光变元件所具有的随角变色特征易于大众识别,有助于从流通领域切断伪造品的传播。
然而,随着光变技术的不断发展和市场化,一些伪造者也掌握了几可乱真的光变技术,使光变元件越来越受到伪造品的威胁,逐渐削弱了其防伪的作用,因此,光变防伪技术必须进一步升级。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种安全、环保、美观、防伪的嵌入式光变防伪印刷元件。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种嵌入式光变防伪印刷元件,该元件为一防伪标签,可内嵌于需防伪物品中,其特征在于,所述的防伪标签包括由上到下依次设置的光变油墨层、底色层和基底层。
所述的底色层为水性油墨层。
所述的基底层为铜版纸或镭射转移纸。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:
1、使用水性油墨满版打底印刷,相比有机溶剂型油墨更加安全、环保;
2、使用光变油墨进行文字图案的印刷,在白光下正看或侧视,随着视角的不同,呈现两种不同的颜色,具有美观、防伪的作用。

实施例
如图1所示,一种嵌入式光变防伪印刷元件,该元件为一防伪标签,可内嵌于需防伪物品中,所述的防伪标签包括由上到下依次设置的光变油墨层3、底色层2和基底层1。所述的底色层2为水性油墨层。所述的基底层1为铜版纸或镭射转移纸。
制作时,首先在铜版纸或镭射转移纸的基底层1上,用水性油墨进行满版打底印刷,形成底色层2,再在底色层2上用光变油墨进行文字图案的凹版印刷,形成具有文字图案的光变油墨层3,即得到成品。

1.一种嵌入式光变防伪印刷元件,该元件为一防伪标签,可内嵌于需防伪物品中,其特征在于,所述的防伪标签包括由上到下依次设置的光变油墨层、底色层和基底层; 所述的底色层为水性油墨层。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌入式光变防伪印刷元件,其特征在于,所述的基底层为铜版纸或镭射转移纸。
