Description

套环形燃气灶头 技术领域
本发明属于燃气灶领域,尤其涉及一种套环形燃气灶头。
背景技术
所谓燃气灶,系指以液化石油气、人工煤气、天然气等气体燃料进行直火加热的厨房用具。燃气灶又叫炉盘,其大众化程度无人不知,但又很难见到一个通行的概念。一如柴禾灶、煤油炉、煤球炉等等。按气源讲,燃气灶主要分为液化气灶、煤气灶、天然气灶。按灶眼讲,分为单灶、双灶和多眼灶。
旋转锅底部的中心需要被卡住,不能够随意移动,现有的灶头难以将底部带有凸出的卡栓结构的锅具限制的灶头上,而旋转锅在使用过程中需要被旋转起来,装有滚烫物品的旋转锅的如果没有一个稳固的固定装饰很容易发生锅体被掀翻烫伤使用者的风险。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种固定特种锅体的套环形燃气灶头。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种套环形燃气灶头,包括:灶头以及连通所述灶头的燃气管,其特征在于,所述灶头由若干个环形分火器连接在一起,每个所述分火器均对应的连通一个燃气管,每个所述分火器均为带有内腔的空心结构,所述分火器之间内腔连通的一体连接,每个所述分火器上均设有若干个火孔,所述火孔的排布形状与套接在一起的分火器的环形形状匹配,每个所述分火器中心为贯穿的通孔。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述分火器的内腔是由内圈环、外圈环、上环盖和下环盖共同组成的封闭空间,所述燃气管连通到所述内腔。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外圈环上部为截锥形结构,所述火孔贯穿的排布在所述截锥形结构上,所述火孔轴线倾斜向上。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外圈环上部为截锥形,下部为圆柱形,所述截锥形与所述圆柱形之间设有圆形的台阶。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述燃气管从所述下环盖和所述外圈环连接处连通到所述内腔。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述下环盖上还设有至少一个凸起的固定柱,所述固定柱为倒截锥形。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,每个所述分火器的上环盖均位于同一平面。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述通孔上部和下部分别为朝上和朝下的喇叭形结构。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述燃气管的自由端设有拼接台面,所述拼接台面上设有螺纹孔。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述内圈环内侧环绕的形成贯穿所述分火器的通孔。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明利用分火器中心的通孔结构,容易的将底部带有凸起卡栓限制在通孔内,这样旋转锅能够随意的被旋转,杜绝了被掀翻烫伤操作者的风险,同时相互连通的多个分火器内腔里的混合有空气的燃气能够做更好的混合,套在一起的多个分火器能够同时对多个旋转过进行加热,集约化的将多个旋转锅并靠在一起。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1-7所示,一种套环形燃气灶头,包括:灶头1以及连通灶头1的燃气管13,灶头1由若干个环形分火器2连接在一起,每个分火器2均对应的连通一个燃气管13,每个分火器2均为带有内腔3的空心结构,分火器2之间内腔3连通的一体连接,每个分火器2上均设有若干个火孔4,火孔4的排布形状与套接在一起的分火器2的环形形状匹配,每个分火器2中心为贯穿的通孔5。内圈环6内侧环绕的形成贯穿分火器2的通孔5。
通孔5能够恰好将旋转锅底部的卡栓卡入其内,火孔4环绕的设置在分火器2周向,这样旋转锅的周向就能够得到加热,相互连通的分火器2,混合有空气的燃气进入后能够相互串联的流动,多个燃气管13同时进气,气流相互碰撞扰动,使得燃气与空气的混合更加均匀,燃烧能够更加稳定。
分火器2的内腔3是由内圈环6、外圈环7、上环盖8和下环盖9共同组成的封闭空间,燃气管13连通到内腔3,这样结构的分火器2内腔3有较大的内部空间,同时也形成了通孔5结构,能够与旋转锅配合使用。
外圈环7上部为截锥形结构,火孔4贯穿的排布在截锥形结构上,火孔4 轴线倾斜向上,火孔4外部的火苗燃烧方向倾斜向上,有针对性的对旋转锅底部进行加热。
外圈环7上部为截锥形,下部为圆柱形,截锥形与圆柱形之间设有圆形的台阶10,台阶10结构保证了环形的分火器2的结构稳定,能够抵御较大的外力撞击,同时阻挡火焰向下的热辐射,保证热辐射主要朝上。
燃气管13从下环盖9和外圈环7连接处连通到内腔3,这样燃气管13通入的路径不会影响到火孔4的排布,同时也让通入内腔3的燃气混合气体倾斜进入,内腔3里的气流扰动较大,混合也更加均匀。
下环盖9上还设有至少一个凸起的固定柱11,固定柱11为倒截锥形,固定柱11能够快速的将分火器2卡入到外接架体上,对分火器2进行固定。
每个分火器2的上环盖8均位于同一平面,这样保证每个分火器2的内腔3连通结构更加顺畅,同时分别放置在不同分火器2上的旋转锅也能够在同一个水平面上。
通孔5上部和下部分别为朝上和朝下的喇叭形结构,这样旋转锅的放置更加容易,旋转起来也更加容易,有助于操作。
燃气管13的自由端设有拼接台面12,拼接台面12上设有螺纹孔,保证外接燃气管13不会泄露,安装接连更加便捷。
本发明的第一种优选实施例中,三个分火器2套接在一起,三个分火器2的对应燃气管13均在分火器2一侧接通入对应的分火器2,这样有助于燃气管13连接外接气源。
本发明的第二种优选实施例中,三个分火器2套接在一起,其中中间的分火器2对应的燃气管13与两边的两个分火器2对应的燃气管13接通方向相反,这样有助于混合燃气的混合均匀。
本发明的第三种优选实施例中,两个分火器2套接在一起,两个分火器2 的对应燃气管13均在分火器2一侧接通入对应的分火器2,这样有助于燃气管13连接外接气源。
本发明的第四种优选实施例中,两个分火器2套接在一起,两个分火器2对应的燃气管13接通方向相反,这样有助于混合燃气的混合均匀。
本发明的分火器2的套接数量不限于实施例中给出的数量,燃气管13的接通方向也不限于上述相同或相反两种方向,也可以是对角度的配合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种套环形燃气灶头,包括:灶头以及连通所述灶头的燃气管,其特征在于,所述灶头由若干个环形分火器连接在一起,每个所述分火器均对应的连通一个燃气管,每个所述分火器均为带有内腔的空心结构,所述分火器之间内腔连通的一体连接,每个所述分火器上均设有若干个火孔,所述火孔的排布形状与套接在一起的分火器的环形形状匹配,每个所述分火器中心为贯穿的通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的套环形燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述分火器的内腔是由内圈环、外圈环、上环盖和下环盖共同组成的封闭空间,所述燃气管连通到所述内腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的套环形燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述外圈环上部为截锥形结构,所述火孔贯穿的排布在所述截锥形结构上,所述火孔轴线倾斜向上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的套环形燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述外圈环上部为截锥形,下部为圆柱形,所述截锥形与所述圆柱形之间设有圆形的台阶。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的套环形燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述燃气管从所述下环盖和所述外圈环连接处连通到所述内腔。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的套环形燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述下环盖上还设有至少一个凸起的固定柱,所述固定柱为倒截锥形。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的套环形燃气灶头,其特征在于:每个所述分火器的上环盖均位于同一平面。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的套环形燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述通孔上部和下部分别为朝上和朝下的喇叭形结构。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的套环形燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述燃气管的自由端设有拼接台面,所述拼接台面上设有螺纹孔。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的套环形燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述内圈环内 侧环绕的形成贯穿所述分火器的通孔。
