Description

拼接式燃气灶头 技术领域
本发明属于燃气灶领域,涉及烧烤或者特种加热,尤其涉及一种拼接式燃气灶头。
背景技术
所谓燃气灶,系指以液化石油气、人工煤气、天然气等气体燃料进行直火加热的厨房用具。燃气灶又叫炉盘,其大众化程度无人不知,但又很难见到一个通行的概念。一如柴禾灶、煤油炉、煤球炉等等。按气源讲,燃气灶主要分为液化气灶、煤气灶、天然气灶。按灶眼讲,分为单灶、双灶和多眼灶。
旋转锅底部的中心需要被卡住,不能够随意移动,现有的灶头难以将底部带有凸出的卡栓结构的锅具限制的灶头上,而旋转锅在使用过程中需要被旋转起来,装有滚烫物品的旋转锅的如果没有一个稳固的固定装饰很容易发生锅体被掀翻烫伤使用者的风险。同时,野外作业的情况下,灶头体积过大,整体搬运比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种固定特种锅体且便于拆卸安装的拼接式燃气灶头。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种拼接式燃气灶头,包括:若干个分火器,以及将所述分火器拼接在一起的燃气管,所述燃气管还能够连通有独立管,其特征在于,每个所述分火器的内腔均对应的固定连通一燃气管,所述分火器能够通过第一连接件安装在另一燃气管上,两燃气管之间以及燃气管和独立管之间能够通过第二连接件相互固定,两所述燃气管能够通过其自由端的拼接台面固定连通在一起。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述分火器的内腔是由内圈环、外圈环、上环 盖和下环盖共同组成的封闭空间,所述分火器上设有若干个火孔,所述火孔环绕的排布在所述分火器的周向,所述内圈环内侧环绕的形成贯穿所述分火器的通孔。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一连接件为带有弧形槽的的弧形块,所述弧形块固定在所述分火器的底部,所述燃气管外周形状匹配的设置在所述弧形槽内。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二连接件为固定在所述燃气管和独立管上的固定片,两固定片相互层叠的固定在一起。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外圈环上部为截锥形结构,所述火孔贯穿的排布在所述截锥形结构上,所述火孔轴线倾斜向上。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述外圈环上部为截锥形,下部为圆柱形,所述截锥形与所述圆柱形之间设有圆形的台阶。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述燃气管从所述下环盖和所述外圈环连接处连通到所述内腔。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述拼接台面上设有螺纹孔,两所述燃气管的所述拼接台面对接在一起时通过螺栓连接。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述拼接式燃气灶头包括两个分火器,其中一个分火器安装在另一分火器对应的燃气管上。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,一个分火器的对应的燃气管为直管结构,另一分火器的对应的燃气管为弯管结构。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明利用分火器中心的通孔结构,容易的将底部带有凸起卡栓限制在通孔内,这样旋转锅能够随意的被旋转,杜绝了被掀翻烫伤操作者的风险;因为环形的内腔结构,燃气管里的混合有空气的燃气进入到分火器内腔里的能够做更好的混合保证燃烧更加充分。同时拆卸 结构的燃气灶头能够方便野外作业时,搬运的便利,并且安装拆卸容易。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1-8所示,一种拼接式燃气灶头,包括:若干个环形分火器1,以及将分火器1拼接在一起的燃气管15,每个分火器1的内腔2均对应的固定连通一燃气管15,分火器1能够通过第一连接件安装在另一燃气管15上,两燃气管15之间以及燃气管15和独立管14之间能够通过第二连接件相互固定,两燃气管15能够通过其自由端的拼接台面11固定连通在一起。
分火器1的内腔2是由内圈环5、外圈环6、上环盖7和下环盖8共同组成 的封闭空间,分火器1上设有若干个火孔3,火孔3环绕的排布在分火器1的周向,内圈环5内侧环绕的形成贯穿分火器1的通孔4,这样结构的分火器1内腔2有较大的内部空间,同时也形成了通孔4结构。
通孔4能够恰好将旋转锅底部的卡栓卡入其内,火孔3环绕的设置在分火器1周向,这样旋转锅的周向就能够得到加热,混合有空气的燃气进入后能够相互环绕的流动,气流相互碰撞扰动,使得燃气与空气的混合更加均匀,燃烧能够更加稳定。
第一连接件为带有弧形槽的的弧形块12,弧形块12固定在分火器1的底部,燃气管15外周形状匹配的设置在弧形槽内,此种结构能够使得多个分火器1都能够位于同一个水平面上,也保证每个旋转锅均能在同一个水平面上。
所述第二连接件为固定在所述燃气管15和独立管14上的固定片13,两固定片13相互层叠的固定在一起,此种结构避免了旋转锅在旋转过程中震动引起的燃气管15和独立管14跟随其震动而产生的晃动,并稳固的将管道强度薄弱的地方进行的加固处理。
外圈环6上部为截锥形结构,火孔3贯穿的排布在截锥形结构上,火孔3轴线倾斜向上,火孔3外部的火苗燃烧方向倾斜向上,有针对性的对旋转锅底部进行加热。
外圈环6上部为截锥形,下部为圆柱形,截锥形与圆柱形之间设有圆形的台阶10,台阶10结构保证了环形的分火器1的结构稳定,能够抵御较大的外力撞击,同时阻挡火焰向下的热辐射,保证热辐射主要朝上。
燃气管15从下环盖8和外圈环6连接处连通到内腔2,这样燃气管15通入的路径不会影响到火孔3的排布,同时也让通入内腔2的燃气混合气体倾斜进入,内腔2里的气流扰动较大,混合也更加均匀。
拼接式燃气灶头包括两个分火器1,其中一个分火器1安装在另一分火器1 对应的燃气管15上。
一个分火器1的对应的燃气管15为直管结构,另一分火器1的对应的燃气管15为弯管结构,此种结构能够合理的排布分火器1的位置,并同步的排布旋转锅的相互之间的位置关系。
下环盖8上还设有至少一个凸起的固定柱9,固定柱9为倒截锥形,固定柱9能够快速的将分火器1卡入到外接架体上,对分火器1进行固定。
通孔4上部和下部分别为朝上和朝下的喇叭形结构,这样旋转锅的放置更加容易,旋转起来也更加容易,有助于操作。
燃气管15和独立管14的自由端设有拼接台面11,拼接台面11上设有螺纹孔,保证外接燃气管15不会泄露,安装接连更加便捷。拼接台面11上设有螺纹孔,两燃气管15的拼接台面11对接在一起时通过螺栓连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种拼接式燃气灶头,包括:若干个环形分火器,以及将所述分火器拼接在一起的燃气管,所述燃气管还能够连通有独立管,其特征在于,每个所述分火器的内腔均对应的固定连通一燃气管,所述分火器能够通过第一连接件安装在另一燃气管上,两燃气管之间以及燃气管和独立管之间能够通过第二连接件相互固定,两所述燃气管能够通过其自由端的拼接台面固定连通在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接式燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述分火器的内腔是由内圈环、外圈环、上环盖和下环盖共同组成的封闭空间,所述分火器上设有若干个火孔,所述火孔环绕的排布在所述分火器的周向,所述内圈环内侧环绕的形成贯穿所述分火器的通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接式燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述第一连接件为带有弧形槽的的弧形块,所述弧形块固定在所述分火器的底部,所述燃气管外周形状匹配的设置在所述弧形槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接式燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述第二连接件为固定在所述燃气管和独立管上的固定片,两固定片相互层叠的固定在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的拼接式燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述外圈环上部为截锥形结构,所述火孔贯穿的排布在所述截锥形结构上,所述火孔轴线倾斜向上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的拼接式燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述外圈环上部为截锥形,下部为圆柱形,所述截锥形与所述圆柱形之间设有圆形的台阶。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的拼接式燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述燃气管从所述下环盖和所述外圈环连接处连通到所述内腔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接式燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述拼接台面上设有螺纹孔,两所述燃气管的所述拼接台面对接在一起时通过螺栓连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的拼接式燃气灶头,其特征在于:所述拼接式燃气 灶头包括两个分火器,其中一个分火器安装在另一分火器对应的燃气管上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的拼接式燃气灶头,其特征在于:一个分火器的对应的燃气管为直管结构,另一分火器的对应的燃气管为弯管结构。
